I bought an umbrella before 3-4 days.At the time of purchase I am not check that physically it is working or not? I just select color and go to cash counter for billing.

After that it is rest idle in my bag, today I check it then I felt that it is useless for me.

So I want it's return/ replacement

    Sir/madam,
    I have not purchased any pantene shampoo costing rs. 395 on today i. E. 12.08.2018 from big bazaar, keonjhar, odisha store but the same was added in my bill. Due to heavy rush i did not check the bill and i paid the amount of rs. 1418.49 which includes the cost of the shampoo. Later on while checking the bill at home i discovered the discrepancies. Then again i went to the big bazaar store and waited there for 1 hour for reimbursement of the shampoo bill. But, i did not get the amount cash back or credited to my account rather i was given a slip to purchase other items of the same amount. Why should i purchase any other item from the store when i have no requirement of any items? Its simply a cheating and a malafide technique adopted to compel the customer to by extra things from the store. Further, i lost my valuable times and money interm of petrol for no fault of mine. This is a complete harassment to the customer and proper compensation should be given for the same along with cash back of the said amount.

      I was wearing a raincoat and at deposit counter the boy allowed but subsequently the gatekeeper stopped.i am unable to understand the policy.in an awkward situation and manager is not attending the issue and has left me standing for 10 minutes.

          Booked my study on 17 July at Hometown, TGIP Noida, Delivery date was committed to be 25 July, but later I came to know that delivery is postponed to 25 Aug.

          Contacted customer care for a no. of times, but proper response is missing.

          It is causing great inconvenience, but no action is from your end to expedite. The way, you are treating the customers is horrible. Expected an early delivery with due compensation.

            Very bad service by db city big bazaar. Today I have visit there for shopping but there cash counter person Mr. Satish made a mistake in billing and left 1 item for billing and put in my carry bag and at time of exit security alarms are beeped. Its so embarrassing for me afterwards all staff behave as I am a thief they take approx 1 hour time for full verification and at last they found a cashier mistake and between this they check my bags so mANY TIMEs and when I came home my 1 item are missing. Its a such a bad day for me. And I just want to say ### U BIG BAZAAR. Such a worst store in India. In normal days you do such a thing then what you do on rush time.

              Here is my complaint against coupens which offered by nagpur central mall online filling for friendship day offer, which was filled by me for my elder brother and bhabhi which we received coupens message in our mobile which should be redime with in day offered (4&5 of august 2018)

              As i went to purchase central mall for purchase after purchasing at billing counter refuse to redime coupens code because they were telling that person coupen issued for mobile to be present physically at billing counter to redime offer. As in offer they have clearly mentioned unconditional offer then why they applied condition after wasting of our time. I

              And rude behaviour of store in charge mr. Padmaraja kutty with me on telephoanic discussion.

                I purchase curry cut chicken every week from the big bazar outlet in infiniti mall, malad. Post plastic ban, now the meat is sold loose, weighed and then packed. There have been on at least 3 occasions when coming home, the meat didn't smell right. Please look into this - maybe it's something to do with transportation, storage or the temperature at the display store

                      I got cash back of 1000 divided into 4 coupons of 250 applicable on fashion only. That condition in the voucher says on 2 offers can be clubbed and purchase should be single purchase of ₹600. I used 3 coupons accordingly. However while using the last coupon i purchased one top of ₹599. The biller denied using the coupon in that saying 599 & 600 are not same. Inspite of me saying i have previously used 3 vouchers in the same manner. My complaint regarding this is condition should be uniform. It cannot be different according to month or branch. Customers like us are facing issue wasting our time just because of new conditions being added every time.

                        Today i visited the bigbazar as usual along with my wife and 12 year old son at hubli big bazar. We are decent well educated family. After shopping we paid the bill. We are about exit the big bazar, the staff were called my son back and started removing the shirt and searching in front of public but they did not find any thing what they were searching in my son. This incident pained my little kid & he is still in mental agony and now he is scared to go not only big bazaar even other malls also. Now a days big bazaar staff are very rude in behavior & attitude. I hope whatever happened to us the same should not happen to others. After this incident i spoke to customer care to lodge complaint, he was also defending themselves. This is also pained my family.

                          I must say hometown is a pathetic place to order any thing. I have ordered one willy 3 door wardrobe order no [protected]. It has been delivered to me on 11th July as per the schedule. It was supposed to be assembled on the very next day but the person has come on 15th July and unwrap the product. Product was found damaged while uncovering. The upper plate of the wardrobe which covers the entire structure was damaged from corner. Technician has asked me to raise a complain on the same and clicked several pictures to inform the team mates for faster resolution.after that day I had not been called by Hometown any day till I again called them and remind them about my product to be replaced and assembled and also raised complaint. Complaint no is HT[protected]. Since that day i am calling them every day and like every time they promise me to schedule a visit of technician on same day either next day. This is being so ridiculous after spending so much i had to take pain everyday to get my product replaced and assembled. Hometown is my worst experience till date.

                            after 7th month bolte hai refund lo ya upper ka payments karo...

                              We bought an Bajaj induction cooker for cooking (Rice) all types of cooking purpose on 06/06/2018 Bill Number ; T11/19569 and it was not at all working onwards when we bought, so we contact ur customer care & technician came & changed the board but there was no use & he said ur Sales men cheated us by giving low capacity induction cooker, just it is only used for Heating low quantity of water, so that plz consider my complaint & give me a solution or else we will be forced to file an case in consumer court against your company and Bajaj electricals .

                                Solapur Located Big Bazar counter employee has taken extra amount for the product Children Shoes and it has been observed after message received in mid night by the bank.

                                The product did not purchased from the store but still the amount and prize has been added on the bill.
                                After informing them they are not ready to pay back, rather they said there is no policy to refund.

                                They want me to purchase other product of same amount.I really not interested to purchase any thing from them.

                                Please stop this unwanted SMS. Even after following the procedure I received reply that I am not subscribed and very next moment big bazaar sent me another promotional SMS. This is really annoying. Please check the attached images.

                                  Everyday I'm getting at least 3 messages related to discount, coupons and codes on my mobile.
                                  I'm fed up of this and want to stop these messages as soon as possible.

                                  There is no way to stop them. DND is activated for my number, sent message to 575758 as DEALZ NO and got reply that I'm not subscribed to BIG BAZAAR.

                                    But now I am little bit unhappy with a incident. Yesterday I bought a Jeans (Buffalo, bar code[protected] which was given to your personal tailor later on for cutting purpose but the same was made 38 inchs instead of 40 inchs which was requested by me. I have visited kharagpur customer care but NO result. Even they had charged me for Rs 30 for the same and still nothing came out for proper resolution. Now the item is lying with me and i would never be able to use it.

                                        Today the 14th July 2018 purchased some items from Big Bazaar Guwahati n i paid the bill n the person in the counter handed me my items in a polythene bag tied with a plastic tag type which is difficult to open with hands. So, which, makes it difficult to check our items inside the plastic bag. Trusting that all my items are in the bag I came home. But when i reached home to my dismay 3 items were not kept inside my plastic bag. Please can anyone help.
