Hi,
My name is balaji jogi. I am staying in ambedkar nagar, yellareddy guda, hyderabad. I paid installation deposit charges rs.1, 145/- to airtel broadband connection representative towards 8mbps internet connection at my home. For this, i got sms from airtel giving confirmation as "documents received against your fixedline account no.[protected], installation order no.63277301. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to installation engineer, except additional cpe purchases, if any".
Based on above confirmation and after several phone reminders to airtel customer care, we were informed that no slots are available in the dp and connection cannot be provided.
When we asked to refund the installation money and documents, airtel customer care is not responding properly and i am unable to get the amount refundable.
Kindly help me in this regards, how can i proceed further.
