Hi, i bought a samsung phone worth rs.14900 from big bazaar in october. At the time of purchasing, i was told 0% processing fee + 0% interest on converting the payment to emi. However i will be paying rs.1100/- more to bank for this transaction. I have raised complaint with store - bb[protected] but no response yet.

On 27th oct 2017 i registered a complaint with future pay with reference number fp[protected]. The commitment was to resolve the same within 7 working days. Today it is 16th nov 2017 and they are yet to take any action.

Future pay deducted 600+ for a failed transaction and never bothered to refund the amount. Even after many follow ups to there customer care and over e-mail they are busy in ignoring. If you people don't want...
