Dear Sir,

Refer to your Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company policy no[protected] and[protected].

I was received call from your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan- +[protected] on 15 Nov 2019 for personal loan, he was told to give me Rs 20, 00, 000/- personal loan against Bharti AXA Life Insurance policy.

Before visiting in your office your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) is call me for policy related guidance and he was told me if anybody ask you why your buying this policy (Secure Income Plan ) so don’t tell him the reason otherwise he will take 10% brokerage charge, that’s why I’m not told to anybody. As per commitment he will give loan against policy bond paper.

After discussion your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan), I was visited in your office at Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited (5th Floor, Tulsi Chamber, Teen Petrol Pump, Thane (West), Maharashtra – 400602) there was i meet your sales manager Mr Sandeep Shukla (+[protected] what contact detail given by your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan).

After meet you sales manager Mr Sandeep Shukla he was given 02 policy (Secure Income Plan) against following document adhar card, pan card, 02 photo and Axis Bank 02 cheque amount 49, 999 X 2 Total Rs.99, 998/- (Cheque No. 073925 and 073926 dated 18 Nov 2019).

After taken policy your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) is called me and he was given time they told me your loan has been approved it will be credited in your account on 19 Dec 2019 at 3:22 pm. After waiting period over I was again called your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) he was giving always new reason sometime server problem, IMPS problem, and server down.

Now your agent’s are not responding my any call or messages. I was send also e-mail to your e-mail [protected]@bharti-axalife.com from my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com for personal loan or canceling the policy on dt. 24 Dec 2019 and 25 Dec 2019 (enclosed: - Voice Recording) but still no reply.

If Bharti Axa is using such cheap tricks just to generate policy than i swear i will take this to worst level.

Now i want’s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited to cancel my policy without any money getting debited from it and the same may be considered.

    My name is ravi ranjan kumar. I had no need to taking insurance policy. I had to convinced to take policy for loan. After taking insurance policy that fraud person not picking my phone. Such type of case shame for bharti axa life insurance.
    Those fraud person name is kapil, vaibhav srivastava and riya. Using name from birla finance.
    Kindly close my policy and refund money.

      my car name transfer issue and due to name transfer delay by bharti axa team, now cant able to claim the insurance

          Sir my name is John Lawrence coutinho I have taken insurance which u r executive had told me that all my health problems will b taken under it which I was suffering I explain him every thing before taking it now when I was admitted for three days in the hospital I fill my from of the Company n submitted to ur center they took it and after that I received the letter that it has b not approved I have taken three policy o[censored]r company one of mine 33000n my wife same one n my son is fifty thousand of year which I have paid by my Cerdit card my hospital bill had come 40000 I didn't receive anything from ur side n I was calling ur executive to slove this issue of mine but he is only giving me I will do nothing besides nor he is reverting me back also I have to ask him to help out if it is like this ur company executive doing with me I will have to take seriously action n to the company also I will put on all media also that Bharati AXA is giving false information

              Request regarding action to be taken against manager for fake promises, stressing me to take policy. Of 30000rs with false promises of 30% cash back + health card. With in 1 week . Which revealed to be wrong . My registered Mobile no [protected]. Forced me to take policy on September

                This is regarding the policy i am holding with bharti axa life with policy number[protected].
                The mode of payment was annual when i had made the payment.
                The payment date was 09-apr-2019 and i also have the premium receipt for same.

                After this, i changed the mode of payment to semi-annual on 09-april-2019 which ideally should be considered for next year and not the current year.

                And hence, my next due date should be around 11-april-2020 and 11-october-2020.

                But i am receiving continuous mails and messages for payment of premium even though the premium payment was already done.

                I want to know why i am receiving such emails and messages even after the premium was paid.

                I had emailed the [protected]@bharti-axalife.com on 31st oct 2019, but no response except auto generated mail. (Bharti-axa=[protected]

                But on 10-nov-2019 i have received an email stating that my policy has lapsed.
                Email dated: 10th november 2019

                Hence, i had to put down a follow up mail on 10th of november 2019 but no response.

                I even called bharti axa customer care twice but no one could provide me satisfactory answers.

                What is actually going on in bharti axa. Are you trying to fleece the customer by such tactics?

                  Dear sir ye policy mujhe delhi se call karke online purchase karne ke liye bola gaya aapko bharti axa life ke policy against loan diya jayega 0% intrest pe security ke liye aapke policy ko morgade me rakha jayega. Unlogo ne patna branch ka number navneed singh ka diya waha se jake policy lene ko bola. Number hai.[protected] jispe call kar ke maine address aur baki detials maine confirm kiya. Aur waha jake policy liya. Aue jo delhi head office se call kar rahe the unka naam ramesh number [protected]/aur mithlesh jha jinka number [protected] hai. Policy lene ke one month baad 17 september ko mera accident ho gaya jiske wajah se mai ye complaint nahi daal paya ye mera hi saath nahi aur bhi logo ko patna branch se policy fake information dekar diya gaya hai. Maine apni saari saving policy aur treatment me laga diya aur mere saath dokha hua. Mai ye policy cancel karna chahta hoon. Aise dhokhebaje ko pakda jaye jo badi company ka naam lekar fake policy bechte hai. Mera contact number.[protected]/[protected] mera naam rintu lal hai.

                  And two more policy are also sell same condition same person naveed kumar singh sold.[protected] jyoti singh contact[protected]-9833218 rakesh kumar singh [protected]. Inke pass mera doucment jo maine patna office me submit kiya tha wo navdeep ji ne inke pass bheja aur unko bhi loan ke jhase me fasaya mere pass jab rakesh ji ka call aaya to ye sari baate clear hui ki ye sara kuch navdeep kumar singh bharti axa life patna office ke kehne pe ho raha hai loan ke naam pe insurence bech ke logo ki life ke saath khela jaa raha hai. Bharti axa life group se mai ummed karta hu ki jald se jald iska upay kare aur humare paise hume refund kare. Company me aise fraud logo ke khilaf action liya jaye. Aur jyada samay na lete hue isko urgent hi ispe karyawahi ho. Abhi tak mere pass kisi tarah ki response nahi hui jiskewajah se mujhe dubara mail karna pad raha hai, aur jab maine internet pe search kiya to same fraud case bhare hue hai ye group patna se operate kar rahi hai. Kripya kar in logo ko pakda jaye aur mujhe meri jama punji lauta diya jaye..

                    I am bhavesh samdadiya working for hdfc bank ltd. I have asked for quotation for 2 wheeler insurance for which your employee ie vishal ahhirao and shailesh gaonkar have quoted me for rs 5438/- for 5+5 zero dep. After paying the payment they asked me for additional amount for getting the policy kit. As i an employee of hdfc i have even given the complain about the same to my senior management. Kindly take a strict action against the same asap or else i need to speak to your management for the same

                        payment dispute

                        I had made payment for renewal of my two wheeler policy no. S5236786 via google pay, using hdfc upi transaction id:[protected].
                        The amount was debited from my account but policy was not issued and so i had to mail a complaint to bharti axa about this. Ref:_00d281owqe._5000i1ojeqe
                        I received a reply from their end that the payment was a failed transaction and i raised a query to the bank about the reversal of premium paid...

                        My dad was convinced by 1 of company's agents to buy a policy. My dad purchased a policy in the name of of sister in law. She made the online payment of rs 49999 on 16th july 2019 and amount was credited to axainsurance account. After 1 month the same agent called and told my dad that due to some technical issue the payment was not reflecting to the policy a/c and asked my dad to do the same payment. He also assured us that the earlier payment would be credited to our bank account. So my sis in law made same transaction again and money was credited to the same axa insurance a/c on 14 august 2019. But as on 5 nov 2019, we are yet to get the refund. I have been communicating with company for 1 month but what we are getting are just futile assurances and nothing else. I have even contacted bima lokpal on mail and provided copy of every document but in vain. My service id with bhart axa is[protected]. I request company to check and refund my money asap.

                          Dear team,

                          My name is manoj kumar rajak i was contacted by a person name mahi agrawal and sameer gupta mobile number is mahi - [protected], sameer - [protected] he told me that he would give me loan of 5 lakh, but i have to buy one policy of bharti axa life insurance, from which policy would be refunded when loan would approved, so i took this policy[protected] premium,, 42000 and 50000
                          He also gave me two policies of pnb metlife., and i paid those premium, but now he is not picking up my phone,
                          I came to know that he was a fraud person, as the policy broker name is also not picking my phone.
                          I want to close those policy and want my premium back to my account,
                          I also have recording of conversation
                          .

                          Please help me in this matter i m also going to register a fir against it.

                              Sir, agent make my policy of secure income plane of 50000 thousand by broker.. Yearly policy pay for 10 year. He give policy and prefer me loan. Of 1000000. He ask me loan done in 30 days. After he ask me your policy you surrender in 30 days if loan not ok but according to rule policy surrender in 15 days because my policy is not online after 30 days he ask me in your loan has error.                                 Hi this is rebecca, a customer of bharti axa life since 2009, i am very disappointed with the customer service agents, they give their nos to contact when the customer needs help but they don't pick up the call, n dont call back, till they pitch the policy they contact continuously, but once it's done they don't bother, it took me more than a week i have been asking them to send me some forms for transfer of my funds to anther policy and it's taken so lightly, the only branch in goa is in panjim n the customer service is very poor he does not have full information regarding the policy and what are the benefits, he gave me wrong information, and was not able to guide me with other options that i came to know later.

                                  I am nikhil ashok hire. I have choose your company plan that is bharti axa elite plan... But my payment deducted 2nd august2019 (Rs.110770) but my insurance policy have not send by your staff.. I regularly calling your staff but they are make me fool everyday and every time they give me such silly reasons your staff name and contact number is following
