Every day i am getting the unnecessary promotional offer sms from future group/ bigbazaar. To my mobile no +91 [protected]. I don't wish to receive those type of sms alerts. Also. I don't want to send a sms to stop this as it is a chargable option to my end ("sending a sms mentioning"dealz no"to 575758." because it charge 3 rupees).. Please help me to stop this nonsense

    Bigbazaar is most irresponsible and # supper store i have ever seen. No value for customer's complains and fed up with their unwanted smss. Will never go and suggest other please to avoid going to this store. I have complained for more than 8 time but they have only compliments to give and have no resolution. Having no management and helpline no [protected] is just for making bipbip sound kindly ref:7137234.

      I had been to future groups food bazaar outlet on 03/06/2017. The location of the outlet is
      Food bazaar (Future retail ltd), 247 park, home town, vikhroli (W). Mumbai-400083.

      I purchased 5kgs of tomatoes, the mentioned price of the same was rs.44/kg. I was asked to weigh the tomatoes & collect the bar code sticker, on doing the same i got a bar code sticker with the weight & price of the product. The price mentioned on the bar code was rs 44/kg. On reaching the billing counter the person attending me told me that the price of the product i. E tomatoes had changed, & the price further updated was rs 58/kg, when i asked the person how is it possible he told me the system has been updated from their central office & nothing can be done. I had to pay the excess charge. I lodged a complaint on the customer complaint help desk of future group ref no.[protected]. I got a call from the store & the person on call mr. Pravin shinde was trying to clear his part & was blaming the market situation for the price change. When i asked him how was that possible, as the price was changed after i had weighed the product. I had got rs 44/- as the price of the product. On hearing this he transferred the call to his senior ms swati. Who had the same thing to say. They were very rude & adamant, i am waiting for a proper reply from their part, even after repeated mails there has been no reply from their part.

      So i posted o the facebook page of future group (Reference id 9135), i got a mail from ms. Priya ([protected]@futuregroup.in). There has been calls or mails since then,

        I suggest everyone please do not purchase anything from hometown (Future retail) any furniture, home décor & any other things.
        Recently i had very pathetic experience with these company persons.
        I have purchased one king size bed & one three door wardrobe. They people first delayed delivery then after too much follow up they delivered it.
        But now those all material is in de assembled form and kept in boxes, now i am struggling with hometown to arrange a assembling person.
        They people are not ready to support customer, my material kept in boxes, no senior management is listening to issues.
        My 25 k money is just going to waste also they people are saying if some other person will assemble then warranty will not be considered.

          Mrp stated as maximum retail price, but it is not obeyed by big bazar people. I had brought kellogg's oats chatpata tomato, and those packs are in special offer 15 mrp was decreased to 10 and main mrp label also showing 10/-.
          But big bazar charged me each pack 15/- and total 45/- for 3 packs. That's what their maintenance. I had took my own carry bags one is dmart carry bag and another one is old big bazar carry bag. They charged me carry bag price because it is biz bazar one. I did't seen at mall. I had get to know about this after i reached home. And those billing employees never know how to pack goods. They put fruits in bag first then they put heavy dal items on fruits. Fruits and vegetables are spoiling before reaching home. Every time i am facing this problem and i had to throw it some goods.

            I received an sms from big bazaar saying if you do a purchase of rs 1000 on 24th april 2017 under big bazaar public holiday sale offer you will get 1000 payback point worth rs 250. I did the shopping and big bazaar management told me points will be credited in 30 days. When points are not credited even after 45 days. I went to big bazaar and asked the management. They told me we can not do anything you have to talk to payback customer care. When i contacted payback customer care they told me to send the screen shot of sms. I said i have deleted the sms though i have copy of bill with me. They said big bazaar is saying they never send you this offer sms.

            Rs 250 is not a big deal but it is the matter of credibility of big bazaar and payback. After this unpleasant experiece i decided not to go again to big bazaar. I leaves in bhopal and there are lots of other option which are reliable.

            I suggest the people don't come in the trick of such fake offer of big bazaar and payback.

              Koryo — ac out of order for last 20 days and no response

              Hi

              I have purchased koryo spilt ac from big bazaar but after few days it has stopped working now its been 20 days no one has turned up and they are continuously giving excuse that spares have not been received customer care is not helping even i had discussion with service head he assured me that it would be repaired but as of now it is not been repaired nor replaced.

              It is a harassment i am thinking of moving to consumer forum.

              also, he told me "Don't call me i don't have any answer's of your questions?"

              Seriously this type of company's tied up with future group, anyway i am trying to calling 50 times but never picked up my calls now.

                Please make big bazar stop sending me unwanted sms'.
                I keep getting them and i have complained numerous times to no avail.

                Last few days!

                Use [protected] & get flat rs.500 off on lee cooper and buffalo denims @ fbb / big bazaar stores!

                  I had bought freshly done wheat ready made flour on 31st may 2017 from big bazar hinjewadi pune. I found rat or lizrad dry # in the flour. Kindly let me know the way out from this cheating u guys have done with the customer... Or should i approach consumer court..

                    This is bring in to your kind notice. The fraud scheme by future group. My card number is [protected] which is a part of savings club members of card scheme by paying 1000 rs you become member of this scheme and you get 10 % discount s maximum purchase limit is 50000 per year. I bought dimple bowl set which was priced 399 rs bought 14 set which billed me rs 5600 hundred. Instead of deducting 5600 from my purchasing limit ie 50000, they deducted rs 15000 and said my purchasing limit is 35000 left. And when i call customer care they said we cant do any thing just ask the big bazaar from which card is issued i raised the matter their and. Said by mistake we did it. I did purchasing on 10 may. They said wait for 2 days and matter will be solved. After which on june 2 i went there again. They said please wait for some time mattter is in progress. I purchased again which was priced 999 and got discount of 10%. But again i got the message 1749 has been deducted from purchasing limit. Mean they delebrating doing it. Cheating innocent customers of their valueable time and money.

                          Dear sir,
                          Today I have visited your big bazaar Stoll at Bharuch station road.
                          In this store I have found too lazy staff
                          No one care about customer service.
                          I have purchase one pent and for cutting it your staff moved me again and again from ground floor to first floor. No one answer or guide properly.
                          Last I went customer service but there also found same situation .
                          About for one hour I suffered till I requested him that I have an urgent.
                          Sorry but now onwards I ain't interested to visit again.

                            I really don't shop at big bazaar but since they have my number due to previous shop they send me messages everyday which is really annoying. Please stop messaging, it is irritating and create distractions. Also i cannot unsubscribe on my own. So please stop it immediately.

                              My mobile with t24 sim card no.-[protected] is not working giving the display terms 'sim card rejected'. Firstly it demands puk followed by verification no. And password. How it is to be solved and avoid this kind of conundrum in future are to be guided properly from your end. I shall be helpful if you give some important points over the same in time.
                              Kindly do the needful to make it usable so that the mobile set once again be utilised by me as usual as before.

                                Went to the store for checking the cashback committed against purchase higher than Rs. 8000/-. While submitting the complaint to Abhijeet Kumar, he was arrogant and rude and went to a level of shouting and remarking that he is not my employee to listen. When asked to pen down the complaint he straight away refused to take the complaint imparting much of a insult to me as a customer. Moreover, exposing Big Bazaar's attitude towards it's customer. I had to return without giving any feedback, and much of a agony. I, being a customer who atleast spends more than Rs. 10000/- a month in Big Bazaar, am really disturbed on this fact and seek a stern action against Abhijeet Kumar, who leave caring, doesn't even treat customer as Human.

                                Please let me know if any further details are required from my side to initiate action against such a arrogant employee who doesn't even bother to put Big Bazaar's reputation at stake.

                                  From Big Bazar, Elante Mall, Chandigarh I have shops items of worth 3040/-. At the time of billing the items must be picked and kept in bag by helper, bit instead of that I myself kept each and every item for billing and after billing the person who billed my items keeping that in my bag haphazardly and out of that 2 colddrink bottles which I have already billed was not kept in bag. That's a big blunder.we are shopping in bb for our ease not for the sake that they will take money for all items and kept half of them. So I request that please cask back in my future wallet 140/- cost of 2 1.5 litre cold drink.
