Hi,

I have ported my mobile number to airtel recently. I was using the connection from May 3rd onwards and suddenly from may 6th onwards the connection was barred. When I contacted the customer care center they were telling that my address verification was unsuccessful whereas I have submitted all the required documents and an airtel representative came to my address for verification. I have been running behind these customer care executives for past one week and they are not at all assisting. I have given this number as contact for all my official purposes, so I can't leave the number as it is. So I humbly request to address my issue as early as possible.

Hi Team,

From monday onwards I am not able to receive even incoming calls. The number is completely out of service. I was using this number for all my official purposes and it is linked with all my bank accounts. Now I am not able to do any transactions. The airtel executive who collected my documents is not even picking my calls. Please do some action on this complaint as early as possible.

    Not receiving signals of number of channels on airtel dth tv since last 12 days. Dd news - channel no. 290, 686 etc.

    Thus airtel is not providing us free to air channels as well.

    On complaint no.51545804 lodged with the airtel. Persons came on bike no. Gj06hm9222 could not resolve the issue.

    Since not receiving all channels since last 12 days, i should be credited burning charge for those 12 days since burning charge is levied on daily basis irrespective o[censored]sage.

    Despite of the fact that weather is all clear in vadodara since last 12 days as well there is no obstacle in front of disk the airtel flash incorrect massage error b0001.In fact all is clear but to avoid companies liability they harasses customer.

    Consumer should be paid hefty compensation for not been able to see channels they paid for in advance. Again burning charge is levied on daily basis irrespective o[censored]se of tv.

    Trai must take stringent action against such defaulting service provider and ensure we get compensation so that such cheating may be avoided and good customer services may be enforced.

    Suggestion:
    With dth consumer should be able to change service provider just by change of insensible card to set top box without change of whole installation. It should be made as easy as portability in mobile connection.

    Yesterday I have done online recharge for prepaid no. [protected] Rs.148/- data pack and Rs. 20/- talktime but I did not got 148 data pack and also got deducted 20 Rs. without using any service... I have tried to contact through customer care no 121 but not getting correct responce kindly revert asap otherwise i will complaint to TRAI directly...

      Hi i have been using airtel past 5 to 6 years but my line is getting cut most of the time and the network is really bad please fix it asap. All my connection from fixline to mobile network is airtel and the network is really bad there days.it is worst now... i am totally disappointed with airtel service these days, if this state comtinues i will discourge ppl to stop using airtel

            I paid money to the airtel sales executive for 6 months broadband connection 3 days ago.Still they did not come for installation.I have been calling from the past few days continuously and they are not at all responding at all. Atleast please return my money so that i can opt for other company connection
            I did not expect this kind of service from the company Airtel.
            When I called them for getting connection they immediately came to my door step with in 10 minutes to collect the money.

              We at liquid communication had asked for shifting the line connection from our 1st floor office to 4th floor fixed line no [protected] registered 67227140 this was done on 29th April 2016. we were told it would take 4-5 working days. Today we are on 10th May 2016 and after making number of calls to customer service airtel we have been told 1 hr or max 2 hrs it will be restored but after calling we are not getting any proper answer or any person from there end coming to do the needful.
              Our work being online we have suffered heavy lose in our business.

                Hi,

                I applied for a local shift and to activate the airtel broadband connection, for the past 5 days, I have called their customer care, raised service requests, posted complaints and also submitted my concerns in their customer care.

                Till now, I have not got a resolution. The only mistake that I did for going through this MENTAL TRAUMA is to take their broadband and landline connection 6 yrs back and been there loyal customer so far.

                Now the same guys are giving me and my family MENTAL TRAUMA by not servicing a simple local shift. SOMEONE IN AIRTEL, please think from your customer's angle as well.

                If you have grown so big that you cannot manage your growing customer base, please ignore this message. At least those who are taking new connection will benefit from this message.

                My issue is not solved. It got worst. I have written to your customer service escalation team and they did nothing. So today, I told them that I am helpless but have no choice other than cancelling this connection.

                How can you expect me to post my contact info on a common forum. I have given you the SR# .

                This shows that you do not want to help your customer.

                  My broadband and landline stopped working since 5th May, 2016. I have raised a complaint on the same day. On 6th of May 2016 one technician came and tried resolving the issue. He said that the internet will come in 1 hour and after that he disappeared forever. He never received my call and if I called from different no, he disconnected the call on recognizing my voice. Such kind of people exist in airtel which is hard to believe. And airtel had failed to resolve this issue and they are not giving any finite deadline.

                  Please take some action against them and ask them to resolve the issue at higher priority.

                  I have mailed you the details and expect the resolution at the earliest.
                  Nothing had been happening on this issue since a week now.. The customer care executive still says it will take 48 hours.. what the hell is going on.. i have never got a callback as well.

                    I applied for a new Airtel fibernet broadband connection on 2nd May 2016. (Form reference no. BR[protected] The executive Seshadri (Mobile:[protected] took Rs. 3000 and said I'll have the connection in 3 days. I did not receive any communication from him or Airtel after that. Each time I had to call him for updates.

                    When I did not get the connection for a week, I had to make numerous calls to customer care to get a proper response. I was finally told there are no more slots available in the DP box in my building, so I can't get a connection! No one bothered to inform me this. I had to find out by making 20 calls. I raised a complaint with customer care (No.[protected] regarding this. But I never received any response.

                    My Airtel broadband customer no. is [protected]. I have placed a refund request for the amount that I paid (ticket no. AORf731ac). I have not received any SMS or email on the status of the refund.

                    I am a long time Airtel customer of mobile, 4G, and DTH services. This pathetic level of service is appalling and absolutely unacceptable. This has been an utter waste of my time, energy, and money.

                    I request you to process the refund application and credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

                    Posting my problem on consumercomplaints.in and on Airtel's Facebook page proved beneficial for me. I even sent emails to [email protected], the Nodal Officer, and the Appellate Authority. They assured me that the issue will be resolved. I had to send the scanned copy of my application receipt via email. Then after several emails and phone calls back and firth, I finally received a refund of the balance amount. Despite all the problems, I thank Airtel for resolving the whole matter.

                    Further to my previous email, i wish to inform that yesterday (11th May, 2016), Airtel technicians came and installed the broadband connection in my home.

                    However, I have received a 16Mbps copper DSL connection, as the fibernet connection was not feasible. I paid Rs.3000 for the fibernet connection. How much of the amount will be refunded? Do I need to raise a request for the refund?

                      I am using AirTel mobile no. [protected]. I received two SMS o 11.04.16 at 2.53 PM that 1GB data @ Rs. 300 has been deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 11.04.2016 and another SMS for 20GB data @ Rs. 3350 has been activated on your airtel mobile with effect from 11.04.2016.
                      I have not given any request for these two. why these SMS sent to me. I informed at customer care on 11.04.2016 & on 12.04.2016 that above was not requested by me therefore I don't need this please deactivate the same. I also requested that provide me the details who has given the request for the above two services for which SMS sent to me. No details was given to me till date.
                      On 12.04.2016 it was confirmed by you through SMS that 20GB data @ 3350 was deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 12.04.2016.
                      But reversal / refund for Rs. 3350 was not given till date. I don't under stand that why Airtel is not given me any proof of the activation of 20GB data on my mobile who has given request for the same and other side the same was deactivated on the next date and refund against the same was not given to me till date.

                          Hello team,

                          I am availing the monthly rental 399 for two numbers with the cug facility activated.

                          However, i am still getting billed for cug whereas the calling and sms should be free on both.

                          They are activated under the same cug group with the id[protected]

                          Please have a look and update.

                          I called up the customer care and they told me to drop an email to you for the same and i shouldn't be charged for this cug facility.

                          I called up last month and was updated that this would be rectified but i got the same thing this month also in the bill.

                          The same thing happened in this month's bills also.

                          1. For both the numbers, the cug charges have been applied for this month also. You can check the bill details. Why do i have to remind that every month.
                          2. The customer care is not responding properly as usual.

                          Please let me know what is the concern regarding this and why the cug facility is not being provided when opted for? Is the option of changing the vendor, the only possibility to get hassle free service and bills

                          Numerous mails sent to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, nodal officer and support team but no use.

                          This is heights now.

                          I am still getting the amount added to my bill for cug whereas it should have been removed 3 months back.

                          Are you guys working to get the issue resolved or my request is falling to deaf ears only.


                          What a pathetic service is being offered by airtel.

                          I would like to withdraw from airtel due to this pathetic service.

                          And i"ll not be paying any bills from this month onwards. I'll also be posting this on social media so that everyone is aware of the cheating you guys do and what kind of responses you send.

                          This is not acceptable.

                          Why was i told that i would get the cug free between these numbers when i got this plan?

                          Why do you guys turn back on your words or the persons attending the calls and visiting are illiterate and don't know what they are promising.

                              I have not ever seen this type of worst network. Recently i converted into postpaid connections, i don't know which sim they have given me. It is taking an exam of my patience.Network keep fluctuating, calls keep disconnecting. I am irritated this type of behavior.

                                Bill generate on 8 of 9 day of month but they deliver to my home near due date ie. On 21 to 24 day. Trai have to create rule on this bills should deliver with in 24 hour to their customers home. The thing is that k bahi Airtel provide GPRS service to their respective 3G client. Why they doing this TRAI Have to ask them. Also penalty impose to Airtel for delay or dont deliver bils on next day aftet genrate day their respective client. Airtel missguiding their client also disrespect to TRAI.

                                    Have a post paid connection with 3g.
                                    Several complaints have been made to airtel regarding poor network, lot of call drops, dont receive calls & only get sms texts about missed calls.
                                    Most of the time internet is not working, waiting for network, either gprs or 2g only.
                                    This bill mentioned has excessively billed claiming that i have used additional internet.
                                    When i dont get the services signed up for in a satisfactory manner, where would one use additional internet?

                                      I had raised a request to shift my Airtel broadband connection to my new location in Noida. It has been almost 16 days since I raised the request. Guys came to my new accomodation, and informed me that there is a problem in my new flat, and they can not install new connection. I checked with my building management team, they informed me that there is no problem to install new connections. I called Airtel customer care team several time, informe them there is no problem in my flat, informed them that new connections are getting installed in my nigherberhood, but didnot get any call from their shifting team. followed up, mailed them, but no results.
