wrong commitments and misguide making fraud to make company profit and brokerages

I had wrong commitments and miss guided from Roshan Mumbai office ( [protected] / [protected] not it is Switched off ) to take policy Elite Advantage[protected].
I don't want to continue this policy as I already told them that I need 5 year investment plan only.
They informed me that we have 5 Year plan for elite advantage. And explain me complete plan that I have to invest 3 lacs ( 60000*5 ) and after completion of 5 years...

harassment from telemarketing employee

Received a call from number [protected] on saturday the 23rd of march at 7:30 p. M (19:30 hrs). The person asked me if i was interested in the bharti axa insurance and i responded by saying that it was highly inappropriate to be called so late in the night and unsolicited.
I told the caller that it was not appreciated and proceed to disconnect the call.

Hello Sir,

I got call from Bombay landline, and executive being told me that she is from cancellation department of Bharti AXA. You had a policy with number[protected] and premium amount Rs. 40, 000. Right now the fund value is around Rs. 98, 000/-.

I was bit confused, because in year 2014, I had one Bharti AXA insurance policy. And stopped that policy after first premium. So, I connected this fraud call...

cheating and mis-selling by the bharti axa life of policy elite advantage

Bharti Axa person called and came over to my place to sell Elite Advantage policy.

It was said that if you pay Rs 1 Lac per annum for 12 years then you get Rs 22 Lacs after 12 years. Alternatively you get Rs 1.1 Lacs p.a. as pension starting from 13th year till death or you can take Rs 1.1 Lacs till whenever you want and then take back Rs 22 Lacs during closure of the policy.

fraud call for bharti axa life insurance from some third party agency

I hold a Life Insurance from Bharti Axa, which was Mis Sold to me by an Advisor of Bajaj Capitals. He had hidden all charges from me and had also forged my signature in the Policy Documents.
On complaining to Bharti Axa (Kankurgachi Branch in Kolkata), they had also taken my policy documents along with the complaint letter, assuring me that they will take some actions against Bajaj Capitals and make sure that my policy is cancelled....

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding an unauthorized debit from my account.On [05/03/2024], I noticed a transaction on my account statement that I did not authorize. The details of the transaction are as follows:Transaction Date: 05/03/2024Transaction Amount: 51219/-Transaction Reference/Description:[protected]I would like to highlight that I did not fill out any Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) form related to this transaction. The debit was made without my knowledge or consent, and I am deeply concerned about the security of my account.I want to tell that the first payment was cut through my check and the second payment was cut in the next year on 23rd March 2023 manually I was paid and this third payment should not have been cut. The automatic still cuts out.Right now only Rs. 1945 are left in my account, so how should I manage my home loan and the installment that is going to be debited, so I request you to please cancel my transaction which has been deducted.       My Old policy Number is :[protected] and New Policy Number which is miss-sell to me is :[protected]

      The issue is When I have visited Branch Before Diwali they told me that You will get the Below details in written in your new policy but when I have received the policy those details are not there. Then I have contacted respected person named "Mrs. Binal Shah" Branch manager of Ahmedabad . Now the issues is I have contacted they said the person who does the entry has made mistake and didnt write the old policy details in it and that is why its not Showing . Now then I am continuously following up on this with them but they Hardly receive my call or not answer even which is ridiculous . When I have visited Branch to get resolution on this they said we cant help you because the person is not available nobody even answerable in person absence which is again not possible. Till date the issue is as it is . Now recently on 4th January I visited Branch and at that time they assured it will be resolved soon and submit your Polict copy that you have received and we will correct and re-send you new Copy of it, so I have submitted the Policy copy too. Now again when I am calling from that day nobody answering my call . I have waited long now. If this issue is not resolved earliest I will file Cyber compaint as Fraud and go with Legal action

      I have reverted on above query on 13 January 2024 again as below :

      When i reached to branch for discussion about new policy they said regarding your previous policy we have to check in system and tell you what amount will be given to you but tuen never told me what would be that value. Then at the same they they collected the document needed for the new policy and give me assurance that we will do Fund transfer from your policy so that you will get some amount in your account and some amount will be mentioned in your new policy again they never told me that amount and very next day tyey process the new policy and again i have akse dthem what amount will be there and they said sir dnt worry everything will be mentioned in your policy and when policy issues nothing is there... They totally done scam with me.. I need to Cancel this newly issues policy and want that premium back in my account, Also pet me know what should I do for my rest of money from old policy... Also after a week if no resultion will come on this matter I will file legal cyber fraud compalin against them and company as I gave waited long on this one now

      We wish to inform you that your complaint is being attended to by Afrin Shah from Grievance Redressal Cell and we shall respond to you within 14 days from the receipt of your email.

      Today mr. Krunal again came to meet me and say sorry there is mistake done from ourside and if you wish you can fill form and cancel this new policy and also give the assurance that the total money that I have paid against old policy which is around 4 lakhs that would be credited tooo as the fault is from their side I am not suppose to bare the other amount... so I am going ro visit them agin on Friday Ahmedabad branch and give cancellation of this policy issued.

      Please co ordinate with your Ahmedabad branch manager mrs. Binal Shah and resolve this ASAP. I need my money back in any way

      Today I have again visited Ahmedabad branch for Policy Cancellation request for subjected policy . Now i need that premium which I have paid against it should be reverted back to me and then I would also need to get the Remaining amount from My previous policy against which this new policy issued old policy number is[protected] .

        I want to raise a complaint against the agent who sold me the Bharti Axa Plan, He has mislead me with lot of wrong information.
        the following is the conversation that happened for selling me the product

        I got a call from a Lady stating that she is calling from Bharti Axa Life Insurance and asked if I'm interested in the Investment
        After that she added Rajesh Malik, a Relationship Manager at Bharti Axa who explained the plan to me which is Bharti Axa Life Elite advantage plan for period of 12 years, also there are only two investment options 30000 and 50000 with the following benefits

        Investment Option Commission every Year Medical Insurance members for Medical Insurance
        30000 30% 5 lakhs 5 persons
        50000 40% 10 lakhs 8 person

        also I was informed that I just need to make payment for initial 6 years and after 6 years till 12 years the company will reinvest my money.

        After explaining above plan he has handed over my call to Rakesh Ranjan who stated to be a fund manager in Bharti Axa and confirmed all the given information and company is giving the commission because this policy will be created under my agent Code.
        With above information they told me that once the payment is done someone from bharti axa life insurance will reach at my home to hand over all the documents of Medical Insurance and also will credit my commission amount to me.
        Initially they also told that free look up period will be till the time someone from bharti axa will come with the final documents.

        I have already raised to stop my policy and refund my amount to Rakesh in reply of which he is saying have created my refund case.

        I only have the contact number of the Rakesh and Rakesh, since all the conversation had happened on Whatsapp with disappearing messages enabled or over call.
