The mode of payment was annual when i had made the payment.
The payment date was 09-apr-2019 and i also have the premium receipt for same.

I had made payment for renewal of my two wheeler policy no. S5236786 via google pay, using hdfc upi transaction id:[protected].

non refund of the premium paid twice due to error at company's end

My dad was convinced by 1 of company's agents to buy a policy. My dad purchased a policy in the name of of sister in law. She made the online payment of rs 49999 on 16th july 2019 and amount was credited to axainsurance account. After 1 month the same agent called and told my dad that due to some technical issue the payment was not reflecting to the policy a/c and asked my dad to do the same payment.
