Respected sir i as a customer of idea. I am really cheated by idea sir. Iam facing poor coverage in my location. I can't make a call unable to use data services. Idea giving coverage is from manakunnam tripunitura 682307. I am staying in mulanthuruthy. And in this location a 4g tower also. But the cheating company not ready to give coverage from mulanthuruthy. I had requested this to idea kerala. Idea cheated me. Please help me sir.

I bought a new SIM for 4G hotspot and was told to dial 59059 to activate the card but the number goes to a BOT who keeps repeating various things to buy for 5-10 mins. I have tried for several hours but this number is still not working. Please resolve this ASAP.
