Hi sir/madam,

I complain about landline issue on 28/04/2016.
Complaint ref no. 67189796.

Till now the problem is not resolved.

Everytime when i was called to customer care, the executive saying that we are updating the status. Our technician will resolve the issue by today evening or by tomorrow morning.

Till 4evenings and 3 mornings were gone but not technician came and problem not resolved.

When i was ask him to transfer my call to manager, he saying that manager was busy in calls.

Please help me to out of this issue.

1hour after complaint technician called me and taken my appointment to fix the issue. He came to my home and fix the issue quickly. Thank you Team.

    Poor service of Airtel Dth along with worst customer service . The customer care executive was shouting and was so rude while taking complaint . I don't know why Airtel has kept the customer service, I guess just to make fool of people . Shivani the executive disconnected the phone in middle of the conversation and Airtel should be banned to do business if they can not maintain it in India . Please ask some one to pick that box from I home as I will get Tata Sky on immediate basis, -Pawan Thakur -[protected], called at 2:43around

      Hi, Feeling sorry after reading your problem. Why don’t you try a different app to get your recharge done. I used to face same problems when I was using some of these unreliable websites for my recharges. My money used to be debited from my Bank account and then they didn’t use to refund it. Bill Bachao is by far the most decent app I have used. I Haven’t faced much problem after switching to it. And their customer care guys are also helpful. you can download this app here. http://bit.ly/ormbb

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        I had procured an Airtel 4G broadband connection with number [protected]. I had it installed in my residence in Bhakti Park, Wadala. From the very first week the connectivity was poor to non-existent. We had made multiple complaints to Airtel, but the problem was not fixed apart from being asked to reset the modem every time! I was being charged monthly rental and paying it.

        After repeated attempts to get it fixed, I finally told the Aitel executive that I shall not pay the rental, till my connectivity issue is properly addressed. I was promised in that call that rental for the months when my modem was not receiving any signal, will be reversed and the issue will be sorted. However nothing was done.

        After this, I started getting collection calls. Finally, frustrated with the quality of service and utter apathy of Airtel towards a customer, I wanted to get rid of it once and for all. I paid my outstanding dues of nearly Rs 4000 in March and asked Airtel to disconnect my account.
        To my surprise, even after getting a confirmation that my connection will be disconnected I have received a bill of Rs 1035 this month.

        I wanted to bring to your notice this appalling service and complete indifference of Airtel customer service.

        Your team is bad in terms of responding towards resolving customer issues but on the contrary, super efficient in reducing the speed of the network or making collection calls. How long will you bully and bulldoze the customer and treat them like dirt? How long will you mislead & cheat the customer by showing advertisements on TV that your network even works in the back of beyond when in fact it does not even work in Mumbai? Where is the accountability? Why should I pay this bill when I have switched off my modem from the time Ive been told it has been disconnected.

        I do not have time for this but now you have pushed me as a customer to do my best to take it up with regulators/ regulatory board and also a customer propagate. I promise to tell my friends and colleagues and also through social media about my harrowing experience.

          I have received bill for the period 20th march to 19th April 2016 for Rs 795/-.
          On 2nd April I have changed the present plan to Rs 399/-, I was on roaming for the earlier period for which the payment was already done. I wish to know on what basis the present bill is raised. Based on your satisfactory reply only I will be able to pay the present bill as I have not fully used the present Rs 399/- coverage.

          I am not happy the way billing is done, I am one of the old customers and of late the services provided are not at all satisfactory.

            Facing network issue from last one year at my home and called customer care number of time but no resolution. Every time I get to know that request has been forwarded to the network team and resolution time cannot be confirmed. Cherry on the cake is that every time i call to follow up regarding my previous complaint they dont find the data in their system. The service is too pathetic and I strongly don't recommend airtel.

              I took a airtel postpaid connection on 27/04/2016. Today my no. Done with successful address verification and i got the message for the same. But suddenly outgoing call facility suspension started from 10pm today. I called customer care for help and the person who received my call told me that his name is rahul. When i explained the problem he told that his name is robin and they cannot help me as my address verification got rejected. Then i called the person who came to my house for address verification and he told me for my address it was a successful one and he updated all the things by afternoon itself. Then again i called customer care for help but again they told me to submit the documents again to the airtel shop. I can only contact them on monday before that it is not possible as the shop will be closed on sunday.

              I am staying alone and needed the sim card urgent basis. But presently i am totally helpless and can't able to call anyone of my friends and family in urgency also. No one is helping me, all are just passing the ball from here and there. If this would be the situation of india's most leading telecom company then no words to say. After this bitter experience i am not going to take airtel connection anymore and won't recommend it to anyone.

                  I had registered a complaint against airtel for deduction of balance on 22nd april and i was told to wait for 48 hours but there wasn't any response after that and again when i had called i was asked to wait again for 48 hours..Even after that there was no response and i had to call back n then i was refunded with the deducted amount.. Now i want a compensation as i was not able to make any calls.. I want an immediate response to it..

                    I had a "package" from airtel for rs.79 that was valid for 56 days.

                    I got a text from them to dial *121*5# to discontinue the package if i so wished.

                    I did.

                    They went ahead and renewed the "package" anyway!!!

                    I called up 198, their so-called "helpline". The dummy who picked up said it was my bad luck that my call to *121*5# had not registered in their system, so he would keep my money!!!

                    So my money is lost. Since the people at airtel believe in luck, i wish this dummy all the ill-health possible, and i'm fine with him using my 79 rupees as a donation towards his treatment.

                    Since one routinely deals with disembodied voices while trying to sort out a problem like this, the person at the other end of the line goes scot-free as he never has to identify himself, never has to be answerable, can get away with giving us any cock-and-bull story. There is no accountability. I understand losers incapable of getting better jobs sit at these helplines, but there should be some integrity, some wish to help the caller, shouldn't there? I lost very little money; for me, it was the principle of the matter. What about all those complaints where people are actually suffering because of the shoddy work ethic of such as the one who took my call?

                        Airtel gave me bill of 3667/-, the charges for this month is 116/- . They included installation charges in the bill but I have paid 3000/- (by cheque number 252570 ) for installation charge and its cleared by bank.

                        I have sent CRF and bank statement for that to airtel but still I got a bill of 1277/- . The actual bill should be 116/-.

                          I recharged my airtel number with 101 rupees but I didn't get any benefit as there was no plan for 101. The Airtel neither provided any benefit nor they refunded the amount.
                          When I contacted the customer care, they told me that they wil not provide any benefit of recharge as there was no such recharge plan of that amount.
                          They didn't provided the refund too.
                          They behaved so irresponsibily and they said, they can't do anything.

                            I came from the us for a vacation in india and bought this from a distributor. I am still waiting for activation after 2 weeks. I was planning to land a long-term contract with airtel for a business that i was going to start in india later this year but now i am going to actively discourage people from going to airtel.

                              In regards to my existing airtel voice and broadband connection, the issues that i have been facing are -:
                              1. Scam on data allowance
                              2. Unethical behaviour

                              As complainant, i will start by describing issue #2. I was unable to pay to my broadband connection bill from december 2015 to february 2016 as i was out of country and i forgot to inform airtel to put my account on hold. The cumulative pending bill for that duration was inr 6800. After few reminder calls that was not forwarded to me, my internet connection got disconnected and services were disabled for my account at the start of march 2016. When i came back in april 2016, i received the call from airtel representative 'meenu' who told me that the due amount is inr[protected]+1239). When i asked about the additional inr 1239, she said it was due amount for march to april. I told her that i will not pay inr 1239 because airtel disconnected my services in march hence it is meaningless to pay when the services were already disabled. She agreed and said that if i pay inr 6800 the rest amount (Inr 1239) will be waived off. I made the payment and called her after 2 weeks to remind her to waive off the charges. She said that she would do it right away. It has now been a month and my charges haven't been waved off. I reached airtel customer care, they said there is no such conversation on their record so they won't waive off any charges.

                              Now the issue #1, i had a data allowance of 20gb and every month after 4-5 days i received a mail from airtel that my data has been consumed. I always used to wonder how because i did not watch videos and downloaded anything off the internet. I only used my desktop for surfing minimalistic websites related to my work and whatsapp on cellphone in that time. I made sure that my router was wpa2 protected with alphanumeric password that also included special characters and i especially designed that password to not be susceptible to brute force or wpa handshake hacking methods. Much to my surprise they had no explanation and said "i believe your wifi may be hacked". This was not possible because i had already changed the password a few times every now and then to make sure airtel doesn't give me any excuse. So i came up with a plan. I changed my plan to 5gb data and turned off my router for 2 days. The third day i got a mail that i had consumed 80% of my data allowance. You don't have to be a sherlock holmes to now understand airtel's cheap tricks.

                              I, as complainant, am willing to escalate this issue to court. I will submit all evidences and call records for grievance redressal.

                                One of airtel executive visited our post office (Jacob circle mumbai-11). Alloted us prepaid card and taken money on 26 march 2016. Promising to activate the alloted number by evening of same day. But even after so long period like a month no number getting activated. We apparoach airtel gallary at lalbaug and lower parel but still we didn't get any result. So irequest you to kindly look into the matter and help us to get us our money back.

                                  Company offered a scheme of 12 months validity recharge with rs 1465 I have recharge rs 1465 on 28 Dec 2015.now company is called and said that your A/c no. [protected] has expired on 28 Apr 2016.
                                  I have registered a complain no 51261841 in airtel company on 27 Apr 2016 but in 24 hours company has no reply to me in this matter. Whend I Called again on 28 Apr 2016 08.00 pm then the representative officer said that still waiting another 24 hours and also said that your channel is deactivate on 28 Apr 2016 12.00 pm without solution. I said that my complaint is under process so that plz not do this but he said that this is not possible.

                                  Airtel Broadband Service — Airtel executives lackluster service.

                                  Airtel executive promises the broadband connection within 24hrs. After collecting the document and charges they will start avoiding on some or the other pretext.
                                  Now the company said that you are not eligible for this scheme then I said that if I am not eligible for this scheme then why company representatives called me and offered a scheme of like this?
                                  The company representatives called to the and said that when the called about scheme is not from customers services but from sales and marketing department. So that I said that I don't know about this department and the representative from your side is not share any information about that first of all you will confirm in our customers service about scheme and then you will recharge. So that I said that what about my fault in this matter.plz sir solve the problem is will tired very much.
                                  At that time the company representatives who called me about the scheme will not provide full information about the whole procedures he said only that if you will recharge rs1465 you will get benefits of 12 months validity but he did not said that first of all you will confirm in our customers service about scheme and then you will recharge. So that the company representatives was not provide full information about the procedure.

                                  On Sunday Dt 08.05.16 company representatives called me and said that after recharge you would not call in customer service so that your scheme is not activated. Then I said that company representatives who called me on December and said about this scheme will not provide full information about the whole procedures and also said that on 27 Dec 2015 at 8.19 pm msg received me from customers services in this msg there is no any links provided or information about confirmation of call in customer service would not available. On this basis I have recharge rs 1465 so that the company representatives said me that OK I will talk to my concern about this matter and I will call you back. I also sent that msg about scheme relate to customers services. I also attached this msg as above.
                                  So I will waiting for call or decision about my complaint.

                                  So that plz show me this details to me and I also said that if I called you on 27 Dec 2016 then why I am not activate my channel on 27 Dec instead of 28 Dec and why company
                                  Sent me a msg on 27 Dec 2015 at 8.19 pm regarding the offer. Why I am also recharge rs 1465 advance rental pack so that plz solve this issue regarding the scheme as most urgent.

                                    My mobile number is [protected]. I was doing recharge for rs.94. I have been doing this for last three months. Usually, i should get 200 local/std minutes. Today, i was shocked to receive an sms saying that the plan is 35 paise per minute for local and std calls for 28 days. I did not do this recharge for rate cutter. I did it for getting 200 minutes. It is not agreeable from a big network. I have tried to call the customer support. They said that they cannot change anything. It is a change brought by the marketing team before 15 days. If the change is brought by the marketing team, why did they not inform the merchants who does easy recharge. They neither provided them new tariff plan nor intimated them regarding the change. Is it the business strategy to put customers under confusion and dissatisfaction?

                                      I have requested mnp (Mnp unique code al673716) on 2 of april for circle change from airtel kerela to airtel rajasthan. But, unfortunately both the sims are deactivated neither kerela one is working nor rajasthan. I called airtel customer care kerela and rajasthan on 28 april they told that sim is not reflecting on their systems respectively. My home circle is uttrakhand, as i have already changed my cirlce once from uttrakhad to kerela.

                                        I hereby want to inform regarding a mobile tower hoisted just next my house (10 meters) in the belowmentioed location has become life threatening due to frequent outburst of fire and unbearable loud sound from its machines. On several occasions district authorities were informed about its health hazardous consequences in a peaceful remote village residential area, but they have remained inactive so far.
                                        Please help us remove the tower as there many unoccupied places available in the village.
