I had an airtel no with [protected] that i have ported to vodafone service provider due to network problem. Now that the no is ported i am receiving msgs in regard to the bill payment which can only be paid once i receive the e bill. I had been following up for the same with the cust care and over mail but until now there is no response received from them. I am highly disgusted of this approach.
Plz note that as this expenditure is reimbursed to me by my company, i will not be able to make the payment until i receive the e bill. This is a humble request and last try to request for the bill to be sent at [protected]@gmail.com, to enable me to make the payment.
I hope you understand the constraint and take immediate action for the same

I wonder how is the customer service desk here. I got no update in regard to the postpaid bill for which I have already requested whereas I am getting call for the payment. it is not possible for me to make payment unless I receive the bill.
it is horrible service of Airtel.

    I(Account:[protected]) did not received payment confirmation after making the payment of Rs.413.92 against the mobile no. [protected], but my bank statement is showing that the same amount has been debited from my account. It was showing error in citrus payment page.

      Worst service provider.
      Since last one week my airtel landline no is down & till date it is not rectified. Call center exec refused to give me the complaint since he said it was total outrage entire tamilnadu.Even after informing him that this problem exist from past 3 days.I have made 5 call & waited more than 7 min for each.

      Same issue happened to my dish tv connection it took 5 days to rectify the issue. Engineers are closing the call stating internal cable issue without visiting our residence.

        I am using Airtel 3G services from more than 6 months. I am recharging it on monthly or usage basis. Last month 600 MB's of 3G data is left in my account. So I put it on Auto Renewal and I make sure to have sufficient main account balance.

        I got confirmation service SMS on my mobile number on 22 of april that on 26 th of april it will be auto renewed and 10 % cash back will be provided.

        But on 26th of April the pack has not been auto renewed nor the left data of 600 MB has been carry forward.

        It been a matter of mental harassment that above offer is advertise by the company and all the prerequisite has been done by our side still services are not provided by Airtel.

        Also Airtel is good in deducting account balance by activating services without confirming from customer, 50 rs is ducted by airtel 3 times.

        My Airtel A/C number is [protected] and alternate mobile number is [protected]. On the same day, I have post this issue on Airtel website also. I Got SMS on my airtel mobile number that we will contact you shortly. But as of now I have not received any call. Waiting for your swift replay.

        I am still waiting for my issue to be resolve. Please let me know how much more time your require to resolve it!
        You are taking too much of time to resolve a simple crystal clear issue.

          I had an offer of 1gb 3g data for 28 days under special recharges.
          But when i recharged, I only recieved 400mb data.
          Customer care executive says its not available on my number but then it would not have appeared in the special recharge option.
          If a company like airtel needs to make fake and false offers to earn a small amount of profit i doubt anyone else ever would.

            I purchased a 4g wi-fi router from airtel representative. He offered me a plan which says rental of 750 with unlimited data, in that 7gb 4g data and then unlimited 2g/3g data. When i started using it, i observed after using 7gb 4g data i was unable to use internet. I called airtel customer care and they said in your device 2g/3g is not supported. It only supports 4g. I was cheated by the person who mis-communicated me and sold me the 4g wi-fi router.

            I mailed airtel (Nodal, appellate). Exchanged around 15-16 mails but not getting any support from them. They saying we cant help you on this matter. Instead they are calling me and saying to buy 4g plan which is very expensive. Airtel sucks. Airtel is a cheater company.

            Even i visited airtel showroom, they also was unable to resolve the issue.

              Airtel started hello tune on my number and not giving service and deducting charges every month also customer care not giving me satisfactory answer.
              It is started on 3 march 2nd deduction is made by them on 2nd of april and till now no hello tune on my phone.
              Hey, same thing happened with me few months ago. My friend recommended to use the Bill Bachao app for recharging my phone. This app is quite reliable and the recharge is always credited in the account. However, once when my friend recharged his phone using this app, the money in his account got deducted, but the recharge did not happen. But within few hours, the amount was credit to his bank account. I believe this is a reliable source to recharge your phone.

                Asking for service engineer visit charge, on 1 month back new dishtv hd setup box.

                I have installed new hd setup box one or two months back, it has some issues on startup.I need to restart it couple of time to start.I companined it to customer care they said that service engineer will charge 150 /- on visit .Kindly pay him.What is this?.
                A dam new set up box is installed 1 month back by airtel guy. If new device has some issue why should i pay?...

                Hi Team

                I contacted with Airtel for a broad band connection in April 2016. I asked them to confirm whether the connection will be available at my area(Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana) before I pay for the connection. The Executive confirmed that the connection can be installed in the area with in 5 working days, Hence he took the installation charges i.e. 1000 Rs from me and the proof.
                The setup was not installed till 2 weeks and if i try to contact them the executive didn't gave proper response and started misbehaving.

                I got the message as well for confirmation

                "Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 62280735. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected]."

                Now Airtel said they will not be able to install connection In my area. If i want i can get the refund of my amount.

                It is the repeated thing which airtel is doing, the same thing happened to me in 24 June, 2015.

                The message i got in June 2015 states

                "Documents received against your fixedline account No [protected] installation order no. 37201773. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to Installation Engineer, except additional CPE purchases(if any). For queries, call[protected]."

                Moreover they don't even bother to talk to me properly as they used to talk before i pay for the connection. They took my id proof twice which might be used in wrong sense.

                After the incident i contacted some of the other executives they again confirmed that the installation can be done in the area. That is clearly false commitments and fraud which they are doing with the customers.

                    I put a request for shifting of my broadband connection [protected] within the same apartment premises on 29 April. Even after 6 days, the shifting is not complete. The physical shifting is done but my broadband is still not working.

                    I called up their helpline, written multiple emails to them and even written to Nodal officer, Appellate authority. They all give false assurance of fixing it in 24 hours but no action.

                    This company has become worse than a government department and is sure to doom.

                      I want a broadband connection. But airtel is not giving me pls help me. Here in gwalior lots of problem genrating for getting connection. I gave 1000 rupees and connection not provided till 4-5 days then i called to airtel store mayur plaza thatipur ([protected]). And tje person said to me i cant give you connection come to store and said (Pehli dod me aake pese wapas leke jao) and i went and take my money back. Then i called to mr. Manoj shrivastav ([protected]). This person came to my home when i didnt submit the money in airtel store. He gave me the information about the store and then only i went to store and submit 1000 rupees but now when i called him he just abbused me alot and i also say to him uncle pls dont use this type language but still he is not responding like a gentlemen. I really got fedup by all this.. I just want to say pls give me a broadband connection and make some enquiry on airtel store members of mayur plaza gwalior.

                        We have two connections of airtel dth, one standard and the other one hd. We have called many times due to the hd box not working and wanted a replacement. We were assigned a technical person who would visit our house to solve the issue. However, this person never arrives.

                        The incident is actually multiple. We are going to charge the company compensation for the dissatisfactory or rather ignorance of services.

                          I have Airtel 4G connection, my number is [protected]. I purchased this dongal from Kankurgachi branch at Kolkata on 24th March, 2016. At the time of purchase, I was told that the dongal would work perfectly even at Ranchi. But it did not work even a single day. I tried contacting the Airtel office at Ranchi and also at Kolkata, so that any one could help fix the issue. I kept waiting for people to come and resolved this issue. In the meantime, I have got a bill for the same even though I could not use the internet facility. I also asked Airtel office at Ranchi, to exchange the dongal with a new dongal. But they refused as the dongal is bought from Kolkata. I called up Kolkata Airtel office to take the dongal back and deactivate the connection. But they have also refused the same and have told that it is not possible. They also told that I cannot deactivate before 4 months. Why do I keep a connection for 4 months also, when it is not working????? Why are they not willing to refund the money I paid for a dongal that is not working???? I have a bill to pay for a service which I have not used even once. I do not want to pay for this connection as I could not use the same. I have raised several complaints regarding the dongal as the dongal does not get connected but nothing is being done. I tried calling 121, 198 many times but no reponse on my request .I went to airtel store they re-directed me to call 121, 198 again. I am fed up of calling 121, 198 all the time and roaming stores for cancellation. They always redirect me to call 121, 198. This is a horrible service from Airtel for not deactivating my Number [protected] Airtel 4G Dongle.I dont want to end up paying monthly bills as I am not using it. Also, I need a refund for my dongal as it did not work even once. I bought that as the sales person told me repeatedly that it would work everywhere, even at Ranchi. But in the contrary, I contrary I could not use it. Kindly look into the issue and refund me the entire money for the dongal, deactivate the connection. I do not understand, why should I pay loads of money to Airtel for not even using their service?????? Is their no value of money???? Need an action urgently.

I tell from customer care for best offer, so they tell me to take a plan OF RS.189 1GB 28DAYS.But when I recharge my phone from shop I get only 500mb.                             For the past SIX months there is NO signal. Even standing on the front road I get very feeble or NO signal. Many complaints made to Airtel Customer care and to Ombudsman and to Mr. Vittal also.Even today (05.05.2016) I had lodged a complaint ref No.PO[protected]. After 2 hours the status of the complaint showed CLOSED. Again I lodged a complaint ref No.PO[protected]. Complained to [protected] (ref No.[protected] spoken to one Mr. David. He is unable to address the issue. They are trying to locate a tower as the old Tower lease has been expired. This area is 5th Cross Street, Shastrinagar, Adyar, Chhennai 600020. I am virtually keeping the phone on the road to receive calls. Please help.

But just now customer care told which offer was not activated to your account and instead of that which money was recharged to my account. This is not my fault that is yours.                                 This is Shashank from bangalore B.S.K 3rd stage, INn My home am not getting 3G Network only 2G network is coming. Regarding this i complained but the customer care person telling that due to scratch in sim it is happening you replace with new sim and check they told. But that is not valid reason why because one thing that am already having new sim and one more that i getting 3G network even in my office other than in my home.

                                please Resolve the issue ASAP to continue with your network.

                                  Hi there, i visited your airtel store at sector 4, bokaro mall on 27th dec15 to convert my prepaid number [protected] (docomo) to airtel. i am posted at the line of control somewhere at the northern frontiers. i was promised that my number will start within 5 days .i paid the requisite amt asked by the sales staff, gave him the port number but my number didnot get converted.when i enquired about the same after say one month, i was told i have to again give the port number for that i have to send the sim to delhi to get activated and i again sent the port cord. it was not abt some meagre amt u guys charged but all abiout the faith customers bestow in the company. till date my number has not been ported to airtel and now i have been told to give my documents afresh for the needful.i need to know a good reason why i should not doll out a few bucks and take the company to the consumer forum for harrassment, cheating and breach of faith.pl resolve the issue and contact me on [protected] as ur toll free grievance redressal number is not responding.

                                    Hi- I am Rohit Sunger Son of Shri Madan Lal Sunger, my father purchased one pre-paid connection for Air tel on my recommendation however since he purchased there are multiple times that his account has been debited to 0 after 2 to 5 mins of immediate out recharge.

                                    My father is senior citizen and can not go out so frequently and has no source of earning. Everyday when ever I call him he has only complaint that he recharged with Rs 50 10 mins ago and now there is no money in his account.

                                    People, please understand mobile plays a critical role in old age when they need help in the time of emergency and if there is no balance in account leads to critical situation.

                                      I have a 4G hot Spot device with 4G sim-[protected], i have been using this for quite some time, i have requested to change my plan from 999 to RS 450 on Feb 23rd but i still keep getting the same bill for 999. I called up customer care several times, they didn't heed what i have to say and they are adamant. I just don't understand even after change of plan they keep sending the bill for the higher plan, this is harassment and are forcing to pay the inflated bill.
