As already brought to the notice of mr. Sandeep sk commercial executive ph:[protected] in the above outlet on[protected] the billing counter in charge stated the transaction carried out through uco bank is declined, we were compelled to produce another card o[censored]nion bank of india for the purchase made by us. However on checking my bank account, it has been paid twice to your outlet and both the transaction were successful. Hence i seek immediate refund of the amount of rs. 4474.07 to my account.

    I am a regular customer of big bazaar located in gold souke kochi. I had a very bad experience out there when buying vegetables. I wanted to buy 1kg of onion bt the staff said that there is no loose available and i had to dig the basket where there were just old ones which was in a very bad condition. If i want to get fresh ones i need to buy 4kg full packet. I really felt very bad on how they thrash the old vegetables so that the customers dont have any option to select the best ones

      Till no 1, tr:56609, st:4814 with cash memo no 0034948.. This purchase was made on 3rd june 2017 at 12:15 afternoon. The sales girl swipped the sbi card and said link failure. Plz pay the amount in cash. Made a payment.. Later got to know the amount is deducted from card as well. Contacted the account mr. Mukherjee and got a confirmation of money reversal... Visited store also and gave a written letter but have received it as on date..6th october2017... Iif issue not resolved know will escalate the matter to higher authority... It is our hard earned money.. Can't let it go just like that..

        I have requested them to assemble my bed almira and dresser on 2nd october and they assured me that i will get a call within 24 hours based on that i have shifted all my furniture and i myself also have shifted from one place to another but today is 5th october no one bother to call me from the concern department. On 4th october from morning i have called them 3times.1st time they told me that i will get a call from kolkata office within 4hours but no one called. After 4hours i again called them, they said i will get a call from kolkata team within one hour but asusual no one called. After 4hours i called them, when 3rd time i called them they are saying that everyone is in holiday due to durga puja. While durga puja ends on 30th september and all offices, schools, colleges are open but only home town people are in holiday. Not only that it means from morning 2times i have been told lies about calling. The representatives are also lier. Worst services. Will never ever buy anything from hometown. Feels like i have wasted lacs of rupees on buying furniture from them.

        I have ordered the product from the pay tm mall and the order i was not satisfied and i returned the product ...i still did not got my refund ...i have complained about many times buyt no response i am getting from paytm mall customers...as the delhivery copuriers gave me the wrong receipt the information were wrong mainly the order id was wrong

          Dear sir, i went to big bazaar, gold souk grande, ponnurunni, vytilla post, cochin 682019 and requested the salesman to give me ponni boiled rice 5kg 2 packs. Since there were no 5 kg packs and no loose rice available in the store, the salesman offered me a 10kg bag rice and offered to divide it into two for ease of carrying. I readily agreed and brought it home. On reaching home i discovered that it was not boiled rice and he had packed raw rice instead. So i immediately took it back within half hour and asked him for replacement showing him that he had given me raw rice instead of boiled rice as written on the bag. They however flatly refused and insisted that it was boiled rice and could be eaten.
          As we do not use raw rice at home i left the packets with them without any refund. The bill (Retail inv no: 0193223 tr : 22247 dated 4/10/[protected]@ 17.59hrs) given is for ponni premium, and not for ponni raw rice.
          I am not writing this to get the refund or the rice back, but i definitely want to bring the hardships of regular customers like us to your notice regarding the thoughtless behaviour of your staff/ supervisor, who could have easily solved the issue.

              Staff is not giving best rates as claimed by big bazar. Market is offering better rates on oik soaps ketchups detergents at much better rates than big bazar. Lux is of 83 on 4 piece pack but in big bazar it is 108. Cheeni is 42 in dmart but in big bazar it is 43. Ariel is 960 in big bazar for 6kg but in dmart it is 900. And many others like oil of 15 ltrs is 1265 in market but in big bazar it is 1350. What the hell is this

                I am regular buyer from bigbazar halasuru

                We purchsed products worth 4000/- on wednesday but one of the product you have charged me more than mrp that is aachi masala mrp.77/- but you have charged me 97/- very disappointing for a regular buyer like us
                There are lot of ways to earn money but not cheating people like us
                The law says they should charge more than mrp but why it is charged
                If you buy a single product this is not happening but when you buy 20 products in one bill future group is thinking that customer will not check one by one throught bill mrp wise this is how future group md is worth for millions
                I am not going to leave this challenge to future group
                I am going to stand in front of law lets take this issue legally papers are getting ready

                  On 22 sept 2017 i had brought some items from big bazaar, the bokaro mall, bokaro steel city, jharkhand and paid him rupees 652.00 through bhim app qr code and this transaction was successful according to bhim app but the payment counter had refused and given me time-out receipt and told to pay again then i made second transaction with same app and this transaction is successful by both end.
                  After the payment i told to big bazaar representative for reversal of first transaction in my bank account, they told that raise your query through email to big bazaar and bhim app.
                  I contact to bhim app and they respond via email, that both two transaction was successful and credited to their bank through axis upi and their virtual payment address is fbb.                           Dear sir/madam,
                          This is regarding the bed rover car kids single bed, we purchased from home town, marathalli branch, which got delivered on 11th september. The fitting appeared good on the day of delivery.
                          Once the kid started sleeping on it, we were appalled to see the following issues in the bed:-
                          1) the bed is pretty shaky including the 4 sides and bottom which shakes on even gently push.
                          2) the bed doesn’t have a strong hold so moves around even on slight push which pretty disturbing during sleep.
                          3) every night the kid sleeps, the planks below get dislocated and overlaps on each other. The entire beds framework is week and not been manufactured properly.
                          4) the support of the planks are very thin and shakes if even touched. This really defeats the whole purpose of having a bed for a kid.
                          5) when the kid moves around in sleep the entire bed shakes and makes loud noise due to which the kid is often getting up in the middle of the night.
                          6) the quality of the bed is worst and seriously puts in question the longitivity of the bed. The bed is so fragile that it may not even last few months.
                          After 3 nights of disturbed sleep and continuous issues with the quality of the bed, we decided to raise a compliant on 16th september and raised a ticket ht[protected]. We raised this request within 5 days of getting the delivery which was prompt enough since we understood that the bed cannot last long and not good for kids sleep and health.
                          We also promptly visited the store on 16th september and raised these issues to the store managers (Pravin and akilesh). Both understood the problems and after a discussion, they agreed to exchange the bed and told us to select a new bed available there in the store and promised to exchange it if we pay the difference amount. This matched the expectation since the same rover bed is being sold through pepperfry.com and other online stores which gives a 7 day return incase customers are not happy for any reason.
                          After spending a lot of time to ensure the new bed we are getting as an exchange is of good quality, we selected the new bed and made a payment of the difference amount. I have the new order receipt with me dated 16th september as a proof of the purchase. Pravin & akilesh also filled up a manual request form with the new bed order number and got it approved by another head. We got a confirmation that the new bed would be delivered in a couple of weeks.
                          As a next step they told us to wait for 2 days so that existing rover car kids single bed can be picked up and the new bed ordered can be delivered to us. The call center called us and we confirmed that the store will be exchanging the bed for a new bed and the ticket ht[protected] was closed on 17th september.
                          We thought that issue was resolved and that we would be getting the replacement be within a few days but are shocked to see the store raising a new ticket on 21st september to re-start the whole process again. They are also stating that they don’t have the approval to exchange the bed and have raised a new ticket on their own ht[protected] to do patch work on the rover bed.
                          I am pretty shocked at this behavior form home town. We were promised an exchange for which we have already paid the full amount. We can’t accept a bad bed with a promise of patch work. This is the matter of my kid having a good sleep and i can’t compromise on it.
                          Let me know if this can be resolved else i will be taking this matter with consumer court for fraud not matter what expenses i incur. This is clear example of exploiting customers and i will raise this with concerned government institutes and take this forward if not resolve within the next 2 days.

                            I once did shopping in big bazaar. At billing counter i was asked for mobile number. I refused. Billing personal said, he cannot generate bill without entering phone number.
                            Ever since, big bazaar is sending me 10 + promotional messages everyday and spamming my phone.
                            How can they make mobile number compulsory for billing and then frustrate each one with promotional messages. This must stop immediately.

                              Hi my name is balaji mane,
                              I bought this footwear "spunk shoe" worth 999rs on 3rd september 2017 22:12 from big bazaar located in maharashtra's pune city,
                              At following adddress "revolution mall, next to city pride,, kothrud, pune, maharashtra 411038".

                              It's sole as well as shoe got damaged within 19 days o[censored]se.
                              .
                              Never expected that such a bad quality product from bigbazaar, its almost kind of fraud with customer.

                              At first i received a call from BigBazaar Kothrud, pune from number 07020222923, the person on the other side just asked me to send photos of the faulty product. and received a mail from "[email protected]" providing complaint number BB31700642855 After some follow up they asked my to visit BigBazaar store with the shoe and its bill receipt. After visiting they took back the shoe and and provided me "Credit Coupon" worth the price of shoe, using which which i was able to buy replacement of the product. Thanks to [email protected] and Mahavir(employee at Bigbazaar Kothrud, pune) for their co-operation regarding resolution of complaint.

                                As while checkout time at bill counter my total bill was rs 38500 in which rs 3850 was sugar which is in bulk, on billing desk they deny to make bill i ask reason they say meet to our manager rajkumar but behavior of manger was so rude while i ask reason why you not providing me 100 kg sugar is there is policy i am agree but please show me same, rajkumar replied i will not show policy and who damm are you asking me for policy and behave like illiterate! So we didn't purchase any thing from there,

                                1:- dressing of manager was like collegian
                                2:- he chew tobacoo
                                3:- he talk rude like illatrate
                                4:- ego of rajkumar was on top as he is owner of bigbazar
                                5:- he say i am not afraid from any one complaint to any one
                                6:- he is not accepting call while we connect to call center of bigbazar.
                                7:- on 1st impression he spoil all image of feature group
                                8:- not have proper knowladge.

                                * as fom last 10 years i always shopping from bigbazar but 1st time i get very bad experiance so request to take strik action and copy mark to me for all update of my complaint.

                                  This is praveen from bangalore
                                  I worked in in big bazar hebbal in bangalore for almost 1 year in big bazaar
                                  Later i resigned my job for continuing my study
                                  I had applied for a pf in big bazaar 4 times and there is no response from the company side and i never received my pf amount
                                  So please take my complaint and take necessary action

                                  Bought Prestige 3 burnal stove in big bazar some issues is raised in stove so raised a complaint to get service for stove on 26th of August with the complaint BANG 2624764 still complaint is not solved and informed manager in store still complaint is pending.i feel really it's a bad decisions .

                                      I purchased few items from big bazaar on 21/07/2017. At that time i didnt bother to chcek the bill as i thought its computerised and the addition will be right. But no i was wrong my actual bill whsen i checked was 1246 and they charged me 1346. At the first instance i was shocked so i thought may be i have made angly mistake so i asked 2-3 friends to just verify it and they got the same so i think its the fault with big bazaar or the lady on the computer might have done something fishy in the system they have. This is cheating!!!
