I port my sim card from idea to airtel. I given document & 250 rs to a airtel candidate. He came to my office and taken all these things. My plan was corporate plan for kiwi technologies india private limited (U72900dl2010ptc198368). But still i am waiting for my status. No call no further assistance. I can say only they taken my money & time both.

    My airtel mobile no. is [protected] in the name of Jitendra Kumar Jha.
    I have taken an internet booster pack on March 29, 2016.
    This amount should have been added in the billing cycle of March 4, 2016 to April 4, 2016.
    However the same was included in billing cycle of April 4, 2016 to May 4, 2016 as well.
    While taking the booster pack, nowhere it was mentioned that it is an automatic renewal pack.
    The screen shots have been attached wherein nowhere it is mentioned that it is an automatic renewal pack.

      I have recharged 2 times for airtel number [protected] for rs:100 using airtel money app in mobile ([protected]) on 09/05/2016 around 11:00 am. Transaction failed and money has been debited from my bank account but still its not refunded to airtel money wallet. Please do the needfull and resolve as soon as possible.

        I have raised a request to shift my connection to a new address (local, within Bangalore) and it has been 7 days since I raised the request. I have placed at least 5-6 phone calls to the Airtel customer care team, raised multiple times requests, complaints, followed up with all the team members and finally with no results.

        The entire team would listen to your stories, pass you from one person to another with no solution. No one would call you up to see if your problem is resolved ( unlike the case where you would get multiple phone calls in a day if you miss a payment).

        I want to share with everyone who reads this -- " If you raise a complaint against a technician / any team member in AIRTEL" then you are gone. They will make sure that run from pillar to post and finally your case will not resolved too.. Too much of arrogance and revengeful attitude. -- Poor service.. finally try putting a complaint in their official website, it WILL NEVER CAPTURE YOUR CAPTCHA AND thus making you fail to file a complaint online too.. AIRTEL SERVICE IS A PAIN..

          I have applied for the airtel broadband few days back.. Executive told that, it will take 3 working days.. I have waited,, i called after 3 days and i have been told by cce that box issue in my area and wait for another 24 hrs.. I called after 24 hrs and the another cce told that wrong address and she updated the correct one and wait for more 24 hrs.. Again i called after 24 hrs again i have been told the same thing by cce's /one of the worst service by airtel broadband...

          Same happened with me. Dont know how to get my money back. I gave money on 3rd May, Since then im chasing airtel executives like a fool! I lodged a complain but it shows status resolved! God only knows how it was resolved

            We have already given a complaint on 03/05/16 at airtel customer service center that our telephone number[protected] is not working. So on 04/05/16 one of the representatives visited our shop and informed that there is aproblem with the wire and will send another person the next day. But still nobody has called us and solved the problem. Every time we called up customer care we got a response that it would be resolved by the end of the day.

              Hi,
              My name is balaji jogi. I am staying in ambedkar nagar, yellareddy guda, hyderabad. I paid installation deposit charges rs.1, 145/- to airtel broadband connection representative towards 8mbps internet connection at my home. For this, i got sms from airtel giving confirmation as "documents received against your fixedline account no.[protected], installation order no.63277301. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to installation engineer, except additional cpe purchases, if any".
              Based on above confirmation and after several phone reminders to airtel customer care, we were informed that no slots are available in the dp and connection cannot be provided.
              When we asked to refund the installation money and documents, airtel customer care is not responding properly and i am unable to get the amount refundable.
              Kindly help me in this regards, how can i proceed further.

                I called from my Airtel mobile no. [protected] to a mobile no.[protected] of Tata Docomo of Bihar Circle, but my call was picked up by some lady, who talked rudely. I could no know to which no. my call was connected. I asked her to give phone to some male member. Later a call came from a mobile no.[protected] disclosing his name as Mukesh in response to my request of giving phone to a male member. I told him the no. to which I was calling. He informed me of call coming to his no. What is this? Is Airtel mobile service provider is trying to mislead its customers and putting them in uncomfortable positions. Pl rectify these problems immediately and airtel must inform the reasons to me about above mentioned problem.

                  Animax is not being provided by airtel digital tv. And it comes in all other dth and cables .when we contacted airtel they told that it will be provided soon but since 6 months it is not availiable.please tell airtel to add that channel it is the favourite channel of teenagers and we dont want to see childish cartoons like chhota bheeem oggy ben 10 hattori and motu patlu.Manjy teenagers like me are longing for this chaIn all digital tv have the animax chennels .but Why airtel digital tv didn't add the animax channels.we want animax channels in your digital tv.w...nnel to come back

                    Hi,

                    I had done a data recharge on this Airtel Prepaid Number - [protected] on 5th May. I had done a recharge of Rs.259/- for 1 GB data valid for 28 days. However it is shocking that I was able to use the internet properly till 7th May morning. After that my internet is not working. Forget about the speed even a normal google site in not opening at all.Also when I called the customer care at -[protected], I was not given any valid reason for this issue, instead the person kept the call on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call.

                    Resolve this issue at earliest so that I can continue using my internet. Also 2 full days have already got wasted out of 28 days due to this issue. Let me know what to be done regarding that. Will Airtel extend my validity for 2 more days ?

                    I want to register a complaint against Airtel for deduction of balance on 30th April and in previous months as well.
                    But customer care executive didn't listen to me and disconnected my call.

                    Now I want a compensation as I was not able to make any calls.. I want an immediate response to it..

                      Date of Incident : 08/05/2016 Please note that I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 178 for 2G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my HDFC account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and I got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data Pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of Rs 178 or you could do the Talk time recharge of Rs 178. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time.So I am writing you this mail.                         I am Gururaj Kallur. I have made the payment of Rs 2241.00 on 07 May 2016 through airtel money. Transaction id is[protected]. But its not reflecting in my bill.
                        I have called airtel customer care people, they are simply giving the times like within 24 hrs it will be resolved and even airtel money customer care also telling the same. I want to convert this no prepaid one. So airtel outlet people also not responding to this. I tried cash pay only in outlet, they said server is down. Then I used airtel money. But this also stuck. I already visited airtel outlet 3 times. They are not ready to give new sim even showing the transaction details, and the main thing is that they only suggested to make it through airtel money. This is ridiculous. I am using 7 airtel nos. Now I am thinking to port them because of this type of service.

                          I was offered a 4G ready sim connection by a airtel customer lady who persisted me to take this connection irrespective of me not interested at all. She said its a special connection for corporates which you can use for one month at offer price of 100 for the first month. If i was not satisfied i could disconnect the connection after the first month.And if i was satisfied could continue at 450/month. After 15 days o[censored]sage i get a bill of Rs250. I am really frustrated and would like to close this connection with immediate effect. But when i went to the airtel office they said you cant disconnect the connection for first three months. This is pure fraudlant activity from the company. When i tried reaching the customer care the call never goes through.

                          Please dont cheat the customers this way. I dont want any pain and would simply like to close this connection without much hassle.

                            By mistake i entered one wrong digit while entering mobile number at the time of recharging . This resulted recharge on an unknown number. I talked to the customer care to rectify the error that i made while recharging. But they denied any support.

                            I lost the entire amount paid by online transaction. They just have to make minor correction. But they are denying any support, and asking me to do the entire transaction again.

                                I had recharged my no [protected] with 185rs for 1Gb data which was my offer when i checked it. But i got only 512MB. So i asked the customer executive about it but they said i didnt had the offer. Why do this customer care executives give excuse that we didn't had the offer. The customers are also educated enough to understand the offers they have. This is a big drawback to the company.

                                  I had to take this as a last step in a hope that my complaint will at least be registered since you have a pathetic customer care interface wherein u don't even provide the direct customer care nos. So that the customer can talk to the representative and at least let them know the problems that are being faced. Those provided on this webasite either are not in service or divert to the same 121 menu. I have been using airtel since more than 8 yrs now and have never faced so much difficulty in resolving an issue as i am facing since last 1.5 yr. I have never activated any call forwarding service on my no. And still my calls get forwarded to my old office no. (I was using a dual sim phone then). When i talked to the customer care personnel he said that it was an handset issue and asked me to disable the call forwarding tab. I later discovered that i had never enabled the same. Since 9 months now i have changed the handset itself but the call still gets forwarded. After having called the customer care again he told me again to disable the call fowarding setting (Which is anyway not enabled) and gave me some # 002# no. To dial which just sent me some stupid activate and deactivate msgs. I could not talk to a single custome care personnel and get my complaint registered. Secondly, i work in one of the most premium it parks of pune housing thousands of work professionals. Consequently it is expected that your network will at least be good in such places. But your network connectivity is so poor that many o[censored]s have to leave our desk and go to a terrace to make a call. Your 3g has 'zero' connectivity inside the office in such huge it parks. Companies like 'idea' and 'vodafone' make it a point to have a camp frequently in every single office of such it parks to resolve the customer care complaints as well as to promote cug plans. Never have i ever seen your canopy in any single office. That demonstrates how considerate you are towards your customers!! I have lost all hope after 1.5 yrs that my querry will be resolved, but it would be great if you can look into this and eradicate the loopholes so that you at least don't loose the other customers' faith!!

                                  My issue has certainly not been resolved yet. I think you guys only work on the assumption theories. No wonder that you have the maximum no. Of complaints on this portal. . After reading out all the other complaints it seems that there are Thousads like me facing the poor connectivity and customer care issues, all o[censored]s being uncertain if you guys will ever take a note of the issues being faced. Thanks for at least having a glance at this.Have made up my mind to switch the service Provider.

                                    Sir, Muje apni girlfriend airtel number ki call details chiye koi usey faltu phone krke tang karta hai..number [protected]. Dec15 to Feb 16. Mein apni girlfriend se saadi krna chata hon but is call krne wale ki wjha se hum dono galat femi aagyi hai sir request hai ki mein ush call ki jankri k jariye ush adami ka pta lgaa sakon. Sir please yeh meri life ka sawal hai humble request.

                                      I m living in patna, using airtel postpaid plan, initially I activated free roaming service, because I have to stay for 3 yrs, for last few month on my bill there is roaming charges, because of busy schedule I could not see the bill details, and lost thousands of rupees, why deactivated my roaming, and charges so much bill.what I shud do, and also I want to use mnp, but msg is not forwarding...

                                        Whenever some one is adding me on myairtel family it is saying u r aldready in a family..and when i am adding some one on myairtel family to be precised that no is [protected] its saying that this no is aldready added in another family.but let me tell you that its not case.i need a solution by tmrw. i called 121 many times but got irritated...i am facing many problem ..and if its not resolved by tommorw i am forced to port out my number from airtel
