They are given fake promises & making fool to customer, after making payment they are not response even though airtel discontinued my outgoing i am using my number since last 2 yr onwards but never getting such kind of problem but as on date they are making lots of protocol showing, which need to be required right to information about services i have mail confirmation & conversation in my records even call records also to prove what they are saying.

Please help in this matter.

      I have 4 airtel numbers, and i have opted my plan family. I have ported 3 numbers from idea9 [protected], [protected], [protected]) and attached to parent number [protected].
      And i have 10 gb 4g data plan which is shared on all numbers, 4g only work pn parent number [protected], and only 3g work on [protected] and [protected], no internet on [protected] my business is affected a lot.
      I have complained number of times on 121 and 198 but nothing is done i am helpless.

        Update of latest address

        Address: 110003

        I had prepaid registered airtel mobile number with official address id initially in delhi, later on i was told to migrate the prepaid to postpaid corporate plan by our officer and subsequently it is registered accordingly with official id and but bill address on the residential address with out residential id. Hence i had e-mailed airtel to update my address according to my proof of id and address. But it is delaying and denying by airtel...

I complained about it at your help line number 121 they have given the complaint registration number c4gda[protected] dated 16 may 2016. My complaint has not been resolved so far kindly look into the problem and solve it as early as early as possible.

          This is aarun ceo of damo agro products chennai. I bought a fixed line connection from airtel.. Mr. Karthick took my documents at 22nd april 2016. And he confirmed my number is 42814000. But airtel connection provided at may 1st week (Almost 15days after). They provided another number 45526352 without my confirmation. Already i complaint so many times with airtel customer care. But no response from airtel customer care and karthick. They are wasting my time and cheating my money

            My name is gokul. I have recharged my phone for 296 rs that's 1 gb 4g data yesterday.Today it's showing that there's no data pack remaining and I haven't used 4 g since then because i have wifi at home.and i also lost 120 plus rupees from main account for not having a data pack activated.i have called airtel regarding the sane issue and they disconnected the call 3 times.this is my first worst experience with airtel.

              I got postpaid bill for the mobile number +91-[protected] added with extra charges, the services which neither i requested nor used. When i asked the team to eliminate charges, i got replied that complain is registered and will update the bill in 24-48 hours. I have not get any response. I did not pay the bill that month this lead the bill with late payment charges 100. Then next month bill again contains the incorrect amount. Very poor response from airtel service help desk.                 2. Necessary documents along with address proof, photo id & pp submitted to auth airtel store of itarsi (M. P.) m/s kohli stores on 03 may 2016. Rs 50/- has been charged for new airtel sim reg no.[protected]f with assurance that no. Will be activated with in 02 days.
                3. Services debarred after verification call from airtel customer care center (Time 1156 hrs) on mobile no. [protected] (My colleague mr. Vikas) on 03 may 16.
                3. I have personally approached to m/s kohli stores, itrasi for activation on 11 may 16. Rep of m/s kohli stores informed that ur application was not reced. However, my application have been searched out and finally they got my application kept ideal. My documents has been forwarded for further processing by m/s kohli stores. They assured for activation within two days.
                4. Various complaints on line and off line to m/s bharati airtel ltd. First mail intimated that my will be activated on 11 may 16. However, second mail intimated that my no. Will be activated within 07 days w. E. F. 11 may 16.
                5. My mnp validity expired on 17 may 16 till date my no. Is not activated.
                6. Request strict action may please be taken against m/s bharti airtel ltd & m/s kohli stores, itarsi.

I asked for soft as well as hard copy but they did not gave me response in this matter.                       Getting a new connection from airtel broadband is a nightmare. I had two options airtel and spectranet. Spectranet was ready to provide the connection within 24 hours. Went with airtel as it offers landphone as well. Got three different responses from airtel. One local airtel guy informed that i need to pay 1000 rs for the connection whereas online registration in airtel wesbite confirmed that 1000 rs deposit is not required. When contacted airtel customer care, got a 3rd offer - rs 3000 deposit will be adjusted in 6 months bill. I went with the 3rd option and paid rs 3000 vide reference tnpc713157 to prakash on 10/05/2016 with a committment of providing connection in two days... Now this fellow is not picking the phone and there is no use in complaining to airtel customer care. Complaint reference no. 67870206 dated 17/05/2016. Airtel is working like a cartel and irresponsible towards complaints

                        I'm using rate cutter plan in Airtel prepaid Service and I'm the victim for worst service ever seen.
                        Earlier Airtel used to send messages. When the time period of rate cutter is over. But past eight months they didn't send the notification messages and the they are detecting huge amount.
                        Many times I called customer care support and at the first instance they are not ready to take a call either to resolve the issue or to refund money, instead they simply lies that they send message.
                        I told even I'm giving my mobile to you to test yourself but they are not ready even to hear complaint.
                        This is such a worst attitude and behavior of Airtel's customer care I ever seen or heard.

                          I and most other people in the apartment are experiencing very bad network from airtel for months and all the complaints have fallen on deaf ears. At home i have 5 connections personally and we do not get any signals whatsoever except at a specific spot. I have raised this issue and airtel did send people to inspect but post that they have not bothered to do anything.

                          Need a solution to the issue.

                            I'm ussing. Airtel 3g service for more than a year and using 50% cash back foe internet usage in between. 12 am to 6pm. Today morning i got sms stating i have used nearly 200 mb from my account and they refunding 50 % cash back. I shocked after seeing this fraud message as the battery is completely drain in my mobile and switched off, then i put charging and when i switched on my mobile next day morning i got this message. When my mobile is switched off.. How can it possible to to use internet??

                            This is the height of airtel's fraudulent. This is total fraud which needs to be actioned.

                                  On 5 Jan 2016 I requested for INR 149 roaming plan and on 10 Jan 2016 I made a request to deactivate the plan. Calls from my side to the customer care numbers were made for a small request to deactivate my roaming 149 plan and each time i was put on hold fr 10- 15 min. It was the incapability of the customer care executives to keep me on hold while knowing i am on international roaming.

                                  Why was I made to call three times for one request that was not looked into every time. This request would have normally taken less than 1/2 a minute but for me it took 3 days.
                                  I should not be made liable for their inefficiency and incorporation. Recordings of the audio conversation will clearly show the customer care executive asking me to be on hold each time.Checking the recorded statements and communication during the call will verify the facts stated by me for my calls on 10, 11 and 12 Jan 2016 respectively.
                                  I may please be charged for the services used but not for being kept on hold. This new unethical method of making money by Airtel should be permanently stopped to save consumers from mental harassment and financial pressure.

                                    Heloo im yasid. I was using my airtel sim for the past 10 years. But unfrtunatly i didnt submitted my proof to that time. Im in abroad now.                                       I received the automated call from airtel digital tv saying that since i've not recharged my account and the balance is only 2 rupees, they are suspending the service until it's recharged. I called up the customer care to inquire more on this number[protected] and i spoke to one of the executives named ganesh who was very arrogant.

                                      When asked about the reason for this, he said that is the rules of the airtel. Since you have not having minimum balance of 160 rs in the account, its being suspended. I said it's fine. When asked about the activation, he said you can recharge whenever you want but rs 15/- will be deducted from the account as emi / fine / late fee for recharge. When asked about why this 15/- he said it's a fine for not being recharging your account on time. He gave an ex: saying if one recharges on 1st of month and the account expires on 30th of that month 12 am. Customer has to recharge within that 12 am, even if the customer is recharging it next morning, he has to pay 15/- as late fee. What in the world is this rule, he says thats the rules of airtel. The executive who was talking in kannada is no careless about the customers he was literally arguing with us instead of giving a quality service.

                                      I clearly explained to him, i've given 2100 bucks for airtel digital tv hd stb. Along got 8gb pendrive free. I had choosen the 245 sports value pack as my channel pack. The shopkeeper said you'll get all the hd channels for a month free and you can recharge whatever the package you want from next month and hd channels will be removed automatically. A month got over. I got message on the screen to recharge my pack. I recharged it on 28th april 2016 with 250/- the shopkeeper said no worries, the 5 rs can be carried forward to next recharge it'll be in the account. When asked about the hd channels, it'll go off. But the hd channels kept coming for 15 days and i received message on my mobile "validity of your airtel digitaltv id [protected] expires today. Your rental is rs. 479. Please recharge for continued services."

                                      I called up the customer service, they say you recharged 250 instead of 479 and hence only half the month came. You have also subscribed hd channels. I said i did not subscribe, i was told it'll come for a month for free and it'll taken off, which wasn't done. When asked about this shopkeeper, he said you should have called airtel customer care after every recharge. Asked the customer care to remove hd channnels and give the relay for 245 pack, they said no. So, shopkeeper also didn't tell me the full details and the customer care also not caring and i lose my money since i'm not able to watch tv till i recharge it.

                                      We had a discussion in home and we said, we should have been careful and we ignored it. Now today i receive the call for suspension and they say extra 15 rs will be deducted i really became frustrated. What in the world i've to pay them if i'm not seeing any channels and also i've given them the money for the box and activation. Its done. Now.. Whenever i want to recharge and whatever the package i select, it has to come for that days (Say, i've taken 245 sports value pack) i should see my pack channels for 30 days. After that, they should take back the feed / relay. Tv should be blank.

                                      Its customer wish to recharge the pack whenever he wishes too. If i don't want to see tv for another month, i'm not gonna recharge it. And when i recharge it, they should take only the amount of the recharge pack and not put a fine to me of rs 15 for late recharge. Its legal roll call. They say its their rules and when told about complaining this to consumer complaints he said you can do whatever you want sir, this is the rules.

                                      When asked the executive about why can't i just block it for so many days and then unblock it when i need it, he said that can be done and we called as safe custody. That way he will keep the account on hold and from that money will not be deducted and when we call back them, it'll be removed from safe custody and as usual service comes and 15 rs gets deducted on daily basis. When asked if there is any payment needs to be done for the safe custody, again 30 rs will be deducted from the account.

                                      So, no matter what you do, they are gonna deduct money from the account and they put extra 15 rs if we want to recharge when we want as late fee which is not fair and also just to keep our account on hold and stop the relay for number of days inturn stop deducting money from account, again we have to pay 30 rs.

                                      As a customer one has to keep recharging the money so that they can legally loot the customers money.

                                      This is utter ridiculous.
                                      Cable network was really good they give us the relay for the entire month and with out any additional charges of whatsoever. You pay you get. You don't they stop it. Simple.

                                      Another loot which i've noticed is that a new kannada hd channel colors / etv kannada was released in channel no. 843, for few days as free. There was a scrolling down the channel stating if you want to view this channel you have to recharge for rs 36/- and get subscribed to this channel.
                                      This free view of this channel was coming in all airtel digital tv stbs. One of the customers i know subscribed for this channel and automatically instead of 36/- rs, the amount deducted was rs. 60/-
                                      When he spoke to customer care, they gave answer saying its actually 60 rs only and when asked about 36/- rupees in the scroll on tv, its the ad, but actual payment is 60/- when the same was discussed with the shopkeeper who was a dealer, he said if the dealer recharges for the customer, its rs 36, if its done online or else where its 60/-

                                      So they are again looting in this way. I'm not sure for how many customers this has happened and the day loot is going on legally and no one cares if the complaint is registered on them.

                                      I really want action to be taken on this and compensate our losses. Its not about my problems, if the number of subscribers are more and each paying extra amount for the channel, then the profit they gain by cunning the customers is really high. Please request you to stop and compensate the loss.

                                      I request to remove the late fee charges and extra amounts for any safe custody and if the customer recharges, relay should come, if not, stop it. Simple and why can't we keep the minimum balance as 0 and why it has to be 160 rs. My wish, i will watch when i want to see the tv, who is airtel to tell me this, if not watched to pay extra charges. This is loss to customer.
                                      Serious action needs to be taken.

                                      I'm looking either the relay to be given free for couple of days or refund my money back for not giving any details to me at the time of purchase of all nonsense rules or refund the money back and take back the stb or do not put extra charges and loot the customer in legal way saying its my rules, my company.
                                      Apologies from customer care for arrogant reply and not provide quality service to customer over the phone.
