I have raised a return request for defective product which is dj&c sneakers and order id:[protected] which i ordered from fbb online but even after whole month they did not responded me back i kept calling them in every two days but they did not took any action against it even i lodged complaint in future retail website they too not responded me please help me resolve my issue...

This is more than a week when i paid for this order. It us still shown as in process.
I called customer care number of times.
Everytime i was promised i will get an update about shipping soon.in my conversation on tuesday, i was told the order will be shipped by same evening. No update after that.
Is this the way a company created by respected kishore biyani works? Extremely disappointing service and logistical handing...

I had bought a mustard powder of sunrise from salt lake big bazaar on 23rd january 2018 and i went to exchange that item at diamond plaza mall big bazaar
They said they can't exchange food items
Why was this not said to the customer at the time of purchase??
Why are customer being harrassed
Why am i supposed to spend another 100 rs to exchange a product worth rs 15...

Today i purchased some cloths and things in big bazaar rajaji nagar... The system was hanged 3 times while billing... And the 4th time the biller made mistake... Again he billed for 5th time faster and billed... To my notice he had billed one product two time but it was only one product i bought.. This complaint is against central store, oberoi mall.
This is in reference to the complaint raised on 01/01/18 regarding charging extra money than mrp mentioned on the product.

I was informed that i will be getting a call within 48 hrs however even after following up so many times, i have not received any call yet.

After deducting discount extra 5% are charged.
While mrp already included gst levied as per product category.
Than why additional 5%. This is a case of double taxation.
