In addition, i would like to inform you that i am yet to receive my documents for the above investment. No reply so far. I like to give more information on the above complaint.
The policyis on kamakshi[my wife] and the number is[protected]. The above policy was sent through the speedpost. Due to absence of a full fledged postman, the post was returned to your office, without delivering.
Now, i request you to look into this issue and resend the original documents to smt. Kamakshi, w/o j. Kumar, sriram sankari, b1, 207, thangappa puram, guduvanchery, pin 603202. Pl treat this issue as most urgent and despatch the same, immediately.

    Sir,
    With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that we have been facing huge trouble due to mistake of insurance company's work. On -03/03/2020 we insured our tractor of rs-12996. But when i saw insurance documents there is a mistake took place. The mistake is that our tractor model name is wrong. Our tractor model name is mahindra sarpanch 475 di but in insurance documents it shows that my tractor model name is mahindra yuvraj 215. Immediately i have contacted customer helpline number and spoke my problem but they are not responded my problem. My tractor registration number is - as15c1257. Please investigate my problem.

    With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that in my previous complaint company begging my insurance documents. So i enclose my insurance policy details in photo.in what reason this type of mistake took place by company's employees. One of the employee of this company visited my house to inspection our tractor. He captured a photo of our tractor in spite of this how mistake took place.

      मै विनोद कुमार चौधरी और मेरी policy no. Sm346850 मेरी कार का accident हो गया, जिसका claim no. Za143766 है। जो survevaior आया था, उसका नाम nikhil patel है, वो कहते है कि, आपने गाडी 29/sept/2019 खरीदी और rto tax pay december मे किया है। इस कारण से आपको zero debt insurance claim नही मिलेगा। मैने अपनी पुरी payment की है, चाहे rto का हो या insurance का मैने अपनी पुरी payment की है।इसमे मेरी गलती क्या है। आप मेरा पुरा claim देने का आग्ह करता हुँ। और इस पर जल्द से जल्द काय् वाही करे।

        I invested rs.40000/- for elite advantage plus, by issuing a cheque[iob] bearing
        No: 974958 dated 27.12.2019 through bharati axa agent mr. C. Goplakrishnan[m-[protected]], under the advice of mr. Karthik[m - [protected]]. The above cheque was realized on 1.1.2020, favouring m/s bharati axa life insurance coy ltd.,. The above payment was checked and verified by sandya, madam[m-[protected]]. Efforts to get the relevant documents from your office failed, with these people, not responding properly.
        I find your services very, very poor and want to get back my money invested. Your office always needs som excuse or the other for not sending the documents. Therefore, i want you to return the money or send me the documents, immediately.

          I have been in contact with the Complaint Department of your company for the last 10 months, but they did not solve my problem. Your agents gave this policy to me on the pretext of giving loan. I raised all this money...

          One of my friend took my bike and suddenly someone came in front of him so he applied front disk break and the tier got jammed and the left side of my bike got damaged and he jumped from the bike so he didn't got any injury so one of your stupid inspection guy his name is neeraj choudhary from jaipur said that show us any proof that he was driving your bike. He asked this kinda stupidity things. If i wanted to take action against him i would ask him that show me that proof that i was driving my bike. And he rejected my claim.
          So only thing i want to say is i am gonna report this bharti axa life insurance company on google. And i will make sure that google will show low rating of your company online. And as soon as possible i am gonna cancel my policy with you. And i will give advice to everyone that never deal with this bharti axa insurance. These people are scammers. Never deal with this company

            My name is prashant tyagi. I have filed an insurance claim to cover my suzuki access 125 road accident damage cost. All things got verified and it’s a year now they have not paid my insurance amount. My application was submitted at raghuvanshi suzuki showroom at burari delhi by the manager mr. Rawat. His mobile number is [protected]. He said this will take 3 months of time. I kept following up with him. Neither he shared my claim application information nor he is following up with the insurance agency.

            It’s going to be a year now. Even initially manager did not inspected my suzuki scoooty properly after repairing and he handed to me without complete repair. Later on he accepted his mistake and told me he will get this repaired and it falls under insurance. It’s his fault he did not inspect it completely. He kept on telling me that he has filed complaint and insurance company will pay you.

            Also, owner of this raghuvanshi suzuki showroom mr. Tyagi talked to insurance agent to process my application.

            It’s me in the end still following up but they are not responding. Neither mr. Rawat who is manager at this showroom where i purchased my scooty sharing my insurance claim application so that i could not reach out and complain against them.

            Please ask me more information you needed and take care of such people who are not paying insurance amount.

            Also got 3 missed calls from +[protected] yesterday. It says it’s bharti Axa number on Truecaller. They have just missed called me and when I try to call back this number it says user busy or call failed.

            Today I got 2 calls from this same number. First call went for 29 seconds where no one speak from another side. Second call was ended in 1 sec.
            I am telling you this because it’s kinda weird.

            Its Heenali Ashok Devrukhakar worked at Bharti AXA life insurance from 17/04/2018 to 18/12/2018. It's been a year I am taking followup. My pf passbook is empty. Kindly guide about this how can I withdraw my pf.

              This is to inform you that i have been going through mental stress because of the way i have been treated since december 2019 when my car was stolen. I was given a number for triple-a associate by bharti axa as the aligned agent's phone was not reachable for the first 10 days of my claim registered. Then i submitted all required documents along with the untraceable report received from the court on monday, january 21, 2020, and informed triple-a associates. Since then i have tried calling the customer service to get the update on my claim status. I have again tried contacting sahil and amim (Agents aligned) but they are not contactable to date. I have been informed by customer service that they do not have any update on my claim and the only way to get the update is by contacting these 2 people. There have been multiple complaints raised in the last 1.5 months days with case id 02921764, 02977320, 02973508, 02973508, [protected], and 02928445. To my surprise the first complaint was closed without my knowledge stating your employee or the claim handler was not available and didn't respond on call. The agent aligned by the name of pawan shukla told me on thursday 6 feb after multiple follow-ups that my consent to pay the insurance amount to the bank is pending. The consent was sent on friday when he gave me his email id after calling him 3 times. Since then there is no update received. The agent didn't answer my call on 10 feb and 11 feb. I called him again on 12 feb where he said it is pending for approval and he would send me details by evening about the status and since then his phone is switched off. I have been calling the complaints department but nobody is responding there. This is complete mental harassment for a customer who trusted bharti axa and bought the insurance. This is the worst customer experience for something that i have paid for and i am not getting any services and status on my claim. I need to go to the highest authority to at least know the status of my complaints and claims. I have been traveling on my own and paying for the interest on the loan for car which is stolen. I need help with the resolution and processing of my claim at the earliest.

              I have received the phone number for the same people after I lodged the complaint and was told that Vishal is a supervisor for the case. I was informed that an agent would visit my home to take my signatures and handover the transfer papers to be submitted in the RTO office and since then I have only been doing follow-ups. Pawan Shukla promised me on Friday that he would send the documents and on 17 Feb, I received the call from Triple-A associates that they can not deliver transfer papers before Feb 21 as they can only go to CP office after Wednesday. I have been given fake promises and nobody is taking my complaint seriously in Bharti Axa.

                From december 26 i have given a written complain on their office and from 5jan i started writing emails to them but they have not replied to my mails the company is a fraud company which will take your money and will not return it... Please don't buy any product of bharati axa life insurance they have their setup and they pay to people for doing fraud with people like us. And the best part is that they don't even answer and they have not updated their contact number of their head office.

                  I tried purchasing bharti axa's travel insurance policy through their online portal three times between 10 feb 2020 and 11 feb 2020. While the amounts were debited from my bank account all the three times, bharti axa portal just popped up with "transcation failed" messages. As on 12 feb, i don't see any refunds of the amounts that were deducted towards buying new policies, nor do i see any communication from the company on the above matter. I spoke to their sales team that was more interested in selling me another policy and wouldn't connect me to their customer care service. Customer care numbers aren't reachable as bharti has changed their ivr menu recently. As of now (12 feb), i have no clue where my money has gone and how it would be refunded to me. Bharti has so far been unhelpful in this regard. None of my communication using their online chat functionality or customer care has responded on this.

                  I am afraid the responses from Bharti AXA customer service have been very confusing and not helpful at all. Not only have I received the refunds due to me but I have been dumped with two of their travel insurance policies after a week of raising an unsuccessful transaction. Appalling to deal with the customer service on emails and the toll free number provided is not reachable.

                    1st call received from [protected] (Arti aggarwal) on 3rd february stating lapse of hdfc life insurance policy and advised to contact [protected] (Vishwajeet singh). Another number [protected] was provided.

                    Upon contacting mr. Singh, he informed that somebody from bharti axa life will contact to advise how policy can be revived.

                    On 4th feb, a call from [protected] was received, who claimed to be a representative on bharti axa life. He shared the link https://eapp.bharti-axalife.com/onlinepaymentas/onlinepaymentlink and asked to pay rs. 99, 999 to keep the policy active.

                    Subsequently, a transaction was made on 4th february via hdfc credit card number ending in 1527. Following this, it was realized that this is a fraudulent transaction.

                      I had got call from citi bank for cash credit loan facility from delhi... Loan against bharti axa life insurance for 12 years... After seeing all old complains that this is fraud call.. Just want to know that is this really fraud or bharti axa agent is doing this only for selling policies by taking citi bank name with cash credit loan facillity for 12 years with only 6% pa interest charge... Please give genuine reply

                        Dear sir/madam,
                        I shri manas chaudhuri presently working as a serion manager - projects in india's leading contract research organization, tcg life sciences pvt. Ltd in kolkata.
                        I was approached by a gentleman over phone in mid sept. 2018 promising me to get me no claim benefit against my exciting hdfc egro mediclaim policy. As a condition to get this money he along with his team (There were 3-4 different persons who spoke to me over phone time to time) ask me to take 2 different insurance policy. One of the no. From which they were calling was [protected]. They said best option for the same is to go for bharati axa and accordingly they have convinced me that i need to pay 1st year premium for these policies and after 1 year i shall get back the premium amounts.
                        Accordingly i have paid the premium for rs. 24461.28 against policy no.[protected] and rs 92, 799.11 against policy no.[protected] in oct 2018. Both the policy was issued through ecomoney insurance broker as the life advisor.
                        In nov. 2019 when i tried to contact the phone no. [protected] for inquiring about not getting the refund of my policy premium the no. Was switched off. Then there was calls from your office for submission of premiums. During one such calls a gentleman told me that since my policies were from ecomoney i should get in touch with them. Accordingly i visited the office of m/s ecomoney in chatterjee international in j l naheru road kolkata in 3rd week of nov'19 where i met mr. Abhijit ([protected])& mr. Chiranjit ([protected]) whom i have informed about the entire incident and they were convinced that it was indeed a mis-sell and they promised to help me to at least get my premium money back. Again i went and meet them on 28.12.19. This time they took one mr. Bijoy ([protected]), who claims that he works for your company, on conference call and all 3 of them told me that since my premium against these policies are long due unless i pay the premium and regularize these policies within 31.12.19 these policies will be lapsed and there is no way i can get back my money. They even promised that if i pay the premiums within 31.12.19 than i shall get the refund of my basic premium amount approx. Rs. 2.28 l by 23.01.2020. Accordingly i went and paid the premium of rs. 92800/- by cash in your kyd street brach.
                        When i asked for mr. Bijoy in the branch your operation person mr. Kaushik informed me that there is nobody by the name bijoy. Next day when i called bijoy and asked him about this he started telling me that he works for the alternate channel of your organization and he was trying to help me out by some method which is not approved by the company. Now mr. Avijit & mr. Chiranjit is telling me that they are not sure if they can help me since i have blown the cover of mr. Bijoy.
                        Sir, i am in a big financial trouble after undergoing huge medical expenses for my sisters cancer treatment and today completely broke financially. Even my cheque for the premium of rs. 24000/- against your policy[protected] has bounced due to insufficient fund. Your early action in refunding the basic amount of the 3 premiums (2 x 90000 + 1 x 24000) will help me in a big way.
                        I am in no position to continue these policies and seek your help in resolving the issue quickly.

                          I was received below sms.
                          Dear jamesrajesh renew your 2 wheeler insurance policy for 1 year term @ 2654 call on [protected], bharti axa general insurance co ltd has requested payment for inr 2654.00 tap on the link below to pay https://payzapp.biz.hdfcbank.com/pnyVPGDO8

                          By clicking the link i have paid the money, i got acknowledgement for the money what i paid, but not received any insurance related info..
                          Then i checked the customer care they confirmed me within 24 hours everything will be sorted out..
                          Now i am typing this in 36th hour their were no improvements..

                            My self tarun sharma living in lajpat nagar delhi.
                            On november 2019, there is one guy name was gaurav, he called me regarding your plan name is bharti exa elite plan i paid the premium of rupees 16k something but today i am writing this becouse i didn't recived my policy bond yet, in between someone called me from the bank and said to me that my bond was comed by corrier but due to unavailability it has been returned, we are sending you the bond again after this i tried many time to call your agent but he didn't respond.

                            Is this is your service, you are a reputed company, i was totally disappointed from you guys. Giving you the details of the agent and my policy number also.
                            If you guys can't help me then ill repoted you and take legal action against you.

                                I renewed by bike policy on 13 Jan 2020. The renewal was fine and within 10-15 min i received my policy by email. Upon checking the same, i found that the vehicle details such as registration no, Engine no and chassis no were missing. I got back to them via email and they asked me to share the RC and Insurance. In spite of sharing these details, its over 5 days and i havent received the update policy.
                                Tried contacting the customer service and have been getting consistent answer that it will be rectified tomorrow. However tomorrow never comes.
                                Inspite of having an earlier policy with same company i am facing these issues. The main concern is that if some thing happens during this time, they are not even ready to take responsibility.
                                A very very bad experience. Their customer service is just pathetic.

                                  We have hdfc ergo policy and we receive a call that on ur hdfc ergo policy amt was invested into bharti axa policy nd u receive a bonus on that amt, i[censored] want to claim that u have to take policy of bharti axa for tax benefit, after getting ur dividend we can cancell ur policy nd u will get ur policy amt, they open our 4 policy of 200000, 1year complete now they r not responding to our policy

                                    I have duly submitted my premium of Rs. 7872/- for year 2018-19 on April 12, 2018 to Allahabad Bank through cash and got insurance premium collection acknowledgement from the said bank. I have confirmed that the amount has been transferred to Bharti AXA from the branch manager of Allahabad Bank, Bhagalpur, Bihar. However, I am constantly receiving calls from Bharti AXA that the premium is due for 2018.
                                    Please resolve this issue at the earliest otherwise I have to discontinue the policy with you.

                                      Refer to your Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company policy no[protected] and[protected].

                                      I was received call from your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan- +[protected] on 15 Nov 2019 for personal loan, he was told to give me Rs 20, 00, 000/- personal loan against Bharti AXA Life Insurance policy.

                                      Before visiting in your office your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) is call me for policy related guidance and he was told me if anybody ask you why your buying this policy (Secure Income Plan ) so don’t tell him the reason otherwise he will take 10% brokerage charge, that’s why I’m not told to anybody. As per commitment he will give loan against policy bond paper.

                                      After discussion your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan), I was visited in your office at Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited (5th Floor, Tulsi Chamber, Teen Petrol Pump, Thane (West), Maharashtra – 400602) there was i meet your sales manager Mr Sandeep Shukla (+[protected] what contact detail given by your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan).

                                      After meet you sales manager Mr Sandeep Shukla he was given 02 policy (Secure Income Plan) against following document adhar card, pan card, 02 photo and Axis Bank 02 cheque amount 49, 999 X 2 Total Rs.99, 998/- (Cheque No. 073925 and 073926 dated 18 Nov 2019).

                                      After taken policy your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) is called me and he was given time they told me your loan has been approved it will be credited in your account on 19 Dec 2019 at 3:22 pm. After waiting period over I was again called your agent Mr. Rajiv Bhatia (Karan) he was giving always new reason sometime server problem, IMPS problem, and server down.

                                      Now your agent’s are not responding my any call or messages. I was send also e-mail to your e-mail [protected]@bharti-axalife.com from my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com for personal loan or canceling the policy on dt. 24 Dec 2019 and 25 Dec 2019 (enclosed: - Voice Recording) but still no reply.

                                      If Bharti Axa is using such cheap tricks just to generate policy than i swear i will take this to worst level.

                                      Now i want’s Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited to cancel my policy without any money getting debited from it and the same may be considered.
