I, rohtash kumar, am a regular customer of big bazaar inerlok delhi and i have taken profit club card and last month i purchased over rs 2500/- and was issued one scratch card in which rs 2000/- discount was offered for the purchase of the microwave oven selling price of rs 4990/- onwards. however the card was valid till 31.10.2016 but mr brij committed me that the card will be valid for today ie 14/11/2016 purchase of oven of koryo brand having a selling price of rs 7490/- and on payment can be done thru any debit card and i will get discount of 5% so the actual purchase price comes out to be as rs 5215.50 so i waited for an hour for the confirmation whether the demo will be provided at my home or not, by the staff there who are unaware of it. after their confirmation, they were offering me the demo piece which i refuses to accept and then they searched for the fresh piece and then i checked the oven and when went to buy it. after about an hour, now the billing staff refuses that this was valid till 31.10.2016 so cannot be billed. he kept me waiting for around half an hour and then in the meanwhile i purchased the gift value card of rs 10000 for rs 9000 with a discount of 10% and the biller said me that i can use these gv vouchers for the purchase of oven.
But suddenly mr brij came and said me that the deal cannot be given and when i told him that you have committed me for it and wasted my two and half hours then he sent his junior and who told me that manual billing can be done and no debit card discount and gv will be applicable and no net billing can be done and i will get the oven @ rs 5490/-.
For which i purchased gift value cards so that i will be able to save the 10% over it. as being a salaried employee i am having limited funds in my account and i couldnot purchased that oven for which i waited and actually wasted 2.5 hours which i could utilize at some more important work.

Now i request you to allow me to purchase the koryo oven (selling price rs 7490/-) at rs 5490/- by using the scratchcard @ rs 5490/- after deducting rs 2000/-, which i was committed by your staff and with gift value vouchers which i specially purchased for it and with computer billing and proper warranty and with demo at home.
I want my reply by 15.11.2016 please

    The PUK code is[protected]. After entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. and whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN-customer has to give the same PIN what is entered now; if not the SIM will get blocked.

      I had notified about a complaint regarding defective chair on 21-Oct-2016 with its photographs at [protected]@futuregroup.in.

      Thereafter one executive visited my house and inspected and acknowledged fault in it but informed that someone else would visit shortly to resolve / fix / replace as deemed fit but nothing has been done so far.

      I had sent a reminder also at the aforementioned e-mail address but to no avail.

      Kindly look into the matter and help to resolve the defect in the chair at the earliest.

          Advice to People seeking Modular Kitchens - Don't waste your time on Hometown Marathahalli Kitchens Department, they are incompetent, will waste your time and money and if you fell in their trap, you'll just repent either for your refund or on their worst customer service and quality of kitchens.

          Paid another 25% on 28-Sept

          1st measurement taken - 12-Sept-2016 (Design completed on 14-Sep-2016) - Had to spend 2 hours at the store to deal with incompetent designers at Hometown Marathahalli - 2 guys and a lady
          Told on payment of 50% that final measurement has to be taken, Done on 30-Sept, after which I was told the 1st measurement was wrong and some of the components have to be replaced (made shorter) which was nonsense and won't work.

          Again the incompetent designers (budhi) couldn't think of any alternatives and just wanted to push some idiotic designs. Suggested some changes, the Designer was always in a rush and didn't had the etiquette to talk to customer and didn't agree. Told me take my design or cancel the order. Informed Management (Ravi) - of no help at all.

          I was again forced to changed the design and sign-off, they involved a different designer. I kept telling them take the measurement and then we'll sit for final design. Other designer Ashish forced me to visit and waste another 2 hours to sit with this new guy even after repeatedly asking him to take measurements first.

          Design finalized, they told again they have to visit and take measurements. This was the 3rd time, they were coming for taking measurements, they told me the designer would accompany as well. Designer came and told the 2nd measurement was also off by 6-8 inches. That's a lot again if you are going for modular kitchen. This was the highest limits of frustration I've ever had with any private services firm. I highlighted the issue to the management again (Ravi - store manager, kitchen hometown department) - No help

          Finally, I was forced to cancel my order in first week of October after paying 83k, which still hasn't been refunded. It's been more than 30 days and no one has still responded to my emails seeking status update. Every time I call, I'm asked if I received a cancellation SMS, which I never did.

          I won't recommend Hometown kitchen to anyone, don't waste your time, They are incompetent, very customer unfriendly, have incompetent Designers and Irresponsible store managers. If you are not okay with their design, they'll simply ask you to cancel the order after having spent 2-3 visits and wasting both time and money on their stupid software and discount gimmicks, which is nothing but a trap.

          What I'm looking forward to:

          1)Replies to my email with proper Apology from Store manager accepting the fact that they wasted my time, effort and held up my money for more than 30 days on an order that had to be cancelled because of Hometowns' incompetent Service Engineers and Designers making multiple mistakes while taking measurements and designs.

          2) Refund of my money ASAP.

            The quality of the product in the celebration assorted dry fruits is too poor. moreover you are cheating the customer by not actually providing the product in the packet. my packet stated cashew, almond, raisin and pistachio. but on opening it had too 2 packets of cashews, raisin and pistachio. on calling the costumer care number given on the box they simply refuse that they do not have the golden harvest costumer number. no complaint will be registered as i did not have the bill details. i told them that i could provide the batch number and bar code. they refused.

              On 28 oct16we purchased yd checks bt maroon qty 1 from big bazaar ambience mall gurgaon. but at home when we checked the bill it was written 6 quantity against it insted of 1 and charged 1797... by the billing boyvikash singh.
              You are requested to do needful refund at the earliest. it has caused unnecessary buggery to us and gave a shock to the trust what we had on big bazzar.

                Purchased Koryo LED Tv (42 inch) on 11 October. But the next day it was having some technical issue and was replaced with the new one. But the replaced tv also had the same issue. On contacting store, they informed that the whole lot of tv has the same issue and even if i take the new one it would have the same problem. So asked for the refund of the amount paid during the purchase. Still the refund is not made and no one is addressing this issue.

                  I purchase the Aqua guard aquasure xpert model on 25/10/16 from Nagpur Big Bazar Empress mall.The detail of order no. [protected] & invoice 93291367.

                  When service engineer coming to install it on 27/10/16, first he mis guide about the water pump is compulsory to buy for pressure buildup but when we insist to try, then machine start.Due to short cord he install it near the socket but we tell him the position is not comfortable to work. So i told him to change the place but he argues & demand for reinstallation charge of filter.
                  I request him but he misbehave & tell I not worry you complaint any where.The service engineer
                  So my first experience is very bad & i am unhappy with this product & it's service.
                  The engineer is not install & all pipe are not dressed properly.
                  I request to take immediate action to solve the problem to investigate the performance of water purifier.

                      I brough bead, mattresses and side table from hometown @ palava. The expected date of delivery was 14th october. But i received my dresser on 22nd october, when carpenter opened the package it was damaged.
                      Also i exchanged my old furniture of rs. 45000. I got exchange coupons of rs. 10300. I was told my i can use those coupons anytime but now they are saying it's expired.

                          This is to inform you that, a few weeks ago i went to your ezone outlet in south city mall and mate your service engineer Mr. Chandra, as i was facing some problem in my laptop. Then i submitted my laptop to the concerned person for a throughout diagnosis. After a couple of weeks when i received the call from your end for picking up the laptop, i went to your outlet. There what i see is one of my key i.e. F7 is broken by one of your member. So there after i asked them for a replacement. They agreed and gave me 2 days time, and on the next day Mr. Chandra calls me and give me the report that the keybord which is been fixed by the Dell in my laptop is not yet available, so cannot provide you the same. So as there is no such argument left in spite of providing the compensation against my laptop. Whereas i don’t need money as compensation, what i actually need is the same price laptop from your side might be of same or different brand. What i mentioned in subject is actually means that i am finally providing you the 10 days for all such decisions from your end. Else the only option i am having to get help from District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum Kolkata.

                            During the last part of 2015 purchased "4 seater Presto Dining set" with glass top and metal legs & metal & leatherite 4 chairs at Big Bazaar Hometown, Khathriguppe. Now the glass top is shaking lenghtwise & bredthwise. Concerned seller can be able to rectify the problem and set right.                               I booked a modular kitchen from Hometown Lucknow on 3 Aug 16. I was told that kitchen will be installed within 25-30 days but it is not done completely till today (16th oct). Some material of kitchen is not delivered and after complaining about the delay to the customer care and Hometown showroom where booking was finalised they say that material will be despatched soon. Same reply comes every time I call customer care and Showroom. I urgently need my kitchen as after a week there is opening of my new home.

                                Order No.[protected] for 3 modular wardrobes was placed in May wardrobes of improper size arrived in July and were asked to be replaced they took away their improper sized wardrobes and promised to delivered new ones after several fresh dates the wardrobes were not delivered after much harassment and a harrowing experience with the people at hometown noida I asked for refund of the amount paid along with interest at market rates but I have received no communication from them till now

                                  All billing counters not open. Taking too much time to clear bill. At one billing counter three or four staff were standing and making jokes and gossiping and consumers waiting. Product display without entering in computer programming when we go for billing after half an hour waiting for our term they tell the product can't be billed bcz of no entry in computer.                                     This is regards to an emi which your company is trying to charge my account incorrectly. I had taken an lg Air Conditioner from the ezone Store @ sobo Central in the year June 2011. I have cleared out all the dues which was completed in the year 2012 that is long time back. Despite that since the last 2 months your company is trying to charge my account with the same amount of emi and I am getting charged an ecs return charge every time. Already your company has had a successful charge to my account last month. I have tried contacting your company on several occasions and I have even come to know that Future Money is no longer an existing company, if the company no longer exists whi is authorizing the charges. This is my final attempt to contact your company after this failing to get any response I will be forced to file a case against your company for fraud Transactions and will be approaching the Consumer court. As I have even checked my cibil and your company name exists there also despite me clearing all dues.

                                      Very bad experience everytime...last time u gave offer of free gifts coupon on shopping of 2500 but u dont have free stuff to give due to our all coupon expired.Today we bought Britannia rusk in that a glass bowl was free but the executive gave us plastic bowl and said that glass bowl is not available with us...I want to ask y so? u people sell those free stuff or wat? than y u behaving like baniya ki dukaan?? only giving attractic offers but dont know how to fullfill and your executive also dont have the manners to talk with customer..They behave as they r owner of Big Bazaar. They need a good training so better train them first!!!

                                        In desperation, writing my complaint to you. I hope this gets your notice and saves a bad taste from a customer.

                                        I have purchased a rhea 3 seater from Hometown, Ambiance Mall Gurgaon.

                                        I was told with multiple follow ups that it will be delivered to my home by 2 PM on 2nd Oct. When it didnt reach me at 2 PM, i followed up again and I was told that it will reach by 4 PM. I waited the whole day for delivery and later in the evening i was told that it will now reach me on 5th Oct. Yes. That's correct, 3 days later i now have to do full day time out and waiting for the delivery.

                                        I escalated to store furniture head, Mr. Pranav and he told me that it got delivered to someone else by mistake. Really?

                                        There is no remorse from Hometown. No fine that i can be reimbursed for the time i have wasted. I cannot cancel my order as well. My furniture has been taken since 3 days back for exchange. I HAVE NO FURNITURE WITH ME.

                                        Pranav has also told me that he will not be able to send me an email for his mistake.

                                        Completely frustrated with the customer service and feel helpless.
                                        I am interested to understand how will hometown address this issue and how will it reimburse me for the time and money and furniture lost.
