Very poor service and behaviour. Partial favours were being offered to some guy who said was going to see a doctor but was buying just deodorants and olay cosmetics and a dairy milk chocolate while others kept waiting in the queue. The items were not at all o[censored]tmost importance and that are required to be brought along while seeing a doctor. No request was even made to the people in the queue to consider his case as he directly asked the billing agent to get his billing done.. When we complained the billing agent rudely said that we have any problem then go and complain, i will do as i please.

    On 13th august 2017 we added 5000 rs to central wallet account but the amount did not get added to wallet account. Store manger insisted us to add 5000 rs again to central wallet as we will be getting the refund of failed 5000rs payment to our bank account.

    With the assurance of refund we again 5000 rs to central wallet and we used that amount from the purchasing.

    After 2 days the failed transaction of 5000 rs got added to central wallet and from 15tg august we are contacting future pay customer care people and till now we have not got the refund amount.

    Future pay customer service is so pathetic we have to wait for minimum of half hr to talk to your representative and after talking they just give fake assurance of refunding the amount.
    Please take this as our complaint against future pay and refund 5000 rs amount to the bank account.

      I had purchased in bigbazaar hebbal bangalore on[protected]
      Batch number : 000894 ;
      Inv num : 007960
      Tax inv no : [protected]
      At 12:49 hours.
      1 transaction got failed as per their receipt but the amount got deducted. On showing the sms and bank passbook the supervisor said it will be refunded within 48 hours and made another transaction. Hence leading the amount to get deducted twice.
      It's been more than 48hours and still no refund processed.
      If i ask the store person/manager they say we are discussing the issue. No complaint number given.
      Pathetic service. Help me with the refund!!!

      Assistance and refund needed asap!!!

        I have bought good worth rs6000 and as an offer, the big bazaar department has to send me rs1500 in installments for 12 months. This was the offer and i had to shoot to avail this
        Unfortunately i didn't receive any balance in my future pay wallet
        Not even a single rupee is sent into the wallet
        Hope u get this fixed soon
        Very dissatisfied with this poor assistance

            Hi,

            I have purchased a cell phone from ezone - bhubaneswar under the cashback scheme of 10, 000 rs on april 23 2017.

            It was promised at the time of the purchase that money would be refunded to my bank account within 90 days of purchase.

            It's been more than 4 months i have not received the amount and when contacted the store is declining to refund the cash back.

            This is emotional and mental stress for a consumer like me and request you to help me with the same.

              Bought a ketchup bottle from big bazaar recently and paid the amount after getting the bill and went home. Checked and found that there was a mismatch of prices on the bill and the mrp printed on the bottle.

              Now, if future group had been providing discounts, it would have been great!
              But, the fact that they are charging more than the mrp is a plain and simple scam that is being run throughout the country!!

              Imagine how much black money they have been accumulating throughout the country!!

              This would have been overlooked as a single time error had it been fixed, but it has been continuing for more than 24 hours that too when the ground staff knew about this issue and had raised a complaint from their end.

              This is simply outrageous. Not acceptable at all.

              A legal action is awaiting them pretty soon.

              On 9th August 2017, me and my friend went for a movie “IT” at Carnival, Big Bazaar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.. The seats in the theatre are in worst condition that no one can sit and watch movie.. I don’t what the maintenance they are doing...
              And there is no water outside to drink. One water container is there but it’s not refilled with water..

                Hi team,
                This complaint is regarding the discount card given in big bazaar, abhiruchi mall in the month of july/august. The sales lady convinced us to purchase the discount card which gives 10%off on total bill, when she was convincing us she told us that we can use it in any big bazar store for next 12 months.

                Now this month we visited big bazar kothrud store and during the billing when we showed the card the person at the desk said it is not being accepted in this store and she suggested us to get in touch with customer service desk. On contacting customer service they said these cards are only accepted in bigbazar 's stores at abhiruchi mall n chinchwad and the systems in kothrud store are not yet updated. I am not sure whose mistake it is the sales person who sold the card at abhiruchi mall as she was not aware about this or simply lied or it's us that we believed in whatever was told to us. My bill amount this month was 9000/- so i was expected to get a discount of 900 /- as per the card i purchased.
                I request you guys to really look into this issue or at least make your sales person aware that they can not cheat customers by giving false promises.

                  On 3rd september 2017 i had hell experience with big bazzar staff and security guards. And this is not the first time i have seen this behaviour of staff members. They are non co-operative, lazy and ill mannered which i have not seen in any other outlet. And i don't know why but most of the time only a part of billing counter is at work and rest are closed and staff seems to be chilling. But on 3rd september 2017 it was height of everything. Security guard literally abused as maadarchod and yelled at me since in a hurry i exit from the entry door. If you don't take action then i will be compelled to take strict action for this. Not only this few days back me and my friend went for shopping in big bazzar and made transaction for rs 553 through paytm and they said they didn't received the amount but paytm confirmed that money has been received by big bazzar but there were no co-operation at all. Instead they behaved in bad manner. No management at all. Pathetic outlet of big bazar at patia, bhubneshwar.

                    This is with regard to a gift voucher i won after a purchase of more than rs 3000 made by me in the month of july. The gift voucher offered rs 2000 discount on any one item amongst microwave owen\electric cooker.
                    Because the big bazaar was running out of stock for the micro wave oven, the attendant only took my details and conveyed to me that i will be contacted after the recovery of the said item. But the big bazaar didn’t contacted me till 31 july i paid a visit to the bigbazaar but i was told ive not done any payment therefore ican not be entertained with the mentioned offer, now as the offer was valid only till 31 july the bigbazaar staff didn’t informed me regarding any prior payment of the selected item by customer like in this case me.

                    Kindly look into this case and do the needful at the earliest.

                      I had placed this order on 19th aug and the store in charge made a commitment saying that the delivery would be made by 31st aug, when i contacted your customer care on 30th aug around 8:30 pm they told me that the store would call me at 11:30 today i. E 31st aug with the update. But the store did not call me so i called ur customer care again at around 12:50 and again your executive told me that the store will call me in 1-2 hours still no one called me when i again called the customer care at around 3pm i spoke to the supervisor and he assured me that he will call back in 1 hour when i asked him the store number he said he does not have the store number it is now 5:30 and neither the store nor the supervisor has called me which is very irresponsible behavior of a brand like home town a local furniture store is more professional than you'll. I have no update about my delivery and no update about my products and home town does not have the courtesy to even call and update the customer about the same, if my product is not delivered today i want a full cash/transfer refund of the money and i do not want to accept credit note and stuff or i want the products to be delivered on time and installed on time.

                        I am rohini from pune.
                        I shopped for rs. 3050 inr on 6/08/2017 big bazaar said cash back money will be added to future pay wallet in 10 days. But i didn't received cash back. After 10 days i called future pay and i came to know that big bazaar made mistake will entering my contact number. My last digit of mobile number was wrongly entered, so the future pay customer service said they registered my complaint and correct my number and said now money will be added in your wallet in 4-5 days, but i didn't received cash back, again i called, this time they said our system is down call later. Again i called future pay but it was continuously coming busy so i called big bazaar they said you will not get cash back. Your registration is done on 27th august which is not valid now.
                        I think future group is not taking customer complaints seriously. Customer only have to follow up and call them again and again to remind.
                        I want explanation from them why they did this. Their is no value for time i have spent calling them again again.

They dont give option for unsubscribing from text messages. Please stop sending these sms. I am absolutely not happy with this. This is an intrusion into my time.                             I have purchased a Sofa set and and a coffee table on 6th May. on 22nd may i got a call from HomeCenter customer care saying they dont have a coffee table in stock and they will take one month for arrange the same. Hence, i had to cancel the coffee table and asked for refund.
                            I visited the store couple of times but was informed that the refund will be transferred to card in 3-4 weeks.
                            Its almost 2 months and with multiple visits to store and call to customer care is hear the same answer everytime that "the order has been cancelled and you need to visit store again for followups."
                            Its like being Harassed for to get my money back..
                            I need some help to get this closed .. I am totally unsatisfied with the company's response and professionalism..

On 18.06.2017 i also became a member of big bazaar savings club (Card no.[protected] after seeing its condition of “10% extra savings over & above our existing offers at store”.in its 26 numbers of terms and conditions mentioned overleaf of the letter issued to me with the card, nowhere it is written that this benefit will not be applicable with profit club card. I also got it clarified by your customer care executive at orbit mall, baghajatin, kolkata store before accepting savings club membership. I also purchased items using both the cards twice, last on 19.07.2017 (Ch: 166137, till no.19, cash memo no.0128620, tr: 20730, st: 4769). But all on a sudden big bazaar has stopped without any notice to me the simultaneous benefit of both these cards. If you change any rule that should be applicable for the new members. Existing members cannot be denied a facility based on which they opted for membership. It is a clear violation of contract between big bazaar and it customers that amounts to unfair business. I would request you to restore the privilege immediately. Thanking you in anticipation.

                                  Misguided by big bazar as per the price of lijjat papad mrp price is 64 but they are billing 70 rupees. Please take the serious action against about the same because most of people ignore the less amount but they don't no this less amount profitable amount for the company. We are not absorbing these are less amount. They are not informing the customer for these hidden transactions.

                                    I had paid cash of rs.357.54 to your counter no.18 cashier mohd. Ibad against the retail invoice no.0029408 on 21.6.17 but i received a message that 280 payback points have been redeemed. I immediately informed the big bazaar staff and they took photocopy of the bill and my payback card assuring me that the points will be credited to my card within 24 hours.

                                    However, till now the points have still not been added to my credit nor any information has been given to me in this regard. When i had already paid in cash, why were my payback points deducted?

                                    My reminders of 8.7.17 and 11.8.17 went unresponded. Kindly provide me the relevant email id and phone no. Of your concerned official to whom i can approach for the cheating to which i have been subjected to, otherwise i will be compelled to approach the consumer forum.

                                    I went for shopping in big bazar avani mall kolkata on 22.8.2017
                                    I asked for a parking slip n he gave me one with my bill.
                                    When i gave it to d parking person, he said its dated 21.8.2017 n he cant accept it.

                                    Its sheer mischief by biz bazar that they are giving invalid parking slips to customers.

                                      I purchased some clothes from big bazaar outlet in margao, goa on 19th december, 2016. The invoice number for the purchase is 0008260 for the amount of 2706.00

                                      Some of the items were returned on next day and a revised bill was produced.

                                      The original bill was paid by my sbi credit card with the reference number ro6238.

                                      After returning the items the difference amount of rs. 1100 was paid in cash and a credit note of rs. 481 was issued on the next day 20th december, 2016.

                                      However, your outlet claimed for the entire amount of 2706.00
                                      It appears that revised amount was not considered while making the claim from the credit card company.
                                      Please reverse the difference amount and charge me only the new bill amount. The revised amount would be rs. 1125.00
                                      Thank you in advance.

                                        I have purchased some items in bigbazar, and they have used my debit card 3 times saying some network error and they told amount will be refunded. But after 4 days i go nobody is ready to do that and they told its my responsibility to sort out with bank. They want me to go to bank and see to it. Seller name: chetan, big bazar, udupi branch. My question is why should i spend extra money and go to bank in manipal if that is no problem from my side??

                                        Big Bazaar Noida Mall of India is running a planned racket of duplicate billing of items. Please double checks your bills before leaving otherwise they will make you return to the store before addressing the complaint.
