Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied New Connection of airtel 4G Hotspot with corporate plan Rs.1100 ( 10 3GB 4G data ) through Airtel official website I received a call from landine no. [protected] regarding new connection request. executive guide me all plan of AIRTEL 4G hotspot, i agree with all plan with data card, executive told me your request forwarded to my senior officer after 30 minute I got call from Mr. Jai ( Mobile [protected] ). Mr. jai told me please send your all documents in my Whatsapp no. [protected] and My field Executive collect your All documents and do the payment Rs.2300 ( for 4G HOTSPOT DEVICE with 4G SIM ) to my field executive. after 2 hours field Executive ( mobile No. [protected] )comes to my home collect all my documents and Rs.2300 told me your connection will be activated within 48 hours. but after 72 hours Mr. jai and field executive not responding my calls and disconnecting my calls, Please do the neendful help to me I think this Company may Be FRAUD. I want to refund my money Please find the attached Payment Receipt with snapshot of airtel sim & device.

    We took a fancy number [protected] recently for the purpose of a healthcare clinic and its been 3 months. For the past one month we have been getting nuisance calls from various numbers saying this number was posted in the internet . As the calls every week are from different numbers i am worried if the number has really been posted in the internet and thats why i am getting so many nuisance calls. As a healthcare clinic we need to be available at all times with a phone, but these calls have forced us to keep the phone in silent at nights. Please let us know if there is a way forward to somehow trace or complain against this.

      In my mobile last week saturday morn 10 am onwards data connection is not working even i reset the settings, reset the phone and about this complained 4 times to your customer support but till date i didn't get any feedback. Yesterday i went to customer support centre and inform about this they checked my sim n various handset but its not working in any other handsets. I had 5.4gb data balance and 4 days it is not working. Sry to say this your customer service is very worst bcs i'm facing 5th time problem in your service nobody is taking responsibility. I called your customer care so many times your people disconnect the call and never call back too. Due to this i got huge loss and very much mind depressed. If you cant do anything plz tel me. I wil go to court and look it ther i hav all the evidence for your worst support.

        I have complained so many times on Toll free No. regarding very poor service of 4G network where demo given by the franchisee was totally fake & company is only concentrated on bill not service & it is strange that after discontinue of service, company is adding bill on monthly basis & demanding bill regularly & harassing me & my one mob.no.[protected] service has been also stopped on this account means double harassment. In this era of competition what Air tel is doing ?. It is strange & If company do not give any satisfactory reply than i will take legal advice & i have 65 no. mob no, in my family where I will apply for port for all no.becoz of this.

          Hello,
          I'm using this number +91 [protected] for more than 3 years now, i’m being deployed in the abroad for last 6 months. I’m coming back home in the next week. Last week i got a text message from at-arwinf on 06th may 2016 “as per our records, airtel mobile [protected] has not been used from last 90 days. Pls. Recharge within 15 days to avoid permanent suspension of services.” but i do notice today [08th may 2016] after my phone not able receive messages.

          I tried to recharge my phone, it failed.

          As i said i’m using this number for a very long time and people know me by this number. Please help me to reactivate this number. I’m ready to pay and recharge.

              Again I am facing the issue of not getting the 4g network on 4G dongle [protected], I am trying to reach airtel customer care but no response, Airtel is faking their customers by showing advertisement, I am not sure why the consumer Court is not banning Airtel advertisement on 4g,
              it is a worst service from Airtel 4G and their customer care.

              I receive an SMS saying that, they are trying to reach me on my dongle number, don't they know about their products. How can the call to the dongle, I already gave my alternate contact number to reach out to me [protected].

              Please please take a serous action against Airtel.

                On 30th march, i submitted my documents to airtel execuitve for porting my number from telnor to airtel postpaid.
                Airtel representative said me other plan & when sim got activated plan was different. When i tried calling the same number from which Airtel executive used to call me, the number dint had incoming facility on that. so i was help less. Then i mailed the complained to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Then i got a call from suman rani patnaik from [protected].
                When i told her the whole story, she told that sir might be our sales team had conveyed you wrong message. That means airtel has no rule & regulation on their employees what their employees are doing. Just they want is as much as customer they can shift to airtel even if they need to use the wrong path.

                    My airtel mobile no. is [protected] in the name of Jitendra Kumar Jha.
                    I have taken an internet booster pack on March 29, 2016.
                    This amount should have been added in the billing cycle of March 4, 2016 to April 4, 2016.
                    However the same was included in billing cycle of April 4, 2016 to May 4, 2016 as well.
                    While taking the booster pack, nowhere it was mentioned that it is an automatic renewal pack.
                    The screen shots have been attached wherein nowhere it is mentioned that it is an automatic renewal pack.

                        I have raised a request to shift my connection to a new address (local, within Bangalore) and it has been 7 days since I raised the request. I have placed at least 5-6 phone calls to the Airtel customer care team, raised multiple times requests, complaints, followed up with all the team members and finally with no results.

                        The entire team would listen to your stories, pass you from one person to another with no solution. No one would call you up to see if your problem is resolved ( unlike the case where you would get multiple phone calls in a day if you miss a payment).

                        I want to share with everyone who reads this -- " If you raise a complaint against a technician / any team member in AIRTEL" then you are gone. They will make sure that run from pillar to post and finally your case will not resolved too.. Too much of arrogance and revengeful attitude. -- Poor service.. finally try putting a complaint in their official website, it WILL NEVER CAPTURE YOUR CAPTCHA AND thus making you fail to file a complaint online too.. AIRTEL SERVICE IS A PAIN..

                          I have applied for the airtel broadband few days back.. Executive told that, it will take 3 working days.. I have waited,, i called after 3 days and i have been told by cce that box issue in my area and wait for another 24 hrs.. I called after 24 hrs and the another cce told that wrong address and she updated the correct one and wait for more 24 hrs.. Again i called after 24 hrs again i have been told the same thing by cce's /one of the worst service by airtel broadband...

                            We have already given a complaint on 03/05/16 at airtel customer service center that our telephone number[protected] is not working. So on 04/05/16 one of the representatives visited our shop and informed that there is aproblem with the wire and will send another person the next day. But still nobody has called us and solved the problem. Every time we called up customer care we got a response that it would be resolved by the end of the day.

                              Hi,
                              My name is balaji jogi. I am staying in ambedkar nagar, yellareddy guda, hyderabad. I paid installation deposit charges rs.1, 145/- to airtel broadband connection representative towards 8mbps internet connection at my home. For this, i got sms from airtel giving confirmation as "documents received against your fixedline account no.[protected], installation order no.63277301. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid to installation engineer, except additional cpe purchases, if any".
                              Based on above confirmation and after several phone reminders to airtel customer care, we were informed that no slots are available in the dp and connection cannot be provided.
                              When we asked to refund the installation money and documents, airtel customer care is not responding properly and i am unable to get the amount refundable.
                              Kindly help me in this regards, how can i proceed further.

                                I called from my Airtel mobile no. [protected] to a mobile no.[protected] of Tata Docomo of Bihar Circle, but my call was picked up by some lady, who talked rudely. I could no know to which no. my call was connected. I asked her to give phone to some male member. Later a call came from a mobile no.[protected] disclosing his name as Mukesh in response to my request of giving phone to a male member. I told him the no. to which I was calling. He informed me of call coming to his no. What is this? Is Airtel mobile service provider is trying to mislead its customers and putting them in uncomfortable positions. Pl rectify these problems immediately and airtel must inform the reasons to me about above mentioned problem.

                                    I had done a data recharge on this Airtel Prepaid Number - [protected] on 5th May. I had done a recharge of Rs.259/- for 1 GB data valid for 28 days. However it is shocking that I was able to use the internet properly till 7th May morning. After that my internet is not working. Forget about the speed even a normal google site in not opening at all.Also when I called the customer care at -[protected], I was not given any valid reason for this issue, instead the person kept the call on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call.

                                    Resolve this issue at earliest so that I can continue using my internet. Also 2 full days have already got wasted out of 28 days due to this issue. Let me know what to be done regarding that. Will Airtel extend my validity for 2 more days ?

                                      Date of Incident : 08/05/2016 Please note that I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 178 for 2G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my HDFC account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and I got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data Pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of Rs 178 or you could do the Talk time recharge of Rs 178. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time.So I am writing you this mail. There no signal in my TV screed and I am constantly trying to contact customer care but even after ringing for more than 5 minutes no executive nor any office is picking up my phone calls.

                                      It is the worst service I ever seen!!!

                                        I am Gururaj Kallur. I have made the payment of Rs 2241.00 on 07 May 2016 through airtel money. Transaction id is[protected]. But its not reflecting in my bill.
                                        I have called airtel customer care people, they are simply giving the times like within 24 hrs it will be resolved and even airtel money customer care also telling the same. I want to convert this no prepaid one. So airtel outlet people also not responding to this. I tried cash pay only in outlet, they said server is down. Then I used airtel money. But this also stuck. I already visited airtel outlet 3 times. They are not ready to give new sim even showing the transaction details, and the main thing is that they only suggested to make it through airtel money. This is ridiculous. I am using 7 airtel nos. Now I am thinking to port them because of this type of service.
                                        Please help me to get this resolved.
