It is been 1 month now that I an been mentally harrassed by continous mails, sms and calls from collection department on the wrong bill.
The Story is as below :-
1) I was a regular customer of Airtel with a Plan of Rs 1200 odd figure.
2) Once i got a good offer from Hathway, I raised a request to Airtel to decontinue by plan and No. also.
3) Post this one senior guy from Airtel called me and suggested to me to not deactivate the no.. By doing so, in case I need any plan in future, i can call and get it asap. For this the charges will be Rs 49 exclusive of taxes. I agreed for this.
4) Then after a few days I took a 2 GB Plan for Rs 450/- odd figure for a Month
5) After a Month, i call Airtel to dicontinue this plan and continue with the previous plan of Rs 49. Now the Problem starts here. Here the executive activated by Rs 1200 odd figure plan.
6) And now I have been asked to pay this amount, which i am not going to pay.
7) Post this i had in numeral call around 50 odd to the customer care, but still the issue is not resolved.
The worst part is that I have to repeat my problem on each and every call to airtel.
Airtel do not have any system of have the history of the call made by the customer
Plus the commitments done on call against a ticket are not noted in their system and then I am told there are no notes.
The Last commitment done was that they will be waiving all the bill and I need to pay Rs 200 and all my association with Airtel will be ended.
So I said I will do it once I see the balance in my account as Rs 200.
This was committed by Mr. Vivek.
Today again I got a SMS with the bill amount of 1200.
Post this I again called and the same old story continued
Now the last commitment is from Miss Arti is to call me on 15th May at 1:00 and close this chapter
This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Need your urgent help on this.
I also have the Ticket Id and also the Airtel recordings can help us
Now I feel, instead of I paying, I should ask airtel for compensating me for the mental harassment call

dont assume that issue is resolved you people never resolved any of the issues, as i mentioned that airtel is the worst DTH, in the social media also customers are agreeing the same..
