Hi
I bought apparels from central bangalore.
After deducting discount extra 5% are charged.
While mrp already included gst levied as per product category.
Than why additional 5%. This is a case of double taxation.
I have attached the bill. Check the 1st 3 items which were buy 2 and get 1 free.. And check last 2 items which were at 20% discount.

    At big bazaar, bailey road, patna, i have submitted a coupon of rs.300.00 at billing counter but after some time counter boy said that u have not submitted any coupon. I've seen all the process in cctv and found that i was correct but your managers and other employees deny the matter and misbehave with me. Take it seriously.. This is my very bad experience with big bazaar first time. Shame on big bazaar, bailey road, patna.

      I am a customer of big bazar for more than last 15yrs. On 22nd december 2017 i visited big bazaar (Future retail ltd) at z square kanpur. I ask some clarification regarding charged taxes on discounted prices. Their representative told me to talk with manager mr ravi who was so rude and irritating person in his behaviour that the things which other staff was accepting, he start shouting and threatened me to leave the premises or purchase the product as it is (Can be verified in cc tv footage of around 7.00pm to 7:30pm).
      Gst council has already ordered that shops can't charge any tax on the goods selling at discounted prices but still they charged additional gst on every discounted item. When i told them that this is illegal, mr ravi just start shouting that whether you purchase it or leave the premises (Like they don't need customers).
      Just to make all things on record i purchase the product and attaching the bill with this complaint and it can easily be seen that the items​ which weren't at discounted prices are not been added with extra tax because taxes​ are all inclusive in mrp but the items at discounted prices have been charged with extra tax which is totally against the law.
      Before going to consumer forum i just make it in the knowledge of future group on their web site also.
      I want my money back that has been charged illegally and also demand a compensation for the mental harassment which is resulted all because of ill behaviour of your manager mr ravi who is sitting for the customer's​ service but not at all giving any service to the customers.

          Hi team, complaint has been filed with big bazaar but has been closed now informing I will receive Rs 630 after 90 days. Don't know why I am charges Rs 1100/- but getting only Rs 630. Why are customers charged Rs. 470 more when it was told 0% processing fees.

            I purchased the card for 1000 rs and was told by the representative big bazaar banaswadi that the same is accepted at all big bazaar outlets, but on a recent visit to my relatives in faridabad i found out from their customer care that this was only accepted at the place where i bought it from. They are training their staff to lie to customer s so that people visit their stores more often. This is fraudulent!

                      I went to big bazaar (Diamond plaza mall, 68 jessore road, kolkta - 700055) on 30/11/2017 to buy some groceries and i m very disappointed by your service, its pathetic.

                      I requested for home delivery and the next day after the the delivery of my products, i noticed that the packet of 1kg quaker oats was not sealed properly. I called the customer care and they logged a complaint and promised that the product would get replaced. My complaint number is bb[protected] logged on 01/12/2017 at 19:10.

                      On 02/12/2017, i received a call back from a lady who does not have any customer service skills, she was rude, impolite and very aggressive. She does not know how to talk to customers. She told me that i have to visit the big bazaar store within 3 days to get it replaced, when i said that why cant get it delivered, she said its not possible because i am not the only customer of big bazaar. How can she say this, is this the training that you provide to your customer service representatives.

                      If i am not the only customer then remember that you are not the only store in kolkata. Firstly, it was your responsibility to deliver the things properly which you didn't do and now you want me to take all the hassle, shame on you. I have been a very loyal customer of biz bazaar but this experience was horrible.

                            We have raised a service request to dismantel our 3 door wardrobe purchased from Home town thane as we are shfting our house.
                            We called home town customer care number and registeted a service request on 25th of Nov 2017. Our service was raised for 30th Nov.
                            On 30th of Nov when we called Home town customer care we got assurance that it will be done ny EOD. We as a customer did several follow up but we were told the same thing repeatdly that it will be done by EOD. With a whole day of frustations We did the last follow up at around 8:00 pm but there were no reaponse neither from the customer care nor there was any call from the technicians. We are in big trouble because of this kind of service from home town.
                            As we are shifting our house on 1st Dev 2017 we want our wardrobe to be diamanteled withouth which it will be impossible to move it out of the room.

                            This kind of pathetic service is very annoying.I would pray Commite to take a look at this matter and take serious actions on services which gives false hopes to customers.

                              On 24th of sept 2017i have purchased dinning table (6seater) which was delivered on 3oct 2017 at the time of delivery the delivery boy misbehaved very badly which i immediately informed to store and the colour of dinning table was not that which i have selected so i request the store person (Sandeep pathak) to replace it with which i have selected, which they have done after chasing them for 20 days and that too with a damage piece (Pictures of damage table already send to him) so again i told sandeep to replace it now its almost been more than 20 days there has been no response from him every time i called him and he is busy in something and hang up my call also he never call back to give me the update of delivery i have also registered the compaint on your customer call center but there has been no response from their also its really frustrating and upsetting that you treat your customer in such manner if this is what you call as customer service then i am sorry to say its pathetic. Now i want my money (Cash) back with interest of 2months immediately.

                              I am getting unwanted promotional messages from Big Bazaar. Tried sending 'DEALZ NO' to 57578. The message doesn't go from my phone. Please stop sending such messages. I only gave my number for the Big Bazaar card, not to receive any messages. This is really annoying.

                                The above sim was issued from your big bazar at puja mall kharagpur and it is not able to access the internet though net charged and accepted and the charged amount, was lapsed long back.
                                While contacting the t24 customer care it was said that there is no internet coverage in kharagpur.
                                You may requested to solve the problem to access the internet.

                                    On 27th oct 2017 i registered a complaint with future pay with reference number fp[protected]. The commitment was to resolve the same within 7 working days. Today it is 16th nov 2017 and they are yet to take any action.

                                    Future pay deducted 600+ for a failed transaction and never bothered to refund the amount. Even after many follow ups to there customer care and over e-mail they are busy in ignoring. If you people don't want to provide good service then at least refund me the my money so that i can look for other alternatives. Lack of professional ethics and flawed consumer protection is prominently visible in your business strategies.

                                      I purchased a close up tooth pst of Rs. 153 from big bazar at kalyan and they charged Rs. 163 for the same.
                                      By luck I realised it and asked to the customer care on the same time and get refund of Rs. 10
                                      But what about the customer who are not aware, are they getting refund from big bazaar?
                                      I think they will not..
                                      Some one should complaint it in consumer forum.

                                        Dear team,

                                        This mail is with regard to the clarity required on the credit note that was made for 1799/- on 20th oct 2017... Even before we could check with the billing amount and inform it to be billed the same was billed in the counter at katriguppe big bazar... When asked about the same a credit note was issued for 1799/- for which the validity is a month... And since my friend had to travel to australia when i contacted customer care she was informed on call the amount can be redeemed by showing the soft copy of the credit note.. And also big bazar at mahalaxmi layout, bangalore denied to allow me shop using the credit note issued at other branch... Now when we friends reach back with the soft copy to katriguppe, bangalore branch the manager informed shoppin will be allowed using a soft copy.

                                        The total amount i shopped on 20/10/17 was for rs. 7000/-... Pls do help us redeem the amount through the soft copy of the credit note.. So that we can retain my trust on future group and also continue my relation with all happiness...

                                        Contacted customer care on oct 24 2017, credit note ends on 20/11/17... Kindly process the same soon so that the credit note period can be extended.. Waiting for your response.
