I very disappointed with your service at big bazar, vasant square mall, plot. No. A, community center, sector b, pocket - 5, vasant kunj, new delhi.

Every time i go for shopping / purchasing there is problem in bill. Some time they bill extra item, wrong billing, correct discount not given and wrong phone no bill and no one pick up phone no printed on bill.

After reputed no of complaints nothing is change.

You are requested to look into the mater and confirm.

From past one month the easy Day store 3839 employees are not excepting sodexo meal card by giving different reasons. I am forced to buy the products in cash. The store staff is always wasting our precious time chit chatting with each other and never bothered about customers. Kindly help.

    We purchased a bed from Home Town Nashik on Jan 27, 2018, with delivery address as Mumbai. We got the delivery of the bed one week late, i.e. on Feb 18. That too with 3 defective parts.

    The person that came for assembling the bed raised a complaint for the replacement of the parts, and we were told it would take 7 working days to get the parts replaced. After multiple follow ups with customer care, I was informed today that the defective parts of the bed can not be replaced as there is no stock available. And they advised me to again visit home town and select a different bed and cost would be adjusted from that.

    This is ridiculous because I had purchased the bed on Jan 27 only because there was huge discount (republic day sale) and now if i select alternate bed, I would be in huge loss as there wont be similar discount.

    This kind of service was definitely not expected from Future group company and i would like to know if instead of selecting alternate bed, can Home town take back the defective bed and refund back my money.

      I visited big bazaar 4thfeb2018, they had blame me that i am trying to take cashew — 1pkt, and also in past l try to take cashew — 1pkt. Forcibly they had taken rs3100/and rs5304/from my wallet and card in the name of police where they have contacts​. Given me products worth around rs2000/balance amount rs 6404/and balance amount they kept with them. I have contacted the customer care but not get the positive reply. Now in this case what i have to do? Please help me regarding this and do the needful thanks.

      This is the case of BIG BAZAR @ The Great India Palace Mall
      Went to big bazaar for a hair brush & picked one worth INR 120. Went to the billing desk to check out. I asked the cashier to accept cash via paytm & paid using paytm and went out. But was being charged rs 180 for the same. Couldn't do anything since I already left the mall. Please help.
      I need my money rs 60 back via paytm. Thank You.

      I purchased products from big bazar on 28/2/18 (19:40). the man on the billing couter added product of Rs 120 in my bill without my concern .Also I didn' t get the product .

      I have been following with Hometown team for more than 3 months and I have not received my 11k rs for the cancelled order( HT[protected])...i have been following with their personnel... But all my requests have fallen on deaf ears...

        Today i went to big bazzar i purchase approx 4300. When i say to staff to my future pay no [protected] have 200 rupees plz deducted. Then i pay 4100. He say (Tumko pura dena hoga future pay yaha nhi chalta hai patna ja ke use karo. Pura paisa dena hai toh do warna bhago yaha se) this type of misbehave. Disgusting. U think about your reputation in market. The address of big bazzar (Subhas chowk hajipur vaishali bihar 844101). Then i contact the another biller he also behave very rudely. So, i want an action.

          I purchased 2 items from bigbazaar amounting to rs1498. First i paid with cbi atm card, but the counter boy said, the payment was failed. Then i paid cash. While i was returning to my home, i received messages from my bank, and to my surprise i saw balance got deducted twice!!! And now i am in a state of shock i cant explain. Moreover i didnt live in guwahati but in nagaon, and it is not possible to travel to and fro easily! I dont know what to do! I would love if someone help me out!

            I took 1 cadburry worth of rs-150/-
            Bt when i came back at home i notice in my bill that the ahthority concerned charges 2 packts of cadburry worth of rs 150*2=300/- instead of one packet cadburry. Whereas i bought only one packet of cadburry worth of rs 150/-
            What can i do now. Please reply.
            I am using this store on regular basis. But this time i am shocking.

            I have purchased big bazaar savings club membership card recently by paying additional 999 rs in JP Nagar 2nd phase store. I even asked whether this is acceptable in all stores in blore. They said yes. Now when i shop in JP Nagar 7th phase they said it's not acceptable. They have simply cheated me with this stupid card.
            The set had 7 pieces out of which there were 4 knifes one scissor and one piler and what i received was 2 knifes 3 pilers and no scissor and the product was worth 500

              Respected sir/ madam
              I want to register a complaint against one of your staff working in silchar store home appliances department his name is palav. He has egoistic, disobedient, no respect, manner less has no sense to treat with the customer due to his misbehavior today we feel very contempt in front of all the people in the store. So requesting you to fire him from his job so that in future will not face any problem like this. I am aware so writing a complaint against him people who didn't know what they will do so please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                I had visited big bazar banaswadi bangalore and brought fish in big bazar after frying it was spoilt when i asked them they told we are not responsible. I have bill and everything. So please dont buy any non veg item in big bazar bangalore banaswadi. If they know it is spoil then also they will sell. So i suggest people be careful before buying non veg iterm in big bazar.

                  Dear sir, yesterday i purchased split pigeon peas on 17 feb. 2018. After cooking it odours very badly and worst taste. It was not having any taste at all. I served that cooked dal to some of my relatives who have came to meet me. It was such a big embrassment for me, all the left over by guest in plate after smelling only. I am very hurt by this incident & want to know is there any quality checking process in any food items. If yes, then how can any big business stores play with health of any customer.

                    I recently bought some new clothes from Brand Factory (Future Group), Pacific Mall, GHAZIABAD.
                    They are doing cheap marketing strategies for earnings. In the name of sale they provided ripped clothes. I bought 5 clothes as sale was to buy 5 clothes at once but the thing was when i came home i noticed 2 of them were torn and ripped. Such a big organization and bullying people.

                      We had purchased a king size bed from hometown online store as the item we wanted was not in stock at the local hometown store on january 18th for rs.34900. The estimated delivery was january 30th. I received any email from hometown customer center mentioning that the delivery has been delayed by a week and will be delivered on feb 9th. I called customer service and raised a complaint. I did not hear anything from them until feb 9th. I did not receive my order even on feb 9th. I called the customer center again to hear the same old thing as to the furniture has not reached the wear house yet and will be delivered on feb 16-18th. Today i. E feb 16th, i receive a phone call from hometown and the person said it will be further delayed by 8-10 days. I asked him to cancel the order for which he says that he can't do it but will communicate this to his manager. I am fed up with this and regret why i went on to buy from a online store with such a huge amount blindly trusting them. I will wait for two more days and if i don't hear anything from them, will go to consumer court.
                      Never buy anything from hometown.

                        I feel very sorry to be a customer of big bazaar and member of profit club also for the reason as mentioned.

                        I have purchased one merchandise on 23rd nov and returned it immediately with a credit note valid for 30 days. When i approached store on 25th dec (2 days later), they told me that it will go for approval and took necessary credit note copies and my contact details. After that irrespective of my frequent follow up since last 1.5 months, it is not solved. Afterall it is my hard earned money which is with u and we need a urgent resolution on this.

                        It's a matter of 2 days delay only and there should not be any hard rule for the same. I am asking for my hard earned money only which is with you now and in return you didnt give me anything. This a cheat to the customer.in my opinion there should nt be any validity for the credit note as this a receipt that you have my money and i have to puchase something from your store only.

                        I have bought this merchandise from big bazar forum mart bhubaneswar.

                        If you are unable to extend the credit note, pls give me the merchandise i returned with full respect.

                            Hometown, outer ring road, bangalore. My order number is [protected]. It is a billy shoe rack. Received the product with two back panels (Top and bottom) being in damaged condition. Received wrong replacements (Top and center). Assembly guy force fitted these panels removing and drilling holes multiple times. He ended up damaging the left panel. Mentioned this in sign off sheet as well. Now i have a brand new shoe rack with wrong back panels and damaged left panel. Called abhilash from hometown customer care. First time he said he is in some personal event and disconnected. Second time someone else from hometown answered and she said she will get back to me by next day 11am (6th feb). 3rd time onwards the mobile is switched off. I am really frustrated on such poor product quality. For me rs. 9300 is not a small amount to be treated in this manner. Kindly either replace the entire shoe rack or refund my money.

                            L made Payment through paytm wallet an amount of Rs.523.33 on 6/2/2018. Big bazaar cashier saying payment not received. Paytm wallet customer care confirmed payment transfer to big bazaar.
                            We have made a purchase at Big Bazaar in Ambuja City Centre Mall Raipur and there all the times they have server issues due to which we are unable to get the billing done and earn our saving clubs card cash back which was forced to us by them to get the new card.
                            If they have such issues why the hell they force the customers to make the card.

                              I purchased 27 pc crockery set from online big bazaar website on 25th January and received it on 29th January. When I opened packet few plates were broken. I immediately called customer care and they said my problem will be solved. But since last 11 days I am daily calling customer care and sending emails, but still no response from big bazaar team

                              I write to you on 9th Feb, I have not received any reply from your side and same thing is happening with big bazaar customer care service, no one is replying. Very bad experience with big bazaar and will not advice anyone to shop with big bazaar.

                                I purchased a bottle of Lotus Herbals YouthRX pH Balancing Multi Active Toner on 3rd February, 2018 from Big Bazaar, T Nagar, Chennai. The MRP on the bottle was marked Rs 345 but I was charged 360 for the same. After verifying the bill and approaching the customer service personnel, it was told that the price of the product had increased and they forgot to change the price tag. The MRP was printed on the bottle and a separate sticker was also stuck on it by Big Bazaar. Both had the price as Rs 345 on it. I also asked for a newer product in case there was a change in the MRP as they said but they refused to give that stating there was no new stock. The bill had the entry "LOT LP T&L F/W 170ml" even though the product I bought was Lotus Herbals YouthRX pH Balancing Multi Active Toner 100ml.

                                The product for which I was billed is a face wash - Lotus Herbals Lemonpure Turmeric and Lemon Facewash 170ml which is also priced at Rs 345 as per the website.

                                  This complaint is to notify you about the some flaws in billing at Big Bazaar store. I brought a pack of 'Delicious fat spread butter' from store located at Shalimar Eldee Plaza, Indra Nagar, Lucknow on 27Jan, 2018. which has MRP 66/- but they got Rs.71/- for this product. I also compared bill through Future Pay App, next day i got this massage.
                                  "Price Match results have arrived. No lower prices were found for invoice no. 68189 dated[protected]. You have shopped at the best price."
                                  It means same is happening in all your stores across India. It happend second time with me that's why i want to bring it to your attentions.
                                  I also informed to future group as well as Big bazaar, but they didn't take it into consideration.

                                  Purchased Snickers 3X50g pack on 7th Feb'[protected]@21:28, from Big Bazaar-Keonjhar-758013. It was an expired one. I am very much disappointed. I stay in a remote area and now I cannot travel back 70 Kms to exchange this product. How could Big Bazaar team pay me back??
                                  I demand a satisfactory response from Big Bazaar team.

                                    The problem that i have faced is very strange. I have received the promo voucher code (Valid for 2 days only) over the cell. Before billing i have shown this to cashier. She told me that amount will be credit to your future pay wallet. But when i discussed with customare care (Csd) they told me it must be redeemed during billing else coupon would be expire (Last day of promo offer). After that customer care team suggested to do the shopping again and redeem the coupon, i have agreed to them and show the voucher again. For this process it took approx 1 hour and team is still struggling with billing and all. After that frustration, we have cancelled the billing and get the credit note back.

                                    The csd lady also misbehaved with us.

                                    During this process i have called the manager (Mr. Durga - cell no#[protected]), what he told me simply, he is outside the store and come after 2 hours. How can a client dealing manager left the store during working hour. Not sure what he wants to show.

                                      I bought some apparels from the big bazar rajpur road branch dehradun. While buying the clothes i saw the price to be displayed at flat mrps and after i see the bill that is after i pay the amount and receive the printed receipt of that bill i find that the extra bucks charged to me are in the name of the gst. I am writing this complaint because you mentioned about the extra gst amounts in the bill and did not display it where the prices are being mentioned. This is a consumer issue you need to look into and refund the customers of the fraud that you are doing.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is Sandeep Mohanty From Hyderabad. I did shopping of Rs 2503 on 26/1/18 .
                                        I have registered my mobile number [protected] in my future pay wallet. On January 26th 2018, I have done shopping with the amount of Rs 2500 from Ameerpet bigbazaar, Hyderabad and in which i used Rs 100 from my future pay Bigbazaar wallet which i have registered with [protected]. I remebered at that time one offer was going on, in which if customer will purchase Rs 2500 then he will get a cash back of Rs 500 in future pay Bigbazaar wallet (monthly Rs100). My concern is while doing bill, the Cashier has entered wrong number [protected] instead of [protected] (last digit was wrongly entered by him).

                                        I spoke with the Bigbazaar Customer department section as well as I have given my complaint to the Bigbazaar customer care. This is the Service Reference number raised by Bigbazaar customer care: BB[protected]. This Service reference No. closed without coreecting my correct number. I did not receive the cash back offer in my both number [protected] as well as [protected]. I have requested to the BigBazaar cuctomer care to correct my number i.e. [protected].

                                        The person on billing counter register my mobile no incorrect when I brought it to his notice he said nothing can be done. Even the chief accountant was reluctant to acknowledge it . When I approach the customer care I was told to speak to future group no when I spoke to the future group customer care I was again told to talk to the person at big bazar even the person at big bazar spoke to that person but the complaint remain unresolved.
                                        so ultimately even though I have the Future group pay wallet I haven't received the cash back because of the billing counter person's mistake .
