I called from my Airtel mobile no. [protected] to a mobile no.[protected] of Tata Docomo of Bihar Circle, but my call was picked up by some lady, who talked rudely. I could no know to which no. my call was connected. I asked her to give phone to some male member. Later a call came from a mobile no.[protected] disclosing his name as Mukesh in response to my request of giving phone to a male member. I told him the no. to which I was calling. He informed me of call coming to his no. What is this? Is Airtel mobile service provider is trying to mislead its customers and putting them in uncomfortable positions. Pl rectify these problems immediately and airtel must inform the reasons to me about above mentioned problem.

    Animax is not being provided by airtel digital tv. And it comes in all other dth and cables .when we contacted airtel they told that it will be provided soon but since 6 months it is not availiable.please tell airtel to add that channel it is the favourite channel of teenagers and we dont want to see childish cartoons like chhota bheeem oggy ben 10 hattori and motu patlu.Manjy teenagers like me are longing for this chaIn all digital tv have the animax chennels .but Why airtel digital tv didn't add the animax channels.we want animax channels in your digital tv.w...nnel to come back

      Hi,

      I had done a data recharge on this Airtel Prepaid Number - [protected] on 5th May. I had done a recharge of Rs.259/- for 1 GB data valid for 28 days. However it is shocking that I was able to use the internet properly till 7th May morning. After that my internet is not working. Forget about the speed even a normal google site in not opening at all.Also when I called the customer care at -[protected], I was not given any valid reason for this issue, instead the person kept the call on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call.

      Resolve this issue at earliest so that I can continue using my internet. Also 2 full days have already got wasted out of 28 days due to this issue. Let me know what to be done regarding that. Will Airtel extend my validity for 2 more days ?

      I want to register a complaint against Airtel for deduction of balance on 30th April and in previous months as well.
      But customer care executive didn't listen to me and disconnected my call.

        Date of Incident : 08/05/2016 Please note that I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 178 for 2G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my HDFC account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and I got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data Pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of Rs 178 or you could do the Talk time recharge of Rs 178. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time.So I am writing you this mail.         The airtel signal is very poor or zero to me and to my friends also.

          I am Gururaj Kallur. I have made the payment of Rs 2241.00 on 07 May 2016 through airtel money. Transaction id is[protected]. But its not reflecting in my bill.
          I have called airtel customer care people, they are simply giving the times like within 24 hrs it will be resolved and even airtel money customer care also telling the same. I want to convert this no prepaid one. So airtel outlet people also not responding to this. I tried cash pay only in outlet, they said server is down. Then I used airtel money. But this also stuck. I already visited airtel outlet 3 times. They are not ready to give new sim even showing the transaction details, and the main thing is that they only suggested to make it through airtel money. This is ridiculous. I am using 7 airtel nos. Now I am thinking to port them because of this type of service.
          Please help me to get this resolved.

            I was offered a 4G ready sim connection by a airtel customer lady who persisted me to take this connection irrespective of me not interested at all. She said its a special connection for corporates which you can use for one month at offer price of 100 for the first month. If i was not satisfied i could disconnect the connection after the first month.And if i was satisfied could continue at 450/month. After 15 days o[censored]sage i get a bill of Rs250. I am really frustrated and would like to close this connection with immediate effect. But when i went to the airtel office they said you cant disconnect the connection for first three months. This is pure fraudlant activity from the company. When i tried reaching the customer care the call never goes through.

            Please dont cheat the customers this way. I dont want any pain and would simply like to close this connection without much hassle.

              By mistake i entered one wrong digit while entering mobile number at the time of recharging . This resulted recharge on an unknown number. I talked to the customer care to rectify the error that i made while recharging. But they denied any support.

              I lost the entire amount paid by online transaction. They just have to make minor correction. But they are denying any support, and asking me to do the entire transaction again.

              I have been repeatedly complaining about poor signal and data network issue from past 8 months and in return nothing is fixed nor I get any acknowledgment for my complaint. If they cannot provide effective service better discontinue.

                Please try to understand i have brought a dongle which carries the number [protected], how can you reach on this number, does the dongle support voice calls?

                There is a registered alternative number on this records and why you are not contacting me on this number, i am getting the below message again and again, now its 1 month and its not working.

                How hope less and inefficient support is this, you committed that you will send some technician to help and till now no one turn up, i continue sly get message as my tickets are closed, and i am satisfied.

                My problem is not solved, if you cannot support return me my money.

                People in the cc i hope they are valid email id, please help me here, i have brought a 4g prepaid dongle from airtel and its now 1 months and its has never worked, and from that time i am calling there call centers and emailing and no help till now. Could you please help here. The dealer is telling that i need to contact support and he is help less, i have been sold a airtel 4g micromax dongle. It never works in 4g.

                I want to complain that, I have done TOP UP recharge of worth Rs. 275/- from ICICI BANK App in which i am willing to get Rs 275 balance. But till now I have NOT received any balance but my ICICI bank account balance is deducted. So I want you look into this matter and either give my REFUND or do my TOP UP RECHARGE.

                  I had recharged my no [protected] with 185rs for 1Gb data which was my offer when i checked it. But i got only 512MB. So i asked the customer executive about it but they said i didnt had the offer. Why do this customer care executives give excuse that we didn't had the offer. The customers are also educated enough to understand the offers they have. This is a big drawback to the company.

                    Dear airtel,
                    I had to take this as a last step in a hope that my complaint will at least be registered since you have a pathetic customer care interface wherein u don't even provide the direct customer care nos. So that the customer can talk to the representative and at least let them know the problems that are being faced. Those provided on this webasite either are not in service or divert to the same 121 menu. I have been using airtel since more than 8 yrs now and have never faced so much difficulty in resolving an issue as i am facing since last 1.5 yr. I have never activated any call forwarding service on my no. And still my calls get forwarded to my old office no. (I was using a dual sim phone then). When i talked to the customer care personnel he said that it was an handset issue and asked me to disable the call forwarding tab. I later discovered that i had never enabled the same. Since 9 months now i have changed the handset itself but the call still gets forwarded. After having called the customer care again he told me again to disable the call fowarding setting (Which is anyway not enabled) and gave me some # 002# no. To dial which just sent me some stupid activate and deactivate msgs. I could not talk to a single custome care personnel and get my complaint registered. Secondly, i work in one of the most premium it parks of pune housing thousands of work professionals. Consequently it is expected that your network will at least be good in such places. But your network connectivity is so poor that many o[censored]s have to leave our desk and go to a terrace to make a call. Your 3g has 'zero' connectivity inside the office in such huge it parks. Companies like 'idea' and 'vodafone' make it a point to have a camp frequently in every single office of such it parks to resolve the customer care complaints as well as to promote cug plans. Never have i ever seen your canopy in any single office. That demonstrates how considerate you are towards your customers!! I have lost all hope after 1.5 yrs that my querry will be resolved, but it would be great if you can look into this and eradicate the loopholes so that you at least don't loose the other customers' faith!!

                    My issue has certainly not been resolved yet. I think you guys only work on the assumption theories. No wonder that you have the maximum no. Of complaints on this portal. . After reading out all the other complaints it seems that there are Thousads like me facing the poor connectivity and customer care issues, all o[censored]s being uncertain if you guys will ever take a note of the issues being faced. Thanks for at least having a glance at this.Have made up my mind to switch the service Provider.

I have been visiting airtel store/ airtel service center and making frantic calls to everyone for resolving the service but to no resolution. I have gone ahead paying 2500 for a pathetic service.                                 I have logged the call with airtel on 26th april upon reaching south africa and i was told that the issue will be resolved by 29th, nothing done and then when i asked again, i was told that the issue will be resolved by 3rd may, nothing again and then i was told that the issue will be resolved by 6th june and once again no resolution, i did get a call from a service representative twice asking if the issue has been resolved, she promised to call me back after 15 mins and never called back. I have been provided with 4 different reference numbers. The airtel staff is not even reading emails as to what i am complaining about, not checking all the details already shared with them and just sending standard reply. This is pathetic client service and i am being forced to take airtel to consumer court as i havent been able to do any transactions and make payments in the absence of the otp that i am supposed to get on my airtel sim.

                                Please can i request you to look into it for the last time before i loose my patience?

                                This is simply not acceptable ¿ do you guys the read the emails before
                                Responding or you just send a standard reply ¿ i have been facing the issue
                                Ince 26th april and i was told that the issue will be resolved by 29th.

                                Now, today i was again sent the same email asking me to latch to the network,
                                Without resolving the issue and when i have asked again, a new issue has been
                                Logged and a new date has been given and when i ask why you are telling me that
                                It will be resolved by 3rd may without answering why are you giving me a new
                                Date?


                                Please treat this as urgent or i will be forced to take you guys to the
                                Appellate authority.

                                Many thanks for your response, please be advised that I have missed by debit order today due to this issue and cannot bear this any longer, I need the resolution at the earliest ( I got another email now saying that I will be updated with the status in next 72 hours???? this is not how this is supposed to be done after the customer has already been struggling for more than 15 days?).

                                Hello There,

                                The issue has still not been resolved and I have received numerous calls from different airtel service desk specialists – all asking me to explain the problem as they don’t know what was my complaint????
                                I have explained this to umpteen number of people from Airtel and have been paying for incoming call costs on international roaming – this is frustrating.

                                Please can you ask your team members to talk to each other or refer a log or something before calling the customer on international roaming?
                                Also, please advise by when will this issue be resolved?
                                Please note that I am able to receive incoming calls and SMS, however, I am unable to make outgoing calls as your bilateral agreement in South Africa is with MTN-SA, and it is showing me as a forbidden network both on 2G and 3G. If I try to latch on MTN - I get an error saying that we cannot connect to this network.

                                I am currently latched on Vodacom SA in order to receive calls/sms

                                It has been around 3 months, can this issue be fixed ever?
                                ha ha ha, I thought it was just me. there are people already affected due ti Airtel without network. Bad technical support team calls never calls the alternative # which supposed to call. but in email says 72 hours for ten days and again says 72 hours. Never hear what we say just disconnect the call after what they wanted to say.

                                  This is jagadeesh from gudiyatham. My contact no is [protected]. Three days before my airtel no is deactivated without my permission. Still i am using this no. Without any intimation, my number is de-activated, so i need this no.

                                  Also april first week 2015, i have recharged for 1000 inr. Every 2 to 3 months i have recharged full talk time plans. Without any intimation why my balance amount deducted? This is my escalation email.

                                  Please let us know suitable reasons? Activate my no asap.

                                    We are using Airtel broadband connection and paying 2500 Rs for every month. We are not getting proper connection and it is frequently getting disconnected. Every month we are contacting their customer support for atleast 2 to 3 times. They gives only temporary solution, not giving permanent solution. They saying it won't repeat again. But no use. It completely wastes our money and time. We totally lost out patient.

                                      Hi, this is suman mukherjee from creocraft.
                                      It has been extremely annoying to state that for past 6 days my fixed line and broadband connections ([protected]) are dead.
                                      Every time i call up your call center, they come up saying with a standard phrase which is your problem shall be resolved in 24 hrs time.
                                      There has been no follow up, i was also provided with a complain no i. E. 67290546 followed by a call back no[protected], now your call center executive is claiming that there has been no complaint being registered.

                                      please do not provide me with such system generated mail, i am very much familiar with these stuff,

                                      i shall be requiring a genuine feedback stating the action status, it is just not acceptable, it's been 6 days and your customer care department has no clue about it.

                                      get it fixed then write all these crap, i have made a loss of rs 3000/-, are you going to take care of that???

                                        Tomorrow I recharged my number [protected]...with
                                        Rs.263...firstly I got a message on my number from my offer (Airtel)...In this
                                        message the plan is of Rs.263...2GB data for 28 days...when I recharged I got
                                        a message from u(Airtel) that u got 1 GB 3G+1GB 4G... but this scheme is not mentioned in the message..which I received from my offer(Airtel)...my phone is 3G, and I recharged my number with Rs.263 only n only bcoz u(airtel) give 2GB data
                                        ...not bcoz of 1GB 3G+1GB 4G...So, please resolve my problem and immediately take some action against them...I want extra1GB More data bcoz this message sent by airtel on my number[protected]
                                        And when I called on customer care...the said to mail ur detail on our mail
                                        I'd...but after some hours I got a message that ur problem has been resolved
                                        and your Ref.no. is CBNRD[protected]...But problem not resolved till now... I already mailed them(airtel) on mail id...[protected]@in.airtel.com...then I got a mail from airtel that we can't able to understand u...
                                        I'll attach the screen shot of that message where 2GB data is mentioned but 1GB
                                        3G and 1GB 4G is not mentioned...plz find attachments
