I, mrs. Aarti Goswami, am an advisor in Bharti AXA life insurance co ltd at your Haridwar branch from Sep 2019 to till date.
But now i have got a new job in direct payroll, so now i want to resign from my advisor work with immediate effect because i need to submit my NOC in new job.
So sir i earnestly request to you please accept my mail as a resignation letter from my code & send me a noc against the said code bal292009 as...

I appliade to bharti axa for policy and also done payment for same.
But after 15 days i not receive my policy so i realize about bhartiaxa service
Meanwhile i connected my agent and told him for cancellation. he said he rise request for cancelation of policy. after 5-6 days i followup for my cancelation and again my agent Mr.Tasneem kauser at bharti axa branch lucknow. and he told me my cancelation is approved and now in retention period so it is take 8-9 days. again i followup with Mr.Tasneem kauser and he told me due to month-end company cant give refund so my refund received after 10 days. so i realize like some fraud with me and i do mail to bharti axa customer support and call to toll free number.
And as per bharti axa he not found any cancelation request. So again i call Mr.Tasneem kauser he told it is direct process so customercare not aware of this. and wait for refund.

I am getting unwanted calls from Bharti axa. Plz stop calling

I got a call from Bharti Axa team for elite advantage policy for 50 k yearly premium. He also told about extra benefits such as 40% refund for first year premium or 5 family member medical policy and reliance trend coupon for 2000rs. I impressed with policy's extra benefits and I took this policy and i choose medical policy and 2000 coupon as benefit. After completion of payment in January I asked for medical policy and he told that is in under process. From January, most of time he avoid my calls and asked only that it in processed but last month when I took follow up he asked that he can't provide policy bit he will arrange refund. But still did not get my refund. I want extra benefits and to take action against that agent.

This is to inform you that though I have requested for ECS cancellation and also got email confirmation on the same that it was deactivated which is having request number 15087955. However it was deducted from my account on 10th June . Please reversal the same amount to go for other mode.

I would like to draw your kind attention in the fact that my father Sri.Subhash Chandra Banerjee (83 Years) made a life insurance policy in my name Mr.Pradip Kumar Banerjee (vide policy 18292790 was proposed in my name in Dec 2010).The policy copy is not also available as it might have been missing due to shifting of residence.

Few months back I received phone calls from your Kolkata office[protected] Mrs.Riya Roy) & ([protected] Mrs.Sneha) & ([protected] MANAGER DIPANITA DAS) to continue this policy or to discontinue for payout.

I repeatedly told them that I have no papers of the policy with me and I wanted to know the policy no, but they did not give me the same and they insisted on making some other 6 policies (4 in Future Generali & 2 in Bharti Axa life insurance) so that I can get the pay out along with the new policy premiums.

Last 2 months they have given 3 to 4 different dates for my pay out but still all dates have failed or I did not receive any pay out.

In the above circumstances I am afraid that they are making fraud promises which have no justification. In the meanwhile I also informed the same to the rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com & rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com and they informed me that After investigating the phone numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected] provided by me, They confirm that the number is not registered with any of the offices of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and they believe that unsolicited spurious calls are being made by miscreants posing as Reliance Nippon Life Insurance or IRDAI employees. At last I got the policy no by email from Reliance Nippon Mutual Fund customer service (rnlife.[protected]@relianceada.com).

I am not in that position to continue all those policies. I contacted those policy issuer (Future Generali & Bharti Axa Life Insurance) and they said the policy is valid. The Agent code which is written in those policy bonds along with mobile no have no existence. How is it possible I could not understand?

I cannot understand how insurance companies can issue such policies by these fraud agents by coercion? Is there any link between those companies and these fraud agents? I request you to take such steps so that my policy money are not lost. I came to know that recently some fraud call centres are involved in such activities. It is a matter of great concern not only for me but for everybody.

My earnest request please look into this matter very sympathetically and oblige me.

Please also note that without my signature anywhere the same fraud agent issued 4 policies of Future Generali and 2 policies of Bharti Axa Life Insurance making me a fool but on basis of my complain Future Generali Life Insurance company has taken the appropriate action and they have refunded the full and final premium amount (Rs. 31500, Rs. 31499, Rs. 55000, Rs. 48000) including Tax.

In spite of repeated mail to Bharti Axa Life Insurance, they did not take any action and did not pay my premiums paid by me. The same fraud agent is also involved there in. So I request you to take immediate action so that my hard earned money is not lost in this way. I believe that the rules of policies should be same in all cases.

As you are the responsible authority to take proper action so my earnest request to you is that I am not cheated by the Bharti Axa Life Insurance company.(Policy NO :[protected],[protected]

I also several complain to Consumer Forum, IRDAI and other responsible authorities but didnot received any response but i will take the legal action until my problem will be resolved.

I am a insurance policy holder of Bharti Axa with policy number[protected].
This mail is to bring to you notice that due to technical or mistake from your side the 2nd installment has been deducted from my account without paying 1st premium.
I purchased this policy on 10/12/2021 and paid amount through my credit card and few days later the same amount has been credited to my account as attached. I raised the concern to Mr Pawan...

I got a sale request from +91 87470 53855 this number and also Ravi named person for cashback. At the time of purchase, they assured me the cashback of 9000 and GST returns.
After I get the policy hard copy. after 45 days I will get the cashback and also, we gst return but it's been 2-3 months I didn't receive any cashback and the person who was in contact with me is not picking up my calls and not responding to messages from 1.5 months.

I would like to have a complaint filed for the false statement given at the time of purchase and this is non acceptable offense and I will be filling a consumer case on this with the message proof and call recordings.

I m bharti axa and star health insurance company advisor and I applied NOC latter last 1 year ago but till time company don't given me NOC latter. Recently I applying other company job and i'm selected but unfortunately company can't give me a offer latter because my pan number shows active advisor on irda portal and bharti axa and star health company don't given noc latter so I request sir please remove my pan number from irdai portal

My name is Bharatbhai, SEP. MONTH 2022 i have a call Mr. Rajeev verma (Mob no - [protected] & onther tall free number is (protected), Mayank Agarwal [protected) they says we gives 5 to 25 lakh 6%/year interest rate and first you take a policy in bharti axa life shining stars and we give 5 to 25laks with in 10 days.

But they said we need to purchase insurance so they give Bharti AXA Elite Advantage Plan, Policy Number:- (protected). for loan, for as a security of loan, so we proceed for that and we get insurance file, and after some days they call us and they told us like your file is eligible for premium customer and raise a loan amount up to 38 lacs. interest rate is 5.75, then We communicate with Rajiv Verma his told like it’s the 2nd insurance is cancel after complete loan process. Also, they said that they are attached 2nd insurance cancelations latter/form with insurance so after complete loan process 2nd insurance are cancelled and 1st insurance are attached with loan for security. So, They Suggest we (India First Life Cash Back Plan) Policy Number:- (protected), we Proceed 2nd insurance, after some time we get then file.

And after some time, they call us for pay 56000 for PWF/Payment withdrawals form. Also, we tell that provide all the information on mail with your Name, Mo. Number, Designation and Provide information of PWF form. But they are not providing and told us It’s RBI GUID LINE we have not permission to send this information.

Then We decide to cancel this process and we call them to cancel both insurance file and loan we are nit iterated with this loan processes. They said that for cancelation take 45 days and both insurance paid amount received in our account but till date we have not received any payment.

All we attached all the call recoding please check and please provide resolution as soon as possible.

I received a call from one of person saying that he will give arrange the personal loan via RBL bank & for that one insurance have to made by me as a security reasons & after many discussions & conversations i made it until the insurance bond receives the person was in touch with me for the process & they committed the loan has been processed for disburse will get in 2 days but after none of them is not responding my call still.

In this they have used above insurance agency to make me to put the insurance actually they cheated me.

I lost 55000 on this. i request this complaint should go in a proper manner.

I Rajesh Kumar Pati having policy No J9559995 inform you that as per the conversation with your executive I have paid 8737/- on 15/02/2022 at 18.50PM for renewal of my health policy. But till now I have not received the acknowledgement from your side. Toady I received a mail for required document for generating my policy copy (PEP & ID proof ) a12.45PM and at 1.25 PM I received another mail that payment has not received. But amount has debited from my account. on that day.

Though my policy has expired on 26 Jan 2023 and It is in grace period and today is 21st Feb 2023, consider it as urgent basis.
Please find the attachment of my transaction details and send me the policy copy asap.
