I am having a profit club card bearing no [protected].
I went for shopping to big bazar abids hyderabad last week but my card was not accepted saying it has expired.. i paid in cash for my shopping.
I was told that it needs to be reactivated and it will take time and i will be informed about it.
Kindly let me know the details of the balance in the card and also how it was used by me as i did not keep record of the usage as i am travelling most of the time. a statement o[censored]sage will be highly preferred. as i did not use the card for the last few months.
Kindly arrange to send me either a cheque for the balance in my card or a voucher so that the balance in the card can be utilised,

I had installed Egger wooden floorings in three bedrooms in Mar 2016. It was done through Home Town Amanora mall Hadapsar Pune. In one of the bed rooms, the flooring is coming off. Surface is swollen and is making a lot of screeching noises.

    Shoping experience in big bazar is rediculous as we do shopping in other leading stores also.i made a purchase of some garments n one of d soft tags hunged to my own clothes unknowingly when I made a trial.whats d need of soft tags as no where double tags are there .n staff misbehaved with me at gate as they were of impression that I m taking some garment without billing.its case of Sriganganagar .it has never happens at other stores n malls .hang your tags properly so that they cnt come out easily .take some action as I will file a complaint under consumer court also

      I had made a future group shopping card under which i used to get 7500 but recently i lost it along with my other necessary documents n i had lodge a F.I.R against it as well so, now when i went to the store they said they will re issue me a new card but its been like 15 days they haven't issued me a card nor they have contacted me, its me who has to call again and again . now when i called them they said they wont be able to reissue as the card is not registered under the no. which i had given them but again when i called at the helpline no. To know if the card is registered with the same no. or not they checked n said yes it is registered but since the activation process was not done properly ( k.y.c documents was not sent to the head office by the staffs, my no. is not showing )
      As, i know the staffs itself had activated the card from my mobile no. by sending some sms n filling one form which they took so, just think why should i suffer if the staffs had not done their job properly n please look into this matter seriously.
      This is not for the first time i m experiencing this type of services from them

        Hello sir,
        I am ashwani mishra and live at dwarka. i went for shopping at bigbazar (mayur vihar ext) and purchased many items there and total bill was 2293. when i came at home and tally all the products' prices, found that i have been overcharged for 1 product which is "sahibaa hing 10g" product mrp was 50rs however price 60 rs have been mentioned in bill
        This is not a 1st time for me, in past one more time i was overcharged but that time i just ignored the issue. as it's happening again with me so i am raising this issue with you. this is not matter of 10rs or any amount. it is about consumer rights. i hope, i am not the single person who was duped by bigbazar. there must be a lot of people who were overcharged for their items, and many are being duped on daily basis.

          Hi. This is mahesh from bangalore. Today i visited bigbazar in mahadevapura Phoenix market city bangalore . Lady in counter no.9 is very harsh and she was explaining benifits plans to customers who is before me and she is not even willing to bill my grocerys which i have picked in trolley. I asked her wheater this the right time to explain during peak hours that to during weekends .she is not even responding to me, she looked at me with attitude and left the counter for 5 mins...other customers waiting in queue went to other counters. This lady again came and again she started explaining some thing ...she did this for more than 15 mins...i left all my groceries wroth of 6000 which i picked and came back home with empty hands...I know loosing one customer to bigbazar is not big deal...but if this happens to many customers like me will be an impact . I WANT TO AKS COUPLE OF THINSG
          1.Is this the right way to deal with customers ?
          2. what kind of customer handling trainings you will give to staff ?

            The cashier was not willing to serve while I stood in the queue. He told me to goto another counter as per him was busy with just One customer in front of me.While billing not for a single time he infirmed that I can get a Discount Voucher if the total amount is Rs 2500 whereas my total bill was Rs 2470.10.No smile, No conversations and a grumpy face. I have seems better staffs than his guy.I am attaching the bill copy for your reference. I must tell your SOP's are not followed.

                We went to shop at big bazaar mumbai central. There were a lot of issue the we faced there that needs to be looked into as soon as possible.

                1) i had got a few coupons which i asked them to redeem when i went. The told me that the products were out of stock. I do bot understand if big bazaar can not afford to keep enough stock of products why do they give such coupons.Instead of the staff apologizing there told me that if want to product that are in offer i need to go to an other big bazaar store and check if it is available.

                2) alot of the food stuff that are kept for sale on the racks (Mumbai central branch) are already expired

                3) they put up offer on racks which are misleading. I purchased a few packets of biscuits. The selling price of which was rs 30/-. The rack said that big bazaar was offering rs 15/- off on the cost price. But when i went to the check out counter the people working refused to give me the discount and started arguing.

                When spoke to floor manager about these issue but he refused to listen to me, and instead they were laughing and giggling when i was trying to explain the issues. One of the executives also told me in a loud voice that if i have an issue i should go to an reliance instead of coming to big bazaar.

                It seems like big bazaar does not care about its customers. The staff is disrespectful and manner less. They do not care about anyone.

                If big bazaar can not maintain their store them should shut them down. This incident is a disgrace to the company.

                  I have purchased the above mentioned items from Hometown Ranchi on 26.05.16 & 29.05.16 and received the said item on 07.06.2016 after paying Rs. 1300 against Transportation charges, but after lapse of one month from purchase no one has contacted me to assemble the items for use after repeated persuasion to hometown Ranchi on 23.03.16 one person contacted to assemble the items demanding the Transportation & food(lunch) cost and other cost. about this cost at the time of purchase no one has told me as they can sell the items and earn money to make the customer fool. this is the height of Misrepresentation.

                    Its been 6 monts i have purchased clothing from central store jaipur and i have lodged a complain on this forum thrice before regarding the same issue but still the arrogant and disgusted staff of future froup or central store jaipur havent bothered to get in touch with me. Its highly frustatating on part of a genuine and loyai customer of any reputed organisation. I am filing this pcomplaint once over gain in a hope to get justice asap.
                    I purchased 6 pajamas of the brand all from central store in jaipur ranging between 1300 to 1800 per piece on 17th january 2016, and provided the pajamas for alteration which i collected back on 28th february 2016. Even after paying such high prices for the product the pajamas got faded and the material started to degrade after two or three routine uses. I visited the store on 12th february itself and informed the management. That day i was informed that the concerned brand manager is out of the town for training purposes and he will be back within 3 days, so i deposited those faulty products at the store itself and asked the management to shoe it to that person as soon as he arrives. After 3 days i made a call at the central jaipur store inquiring about the availability of that concerned personnel and requested him to talk on phone since i live 12 kms away fro he store but it was disgusting o his part that he dint even bother to talk neither any response was given by the management. When i visited the store and argued that such products are available in the market at half of the prices i paid, but i purchased from central because of the guarantee of quality of product and services at central, but then i was made realized that i was a fool trusting them and they are just there to sell the products and increase their profits and turnovers and they don't care about the product quality or customer satisfaction. The concerned personnel named vineet bhandari was still unavailable to meet and he even refused to talk which a serious disrespect to any customer. I have not stolen the product, i paid the full prices and such behavior was unexpected and insulting. The management guy naming ravi straight forwardly rejected the request for replacement and showed me the bill in which it is microscopically written that they don, t have any refund or replacement policy even after charging double the market price and even after delivering roadside product qualities and customer services at some street market would be better then the services rendered at the central store jaipur.
                    I still left the product there and i asked them to to call mr. Vineet bhandari, to which they again refused and told us that if we want we can leave the product with them for another 2 to 3 days and they will inform us regarding any proceedings. Today is 19th march 2016 and its been more then a month still i have not received any response from them neither mr. Vineet bhandari have ever bothered to call me nor the store has called to collect my product back.
                    I am in a great shock with such type of attitude and when i called at the store today they insultingly told me that i may take any actions against them and they don't care.

                    At last i am left with no other hope to approach you guys for redressal of my grievance. Please take strict actions against them and help me get justice.

                        Yesterday (19-jun-216) I have visited big bazaar situated at the opulent mall, ghaziabad and shopped worh rs 2308/- and was in hurry, I have purchased 6 kiwi fruits and himalya toothpaste.
                        When I returned at home (sikandrabad far away 35-40 km from big bazaar and checked bill I found that at billing desk person did billing 12 kiwi ( purchased only 6 kiwi) and free toothpaste with himalya was not put into bag by billing person. Totally excess billing is 90+50 = 140/- done by big bazaar.

                        What should I do, if I go there the conveyance cost is 150/- approx. And wasting of time.

                          On last Saturday (18.06.2016), I went to big bazaar outlet located at 89 Forum mart, Kharvel nagar, Unit 3, Bhubaneswar-751001 and purchased few things.

                          One of the item was 23 pc easy life dinner set. The dimension of the dinner set box was 310mm*196mm*280 mm, which is not a very big item at all. It was o[censored]tmost surprising when the biller (Manoj Kumar Nayak) refused to provide carry bag for the item. When I asked him to return the item (as I did not have any separate bag to carry that item and already had 2 carry bags filled with other items), he refused to pay attention and advised me to talk to customer care. That’s why, I’m writing here.

                          I have the following points:

                          1. Why was the carry bag not provided? If they do not have carry bags, then why are they selling bigger items? What do they expect from customers, do they expect customers will have more than 2 hands to carry?

                          2. When I asked them to provide trolley to the auto stand (which was just 10m away from the outlet), to add to my misery, they refused to do it also.

                          I am deeply shocked to experience such unprofessional, unethical, customer unfriendly approach by big bazaar, that claims to be the most successful retailer of India. It is very sad to see that customer orientation has touched the lowest level now.

                          To put a curb into this and to save customers from similar experience, I request you to take appropriate action against defaulter.

                            I had purchased a dining table and a shoe rack worth rs32000 from hometown ranchi on 30th may 2016. I was assured that furniture will be delivered with 12 days from date of purchase. The products were delivered on 14th june 2016.
                            Again i was told that the furniture fittings will be done in next 48 hours. I was contacted by some person but since yesterday i have not heard from him. I called up on hometown customer care, big bazaar customer care and on the store also.. But i did not get any proper response. Please take necessary action

                                As per food bazaar home delivery challan no. 251739 dated[protected] for free home delivery of goods worth rs. 2786.65 bought (Bill no. 2-80642) from big bazaar store located in diamond plaza in jessore road, kolkata (Site code - 2518) we have not received the goods even after 48 hours have elapsed. Upon contacting the helpline they have registered a complaint (No. 7091042 dated 10/06/2016) but are unable to tell us when we are likely to get the delivery. We also called up the store (Ph. No.[protected] the person who received the call at 12:10 p. M. Said the store manager was not available and that he would investigate the matter.

                                Please ensure that we get our goods at the earliest and this promise of free home delivery should be replaced by paid home delivery if delivery can be effected faster. There is no point fooling customers who rely on the commitments of your staff.

                                    We have ordered a home town tan leatherette sofa (Two seater sofa - 2 in number) with pepper fry in nov - 2015.

                                    We got the sofa delivered in december.
                                    But within a month of delivery we started facing problem. The leather near the hand rest corner got ripped off.
                                    We have called up pepper fry customer care and they have suggested us to contact hometown.

                                    We have called up hometown and registered a complaint. It took around a month, for them to pick up and fix the issue.
                                    Again within a month we faced the same issue. This time on both sides as well as for both sofas. Raised a complaint in feb and this time it took 2 months for them to fix the issue.

                                    Again within a month now i am facing the same issue.

                                    Please find the complaint numbers below. As they create duplicates on some basis which they can't and don't explain i have just given a date range of when the complaints were raised.

                                    [protected] - raised today (8th jun 2016)

                                    Bought the sofa for 47000 rs and we feel cheated as the sofa is of cheap quality. They always talk about rectification from the past 6 months. Warranty is for 1 year and it will end in another few months. And we would be charged after warranty for repair. So apart from 47000 we need to get that sofa repaired every other month.

                                      I purchased DJ & C Trouser teared within 2 months from purchase date
                                      even though I payed amount around 1200 Rs, The quality so poor. Its didn't last for 2 months. The shop manager says we can exchange only within 15 days from purchasing. But I didn't payed for to use only 2 months.
                                      So don't sell third quality garments for premium price.
                                      I will make sure that my friends & colleuges dont purchase any products from big bazzar.

                                        The vertical wooden boards of the Almirah frame have got buckled outwards causing gaps (see pictures) resulting into falling of horizontal shelves. Even after two visits the technician was not able to rectify the fault and gave the attached report in his job card.
                                        Please send send a senior person to see the damage so that he can authorise replacement of the panels.
