Dear respondent,

I have bought knighthood formal trouser in mysuru - 570004 branch, when i checked label details of trouser, it said 34 and i purchased it.

After returning home i tried the trouser. For my shock, "label" details show pant size 34 but when measured with tape shows size 38.

I went again, exchanged it to new one and customer care agent in that branch handed over me size 34 (Actually it was size 36 this time), since i believed big bazaar i came home and tried. For my rude shock this is size 36. It is confirmed that labels are misleading.

Now, i cannot wear this new trouser because of ill size provided by you by misleading customers with the label. I checked with same mysuru big bazaar, he informed me there is no size 34 at that shop and denied exchanging size 36 to size 34 in "another branch of same city / different city of big bazaar"

(For your kind information, most of the developed countries let customers exchange products in their other branches in the same city or in different city)

Lets say i bought a product in mysuru, i found size is not fit for me. I have two options now
A) exchange and buy size of my fit in another branch of big bazaar in the same city (Another mysuru bb branch).
B) exchange and buy size of my fit in another branch of big bazaar in the different city (Bengaluru bb branch).

With all these, i bought a trouser which is not fit.

Solution i am looking for :
1) return back my money (I expect this option, as i have lost faith in your clothing quality checks for misleading customers with size in the labels)
Or
2) let me return this ill fit trouser in any of the branches in bengaluru and get a credit note of rs 999 and "which can be redeemed in any branch of bengaluru to buy my product" and get remaining amount in cash, if i buy a product which is less than credit note of rs 999.
Or
3) allow me to exchange trouser in any of the bengaluru branches (I cannot go back to mysuru - which is 140 kms) and buy size 34 which is my fit. I have paid rs 999 for the pant which is not my fit because of mislead label.

I am looking for earliest resolution for my issue because i have bought trouser on 17/08/2017 and 7 days are over. Only 7 days left, i have my other work too in my life.

    This is called cheating and abusing your customers. Not sure this is how you deliver to all your customers.

    I bought a 3 seater recliner and 2 single seater recliners and one tv cabinet on august 12th with an expected deivery date of 16th of august (Buyer's order no:- [protected]). 4 items were supposed to be delivered, the same was delivered on the promised date but 2 items damaged (The 3 seater and 1 single seater recliner. Same day they took them back, today they delivered them again. But again damaged products, don't you guys have something called quality check before delivering a product to customers. I am very frustrated with this behaviour of your teams.

    After investing such big amount no customer would like to expect this.

      Incorrect billing bigbazar

      Big bazar has charged gst amount to customer.
      Given all the details of this at customer care, firstly the ye were not agree that it's a mistake.

      When showed billed from other stores and it's clearly seen that gst amount was inclusive in total amount. And these stores have not charged anything extra to customers.
      Then they told complaint will be filed and based on that refund would be do e. They refused to do any refund on spot.
      However i did not get any update til date. Reg this.
      Have received 2 messages one of filing a complaint and on eating it's resolved with difference of a minute!!
      While i was told that i could get call/mail communication reg same till date there is no such communication and a y others details as what action has been taken on this. Matter neither the extra amounts incurred is refunded to my acooount.

      Big bazar is thus looting customers by charging them the extra taxation after gst.

        Hello,
        I have purchased items worth 20k in the month of february, 2017 from big bazaar, jamshedpur branch. That time i have been told that i will be getting 100/- month as a cashback in four of the mobile numbers registered with future pay upto 10 months. But for the last 3 months, i am not getting cashback in one of the mobile number ([protected]). I have also raised a complaint against it (Complaint no-bb[protected]), but there were no actions taken for it.

              Thanks to your mahabachat sale, we purchased a complete set of pigeon 3 burner. Before purchasing, we managed to get its reviews from the sales person and he did not bother to tell us the insights.
              Now within an hour of purchase (For which we had to remain in queue for 50 minutes), only one of the burner was working.
              Now as usual, waiting for pigeon customer care to help us. They have already left us hopeless because now according to the technician it may not work properly because we have indraprastha gas limited services and not the cylinder.
              Why are you fooling people with offers on non-branded stuffs? Please be noted that we trust future group and may not always research about the brands you offer before purchasing from you. Request you to escalate if possible as you may have better relations with the company after-all you're promoting their products on all your banners, newspapers etc.

                On 13th august (Sunday), i have purchased worth almost of rs.4000/- (From kolkata / sealdah big bazaar branch) & thus, was suppossed to get rs.1000/- "cashback" through future pay. As per the instruction, i have downloaded & installed the certain aps in my mobile. But, unfortunately till now in the last 5 days, i have not received any such messages / information, either through sms or in my "future pay" aps. Also, i would like to say you that, i have the "payback" card, as card no.-[protected]. I don't know that the certain amount of rs.1000/- (Cash back) will be added into my payback card or not. Thus, i request you to please look into this issue and do the needful at your earliest, so that i can avail the certain amount of rs.1000/- as my cash-back.

                As per your last reply, with respect, I would like to say you that in today's market, what is the value of Rs.125/-, especially in a retail store like Big Bazaar? Now, I guess that all these types of cashback & other offers are just useless. But, instead, if a person gets the total cashback amount together at a time, then it would have been useful to that customer.
                Thus, with respect, I want to say you that, no need to provide me the certain amount of Rs.125/- per month. Instead, you / your concern may have it & use it for your own purpose, or else please donate that amount to any beggars or a needy person.

                You will get Rs.125 for 8 months starting from 1st September. So Rs. 125 will be credit to your future pay wallet on 1st september only. And you have to consume that amount within september only otherwise the amount would get lapse and from October again you will get credit of Rs. 125 and so on. Hope this will be useful for you.

                    I would like to report a fraud committed on my big bazaar profit club card. I purchased profit club card no [protected] by paying 10, 000 rs from bigbazaar store at square mall, vasan kunj, delhi. On 15/8/2017 i wanted to use the balance in the card but it was showing zero balance. And i was surprised to see that there is a shopping on[protected] of amount 7, 000. I asked to provide footage to mr arun and manager amar jeet, they said nothing can be done as it is old entry.

                    I never expected this kind of fraud from bigbazar, i thought my money is safe but to save 2, 000 ended us by loosing 7, 000. Now i doubt the next entry of[protected] is also fake.

                    Bigger problem is i never received sms or email for any transaction!

                      This is regarding order no. – [protected] and bill no. –[protected]Ticket no.-ht [protected]). We had placed orders for 5 seater recliner, study table and chair on 2nd july. We were initially communicated date for delivery on july 10th however recliner arrived 4-5 days delay and study table arrived around 10 days delay and believe our luck…chair never arrived. Initially we were communicated that there will be a delay so we waited for 4 weeks and eventually we were told you don’t have a stock. My question is when taking an order you check the inventory then why were we told later after 4 weeks that its not in stock? Now we requested for a money back but that also customer care is unable to handle it. We are being told to go back to ambience mall store to select an alternative chair. We neither have time nor patience left to run around again.

                      It is extremely frustrating with us have to followup every 2-3 days with no followup calls from hometown team at all. No one is bothered at all. We have had very bad experience so far and until now we had trusted hometown and future retail as a good brand with focus on customer satisfaction however this experience was disastrous. Its more frustrating as no one is bothered or wants to handle customer complaint even after multiple followups.

                          As per Big Bazaar website, Dove (100 g) / Pears (125 g) / Fiama (125 g) Soaps offer price is INR 200 (Buy 4 + Get 1 Free). There is no mention about select range for this Dove soap product in the website where as select range is mentioned for other category of product like Toothpaste, Diapers, etc.

                          In one bill, I had purchased 2 pkt of Pink Rosa Beauty Bathing Bar and in another bill, I had purchased 1 pkt of Pink Rosa Beauty Bathing Bar & 1 pkt of Cream Beauty Bathing Bar. The billing was done on 12th Aug 2017 at Bhubaneswar Kharvel Nagar-forum Mart Big bazaar. To my surprise, I was seeing that 1 pkt of Pink Rosa Beauty Bathing Bar was billed as INR 268 whereas 1 pkt of Cream Beauty Bathing Bar was billed as INR 200. As per offer described in Big bazaar website, offer price for all type of Dove (100 g) is INR 200 (buy 4 + get 1 free).

                          I have raised the complaint with ref no# BB[protected] but the resolution provided by store CSD team was pathetic. The person was saying the price was only for online store. But as per my knowledge, there is no option to shop online from www.bigbazaar.com site and everything needs to be purchased from physical Big Bazaar store only.

                          The person was also saying if I issue credit note against return of some product from my Bill, then I will also not be able to get INR 500 cashback benefit in Future Pay. But as per T&C mentioned in the below link, there is nothing mentioned like this.

                            Hi,
                            I have purchased itmes at big bazar, gip mall noida, tax invoice no.[protected], retail invoice no. 0030999. I have asked the counter person asha singh to adjust my payback points and adjust 336 rs. She tried 2 3 times and i have got message that point has been deducted from my payback account against order no[protected]. But she shown me that payback adjustment is failed on screen and due to crowd she asked me to adjust some other time. Later when i have checked those points are not received till now in payback points.
                            How these points can be recovered against failed adjustment.in case of more information is required please specify.

                              On 14th august 2017, we have purchased items worth rs. 4698. The helper billed lisol of rs.315 but did not keep it in bag. Also we were charged rs15 more for a shopping bag we did not take. Pl resolve the complaint and refund us the money. I have been associated with big bazar since last 10 years this is not expected of it. Please find attached the bill of the same.

                                  I had gone to big bazar today (13th aug 2017) and have faced a problem that's why i am writing in. I have just reached home and unpacked the goods that i have purchased from big bazar. During the billing, there was problem in the system and the cashiers had to redo their billing. I just walked away without really checking the bill as the outlet was getting crowded. After reaching home, i checked the bill and saw that billing of other products are fine but i was billed thrice for 5 litre saffola gold but i had purchased only two quantity - the cost of 5 litre saffola gold was 699 each and i ended up paying 2097/- due to no fault of mine. I am sure since big bazaar has a computerised system and they must be having daily stock reading, they will have this extra amount on their system. I just need your help to get my amount refunded.

                                    Today I purchased some grocery items from Bazaar, Sambalpur. The offer says Buy 1 get 1 offer in Spices, Turmeric, chilly Powder etc for Golden Harvest brand..so I purchased 4 X 200g mirch powder and 4X 200g Turmeric powder, means i have to pay for 2 pkt of turmeric and 2 pkt of mirch powder.. but the bil shows I paid for 4 pkt of mirch powder and the price of 4 pkt turmeric is free as shown in offer.. but the price is mirch powder is more than the turmeric.. So I paid 72 rupees more...the picture of bill is attached..with this

                                      I'm one of your regular rather very old customer and this is in regards with two major rather complicated issues which I faced during my shopping at Big bazaar store located in Matunga - Mumbai - 400016 on 29th July (Profit​ club card bonus issue) and again on 12th August issue related to (future pay cash back)

                                      After writing email and escalating further in complaint board on 29th July, I received call from Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar from Big Bazaar Matunga.

                                      As my complaint was forwarded to Matunga store, Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar already knew what was my issue and rather than me repeating it again he came up with the resolution and I was very happy about it.

                                      Very happy because
                                      1) He knew my issue beforehand hence I didn't have to repeat myself again
                                      2) Moreover he also had resolution handy when he called
                                      3) Was very straight forward and on to the point with quick response
                                      4) He kept a follow up, called me, met me personally in the store and got the issue resolved.

                                      Later again on 12 August I faced issue related to future pay Cashback.

                                      Since Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar was very efficient earlier, I thought of calling him first and talking with him rather than writing an email like I had done earlier.

                                      He again didn't stop impressing me, He heard my problem and said will callback within 30mins.

                                      I received the call within 20 mins with the fix for my problem and again I was extremely happy to go back and shop at the store where he once again kept a follow up, called me, met me personally in the store and got the issue resolved.

                                      Honestly I visited lot of shopping malls / stores but what I experienced here at Big Bazaar Matunga store is unmatchable at any level i.e along with great offers this store has superior and excellent customer service.

                                      I was super impressed by Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar the way he managed both my issues plus the extra mile help, service and support which he provided me whenever I approached him.

                                      Hence I thought of writing it you and letting you know how efficient and helpful Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar was and how he changed my perception from bad to extremely good against the store.

                                      I'm very thankful that I spoke with him and I got him online for addressing my issues.

                                      Similarly Big bazaar Matunga should also be thankful for having him there as he is spreading the magic by providing magical customer experience at the store.

                                      Hence please reward him in some way and he should be recognized for his dedication and hard work he has done which very few people do specially, when there is such a huge crowd rushing in the store because of ongoing "MahaBachat Offer" still he managed to take that extra mile responsibly in addressing and resolving both my issues happily, without asking me to wait, in short both my issues were resolved immediately at best of my satisfaction.

                                        There is miss management in food bazaar counter no -6 during 12.15 pm to 12.45 pm on 13-08-17. Oppose by customers who are standing from long time but they are allowed backdoor billing. Apart from that there is heavy rush between 11.00 am to 12.15 pm but only 3 counters are running. Time is precious for everyone if this kind of activity will happened who will go for purchase anything again in big bazaar.
