    I keep receiving unsolicited commercial sms frequently from big bazaarand wish to stop this for ever. I do not remember if i bought anything from this company online, but, in any case i do not wish to continue receiving sms from this company. There is no unsubscribe or stop option in the sms and if i try to reply, the sms does not go. The address bz-bigbzr

      I visited big bazaar and made a purchase of 6222 in the month of may post which i was given a voucher which entitled me for rs. 250 every month for the next 4 months. I asked them clearly what do i have to do to claim the cashback. I was told that there is nothing that needs to be done except for taking the coupon to my next visit to a big bazaar outlet and the cashback would be tracked through the billed mobile number.

      I went to recently to one of big bazaar outlets on the ​16th of july to claim the offer where in i was told that i was supposed to download an app to claim it. Is it not the duty of the bill desk person to at least have the courtesy to inform me that an app was supposed to be downloaded?

      I also called the toll free number to complain about this and ask if the earlier cashback be credited to my account if i download the app now. The response was very cold with none of them helping out and saying its not possible and its not the customer care's problem that the bill desk people did not tell me about the app.

      This is happening to many people. Wrong information to customers and coaxing them to but their cards/enrolling them to cashback offers and many other such things

        My name is Preeti Rele. I purchased salwar suit having XXL size yesterday 15th July 2017 from Fbb at infinity mall, Malad. However, the churidar is of L size. After finding the discrepancy, I approached the store however I was told that XXL size of churidar is not available. I am attaching the photo of the set as well as that of bill. How can a set of XXL size have churidar of L size? Simply disgusting! Please do something at the earliest.

            I purchased two different shoe racks from home town. I received phone calls saying that they had been delivered, and when would i like to schedule the assembly? I told them that i needed none, but their protocol mandated it, and therefore i asked them to call me the next day.
            When i got home, i realised that they had shipped me something that i had not ordered, a bookcase instead of two different types of shoe racks.
            The store staff itself was painful to deal with, and it had taken them over an hour to process my order, none of them could answer questions, and most were content chatting amongst themselves. Really pathetic service.

              We had purchased 1 tv unit and 1 dining table and chair set from home town (Jayanagar central, bengaluru-560069) on 29th june, 2017. On the day of purchase they took full payment and told that goods will be delivered before 10th july, 2017. Same goods were available on flipkart and amazon at much lesser price. But since we had some function at our home we wanted the delivery of goods soon, so we bought it from hometown store. On 10th july, after calling the store so many times, they replied back that it will take 4 more days to deliver the goods. Now, after 4 days when i again checked with them they are saying it will take 4 more days to deliver. On asking them to give confirmation through mail, they flatly relied with a no. I asked them will they give any discount for late delivery, since i was getting the same goods online on lesser price, they again said a big no. Now, whoever this home town store's guy is first he should be fired from the store for not talking nicely to the customer. Another thing this home town should payback some amount for late delivery and the inconvenience caused. Due to this inconvenience i had to cancel the function at my home.

                I purchased a product (Amul Butter) from #Bigbazaar on 2nd july, 2017 . But butter was expired 3 months ago. They are selling outdated products. Complaint number is 7173865. What Kind of staff they have. Even they didn't check expiry date. Already complaints many times at big bazar but still waiting for there response . I got a call from sahara mall big bazar they said you can change your product. Please close that complaint. but it shows they only want to sell their complaints. No strong action taken by big bazaar. Still waiting for their reply.

                  This is the case of 5th July 2017 when BIG BAZAAR (FUTURE RETAIL LTD) CITY CENTRE, JODHPUR charged taxes on discounted prices. NCDRC has already ordered that shops can't charge any tax on the goods selling at discounted prices but still they charged 12% tax on every discounted item. When we told them that this is illegal, they just said that we don't know anything about taxes. I have attached the bill with this complaint and it can easily be seen that the items​ which weren't at discounted prices are not been added with extra tax because taxes​ are all inclusive in MRP but the items at discounted prices have been charged with extra tax of 12% which is totally against the law. I want my money back that has been charged illegally and also demand a compensation for the mental harassment which is resulted all because of your employees who are sitting for the customer's​ service but not at all paying any service to the customers.

                    I had purchased a PRESTIGE induction cooktop model PIC 16 from Big Bazaar outlet at Opulent Mall, GT Road, Ghaziabad on 15th June 2017.Later I noticed that the carton box and the product were mismatched.I went to bring that to there notice on 30th June and was told to come after few days as Mr Ramchander Tiwari, the concerned person, was on leave.Today I went again and met Mr Ramchander who refused to entertain my request of either replacing, exchanging with Prestige Pressure Cooker or refund.He also refused to cite any reason for this.I was with my family and he insulted us, misbehaved and threatened to physically abuse me alongwith his colleauges.I wish to lodge a strong complaint against BIGBZAAR ghaziabad.Also pls advise if I should take assistance of local police.

                      On 30 June 2017 I have purchased few products from the central mall on discounted price .
                      At the time of billing I came to know that VAT will be charged extra over every item above the discounted price . This practice has been already declared unfair by consumer court already, But still malls are cheating consumer by flashing alluring deals and later on charging vat to mint extra money from consumer.

                        Hi I am Asif from Guwahati .I had purchased a koryo sit air conditioner fuve days back from big Bazar Guwahati ezone outlet .. but right from the day of installation the air conditioner isn't working properly..the blower speed seems to fluctuate and no increase in speed as blower fan speed is increased ..on switching between various modes the compressor hangs and takes longer to start back.so on switching off and restarting resolves the problem.cooling effect is same as in 17 degree to 26 degree . No warranty card signed by ezine outlet sales personnel ..service personnel visited to attend the complain but left with no fruitful answer..just tried to fool me by trying to convince that koryo a.c has a delayed sart and u need to switch off n on Everytime u switch between modes for quick compressor response..what a bogus theory iust say ..the service personnel lay before me..I need the unit replaced at the earliest or else I will move to consumer forum for handing over to me such a piece of headache in the name of spit a.c

                            I ordered a portable hard drive through the online portal of big bazaar in november 2016. But somehow the product was not delivered to me.in december they terminated their online business. After several rounds of email they accepted that the product was not delivered to me.. And it took me another two months to prove that the amount has not been credited to my account. Finally in march i received a mail stating that the amount would be credited to my account in 10 days. But still i have not received the amount.. Moreover their customer care numbers and mail id's have stopped working. All my mails and calls are going unanswered... Such type of behavior is not expected from a big and reputed brand like future group. I can provide all the emails for any further process if required.

                              Hi,

                              I have been left extremely exasperated and frustrated with the infinite followups being done by me for order. I had ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa set and till date we have not received the delivery of the 3 seater sofa set. It is extremely annoying and troubling to know that your teams are not doing anything about this... I have called your call centre 4 times since last 2 weeks and have not received any call back.

                              The first time the sofa was attempted to deliver…the 3 seater sofa was damaged. If it needs to be dissembled and assembled back at my place…please do so.

                              I am really regretting my decision for having chosen hometown. I am assuring you that i am not going to make any further calls but will take the legal resort and go to consumer forum for this sheer harassment.

                              Hope no further reminders shall be required.

                                I have ordered one queen size bed and matters. Initial date was 16-jun-201, changed to 21-jun-2017. Now it is changed to 23-jun-2017. They have taken full money for the product.
                                They delivered product on 23-jun-2017, however wrong parts are delivered.
                                I want your help throw this company out of market and help protecting indian citizens hard money.

                                  Big bazar chor hai.. Ghatiya service.. Madarchod ek kam ke liye 3 mahina se pareshan hu lekin tum log randi ki aulad kam nahi kar rahe ho... Maine 10 bar complain likhwaya ki mujhe sms alert aur promotional sms nahi chahiye kisi bhi offer ka.. Lekin tum randiyo ki aulad bar bar bolte ho complain le liya gaya hai.. Phir bolte ho complain solve ho gaya hai.. Madarchod next day phir se same messege milta hai... Tum salo chutiyo ko cust ka bat samajh me nahi ata hai...

                                    We have ordered for a fully hydraulic king size bed from home town on 28th may 2017, but they delivered a non hydraulic magna king size bed which we have observed during assembling. When we reached the store immediately, they accepted that it is their mistake but not ready to replace the bed immediately (Wait for 45 days more) unless we repay the remaining difference amount or to wait for 45 days more to repay the amount back for which we are not ready. Employee is not ready to give branch manager contact number as well. This is the worst experience we had with hometown for which we are completely humiliated.

                                    Big Bazaar repeatedly annoying with their constant messages regarding offers.
                                    Just need to get rid of these messages. THEIR DEALZ NO MESSAGING SERVICE TO STOP THE SAME IS NOT WORKING.
                                    This has became a headache for me.

                                      Sir, i am writing this email in much agony and for the purchase i made exactly one year back from your retail outlet in noida. Scan copy of the bill is being attached.

                                      Kindly go through my email dated 29th may, 2017 where i had raised my concerns where no one took time to reply inspite of repeated reminders. To my surprise yesterday evening one of the chair leg suddenly broke into two pieces for which again i had filed a complain with your toll free no. [protected] where i had shared my concerns once again.

                                      Would like to put on record that the above product was sold to me claiming that it was the best product with one year warranty.in past one year, three times i had to complain for the malfunctioning of the product with second complain acknowledged by you on 29th may, 17with confirmation mail. This is my third complain on the product where now it has broken down. Buying product for such high value and having trouble/breakage in first year o[censored]se where the product has to last years is something to be questioned.

                                      I had purchased a recliner also from your store and have recommended many.

                                      Request your intervention to look into my concerns and have the product replaced as it can give trouble in the remaining parts/pieces.

                                      Photographs of the broken chair along with the scan copy of the bill is being attached for your ready reference.

                                      Awaiting a revert this time.

                                        I had ordered a hometown rover car single bed vide order no.[protected] and made an online payment. However, as the bed was priced much higher than actual price, i cancelled the order and as per their policy, it was cancelled within 24 hours. Also, i called customer care with in 12 hours to confirm the cancellation. The representative confirmed the cancellation and informed money would be credited back to my account with in 7-10 days. I kept following up with them for 15 days & they kept giving the same reply. On 16th day, the manager told two beds were booked with the same order id and only one was cancelled and other was in process and now could not be cancelled.
                                        I have mailed the screen shots on [protected]@hometown.in where in the order id it is very clearly mentioned that quantity was only 1. I have never placed second order itself.
                                        Hometown is unnecessarily forcing the product on me even though it is not yet shipped too after 16 days. I had taken a screen shot on the day of cancellation same is attached. Moreover the call centre staff is highly unprofessional and keep giving vague replies, they don't even know their supervisor's name.
                                        I am so much disappointed with hometown.in, that i had to initiate a consumer complaint on national consumer forum too.
                                        I have never ordered two beds, there might be a system mistake as everywhere quantity mentioned is one in the same order no.
                                        1. If i would have placed two orders then the order id should have been different, which in this case is not.
                                        2. If two beds were booked with same order no. Then quantity shown should have been 2, which is again not 2.
                                        3. The manager kept telling that cancellation was auto cancellation, which was an utter lie.
                                        4.in 16 days at least once, representative could have mentioned something like this, which they never did on repeated calls too.
                                        I donot wish to have any hometown product in my house as it will just remind me of this bitter experience and unprofessional-ism.
                                        On repeated requests too, they are not refunding the amount even though product is not yet shipped too to my destination.
