I am reguler customer of big bazzar but from last few days i observe that cash counter employee are not behaving good and also not helpful even they have to suggest if they have any problem, i was stand in the line from half n hour and when i reached at counter so he told me that this category is not for this counter they maked specific counter for special category even they didn't mention in any area about that,

    I have big bazar saving club card number[protected] taken in big bazar store at chhattisgarh. Once (Dated 2nd may 2018) i visited in deoghar district of jharkhand state and purchased few items at big bazar, they refused to take this card and didn't make any discount (10% in purchase). They told there is no such card acceptable in jharkhand. Please let me know if there is any such condition that this card would be valid in state where it is prepared only why it is not conveyed to customer? I felt very shame and insulted. I argued them that this is valid nationwide, they replied ironically they are out of nation. Is this culture in big bazar group to talk with customer?

      Sir I am Pitamber Chotrani I purchase today a Printed Jeans For my Daughter from Ur Store no.2946 Gandhidham I Returned A product of MRP 699/- and Store sales Team Issue a credit note of 599/- I was in hurry, I didnt check at that time. Against that product I purchased two new products and paid the difference amount 300/- actual amount was to pay 200/- but the stuff collected 300/- (100/- excess)

        Dear sir,
        On 30.04.2018 I have purchased some items from BIG BAZAR, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, Nelson Road, New Delhi-110070 including 4 packets desi atta besan 500 gm (Rs. 60/- per packet) and 2 packets desiatta RT suji 500 gm (Rs. 30/- per packet). There was an offer displayed buy 1 and get 1 free on both items.
        I am not good in mathematics but as layman as per my calculation I have to pay Rs.120/- for besan and Rs.35/- for suji a total of Rs.155/- to avail this offer.
        The billing clerk generate bill CIN:L51909MH2007PLC268269 in the following manner:
        ...
        3 packets desi atta besan 500gm Rs.180/-
        1 packet desi atta besan 500gm -Rs.60/-
        2 packets desiatta RT suji 500gm -Rs.70/- ...
        cost of these items Rs.180/-.
        I raised the issue and complaint the matter to Ms.Shivangi, the Manager at help desk counter at 06:45 pm the same day. Seeing the bill and listening to my concern she apprised me that the bill generated was correct and there was no error to rectify. She told I have got 1 packet besan and 2 suji packet absolutely free as per offer. I tried my best to explain her the calculation error but she refused to listen to me saying no calculation error that’s it final. She said if I didn’t want to avail offer I was free to return the goods and credit note could be generated. She also advised me if I am finding this as a cheating then don’t purchase any item from BIG BAZAR. But immediately some other executive came there and identified the error and refunded the difference money i.e. Rs25/- (Rs.180/- as entered by the billing clerk - Rs.155/- actual cost).
        I think perhaps there are much more bigger financial scam going on in the BIG BAZAR, Ambience Mall, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi which needs urgent attention of higher personnel of yours else the reputation of your market may be damaged badly. You are also requested to depute suitable staff at help desk counter to entertain the customer. The copy of bill is enclosed as mentioned above.

        On 26th January 2018 I had purchased few shirts and trousers. the shirts from Bigbazar of VIP road, being of light shade the salesman told me that I can try the size of any shirt and he will give me the same size of light colours which I selected. When I opened one shirt for use for a day I noticed that near the arms and armpit the threads in irregular manner coming out. I thought that may be it was due to my fault it happened unintentionally. I gifted 2 shirts to my brother as well. Now when he opened the shirt he noticed the same issue and I too when checked with my remaining shirt it too had same issue. I called the customer care and complained but Vicky said my complaint cant be launched as its almost 5 months and nothing can be done he said. On one hand the salesman wont allow to open a fresh piece which I buy and secondly without using the shirt for even once all my brand new shirts are defective. I regularly shop from big bazar but this is my first such experience. My image is also tarnished in front my brother as I have gifted him a defective shirt. My fault was I trusted Big Bazar and now I feel being cheated as all the shirts which I bought is defective. I dnt know if my complain would be entertained or it will be just be turned down due to time factor.

          I bought 2 jeans from brand factory trivandrum. The offer was buy 1 get 1 free. The mrp on the product was 2399.00 but these people charged gst on the mrp. When i asked about this to the manager he has no clue on why they are charging the gst on mrp. And another promotion was flat price of 899/- and when the bill was raised it was charged gst on it. They are big cheaters.

            I purchased these myghty gym gloves today of size m with other goods too and the bill generated is of total rs. 738 and i paid the amount through paytm at around 1:24 pm and i left the bill with security checker. Now the issue is the golves are way too much tight to put on and when went to exchange it they started asking for bill, but i don't have any though i have transaction id of the paytm payment with me, so can i get a copy of the bill through the transaction id. Please respond as soon as possible.

              Yesterday (30 april 2018) i bought 5 cello butterflow 4 color pens and not even in my wildest dreams i thought anything could go wrong its a trusted brand and all but when today i used it turned to be faulty the clicking system isn't working and they aren't even 4 color its just 3 colors with one highlighter and now i don't even have the bill i need help to get the refund for these pens because i am not satisfied with the pens.

                I got fed-up with the customer service from hometown, marathahalli, so i am writing below complain.
                I purchased a kenwood juicer on 08/04/2017 from hometown marathahalli with rs.2200, it had one year warranty. After 6 month it stopped working and not switching on. I went to 'hometown, marathahalli' for that issue, initially they gave me the service center number and told to contact but those numbers were not valid. After contacting again to hometown, they told they will get back to us with valid service center number and address, which i can contact but they didn't gave me. After some days when i contacted again they told me to give the product (Juicer), they will contact service person and will repair, i gave the product on 20/01/2018 for repairing but till now they didn't repair. Now they are telling that the product has motor issue and can't be repaired and there is no service center. They gave me a offer to give some additional rs.1000 discount on next purchase but they can't repair the product which i refused to take. I told them to give me the working product or replacement. The product has warranty so they should repair or replace the product.in last 5 months, i contacted nearly 10 times, don't know what kind of service they are providing. As the product was broken on warranty so i am demanding that the product should be repaired or replaced.
                My question to them (Hometown)
                1. Are you guys selling original product? If it's original then what happened within 6 month all service center gone away, no parts and not repairable.
                2. Why you are not giving value to your small customer? As the product in under warranty then you have to take care.
                3. Why you are offering me rs.1000 discount on next purchase, either you have to replace or repaired the product.

                    Today i purchase diff items from big bazar of total more tha 4000 rs. When i checked my bill following error found in bill:-
                    1. On a product its mention in store by one get one but i charge for 2.
                    2. On rice packet of 1 kg discounted price mention 110 rs with by one get one but in bill i charged retail price of 160 rs mention on packet.
                    3.in sugar counter there are several packets of sugar with price but with same name packets of rice lying there and by mistake i bought rice instead of sugar so i want to exchange it.

                    So its not expected from big brand error in billing.

                      Hi,
                      I visited big bazzar today for monthly grocery shopping. I found one of the item was wrongly charged in my bill, when i cross checked my bill after reaching home.
                      Item details: mango badami, rate was mentioned as rs.89/kg.
                      I bought 6medium size pieces of badami mango. Weight was done and the price tag was pasted to the bag. I didn't notice exact weight and final amount at that time, but when i reached home, i found that amount was charged as rs.280 for badami mango, weight 3.1kg.
                      I cross verified weight of the bag using digital weighing scale at my home, it was exactly 1.6kg.
                      Almost double weight was charged for me.
                      Total fraud. I do not understand how this can happen??
                      Unbelievable but big bazzar is fooling people under the name of offer.

                        I did a shopping in big bazaar, phoenix market city, chennai on 28th april 2018.
                        I was billed extra for few items. Here's the details:

                        Offer is buy 1 and get 1 for paperboat drink but i was charged for 2.
                        Buy 2 get 1 free for safewash fabric conditioner but i was billed for 3.
                        It was shown 30/- off on 3 roses tea 500g but i got only 15 off in the bill. There are few more to call-out like these.

                          Big bazaar — rotten packed food

                          Dear support, this is to bring to your notice, that i had made a purchase groceries, fresh veggies and fruits from big bazaar, arcot road, saligramam, chennai -600093 with transaction number 50587 dated 27.05.2018 with total billing amount to rs.1531.66 rs. On the very same day we wanted to cook button mushroom and wanted to consume. But they were rotten. I wonder how many customers must have recd the same kind of product. It could either be a genuine error that happened and you compensate us for the miseries or we forget about it and stop purchasing perishable from big bazaar. Pfa the picture taken.                             I'm in need of duplicate bill from big bazar. I had purchased a american tourister suitcase from big bazaar on 30-apr-2016. I do have the warranty card but it does no good because there is no dealer stamp on it.

                              Bought clean mate pack of 4 room air freshener from big bazaar growels, this product is so bad it does smell. Even we have opened it completely and tried to smell but still has no fragnace for any flavour. It looks like dead product has been sold by big bazaar. Same with the clean mate flush tab product. It not working properly and not giving proper color. This is my worst experience with big bazaar i believe.

                                Big bazaar keeps suggesting everyone, to stop promotional sms send an sms mentioning "dealz no" to 575758." that charges 3 rupees.

                                When i send an sms i got a reply that dealz is not a valid keyword. I am attaching a photo of the sms conversation.

                                You yourself started sending promotional sms to us and started irritating them, now for us to stop that have to pay your charges. Cheers!! To big bazaar.

                                        I am a regular customer of big bazaar. Today i visited a big bazaar outlet at esplanade, kolkata. Around 3:45 pm a cleaning staff and another one staff have behaved very bad with me. Used abusive language. I was very much humiliated and insulted. I can identify them, if required. This is the first time i got such a bad experience. You are cordially requested to take strict steps in this regard. You are also requested to send me a feedback as early as possible. I submitted a complaint to the customer service desk, present there.
