Airtel is cheating by activating the international roaming services late and by not providing the complete activation. There's other problems as well which is as follows:
I'm sick and tired of detailing the issue and explaining it numerous times to each one that called me from the Airtel. Here is my last explanation.

1. Calling - Was disabled on the whole of feb16th which was the day of activating the international roaming service. I was on the streets of a foreign country as I didnt have internet nor calling facility and my sister was on the phone with customer service the whole of that day and finally calling was made active at the end of the day that day.
2. Data - Data wasnt made active and again I had to raise numerous tickets including this to get it active. It was made active only after 20th of Feb.
3. SMS - SMS was working for over 8 days until I had to call out in this ticket.
4. Call Drops - There are calls drops even till this date, your customer care including yourself have called me and there is a call drop after every minute. This continues inspite of the manual setting changes that you asked me to make.
5. Outgoing calls - Each time I make outgoing calls, it says the number is incorrect from march 8th and I'm unable to make calls anymore.
9. Incoming calls - People have to make multiple attempts to reach me as the phone won't connect.

After all if this, they want me to pay 6000 rs as roaming charges for this pathetic service. And I have raised multiple tickets, emails and customer service calls but they won't resolve my issue but just want me to pay. Can you please help me from this exploitation?

    On march 7th airtel had activated some entertainment plan without my knowledge. I was not aware of it until march 8th when i received their entertainment message. I immediately checked my balance and saw that ₹15 was deducted.
    I spoke to the customer service person and he was saying that they cannot do anything since its been more than 24hours since the service has been activated..
    This is a clear cheating done by airtel.. I did not get any message stating that a plan has been activated, else i would have immediately called them to deactivate it..

      I have bought a new airtel sim some days back and i didnt recieve any activated text or messages yet. I have tried calling the no 59059 but it doesn't says anything about my sim being activated. However my incoming call is working fine but i cannot recharge my phone at all.. I have been trying to recharge for days now but in vain. Mobile no is [protected]. I would really appreciate i[censored] could kindly help me out.

        I have valid airtel secure subscription but option to claim the same is removed from my airtel account when talked to 121 and 198 they said that airtel stopped this service for prepaid customers. If company stops any service it can stop for new enrollment not for the subscriber who have valid subscription and paid already for the same. They removed claim option from my airtel account.

          I have subscribed for 1 year airtel digital tv hd package in feb2018 paying rs.5999
          Now airtel suddenly stopped showing star hd channels. They are not entertaining customer calls. I want to terminate airtel dth connection and want my refund back.
          I dont care if star has increased their price but the package i opted for contains star hd channels. They cant remove it from my package like this. I want to make them understand and set an example so that they dont treat their customers like that.

          Airtel is cheating customers and even 2 weeks is not completed when i opt the taken connection

            Dear Sir, [protected] are my postpaid nos. I want to migrate to prepaid. I had been to Distt. SAMBHAL west (U.P) airtel showroom many times for the for the same. They refused to do saying that no stock of prepaid sim cards.

            I hereby inform that i am not able to pay monthly bills and want to be with airtel family. So pls help me in this regards.

            Please treat this as my final letter for the payment till today.

            I will not be able to pay any more amount in future if charged.

              My plan was infinity 499/- on my mobile no. [protected] in which company provide unlimited call and 100 sms per day, while check my bill of january and february 2018 company has been charged rs. 158 for sms in january and rs. 228/- in february 2018. Whereas i am hardly send 10-15 sms in month from my mobile no. [protected]. We do not understand why company has sms charged.

              I am regularly follow up with company but there is no response in this matter, you are once again requested please provide me sms detail for the month of january and february 2018

                  I am seva singh. My airtel number is [protected]. Maine 01-march 2018 ko vodafone se airtel me mnp karvaya tha. Or mera mobile no. 05-march 2018 ko airtel me port ho gya hai. airtel dealer commited me to provide all outgoing calls for local and std free + daily 1 gb data for 28 days (Frc rs 229). But i am not getting the same. Usne mere number par all outgoing calls for local and std free + 1gb data for 28 days (Frc rs 178) wala plan active kar diya hai.
                  Plz help me.

                  In city like Bangalore(koramangala ), I am not getting data network. As most of the things are happening through app on mobile, its highly inconvenience when there is no data network. How come you are claiming data network in remote areas, when there is no coverage in Bangalore?

                    I'va recently ported to airtel. I got two sms from airtel as below
                    :

                    Your services have been set. Please restart your handset.

                    I have restarted my phone several times after that and took the sim ouy and re inserted that back. But even after all of these, i am not getting any signal in the airtel sim.

                      My account no and complaint no is mentioned above. I have submitted copies of pan, adhar card and also proof of current address i. E. Telephone bill.
                      Still the account can not be operated. No one has responded from yesterday.
                      I am trying to contact of contact no but only audio message is there no one for help.
                      Could any 1 please help me understand, , why in the world i m not allowed to use my own money from airtel payment bank.. it says debit is freezed... worst service worst customer care...

                        I[censored] r not allowing me to debit, then why did to allow me to recharge my wallet in the first place?

                          Greeting

                          This is to inform you that their is poor airtel network connectivity in our area. Other places have also good network connectivity, only our area is suffering from this problem due to which we have to face problem on running internet easily and fast. Also internet speed is too slow in our area resulting wastage of data packs and money every time. And last feb bill rs: 554.29 on this no. [protected]. Problem is that why pay if am not unable to enjoying airtel services and internet. If we enable 4g mode, it automatically switched to gsm mode. Also voice calls does not work properly. Its actually the worst. We have also contact to airtel customer care for 5rd times, they registered complaint before 6 months but no updates and you are giving just alots of excuses.

                          Note: and don't give a # reason in revert e-mail

                          Now i want wave off on my bill
                          And kindly please help me out from this situation and then i will pay bill.

                            I ordered a new remote one month back and facing issues of low battery sign. Until now i have replaced the batteries thrice but still facing the issue. I had a word with customer care on 7th of march and was promised to get it replaced for free as it is under warranty. They schdeuled the techinician for the evening slot. However, technician denied to replace it for free. I again call the customer care and had a word with the representative name satya prakash who informed me that previously i was been mislead by there own representative regarding the warranty and i need to pay rs 150 for the new remote. It only been a month i have bought this remote and they are insisting me to pay the amount which is not ethical. And even if i am convinced to buy the new remote there is no gaurantee that i wont be facing any problems.

                                I recharged my prepaid airtel mobile no [protected] on dated 23/01/2018 by trans. Id no [protected] of rs 399/- as offered by airtel company to get 4 g high speed data and unlimited calls as heavily advertised by that company. I lived in urban area in karnal city and the company not provided me proper 4 g high speed data its blow 2 g speed and not provide proper incoming and out going calls, the call voice are not some time clear and its shows mostly network busy when i need to calling and use of 4 g data and also anyone need to calling me, i also check on trai my speed govt app and submit the data detail but nothing benifit, i call to customer care from spare my woking time many time but nothing respone i call 12144 customer care on dt 26/1/18 at 5.55 pm and 6.33 pm and dt 31/1/2018 at 4.03 pm and 9.17 pm now they if it is speed 2g but it is running you can use like this, the company provided the recharges schemes or amounts area/state/place wise, if company not provide this scheme of this area/distt./state/place why they lanch for this area the company make foolish and harassment me, then i recharged with jio 4g services and its better, so company have to refund my payment with compensation or i will be compelled the knock of justice

                                  Hi there,

                                  This is in regards to my airtel payments bank account id-[protected], [protected] (Rs 5000). When i downloaded their app and deposited money in it they allowed to me do the first transaction successfully without any problem and when i deposited some more money inside it they put a debit freeze without any valid reason or any prior notice which i found quite misleading. When i contacted their customer service team initially they told me that you need to submit your aadhaar card and other documents in order to wave off the debit freeze. I submitted those documents via mail to them and since then i have been waiting for them to wave off the freeze but instead of doing the same they have been continuously misleading me that your details (Date of birth) does not match the records in their database and it has been months since i have submitted all the required evidence that i am the one who is the actual user along with the proof to match my date of birth.

                                  I got to know about this fraudulent service when 4 of my friends told me that they received the same mail from the airtel payments bank that the freeze was put on their account as the date of birth does not match their records. I am completely frustrated with this service as they are neither refunding my money nor they are ready to lift the debit freeze and their customer service does not have any reasonable answer to justify this move.

                                  So, i request you guys to kindly look into the same and take necessary action to resolve this problem as this is going on since ages and lot of people are getting affected due to this and loosing their money.

                                      I wanted to change from postpaid to prepaid. What i thought a simple procedure is making me to run to airtel stores and call customer care multiple
                                      Times. Still the conversion is not done. Started the conversion by visiting the airtel store on 28th jan'18 and i was sent back quoting different reasons to visit some other time multiple times. Finally my request was accepted on 19th feb'18 and i received a new sim assuring me that it will get activated in 1 or 2 days. My old sim got deactivated on 22nd feb and till now (8th mar) they have not activated the new sim. Called customer care and mailed multiple times. Everytime a false assurance only is given and they don't tell me why it is taking this much time. I really don't know why my old sim was deactivated in first place.

                                        Airtel coverage is very poor and every times when i make a call it was saying as all lines are currently busy more than 3 to 4 times i have to get connected. I have lodged complaints regarding this several times to airtel customer care but they are not responding properly.

                                        Also i have lodged a complait as my mobile internet is also very poor. Registered complaint to the appelate node and nodal wing also but none of them have give proper solutions.

                                        Nearly i am being complainting this issue for about 3 months.

                                        Also i have collected many datas of customers who are facing this issue.

                                        If i didnt get the proper solution i think better to move legally
