I am having saving club card which was made by your team members saying that whenever you will do shopping you will get discount and when we go for shopping your team members says that there is no discount available

This is totally fraud and misguiding to the customer and don't know what kind of service and customer satisfaction you are providing.

Ujjain big bazar team is worst and it is very badifficult experience.

I want you to take strict action and revert me back and i also want my compansasion

      I'm fed up with your frequent unwarranted SMSs. I had declined to even share my phone number at the time of billing in big bazar, but had been forced to do it as I was told it was mandatory. I even sent an sms with the message "DEALZ NO" to 575758, but to no effect. If you have any bit of self-esteem, shut it off completely. I'm too busy already, and your messages are unwanted and nothing but harrassment.

        I have en cashed 5000/- worth of central coupons, but when i bought a casio watch from central store in nagpur, the store told me that the coupons would not be accepted as the billing for the casio store is different and does not fall under casio.

        Now does central (Punam mall, opposite alankar theater, khasra no 91, vip road, ramdaspeth, nagpur, maharashtra) expect a customer to first ask every store they visit about the billing vertical and choose what they want to buy??

        In the coupons, it is clearly written that the coupons are accepted in all the central stores, and the casio outlet was definitely inside the central store!!!

        The central manager mr. Praful was very un co-operative and did nothing to help, just kept saying, there is nothing that can be done.

        I had other stores to choose from and i chose central and now i have to buy stuff that i don't need worth 5000/-, just because the coupons cant be returned!!!

          On 26/06/2017 we have placed an orde for modular kitchen at your home town
          Vikroli office with future retail ltd while placing the order they assured that after starting the work within two days they will complite the work.. On 05/08/2017 they send the material & from 07/08/2017 they started the work
          But the workers found that the material sent is not as per requirement. Yesterday the site superwiser mr. Steephen, assured me that on 09/08/2017 he will send the person & will do the required corrections, the fact was inform to mr. Sing the main person at future retail ltd. But since morning no person was send & we are nor geting proper reply on phone.
          We hare made 100% payment while placing the oeder.

            This is with regard to assurence and unattendence to assured statements made to me by big bazaar.this is earlier to prior complain i am making to the consumer comaints but no reaction has been taken to this by now,
            Firstly i was given a voucher offering me Rs-2000 discount in which it was mentioned that they are dffering rs 2000 discount on assured products like microwave owen and electric cooker but now they are denying to the offer saying i didnt demanded the product in prior saying that only thecustumors who have paid in prior will be given the gift otherwise the ones who didnt pay cannt be entertained with tje offer whereas the
            name was registered and it was ensured that particular customer will be informed because that time being sort of stock also no other information was given regarding any use or pre payment of product price.

              3 months back big bazar brought a scheme savings club which promised to give a 10% discount for 1 yr on all purchases upto rs.50, 000/ for a consideration of rs. 999- even on profit club car. As per promise it gave for 3 months but now they are saying that it will not give discount on profit club purchases. Once an agreement has been made how can it back track. Only because it was promised that it will be applicable on profit club i accepted the card because i purchase within the profile club limits. Big bazar has duped not only me but many thousands of customers like me.

                  I renewed my profit club card on 29th july 2017
                  By adding rs. 10000/-

                  I was awaiting for the below mentioned offer for quite some time and
                  When i asked at the store about the offer (Getting coupon of rs. 500 when i renew my card) they said it's been
                  Stopped now.

                  Hence i went ahead and topped up my profit club card and yesterday i
                  Checked that the offer is still there that too after me renewing just
                  3 days back!

                  I'm really not happy about this and super disappointed.

                  Atleast they should have told me to wait... Rather than saying that
                  Offer is ended or stopped just to achieve there targets!

                  If they would have told me to wait i would have waited... As i have
                  Already waited for 5 months only to renew my profit club card when
                  This offer is available.

                  Hence i would highly appreciate if you consider this as one of case
                  And enroll me with that offer as i was been misleaded and been pushed
                  To renew instead of waiting.

                  <<< For Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar from Big Bazaar Store - Matunga Mumbai 400016 >>>

                  I'm one of your regular rather very old customer and this is in regards with two major rather complicated issues which I faced during my shopping at Big bazaar store located in Matunga - Mumbai - 400016 on 29th July (Profit​ club card bonus issue) and again on 12th August issue related to (future pay cash back)

                  After writing email and escalating further in complaint board on 29th July, I received call from Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar from Big Bazaar Matunga.

                  As my complaint was forwarded to Matunga store, Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar already knew what was my issue and rather than me repeating it again he came up with the resolution and I was very happy about it.

                  Very happy because
                  1) He knew my issue beforehand hence I didn't have to repeat myself again
                  2) Moreover he also had resolution handy when he called
                  3) Was very straight forward and on to the point with quick response
                  4) He kept a follow up, called me, met me personally in the store and got the issue resolved.

                  Later again on 12 August I faced issue related to future pay Cashback.

                  Since Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar was very efficient earlier, I thought of calling him first and talking with him rather than writing an email like I had done earlier.

                  He again didn't stop impressing me, He heard my problem and said will callback within 30mins.

                  I received the call within 20 mins with the fix for my problem and again I was extremely happy to go back and shop at the store where he once again kept a follow up, called me, met me personally in the store and got the issue resolved.

                  Honestly I visited lot of shopping malls / stores but what I experienced here at Big Bazaar Matunga store is unmatchable at any level i.e along with great offers this store has superior and excellent customer service.

                  I was super impressed by Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar the way he managed both my issues plus the extra mile help, service and support which he provided me whenever I approached him.

                  Hence I thought of writing it you and letting you know how efficient and helpful Mr. Sanjeev Badhwar was and how he changed my perception from bad to extremely good against the store.

                  I'm very thankful that I spoke with him and I got him online for addressing my issues.

                  Similarly Big bazaar Matunga should also be thankful for having him there as he is spreading the magic by providing magical customer experience at the store.

                  Hence please reward him in some way and he should be recognized for his dedication and hard work he has done which very few people do specially, when there is such a huge crowd rushing in the store because of ongoing "MahaBachat Offer" still he managed to take that extra mile responsibly in addressing and resolving both my issues happily, without asking me to wait, in short both my issues were resolved immediately at best of my satisfaction.

                    I Mr. Prashant Parab ex-employee of your organisation having employee code 249404 and PF account no. is MH/212480/43613, I had resigned from your organisation before 6 years. Now I wish to withdraw my PF amount against this PF no., so i had submitted my PF withdrawal form with PAN card, Aadhar card copy & one cancelled cheque to your office (i.e. Knowledge Hosue, jogeshwari Link road Address)

                      The PUK code is 70296829.

                      After entering the PUK code it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default.

                      Two times you have to give the same PIN number and whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN number you have to give the same PIN number whatever you have entered if not the SIM will get blocked.

                          I have submitted the following complaint on the Future Group website but would also like to submit it here:

                          Yesterday, on 30 July, 2017, I visited Big Bazaar at Great India Place Mall in Noida. I am deeply hurt and upset by the way I was treated by the manager, Nidhi Gupta. My line was moving slowly due to the customers in front of me having many items and the cashier having to leave the line in the middle of their transaction to check the balance on their store cards. During this time, an impatient girl attempted to cut me in line multiple times. I simply told this girl she should not cut me in line. She then cut another line, and from the other line she began to yell obscenities at me. She called me a "judgmental #####" and told me to go back to my country because I have an American accent. I was very offended by this statement, since I am of Indian ethnicity and have lived here for over a year. When the manager came to address a separate issue with our cashier, I got her attention and told her about the customer who was cutting people in multiple lines and yelling at me. Instead of addressing the issue and treating me with respect, Nidhi Gupta told me that she cannot do anything about people who cut in lines and said the offender "is a customer." Was I not also a customer? Is it not the responsibility of the manager to make sure the lines are moving smoothly? Nidhi Gupta proceeded to speak to me condescendingly and implied I am not a customer worthy of respect or partial treatment unlike the local girl who clearly needed to be told how to be behave in a store. Instead of explaining to the girl she should not cut people in lines and should respect other customers, Nidhi Gupta yelled at me and told me to "calm down" which upset me even more. She gave more importance to a customer who had two small items while I was purchasing many items and was waiting patiently in line with respect for other customers. I was outright discriminated against because of my American English. I was not treated like a customer but rather as a second class citizen who is not welcome to shop at Big Bazaar. Because of Nidhi Gupta's behavior, I will not be shopping at Big Bazaar again despite being a regular customer for the past year and spending tens of thousands of rupees at this store. I have no words for how hurt I feel by the way I was treated by this incompetent, rude, and racist store manager. Instead of an apology for the delay in the transaction and being thanked for my patience, Nidhi Gupta sided with an impatient, rude, and disrespectful girl simply because she is a local. Nidhi Gupta repeatedly offended me and hurt my feelings with her words and actions. I wanted to bring this to your attention because you may lose more business than mine since Nidhi Gupta cannot professionally resolve issues between customers. She brings her personal bias to the situation instead of being partial and fair.

                          Attached is a picture of Nidhi Gupta after I went to the counter and tried to talk to her. She was on the phone, and other than giving me a dirty look she ignored me. I was only able to get her name from another employee.

                          I sent an email to Priya of Future Group on 10 August. She replied the same day and informed me that the concerned team will connect with me at the earliest. However, on 11 August I received a text message from Biz Bazaar telling me my complaint has been resolved. Later that evening, I received a call from someone asking me whether I had received a call from the concerned team and received an apology. I informed the woman on the phone that I had not received any calls and had simply gotten a text message that the complaint was resolved. She told me that I would receive an apology call.

                          I never received an apology call nor do I care for one. Nidhi Gupta's treatment of me was reprehensible and I do not plan on accepting a fake apology. With the way this has been handled, I am not expecting any action to be taken. I know see why Nidhi Gupta was so comfortably rude and arrogant. She knew the company she works for will take no action against her. Big Bazaar hires incompetent staff, lets them treat customers rudely, and leaves customer issues unresolved. Big Bazaar is only for locals and rude, ill-mannered people who cut lines and yell obscenities at customers who are from abroad. I am sure Nidhi Gupta will continue to use her prejudices and practice her unprofessionalism at a company that protects such employees.

                              Every time i go big bazar in amanora mall after paying they dont give me my change depend how much you pay they cut 30 to 100 for themselves and i hace to ask them for full of my change today i bought something and one of item had discount and they counted mrp price and i asked them for discount they send me on customer care and they gave me amount of discount but after i reached home i realized they have taken my item which i paid them.

                                Presented this voucher to your bigbazaar, bathinda cash counter but they didn't accept saying that it has got expired.
                                Two things are clearly mentioned on the card that

                                1. The card has been issued on 1st jan 2017
                                2. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

                                I have talked 2 your customer help executive about this issue... What he said that the voucher got expired

                                My point is that voucher is valid for 12 months.. And if you calculate 12 months from 1st january 2017.. Its 31st december 2017.

                                  I hereby bring to your notice that my overall experience with home town is pathetic and i never seen such unprofessional people like i met here in home town (Xperia mall - pallava).

                                  I have placed order of approx rs. 6 lakhs with home town which includes ready available furniture, order based modular kitchen and interior designing work.

                                  Only ready available furniture was delivered on promised date and within timeline. My all other works not completed till date and those completed are also not up to mark. I had to follow up for every small thing with so many people.

                                  Till date my kitchen work is not completed and from last several days am just getting commitment from your staff but they are not fulfilling the same. Interior designing work completed but post deadline and also with many fault which i shown to your site supervisor.

                                  As a cust it's like harassment for me. As a cust i hereby request you to enquire with your staff kunal, anil, kalpesh, tushar, vaishvi and ankita. These all people has given me fake promises and all are responsible for spoiling home town goodwill in market.

                                  I also urge you to pls call me so that i can explain u matter in detail.

                                      I purchased a prestige roti maker prm 1.0 on 7 july 2017 from big bazar (Future retail ltd) lake mall, rash behari avenue 700029 (Receipt number[protected]) cash memo no. 0068874).

                                      I am a senior citizen. I wish to return it as i consider that i cannot use it properly. The body of the roti maker is becoming so hot that any part of it, if it comes in contact with parts of human body, can burn it awfully. It is in original packet.

                                      I contacted the customer care at the shopping mall on 21 july 2017 but they have refused to take return. Amazon, big basket etc take return of the products purchased easily. I request bigbazar to take return of the roti maker with out further delay.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had performed a transaction in big bazaar, koramangala, bangalore on date: 03 june 2017​ night around 8 pm. As per the sms i had received on my registered mobile no. A offer from payback about double value benefit on purchase.

                                        After the purchase, double value benefit is not received till now. So i asked the customer kiosk in store on same day, who mislead-ed with info saying i will get the payback points after 24 hours. Since it was late, i left to home for the day.

                                        So after 24 hours, i raised a complaint on payback, since i had received the offer sms through them, who claimed this offer had to be redeemed by big bazaar only, which is not connected directly with us for refund/cashback.

                                        I went to big bazaar, koramangala store directly & i had raised a complaint no:7165972 on date 17 june 2017 through big bazaar customer care [no:[protected]]. From then on, complaint is moving from customer care to stores team - to & fro thats it.. Which is not being resolved efficiently till now. Neither customer care nor the store's manager is able to give any clarity & resolve this issue. It is re-opened many times.

                                        In this case about complaint, i am completely eligible for credit note as i have efficiently utilized the double value offer on campaign day correctly with more than minimum amount of shopping, but mistake of customer kiosk person misleading me with wrong info - cost me big loss of not getting double value on payback points or cost of items worth to get back from big bazaar on that day.

                                        So escalating this issue since there is a long delay of 45+ days.. Kindly resolve & provide the cashback / credit voucher asap.
                                        Otherwise even the credit can be directly added into my future pay wallet with mobile no. [protected] login.
