Please provide me last bill of this month (June) of big bazar because i have lost my last bill due to which i have not recieved future pay balance yet. I purchased items from saharganj lucknow big bazar this month. The accountant which provide me bill told that you will get 300 rupees of future pay balance for purchse above 3000 rupees. And now i have lost my last shopping bill for the month of june. So please provide me duplicate copy of my bill as soon as possible.

    I have been receiving stupid SMS messages about big bazaar offers on my number. In fact, the frequency is even more than 4-5 messages on some days. I never registered for this stupid spamming. Please unsubscribe my number right away if you have any shame. This is the third time I am complaining about it. I don't want to send an SMS to some number which would deduct Rs 3. Just unsubscribe from your end. I would never want to go to any of your outlets, you are such shameless people.

      Dear hr,

      This mail is regarding the complaint for not receiving the promised gift by big bazaar vashi navi mumbai. On 26th jan 2018, an offer was their on big bazar that "if we do shopping for rs. 7000 worth, and we pay 299 rupees more, we will receive a mixer grinder". Its been 6 months, in spite of lodging the compliants several times, no action is been yet taken.

      Request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

      Big bazaar should not chear their customers in this manner, if tehy are promising something, it is their responsibility and duty to fulfill it from their end only.

      I hope i will receive an immediate action on my complaint and will receive my gift soon.

      On republic day, 26/1/18, big bazaar given an offer AD in newspaper that if you purchase anything more than Rs-7000, you will receive a mixer grinder by only paying rs.299/- . But in spite of multiple complaints and calls, the sales people always say that the stock is empty, once we will receive the stock we will provide you. But nothing has happened today. Now they have even stopped calling also. I am very upset with the kind of their gesture.It was my first experience with bigbazaar and i was very excited about it, but I think after this very bas service, i will not even visit and and will also never recommend anyone for the same.

        We r Big bazaar loyal customers for more than 10 yrs. Today 20.6.18 we purchased clothes amt to rs 2396 among other things. the Tax invoice no [protected], was paid by us through Debit Card, at 1st swap the POS unit got stuck, so I asked the counter staff, CAN I PAY CASH, on their Insistence, , I Swapped Debit Card AGAIN FOR RS.2396. This time Above Bill generated, BUT AFTER 10 MINs. My Bank, Sent me 2 (TWO)debit Smses for Rs 2396, EACH. I immediately called up Big Bazaar nasik rd on their L/Line, explained in detail, the person on phone asked me to come to Nskrd Big bazaar for Redressal. At Big Bazaar, The Staff WAS COMPLETELY DUMBFOUNDED, ASKED ME IN RETURN, TO CALL BANK FOR CONFIRMATION, , WHEREAS I HAD SHOWN THEM THE DOUBLE DEBIT SMS BY BANK. THEY KEPT ON ASKING MY GENUINESS BY ASKING TO CALL BANK FOR VERIFICATION.
        IT IS SIMPLE ACCOUNTS NORM, THAT THAT COUNTER WILL HAVE AN ACCOUNT TALLY PROBLEM, the Credit to Big Bazaar will be DOUBLE, , THE POS IS AT BIG BAZAAR, NOT AT BANK. AFTER 30 TO 40 MINUTES, THE STAFF KEPT ASKING US TO APPROACH DIFFERENT STAFF IN BIG BAZAAR, , ALL EQUALLY CLUELESS. MY RS 2396 WAS RECEIVED DOUBLE BY BIG BAZAAR, AS A SIMPLE REVERSAL THRO AC NOTE WOULD HAVE ENDED MY GRIEVENCE, , AFTER SO MANY YRS OF BRAND LOYALTY, WHAT U GET IS THIS DUMBFOUNDNESS AND HARASSMENT. I INTEND TO TWITT MR KISHOR BAYANI FOR THIS.

        They are not supportive. Even they suffer their customers.
        I no need to get an SMS from Big bazaar anymore remove my no. Since it's annoying me it's completely distrcting my personal work. I have purchased the product only one time I never ever visited again but these guy's noted my mobile number from then torchering me to send an promotion SMS.

          I bought a koryo iron on 26th january from big bazaar puttenahalli out let bangalore with rs 99/ in discounted price as we had a bill of 7000/ _. From that date till now i did not receive the iron, as they have no stock. I have visited that outlet for several times, they always wanted only one week. But failed and failed and failed... Again and again to deliver my purchased item. Horrible service.

          I have bought a trolley bag of safari today, can I return it?? Because, it is not compatible as per my requirement.

          Provide so much of electricity for low level.Everyday like wise so much of power cut why i[censored] need so much of money in power bills then why there is power cut .I don't say about anybody cm or pm bcoz they are false persons .

              On 06/06/2018, I purchased certain products at Big Bazaar, Seawood Grand Central Mall, Navi Mumbai.
              One of the product that I purchased was overcharged. The MRP depicted Rs. 55/- but the bill showed price of Rs. 60/-. The product name is Gillete Razor Venus, which is available in Market for Rs. 55/- only. I paid 60/- for the same product. Please look into this matter, as number of people would have purchased this product from the Big Bazaar and all of them would have been charged in excess of Rs. 5/-.
              I tried to speak to them and they said it is a system error and would refund my Rs. 5/-.
              Now i have to waist my petrol and time for getting my refund which is Rs. 5/- only.
              Kindly solve my issue.

                The mrp was 200rs. While billing it says 80rs. Hence they denied to sell me the product. And they couldn't provide me a substitute!
                They said it's a mrp problem.
                They were not even interested to talk to me..
                Such an unprofessional service sesk.
                Then i asked them to bill it again so that i can file a complain. They even denied that too.

                Please note one of the representative of Big Bazar Salt lake forcibly imposed a Jockey vest set. But when I went home it was a different size as I didn’t notice during the billing.Now from counter they r refusing for exchange .my point is very clear why harass customers like this . Forcibly compelling to buy is not acceptable

                  Today at 2100 hrs i with my family member visited big bazaar at survey no 131, quthabulpur mandal, rr dist, besides runway9, kompally. On entrence we found business advertisment of make purchase of rs 2500 and get rs 1000, no where it was mentioned that the rs 1000 will be paid on coupen, which can be redeemed of rs 250 on each month till end of september. No terms and conditions were mentioned in any advertising propogated in the store. So, i did baught marchantail of rs 4064, bill no cin no l51909mh2007plc268269, paid through debit card. The billing boy asked me to visit customer care and collect the coupen of rs 1000 and redeemed it against one ladis top mrp rs 799
                  I collected the coupen and checked the bill, and found rs 799 is already charged, so i went to the customer care and enquired about it. But to my surprise the rs 799 was charged against some item i have not bought, neither it was on my packet. Even the manager of the store mr hemant was not able to find any clue of the item. For 45 minutes no one was able to resolve the issue, my brother who is a diabetic, vwas getting impatient
                  That's what i appraised to the manager and staff. After an argument of an hour, the staff refounded rs 799, but did not reading the coupen for the garment i was to pay for. The information displayed in store is missleading and the big bazaar making people fool. People working in store are unaware of polycis and terms and conditions. The behavior of store manager was very much arrgant. He was not willing to accept facts, in steade he was insulting the customer.

                  It is definitely impact business and ethics of future bazar. I may not visit big baazar again. I request future baazar management to look in to the matter. Earliest. I

                    Today i visited big bazaar store with my husband. It was a unplanned visit. I kept my luggage (Bag with some hospitals files in it) in luggage corner at big bazaar.
                    Security lady gave me a token.
                    But will shopping i lost my token. We requested them to give our luggage. But the lady used some insulting language in front o[censored]s n behind us. She was too much. This made me felt bad n changed the opinion about the store service & the staff.

                      Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer sms from future bazaar/ big bazaar. I don't wish to receive those type of sms alerts. So please stop it immediately.

                      I want to cut it down from your side. I don't want the solution like "sending a sms mentioning"dealz no"to 575758." because it charge 3 rupees twice... And it replies back saying 'dealz is an invalid keyword '.

                          Dated 07.06.2018, was my first day in easyway club store opened at 234/3a, ajc bose road, kolkata. (A unit of future retail ltd., fmc fortuna).

                          Firstly the below average billing clerks wasted one hour to bill my products.
                          I took membership after payment of rs.999/- and placed order for home delivery, as being member, was the mandatory requirement for home delivery service. Inspite of paying my bill amount and membership amount, the items which were promised to be delivered within 20 minutes did not reach me even after 15 hours. I had to make alternate arrangement of important grocery items which i had picked up from the store as the stock was low in my house.
                          It is important to mention here that the distance between my house and the store is hardly ten minutes, which the store boys could not walk till the next morning when i myself had to visit the store and collect the items personally.
                          When i reached the store, the items i had purchase along with other items were lying unattended and in pathetic state.

                          The invoice generated for the membership payment did not carry any contact no., nor did the envelop which was handed over to me. When i called on the toll free no., the boy attending the call brushed it as a normal incident, as if it was something very common to provide poor services.

                          It is my earnest request that business groups should not be allowed to carry on business unless they fulfil the basic requirements of address and contact details duly printed on their invoice or any other document which they generate to be handed over to the customer.

                          I further request that the business concerns should hire appropriate and meritorious staff to handle their operations. I hereby request for fixation of cost on the group concern to be passed on to the billing clerks for their poor performance and pathetic billing service and hopeless home delivery service as i had to personally go to the store to collect my items.

                            I bought a 3+2 hometown - martin half leather from marathahalli branch. Sales man + manager told me that, all the material touching the body is pure leather & other material is leatherrite.

                            With in 3months o[censored]sage, i started seeing that corner of sitting places started pealing. I can't believe that if it is a leather then why i should have the pealing. So i feel i am sold with wrong product info. Martin half leather don't have pure leather on touching surface.

                            Can anyone confirm if all the touching surface of martin half leather is pure leather?

                                Yesterday i visited big bazar food mart, shealdah, kolkata, west bengal. I bought, "motichur laddoo" which was taped and packed. As i open the box today it was full of fungus and the laddoo's were rotten and the odour was very bad. And i have called shealdah big bazar, and they said they will call me back after knowing my bill no. But now after almost 3 hour's no call has come and the phone is also not reachable. We can't expect this much of negligency from big bazar. I hope you guys will take proper action of it. Now i don't want to post pictures of those laddoos as i am expecting your action.

                                      I was billed a total amt of 782.50 among it one item of 22.50 was not given but the amt was debited from my card. He has even crossed the amt in the bill but swiped my card for the whole amt. and not delivered any item.This the training big bazaar given them to extract money from customers. I wont travel to the shop 30 km away for 22 .50 amt.will educate my family and friends abt the tricks. In addition he forgot to bill the plastic bag and put a bill and i paid 5 in cash
