I took an airtel connection 2 months back. It was a 10 gb postpaid plan. After 2 weeks of service i consumed 4gb of data. On 29th of april i checked my balance which showed a little more than 5gb of data. I switched off the dongle and slept. Next morning i saw 2 messages in my mobile. 1 which came around 1am saying i have consumed more than 50% of the data and another message around 2am saying i have consumed more than 90% of my data. I checked my balance and found only 600mb of data was left. I called customer care but they said they can't do anything unless the bill is generated which mean i cannot use the dongle any more till the bill is generated. I asked for disconnection and they did that. After the bill was generated i called them and they accepted that that was an error and they cannot do anything as the data cannot be carry forwarded. Also the connection was already disconnected. This is pure cheating. I lost my money as i had to pay for the plan i chose and i did not get the expected value for the money paid. For airtel prepaid, i need to pay rs. 600 to 700 to get that 4gb

I have recharged 348/- for 2GB 3G/4G for my tab but post recharge i got only 1.5 GB Data balance. i have asked Airtel cc they said you have got balance what you have recharged for. Though i escalated with all proofs to Nodal officer but no use they all same. This mischeous service providers earning crores by cheating customers.

Do not download their app it is fraudulent app that consumes all your data balance.

    Please refer to your customer care message dated 12.05.2016, which i received around 3.00 p. M, in which you have mentioned this month bill due, i have already paid the bill online on 09.05.2016. Why you sent the message if bill already have been paid, neither you sent any payment confirmation message. This type of practice is not tolerable at all. Please overlook the matter and send your reply.

      I have requested for airtel broadband for my personal use on[protected] and paid initial payment of rs 1000 as advance to mr guru his mobile number is ([protected]), he said that i will get the connection in two days of time. But to my surprise no one approached to me or i got any call from anyone regarding the connection. Then i decided to call back mr guru who have took the payment from me, he kept on giving me false promises and not taking any initiative steps for me and now he is not picking up my call at all. I am really in mental stress and dont no what exactly should i do. It would be very nice if you guys bring out a good solution for my problem. Please help me out.

        I had a 3g data balance of 4.2 gb in my account till 26/05/2016 but, whenever I switch on mobile data it says disconnected. I have this issue from 04/05/2016. When I contacted customer care on 05/05/2016 they said that they will register a complaint and resolve the problem but no use. I called again on 7th and 11th also but no use. I have the messages received from them.

        I think they are cheating me. I'm using Vodafone now and it works fine. If airtel can't solve the problem then I have to port to other network.

          The most popular connection have reached to the jungles but cant provide connection in the city itself. Amazingly High call drops.
          However my complaint is about the cheating practices. my porting request has got no response post 45 days however confirmation of reciept of documents i recd prior to expiry of Porting request.
          Moreover, i have called number of time to customer care but they didnt revert back and only provide false assurance and reference numbers, i just don't understand what for.

          However my complaint is about the cheating practices. actually my sim was BSNL, your sales dept girls from hyderabad begumpet, called several times for some Ugadi offer and said if i take Rs 299 plan i will get 720 minutes + 300 additional minutes along with the 2 GB data free for 6 months without any deposit amount if i port my cell no. [protected], to Airtel, so i agreed with the offer and an executive by name Kumar Cell no. [protected] came to me and once again confirm with him the above details so he too has given the same assurance, and port my no. from Bsnl to Airtel, and taken photo id and handed over one sim card and left, a person for verification came and approved, after few days the sim got active, a customer care executive asked some details which i have furnished and the same time i have Inquired about the offers so he said all which they promised above is totally wrong and i will be getting only 700 minutes calls free per month, so i asked him to connect to the TL or Manager, and i told the same to her she too has said the same so asked them not activate my sim and i called the Sales dept, Splendid towers Begumpet Hyd. and spoken to an Executive Nadeem Cell No. [protected] he said to talk to the Manager Jaffer Kaleem Cell No. [protected] and asked him about their executives how they are cheating and playing cheap tricks with the customers by giving false information and attracting the customers and making fool to them in the name of offers, so his reply is to fulfill the target they are doing the same and i asked are you one who is giving such a training to them, so in reply he said he will do something and comeback to me, since past 45 days i keep on calling him and his executive nadeem, they are just disconnecting the phone and not lifting the phone and playing bloody cheap tricks till date they are keeping on harassing me, Moreover, i have called number of times to customer care but they didn't revert back and only provide false assurance and reference numbers, i just don't understand what for this type of games they are playing with the customers
          Kindly note the no. which is ported from Bsnl, is very much important, if you take any strict action against them and do the needful otherwise i have think of any alternate and will highlight this matter in the Newspapers and Media.

            I have applied broadband connection on 7.4.16 chennai.i checked with airtel before applying connection.They said connection feasible but speed max will be 2mbps only.he said plan 2mbps 75 gb 1095 plan.i checked with airtel 2 to 3 times before applying because i have applied airtel on december 2015 but connection cant given due to no feasibilty.I got amount back after 1 month that time.l.I applied for the connection second time now april 2016.I paid 1000 rupees for this connection after 2 days i got call from airtel technical tean from my area.he said connection is not possible in my area and cant give connection in future too.he scolded airtel sales person for doing like this.he said airtel sales team doing like this to finish target.he asked me to get the amount back from airtel and never apply for connection in my area.i called to sales person and airtel team who collected my application but no response from them.please credit my amount back if connection not feasible.

              I am taken the connection on[protected].In that day is working fine, after that the connection is not working.
              I drop a mail [protected]@in. Airtel.com they are given the reply wait for 3 days that 3 days is completed, i told please close the connection their is no reply from that mails, max 10 times send a mail upto date, they are telling only one reson they are wasted 5 days. Please taken the action.

                Dear sir,
                V opted for a new WiFi plan with unlimited calling, but as soon as it is started our sintex facility has been stopped.. many a times I made a complain of the same, but no resolution has been received yet. Around 15 days have passed, no response to the complain received yet.
                I thereby request u to activate it as soon as possible.
                The 2 frequently used sintex numbers are 445, 5152.

                  I just want to port my number from tata docomo to Airtel, one of your agent Rajendra Mb.no.[protected], collected required documents from me and also provided me a sim, even verification also completed from airtel now it is almost 20 days but still i did not get any feedback from his side even when i tried to contact him many times.but refused to receive my phone calls.
                  once or twice he communicated with me and i told him to return my documents if you are not able to provide me postpaid connection, but unfortunately he disconnected the phone call, In future if i any misuse of my documents, i'll claim to airtel in this.

                    Last three days I have rechaged amount of Rs: 250 now balance 1 rupee. This is not first time. May I know the reason and how they with out initimation they deducted amount from my number.

                        I am not happy with the service airtel provides, I have been giving complaints about how one of there executive (Shivaji) took my documents (Xerox / Color) for my second connection and stopped receiving me call and his DSA manager named Jayesh started cutting my calls I have informed at the airtel store, Collection team when I started getting calls, even sent an email to airtel but no help was given .. Now I am getting legal calls, ... I found the executive who was avoiding coming in front of me, and made him speak with the company lawyer but still was approached with a rude response. now I will take each and every legal action possible as I have saved all the call recordings and emails from airtel.. even they need to know the power of the common man!

                          I have ported my mobile number to airtel recently. I was using the connection from May 3rd onwards and suddenly from may 6th onwards the connection was barred. When I contacted the customer care center they were telling that my address verification was unsuccessful whereas I have submitted all the required documents and an airtel representative came to my address for verification. I have been running behind these customer care executives for past one week and they are not at all assisting. I have given this number as contact for all my official purposes, so I can't leave the number as it is. So I humbly request to address my issue as early as possible.

                          From monday onwards I am not able to receive even incoming calls. The number is completely out of service. I was using this number for all my official purposes and it is linked with all my bank accounts. Now I am not able to do any transactions. The airtel executive who collected my documents is not even picking my calls. Please do some action on this complaint as early as possible.

                            Not receiving signals of number of channels on airtel dth tv since last 12 days. Dd news - channel no. 290, 686 etc.

                            Thus airtel is not providing us free to air channels as well.

                            On complaint no.51545804 lodged with the airtel. Persons came on bike no. Gj06hm9222 could not resolve the issue.

                            Since not receiving all channels since last 12 days, i should be credited burning charge for those 12 days since burning charge is levied on daily basis irrespective o[censored]sage.

                            Despite of the fact that weather is all clear in vadodara since last 12 days as well there is no obstacle in front of disk the airtel flash incorrect massage error b0001.In fact all is clear but to avoid companies liability they harasses customer.

                            Consumer should be paid hefty compensation for not been able to see channels they paid for in advance. Again burning charge is levied on daily basis irrespective o[censored]se of tv.

                            Trai must take stringent action against such defaulting service provider and ensure we get compensation so that such cheating may be avoided and good customer services may be enforced.

                            Suggestion:
                            With dth consumer should be able to change service provider just by change of insensible card to set top box without change of whole installation. It should be made as easy as portability in mobile connection.

                                        I applied for a local shift and to activate the airtel broadband connection, for the past 5 days, I have called their customer care, raised service requests, posted complaints and also submitted my concerns in their customer care.

                                        Till now, I have not got a resolution. The only mistake that I did for going through this MENTAL TRAUMA is to take their broadband and landline connection 6 yrs back and been there loyal customer so far.

                                        Now the same guys are giving me and my family MENTAL TRAUMA by not servicing a simple local shift. SOMEONE IN AIRTEL, please think from your customer's angle as well.

                                        If you have grown so big that you cannot manage your growing customer base, please ignore this message. At least those who are taking new connection will benefit from this message.
