My broadband and landline stopped working since 5th May, 2016. I have raised a complaint on the same day. On 6th of May 2016 one technician came and tried resolving the issue. He said that the internet will come in 1 hour and after that he disappeared forever. He never received my call and if I called from different no, he disconnected the call on recognizing my voice. Such kind of people exist in airtel which is hard to believe. And airtel had failed to resolve this issue and they are not giving any finite deadline.

Please take some action against them and ask them to resolve the issue at higher priority.

The technician with mobile no [protected] has never received my calls. Please take some strict action against such people.
I have mailed you the details and expect the resolution at the earliest.
Nothing had been happening on this issue since a week now.. The customer care executive still says it will take 48 hours.. what the hell is going on.. i have never got a callback as well.

    I applied for a new Airtel fibernet broadband connection on 2nd May 2016. (Form reference no. BR[protected] The executive Seshadri (Mobile:[protected] took Rs. 3000 and said I'll have the connection in 3 days. I did not receive any communication from him or Airtel after that. Each time I had to call him for updates.

    When I did not get the connection for a week, I had to make numerous calls to customer care to get a proper response. I was finally told there are no more slots available in the DP box in my building, so I can't get a connection! No one bothered to inform me this. I had to find out by making 20 calls. I raised a complaint with customer care (No.[protected] regarding this. But I never received any response.

    My Airtel broadband customer no. is [protected]. I have placed a refund request for the amount that I paid (ticket no. AORf731ac). I have not received any SMS or email on the status of the refund.

    I am a long time Airtel customer of mobile, 4G, and DTH services. This pathetic level of service is appalling and absolutely unacceptable. This has been an utter waste of my time, energy, and money.

    I request you to process the refund application and credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

    Posting my problem on consumercomplaints.in and on Airtel's Facebook page proved beneficial for me. I even sent emails to [email protected], the Nodal Officer, and the Appellate Authority. They assured me that the issue will be resolved. I had to send the scanned copy of my application receipt via email. Then after several emails and phone calls back and firth, I finally received a refund of the balance amount. Despite all the problems, I thank Airtel for resolving the whole matter.

    Hi,

    Further to my previous email, i wish to inform that yesterday (11th May, 2016), Airtel technicians came and installed the broadband connection in my home.

    However, I have received a 16Mbps copper DSL connection, as the fibernet connection was not feasible. I paid Rs.3000 for the fibernet connection. How much of the amount will be refunded? Do I need to raise a request for the refund?

      I am using AirTel mobile no. [protected]. I received two SMS o 11.04.16 at 2.53 PM that 1GB data @ Rs. 300 has been deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 11.04.2016 and another SMS for 20GB data @ Rs. 3350 has been activated on your airtel mobile with effect from 11.04.2016.
      I have not given any request for these two. why these SMS sent to me. I informed at customer care on 11.04.2016 & on 12.04.2016 that above was not requested by me therefore I don't need this please deactivate the same. I also requested that provide me the details who has given the request for the above two services for which SMS sent to me. No details was given to me till date.
      On 12.04.2016 it was confirmed by you through SMS that 20GB data @ 3350 was deactivated on your airtel mobile with effect from 12.04.2016.
      But reversal / refund for Rs. 3350 was not given till date. I don't under stand that why Airtel is not given me any proof of the activation of 20GB data on my mobile who has given request for the same and other side the same was deactivated on the next date and refund against the same was not given to me till date.

          Hello team,

          I am availing the monthly rental 399 for two numbers with the cug facility activated.

          However, i am still getting billed for cug whereas the calling and sms should be free on both.

          They are activated under the same cug group with the id[protected]

          Please have a look and update.

          I called up the customer care and they told me to drop an email to you for the same and i shouldn't be charged for this cug facility.

          I called up last month and was updated that this would be rectified but i got the same thing this month also in the bill.

          The same thing happened in this month's bills also.

          1. For both the numbers, the cug charges have been applied for this month also. You can check the bill details. Why do i have to remind that every month.
          2. The customer care is not responding properly as usual.

          Please let me know what is the concern regarding this and why the cug facility is not being provided when opted for? Is the option of changing the vendor, the only possibility to get hassle free service and bills

          Numerous mails sent to appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, nodal officer and support team but no use.

          This is heights now.

          I am still getting the amount added to my bill for cug whereas it should have been removed 3 months back.

          Are you guys working to get the issue resolved or my request is falling to deaf ears only.


          What a pathetic service is being offered by airtel.

          I would like to withdraw from airtel due to this pathetic service.

          And i"ll not be paying any bills from this month onwards. I'll also be posting this on social media so that everyone is aware of the cheating you guys do and what kind of responses you send.

          This is not acceptable.

          Why was i told that i would get the cug free between these numbers when i got this plan?

          Why do you guys turn back on your words or the persons attending the calls and visiting are illiterate and don't know what they are promising.

                Bill generate on 8 of 9 day of month but they deliver to my home near due date ie. On 21 to 24 day. Trai have to create rule on this bills should deliver with in 24 hour to their customers home. The thing is that k bahi Airtel provide GPRS service to their respective 3G client. Why they doing this TRAI Have to ask them. Also penalty impose to Airtel for delay or dont deliver bils on next day aftet genrate day their respective client. Airtel missguiding their client also disrespect to TRAI.

                  I raised a request for Airtel broadband connection at my home in Noida. Installation order no 63260118 was raised on 2/5/16. Connection still not ready to use. When checking online the complaints are showing as resolved even when the connection is not ready to use.

                    i was using airtel number since from last 1.5. years my number is [protected]. i had received bill of 4962 for 3 months outstanding bill. i make the payment of Rs 3100 its minimum due. but after i not using this number since 2 months because outgoing blocked. after i paid 3100 rs last week after he payment again the sim got suspension.
                    i called and i mail to concern department to open only incoming calls...

                    Have a post paid connection with 3g.
                    Several complaints have been made to airtel regarding poor network, lot of call drops, dont receive calls & only get sms texts about missed calls.
                    Most of the time internet is not working, waiting for network, either gprs or 2g only.
                    This bill mentioned has excessively billed claiming that i have used additional internet.
                    When i dont get the services signed up for in a satisfactory manner, where would one use additional internet?
                    Complaining to airtel has been only a waste of time and energy, they are not bothered to even call back and take our feedback, even after complaining to 121

                      I had raised a request to shift my Airtel broadband connection to my new location in Noida. It has been almost 16 days since I raised the request. Guys came to my new accomodation, and informed me that there is a problem in my new flat, and they can not install new connection. I checked with my building management team, they informed me that there is no problem to install new connections. I called Airtel customer care team several time, informe them there is no problem in my flat, informed them that new connections are getting installed in my nigherberhood, but didnot get any call from their shifting team. followed up, mailed them, but no results.

                      Totally fed-up with the service.

                        I have applied New Connection of airtel 4G Hotspot with corporate plan Rs.1100 ( 10 3GB 4G data ) through Airtel official website I received a call from landine no. [protected] regarding new connection request. executive guide me all plan of AIRTEL 4G hotspot, i agree with all plan with data card, executive told me your request forwarded to my senior officer after 30 minute I got call from Mr. Jai ( Mobile [protected] ). Mr. jai told me please send your all documents in my Whatsapp no. [protected] and My field Executive collect your All documents and do the payment Rs.2300 ( for 4G HOTSPOT DEVICE with 4G SIM ) to my field executive. after 2 hours field Executive ( mobile No. [protected] )comes to my home collect all my documents and Rs.2300 told me your connection will be activated within 48 hours. but after 72 hours Mr. jai and field executive not responding my calls and disconnecting my calls, Please do the neendful help to me I think this Company may Be FRAUD. I want to refund my money Please find the attached Payment Receipt with snapshot of airtel sim & device.

                          We took a fancy number [protected] recently for the purpose of a healthcare clinic and its been 3 months. For the past one month we have been getting nuisance calls from various numbers saying this number was posted in the internet . As the calls every week are from different numbers i am worried if the number has really been posted in the internet and thats why i am getting so many nuisance calls. As a healthcare clinic we need to be available at all times with a phone, but these calls have forced us to keep the phone in silent at nights. Please let us know if there is a way forward to somehow trace or complain against this.

                            In my mobile last week saturday morn 10 am onwards data connection is not working even i reset the settings, reset the phone and about this complained 4 times to your customer support but till date i didn't get any feedback. Yesterday i went to customer support centre and inform about this they checked my sim n various handset but its not working in any other handsets. I had 5.4gb data balance and 4 days it is not working. Sry to say this your customer service is very worst bcs i'm facing 5th time problem in your service nobody is taking responsibility. I called your customer care so many times your people disconnect the call and never call back too. Due to this i got huge loss and very much mind depressed. If you cant do anything plz tel me. I wil go to court and look it ther i hav all the evidence for your worst support.

                              I have complained so many times on Toll free No. regarding very poor service of 4G network where demo given by the franchisee was totally fake & company is only concentrated on bill not service & it is strange that after discontinue of service, company is adding bill on monthly basis & demanding bill regularly & harassing me & my one mob.no.[protected] service has been also stopped on this account means double harassment. In this era of competition what Air tel is doing ?. It is strange & If company do not give any satisfactory reply than i will take legal advice & i have 65 no. mob no, in my family where I will apply for port for all no.becoz of this.

                                I'm using this number +91 [protected] for more than 3 years now, i’m being deployed in the abroad for last 6 months. I’m coming back home in the next week. Last week i got a text message from at-arwinf on 06th may 2016 “as per our records, airtel mobile [protected] has not been used from last 90 days. Pls. Recharge within 15 days to avoid permanent suspension of services.” but i do notice today [08th may 2016] after my phone not able receive messages.

                                I tried to recharge my phone, it failed.

                                As i said i’m using this number for a very long time and people know me by this number. Please help me to reactivate this number. I’m ready to pay and recharge.

                                    Again I am facing the issue of not getting the 4g network on 4G dongle [protected], I am trying to reach airtel customer care but no response, Airtel is faking their customers by showing advertisement, I am not sure why the consumer Court is not banning Airtel advertisement on 4g,
                                    it is a worst service from Airtel 4G and their customer care.

                                    I receive an SMS saying that, they are trying to reach me on my dongle number, don't they know about their products. How can the call to the dongle, I already gave my alternate contact number to reach out to me [protected].

                                    Please please take a serous action against Airtel.

                                      On 30th march, i submitted my documents to airtel execuitve for porting my number from telnor to airtel postpaid.
                                      Airtel representative said me other plan & when sim got activated plan was different. When i tried calling the same number from which Airtel executive used to call me, the number dint had incoming facility on that. so i was help less. Then i mailed the complained to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Then i got a call from suman rani patnaik from [protected].
                                      When i told her the whole story, she told that sir might be our sales team had conveyed you wrong message. That means airtel has no rule & regulation on their employees what their employees are doing. Just they want is as much as customer they can shift to airtel even if they need to use the wrong path.
                                      This is totally disgusting.
