Dear Sir,
I am doctor from AIIMS, New Delhi.
I was an Airtel customer (postpaid-[protected]) for last 3 years.I was staying in 11/158 Malviya Nagar.
on march 1st week 2015, we shifted to another house in Malviya Nagar at B137, Malviya Nagar.
But in this new house there was almost no network in my airtel connection. For that I complained to the Airtel customer care team over telephone. They have accepted that there is some tower problem. They will repair it within two weeks. But neither corrected nor informed after 1 month when I called, they told we don't know when it will be rectified.
So I forced to quit Airtel on 1st week of April 2015.I paid last month bill plus some extra to compensate the ongoing month bill.
Now on and off almost after 3 months airtel customer care people are bothering me and my wife to pay some outstanding balance for the month of April.
Point is very simple, if somebody is unable to use his phone for more than a month due to network problem and he is changing the network provider, then why should he pay for something which he has not sed at all.
So I am not going to pay any thing ...which rather hampered my day to day activity (being a doctor from AIIMS...many patient calls me even if I am at home).
