I did shopping of rs2896 on 24/1/18. The person on billing counter register my mobile no incorrect when i brought it to his notice he said nothing can be done. Even the chief accountant was reluctant to acknowledge it. When i approach the customer care i was told to speak to future group no when i spoke to the future group customer care i was again told to talk to the person at big bazar even the person at big bazar spoke to that person but the complaint remain unresolved.
So ultimately even though i have the future group pay wallet i haven't received the cash back because of the billing counter person's mistake

    This is in regards to the worst experience for first time purchase of our product from your noida gip store for order id# [protected] on 28 jan 2018.

    We bought our dining table for the occasion which was on 1 feb, we were given commitment by your sales person that the delivery will be done maximum by 1 feb. He will try to get this delivered on or before that. He ensured that product is available in the warehouse in noida and will be delivered to my place in noida on priority.

    We were waiting and anticipating it to be delivered on time as per the commitment and trust, however surprisingly we got a call from your executive yesterday that it won't be delivered today which is on 1 feb. I was shocked and highly disappointed that the whole purpose was defeated and it was shattered. I told your executive that its urgent and we were given commitment, she clearly denied my request and was really unprofessional.
    I told her that i will not accept this want callback from your store manager or some senior person to fix my complaint but till now no one called me and helped me out.

    Our complete family function was spoiled and we were so embarrassed for the pain and mental harassment we have gone because of your useless executives and unprofessional approach. Your people have screwed it up and now i will take this to the highest level.

    I am hight upset with such unethical practice which your team did to sell and misguided us.

    I don't want this dining table anymore as this is a # experience for you and now it's useless. I have paid inr23900/- for its purchase, kindly refund my amount asap.

    Else i will ensure that this matter will go to the highest level of escalation.

    Kindly confirm me on priority and cancel this order and refund my amount to avoid taking further action in this matter.

          Hi,
          My name is sourabh kumar. Today 26/jan/2018 i buyed few items from big bazzar store for ₹3874 at the counter due to a massive crowd because of republic day, after the billing was done and i payed for all items including the bag (Big bazzar bag) the staff at the end of counter was the one who kept all my products in the bag but he didn't put the socks in my bag. I left the store after shopping without checking the bag (As i thought the staff would keep everything because he is the one who is specially assigned for the above work.)
          The socks was a packet of 249₹ only. I know its not a big amount but yes it is a matter of concern for a brand like you and for common people like us. And it is very convenient for me to come to the store again with the bill for the refund or whatsoever.
          Any help (Refund, collection of socks from store) from you people will be appreciated.

            This is more than a week when i paid for this order. It us still shown as in process.
            I called customer care number of times.
            Everytime i was promised i will get an update about shipping soon.in my conversation on tuesday, i was told the order will be shipped by same evening. No update after that.
            Is this the way a company created by respected kishore biyani works? Extremely disappointing service and logistical handing by hometown. I will write to mr. Biyani's office soon.
            I am moving to my new home on 1st feb. Ordered the items 12 days in advance and immediately called to register request that i need the items by 2nd. Nobody pays any heed to any request or cares about customer.

                Today i purchased some cloths and things in big bazaar rajaji nagar... The system was hanged 3 times while billing... And the 4th time the biller made mistake... Again he billed for 5th time faster and billed... To my notice he had billed one product two time but it was only one product i bought..                   I had already submitted the papers in respect to the dispute in regards to purchase at big baazar of rs. 1392 dated 22/09/2017. I had already submitted the papers to icici bank kharagpur ho at malancha road. Possibly it reached you. I had also marathonic telephonic discussions with your staff earlier. It may be mentioned here that i am a professor of iit kharagpur and spent some time in north america. I am sorry to say your performance is disappointing. Neither you are proactive nor customer friendly. I am attaching the documents as being called for. Hope now you can do something to refund the money back to my account. Thanks.

I wonder why you proceeded with double payment through my bankers and that is possibly on 29th, though your staff told credit card did not worked and asked the payment to be made from debit card.                     Future group & big bazzar is running ponzi scheme where they claim that after shopping they will credit cashback in future pay wallet.in most of the cases they are not doing the same as has been the case with 2 of my family member numbers. On continuous follow up intitally future group gave false promise of doing the needful in 1 -2 days but later on the customer care said that store from where purchase has been made will do it while store said they have done everything required to be done from there end. It is just a fit a proper case of cheating and fraud by future group which should be highlighted in media also.

                        This complaint is against central store, oberoi mall.
                        This is in reference to the complaint raised on 01/01/18 regarding charging extra money than mrp mentioned on the product.

                        I was informed that i will be getting a call within 48 hrs however even after following up so many times, i have not received any call yet.

                        Issue is that we never expected from such a big store that they can also play with the billing.
                        So many times i have shopped from central and i have never checked the bill. This is the 1st time that i checked it, so there might be chances that u would have charged extra during our previous billing as well. This is like fooling your customers.

                        This is like breaking trust, although it's not a big amount but still what is the difference left between the small shops and stores.

                        Do we have any update on my complaint. As I have not seen any prompt action from central I have raised the complaint there on 1st jan. hence now I need compensation only. I m sure they had done this with many other customers also. This is not a matter of getting 50 rs back but this is about cheating the customer. If they would have bill resolved it in initial days then I can understand that they are very clear about there norms and customers. But now when they r taking so much time it is giving me a clear picture that they r not bothered at all

                          We bought golden harvest atta (1kg pack of two), which we purchased it last month december 2017.in which we found dead white worms and black insect in the rolled out chappathi dough. On, doubt i put the atta in a bowl and strained it by pouring some water and was shocked to find dead white worms floating on top of the bowl. How can anyone trust in buying this brand again. We did not expect such kind of negligence from such a big brands. I checked the expiry date of the pack before buying itself and it was dated 1.11.2017 and it had three months time.
                          I have the big bazaar bill with me.

I got the tshirt then and there but Its already 3 jan today and i havent got any cashback till now. Also when calling to your customer care, they are giving a coupon code and limiting this amount usage to just FBB products which is not according to what was mentioned in Your offer terms and conditions.                               Madam already i have raised complaint, the amount of 1789 was debited...they promised me it will be refunded, since 22/12/2017 i am waiting still not refunded, bibazar executive not responding properly talking like hopeless.. it is a very worst service from your side..very much irritated..not geting any proper solution.

                                I went to big bazaar of my city Ludhiana that is inside silver arcs. After we did all our shopping, we stood in the queue for about 45 min. When our turn came one of the products didn't got tag, i told them to leave that item, on insisting i went for the tag and when i came back the person at the counter cancelled our bill asked my mother who was standing there, to step out so that he can bill other customers. That was very humiliating. We dumped all the items and walked away from there. That was really a very bad experience for us... This incident will forbid us to enter that store again...

                                I bought a leather jacket.Wearing it for once the leathers are coming out properly.total wastage of money
                                I hv just buyer one product and at the same time I want to return it because i didn't checked the rate..policy is poor they offered me future pay card to redeem within 30 days...I want my money back or I will raise a high authority complaint

                                  This is shwapnel kumar ghiria holding future group profit club card [protected] of rs.10000 and holding profit club card [protected] in the name of my spouse samriddha ghiria of rs 5000 purchase in the month of march 2016 and april 2016 respectively from kolkata big bazaar was unable to use both of my card since march 2017 as i was out of india with my family and travelled to capetown for official purpose. No one were available back in india to use my card in my absence but when i came back to india in the month of december 2017 and tried to use my card then i came to know from customer service desk that both of my card has been lapsed as 18 month validity period is over and only priciple amount left in my card will be refunded back on providing identification details and cancelled cheque.

                                  I would request you to please allow me to use full balance on my card of amount rs.1578.45 and rs. 2863.3 respectively as an exception as i was not in india and also it was my hard earned money which i invested to get the profit of rs. 2000 and rs. 1000 respectively

                                    I have apply n get my sbi credit card through bank bazaar. My application number is #[protected].in the card details, they are mention 1st year annual fee is zero. But my first month statement sbi charge rs.500 first year annual fee. I raised my complaint to bank bazaar customer care.
                                    My query tickect no is 243887. After 3 days they dont reply me. They r cheating customers. So don't apply through bank bazaar.com

                                      I bought a table 2 months back from hometown panjagutta. The table which was delivered was completely different and therefore i told them to replace or return. They could not replace as all the pieces were defective and hence they said we will refund. Refund will take 15 days. It has been 6 weeks and i keep calling them every other day. I am tired of all this. I think bajaj allianz will deduct another emi next month for the item which i am not using. This behavior is intolerable from hometown.

                                        I bought a trouser in mysuru branch big bazaar, and the tailor was not available to do the alterations. Since, i have moved to bengaluru and i want to get it done from big bazaar branch near to my locality in bengaluru.

                                        Could you please resolve this with no extra costs for alterations in different branch. (I have purchase bill with me).

                                        You have resolved all my previous complaints, i hope that, this will be addressed happily as before.
