"Big Bazaar Savings Club" card under the guise of "Heritage Fresh Savings Club" card issued by shaikpet, manikonda, hyderabad FOOD Bazaar (store:5043, earlier Heritage Fresh) not recognized or honored by other Heritage Fresh stores within city. When I complained to [protected]@heritagefoods.in, [protected]@heritagefoods.in, [protected]@futureretail.in, [protected]@easyday.in, [protected]@futuregroup.in of future group, surprisingly I received a mail from [protected]@futuregroup.in saying

"The Big Bazaar SAVINGS CLUB program is only applicable for use at the membership enrolled Stores of Big Bazaar, Food Bazaar and cut in fbb at Big Bazaar. e-zone cut in not included. The Big Bazaar Savings Club membership benefits will be applicable only in the store where the customer has enrolled himself / herself and not in other Big Bazaar stores. FRL can at any time without intimation to the SAVINGS CLUB members add and / or delete Club Partners from such list."

While selling the card to me I was told that it can be used across all the heritage fresh stores. otherwise why would anyone buy such a card which is confined to one store only.

I googled for Big Bazaar SAVINGS CLUB to check the terms & conditions, I found no future group company website describing about Big Bazaar SAVINGS CLUB.

    Hi Future Retail

    Yesterday I did the shopping from your outlet, Location Darya Ganj -110002; And Mr. Wasim was on the cash counter and he was billing and I found that there is a mismatch in invoice and MRP mentioned on the product. Product name Himalaya bady soap MRP on product 60 and Mr Wasim (Easyday agent)made bill Rs 65. He made excess amount bill

    This is not the first time it happened with me many times I found such type of cheating. Mostly customer not check product price and invoice amount.

    After that I called on customer care and I explained everything to Mr Veer and timing is 8:51 pm on dated 09-July and. I told to Mr Wasim as he was saying that is the server issue I want this thing in writing but agent deny, for more Clarity you can listen voice recording. You are requested to look into the matter.

    @Future Retail please takes strict action Mr Wasim and keeps me in loop.

      This is to bring to your notice that my mother aged about 58 years was touched without authorization by goons from Big Bazaar. This was done on the pretext of security check without any reasonable/justifiable cause . They didnt' even care to check the bill before resorting to such action.
      The manhandling done at the store is further fortified from the fact that no police complaint whatsoever was made by the goons present at Big Bazaar's centre.
      Not only was she manhandled but also touched appropriately by goons from the store. On clicking the photograph of the goon from Big Bazaar, the same ran away and pleaded not to click her picture as she was following instructions of some male superior. The said action without any justifiable reasons not only amounts to manhandling a old woman but also sexual abuse which is a punishable offence under the Indian Penal Code.
      The same has caused not only caused huge humiliation to my old mother but also has cause grave mental injury.
      Kindly initiate action failing to which I will be constrained to initiate legal action which shall include but not be limited to filing complaint before the women commission of competent jurisdiction.

          I have received a message from Big bazaar profit club with of of Rs-500 free shopping for minimum shopping of Rs-3000. And Rs-500 added my future pay wallet with my existing balance of Rs-1000 and that time my total balance was Rs-1500. But at the time of billing at big Bazaar your system was shown that my Profit club card is not valid and my wallet balance also shown Zero. I explained the matter to your representative and also shown the message I have received but they denied for providing my benefit. And then I was forced to pay entire billing amount of Rs-3264 with my credit card without benefit of Rs-500. If I am not able to use my wallet balance when required why you are issuing Profit club card and wasting our money. Later I have checked the balance and it was shown balance of Rs-1500. Due to your system problem I have suffered loss of Rs-500.
          As per my eligibility I want that Rs-500 Back. Please do needful.

          I need to go to consumer court because of this irritating sms I am getting from Big Bazaar.

          I already tried DEALZ NO to 57578 but didn't work. This has become serious concern for me as it is wasting my time.

          I'm advocate by profession and I need quick resolution with deadline otherwise I have to proceed further.

          I need duplicate bill that i purchased on May 11th, 2018. They said they didnt have it . Is there anyway you can pull that up for me. Please find the attachment for more details.
          I have purchased a shaving brush of Park avenue " Silver shaving brush" print rate is 75 rs but on the bill it was charged at 80 rs. i had checked the price difference at my home. it is simply ridiculous.

          please assist what can be done now and many times it had happened earlier as this time it has checked and identified.

            Regarding to big bazaar SMS notifications I receive daily.

            I don't shop frequently at Big Bazaar but since they have my number due to shopping I made in past, they are sending messages everyday which is really annoying. I want to stop those messages. It is really irritating. I cannot unsubscribe on my own. Please help me to stop it immediately and permanently.

              I have purchased the 3 ltr of Sunkist Juice from the Big Bazzar Bathinda on 31.05.2018 vide there invoice no 5533 dated 31.05.2018. When I opened the Apple Juice. The taste of the apple juice was not good. The Juice taste was very Bitter. So the company has supplied the poor quality of Apple Juice. I do not think that such a big company will supply the so poor quality of Juice.

              In this regard i lodged the complaint with the company with complaint No - FC[protected] dt 28.06.2018. The company make false promise with me for the replacement, but till date no replacement made

                  We have brought product of more than 5000 a fortnight ago
                  and went for home delivery and it came to home the very next day
                  but the food item specially 4 large packets of biscuit are totally damaged

                    I am very sad to share a very unsatisfactory experience in big bazar serampore store which is in hooghly district near kolkata. There were no traces of support staff present nearby. One of the staff of your concern were present whom i called bt he denied to come for help. So to be precise i am very disheartened by the service of big bazar for the first time.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have a credit note of Rs. 1699 of Big Bazaar, Rave Moti mall, branch, Kanpur, which has time limit of 30 days. Due to some medical emergencies with me we could not go to redeem it.

                      When i found credit note they told me this is centralized i can use anywhere in India but last time i tried in Big Bazaar branch Agra. they were not able to redeem.

                      I am really frustrated. Everyday I am getting promotional and deals sms from Bigbazaar Future bazaar. I don't want it anymore. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Otherwise we have other options to stop it and you will have to suffer from that. I don't want any kind of SMS please.

                        I purchased 2 t shirts from brand factory outlet in chinchwad on 24/06/2018. I paid rs.1104/- for the transaction through my debit card.

                        I gone to store to return the items on 26/06/2018. As i was getting late for some work, i did not buy anything or exchange t shirts. The store executive gave me a credit note of same amount.

                        Now, i have lost the credit note. When i visited store to help me, they are unable to help me.

                        I am a regular customer of big bazaar and brand factory. I kindly request you to check and revert issue the credit note to me.

                        I am getting at least 3-4 SMSs each day from Big Bazaar that are of promotional nature. I am fed up of this and want this to stop. I have never given any permission to Big Bazaar to send such SMSes nor subscribed to such service. Please stop.
                        I bought men's jogger from big bazar on 29 June 2018 when I washed the first time the color fades I had buyed it of rs 1000
                        Which is so costly but I thought that spunk will not disappoint me but that proved me wrong total waste of Money

                          My order id is[protected] and the order was delivered in sirsa (Haryana). No big bazaar store was there so, i wanted to return this product in grand vance mall store, greater noida as i am resident of this city. I tried to place the return request by changing the pincode but its showing the message that return is only possible in haryana. I contacted customer care team on 18th june'18 & they asked me to pay 49rs for reverse pickup and said that reverse pickup would me done from my current residence address but till date, reverse pickup has not been done. Now, they have blocked all my contact nbers so that i can not contact them. Such a pythatic customer care service and making fools to the people.

                            Hi have purchase gocery from BigBazar on 1st July 2018. 2 products have been charged additionally by them. First product is veet hair removal cream the mrp is Rs. 58/- but i have be charged as Rs. 60/- that is above MRP, and the second product is Aer pocket fresher i have purchased 3 pic 2 of them as been charged @Rs.50 but the 3 pic is been charged for Rs. 55 .
                            Kindly look into the matter

                              On 1st july 2018, at 5 pm, at big bazaar store dlf mall of india. I went to buy some items due to the weekend their was a huge rush so i was waiting at billing counter from 30 minutes. When the billing time came one of the employee who was at billing counter said that "you have 2 items only so we don't consider to do your billing as we have a lot more to do". This was disrespectful. I am a regular customer of big bazaar, and due to this attitude, now i had a very poor image towards it.

                                Yesterday i had very bad experience and i am competly in shock that bing a pioneer goup treating his customers in this fsaion.
                                I want to share yesateday incident what had happened to me in your deoghar (Jharkhand) branch. Your employee from csd department and sales department had used very abusing language to femal customers and when i intevin he started abusing me and he had not bill my single iteam to me and he also say that no one will bill your items.
                                If you required i will share video of entire incidents.
                                Being a regular customer i want you take corretive and strict action aginst him.

                                  Big bazaar scam

                                  We have shopped in big bazaar at gurgaon location on 2nd of may 2018. At that time there was an offer of getting rs.500 cash in future pay's big bazaar wallet. We did receive a text message saying we are eligible and we will get credit of rs. 100 for next 5 months. Here is the text message that we have received on 2nd may:

                                  "congrats! You are eligible for rs.500 cash in future pay's big bazaar wallet

                                  Credit given as rs.100 starting 11-may'18 & on the 1st of every month from jun'18 till sep'18

                                  Register on future pay before 6-may'18 to avail benefit.

                                  Unused amount expires end of each month & is deducted. T&c

                                  You saved rs 657.00 at big bazaar on 02-may.

                                  Use future pay price match & get assured lowest prices every day. T&c.

                                  When i went to big bazaar today i. E. 27th june, they said you do not have rs. 100 credit and have asked me to contact the support team. I called the support number and provided them with all the details and they are asking me for the receipt to give me that benefit.

                                  Who saves the receipt for so long? And if they would have told me when i shopped on 2nd may to save the receipt i would have. And when i received text message on both of my phone numbers that i will be receiving a credit of rs. 100 for next five months.

Which would not be so far ahead with anyone.

                                      I am writing this complaint to big bazaar who is selling products which is expired. I have encountered this situation yesterday while visiting big bazaar branch situated in katni m.p. I have informed the store manager and also raised a complaint to customer care department but I did not received any response from big bazaar infact they closed the complaint ticket without even informing me. Brand like big bazaar is playing with the life of customers. Please find enclosed pictures of expired product and also ticket number of complaint raised.

                                      Big bazaar is not bothered to look into such complaints or incidences. They play with the lives of customers. Just a money making organisation big bazaar is. Till now no one has looked into the matter.

                                        Hi just want to know is is correct to charge gst over the mrp. As i had the word with the person on billing counter, he replied that in brand factory our billing procedure is that we will charge gst on every discounted product. This happened with me the product was initially for 799/- after discount it was for 599/- while billing gst was added to it so i had to pay 628.95/- which includes 5% gst. According to the indian government mrp includes gst, thus the discount is on the mrp thus the gst is not applicable on the discount price too... I might be wrong as well so just want the clarity on this.
