As per big bazaar message (instant discount of Rs.300 on Rs.1500) then I purchased Rs. 1787 In big bazaar kalyan metro but they never give me discount Rs. 300, then I asked counter sales girl she reply me that I don't know your message I cant give discount then I approach consumer help centre desk they also not give me satisfactory answer and theretan to me that you whatever want to do i will able to handle this matter this tipe of scntencethey use me then I file complaint with you please help me.

Big bazaar sms discount message to me when I asked they not give proper answer and they also not knowing this message. its happened so many times but this time they pass limit.

Now I want Rs.300 discount and my mental charges Rs. 500 total Rs.800

    Hi,

    I was going through my Bank statements today and I found that there is a transaction which debited twice against the same amount, and then i realized that on the afternoon of 10th Dec when I made the payment of 1119/- it was first declined. then the agent changed the swipe machine and i made the payment again and this time payment was successful.

    Hi, I purchased inner wear but didn't even open the tag. Found it was damaged came immediately and asked the customer care. But they refused to change it. They r saying company policy. Not listening anything. If they pack damaged product and sell is consumer is responsible and bear the losses.

      Hi i make payment @ big bazar kothrud branch, pune. Amount is rs.603 from my sbi credit card. I complained 2 times that problem. The told me that i will get any mail or sms or call from our person but still i didn't got anything. Customer desk told me that you have to0 wait for 48 hrs but it's already 1 week done. Please take appropriate action.

        my complaint is----
        On 03.12.2016, Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi
        billing counter guy swiped my card 2 times, 2 times the transaction was failed where my acount was debited by Rs. 498 twice. I have not received the refund yet. Big Bazar guy's says that amount will automatically get reversed into your account. But nothing happened as such. Requesting Big bazaar orderly bazar, Varanasi to refund my amount balance as soon as possible.

          My family and I have gone to Big Bazaar, Chennai on 8/12/16 at 11.20 and bought a few accessories including 3 packs of bindi each worth 90 rupees. We have gone to our hometown (Trivandrum) and we were shocked to find out one of the bindi packet is not here, though it was billed!! We have opened the cover now only, and so we are sure we haven't misplaced it.

            On 10.12.2016, Big bazaar, Ambiance Mall, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, billing counter girl swiped my card 2 times and 1time my wife's card, all 3 times the transaction was failed where my and my wife's acount was debited by Rs. 4305.67(twice) & Rs. 4089.67(one time) all three times.
            I have not received the refund yet from our bank.

            They said that amount will automatically get reversed into your account.
            But nothing happened as such till date.

            Requesting Big bazar, Ambiance Mall, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi to refund my amount balance immediately.

                  Yesterday i shopped for 895.70 and 1745.76 and my Tr no. 63027 and 63026 respectively and i made a payment through paytm and mobikwik i asked the billing boy regarding the offer that if i make a shopping of above 2.5k is there any offer but the counter boy said dont have any offer thats i made a payment through mobikwk and paytm and even they have posted a poster that if you make a payment through paytm and mobkwik you will be getting a 5% and 6% cashback offer but i dint get any cash back and even i dint get any gift voucher. If the offer is expired than y the hell u didnt removed that poster? last time they have fooled my grandfather and this time they have fooled me by giving wrong information.

                    On 6th Dec, 2016I had bought 4tees, each @249 tag but after billing I noticed the price of one tee exceeding the MRP, priced at 349. Now I am going for exchange and I am sure I have to make a purchase of the remaining amount even though I have nothing to buy. This is ridiculous and attention must be paid and careful billing should be done to avoid harassment to the customer.

But I got " Transaction Failed - Cash reversed" but 2000 rs deducted from my card and got statement like "POS PRCH" mean Point of Purchase. Please revert my money back to my card.                         Big basket.You people have the worst service ever. I had ordered 16products out of which I only got half of the products.I called big basket 6 times and now I have been told my rest of the products will be delivered tomorrow. Why the hell shall I wait for my already payed products.
                        Big basket u may have to repent for troubling me. Big basket sucks.

                        Deliver my products or I will take a legal action regarding this.

                          Dear customer care team
                          Sub : cheating case from ezone - big bazar, indirapuram ghaziabad u. P. 201014
                          There is a customer cheating case for selling their product with dishonesty by ezone team (Store head mr. Abijit, sales person mr. Summit and mr. Prince, mr. Xxx cashier branch aditya mall indirapuram ghaziabad. They are planning to hide gifts offered by big bazar and which were assured to provide us at the time of purchasing.
                          Case details : i had purchased one sony led 48" tv dated on 30th nov-2016. We have purchased this under the shubh shuruaat (Future group) scheme as follows.
                          1) on buy of rs 50, 000 there is a 1 microwave 20 liter with pay of rs. 1500 only from ezone electronics section sponsored by big bazar future group.
                          2) scheme date 27 sep to 6 nov.
                          3) 10 % cash back from icici bank upto max rs. 2000.
                          Cheating case no. 1
                          As we purchased led dated on 30th sep -2016 under the scheme period dated 27 sep to 6 nov, thats why we were eligible to get the micro. But we could not get the micro because the store manager/cashier/sales person told us that is not in their stock on that date. At that time we want to pay advanced rs. 1500 too along with our total anount of rs. 59000 but they refused us to take by saying since micro is not available in their stock that’s why that can not take rs.in advance.
                          They give us one card by saying for availing this gift, i need to send sms my card no. To [protected] as specified in back of card, and then after one day we can collect the micro gift from big bazar. According to him we have sent sms dated on 31st october time at 13.04.
                          On next to next day ie 1st nov. When we got delivery of sony led then we called to ezone sales person mr. Summit/mr prince on their mobile for getting the micro, he told again the the non-availability of micro in store then we again visit to big bazar to clear the matter but they advised again the micro not in their stock. They told not to visit here, they will inform us about the availability. After their assurance we get back.
                          This is to note that before purchasing the items the sales person mr. Summit /mr prince called us to buy the led on very attractive price and for that they have called 3-4 times for buying the led around 6 pm dated 28th nov, around 8.30 pm dated on 29 nov, and 11.30 am dated on 30th nov.
                          But when we could not received any call, then lastly on 19th nov we called to sales person about our micro, then surprisingly he told sir this scheme has been closed and now you are not eligible to get this. We were shocked. Then we visit 3rd time dated 20 nov for their this cheating.
                          We argued them to get the micro, why we are not eligible to get this when we had purchased items with in scheme period. They smartly told the scheme was till 27th nov to 6 dec.
                          So here we want to argued that
                          1) why scheme was launched and item were displayed when the gift were not on stock. Why customer visit again to again to get gift. Its was harassing to the customer.

                          2) the scheme was launched for “purchasing during 27th nov to 6 dec” not “to redeemed the gift during 27th nov to 6 dec “. Why they have wrong advertisement to falsely attract the customer.

                          3) even in their gift card there was not mentioned any about the last date of redeemed the gift. When we have registered our card number with in time, after this we could not the micro then what is use of this card? Why card is given to us? Why they have not mentioned critical terms and condition about the validity of card.

                          4) in their advertisement, catalogue only 27th nov to 6 dec was mentioned. Sales person told us this is purchasing period and they have hide redeemed period of the gift. At time the sales person did not tell us about this strategy.

                          5) before purchasing sales person called us from their mobile, 3-4 times for buying the led but after purchasing why sales person did not call us to collect the gift.

                          Its is clear their intention were wrong and they want to sale the item with dishonesty.

                          In their whole strategy, the store keeper mr. Abijeet, sales person mr. Summit and mr. Prince and mr. Cashier misguide us to sell the material and their intention was not right to provide us the gift.

                          Cheating case no. 2 :
                          As per the scheme there was 10 % cash back upto max rs 2000 having icici bank card. Since i had 2 cici bank account and their cards, for that we have specifically asked from sales person mr. Prince that can we take rs 2000 cash back each by having 3 cards in my name. He assured me after their confirmation that we can take rs. 6000 cash back by shopping of rs. 60000 and swapping of rs 20000 individually.
                          Since i am having 2 icici card of different account on my name, then i was trying to get 3rd card from my friends to get 3rd card benefit which i could not get. For that again in evening, mr prince specially called us to buy led on more discounted prince and we told him we are arranging the 3 rd card to take the 3rd card benefit. He told dony worry sir, i will discount more and you can take advantage of 2 icici cards of your name. Since at that time we were in lukshmi nagar delhi market for diwali shopping then we have assured him to buy led on tomorrow.
                          Then he again called tomorrow dated on 30th oct around 11.30 am by saying today is the last date for this diwali sale and our store is going to closed 1 pm and after that we can not get the gift. Then we immediately rushed to big bazar for buying the led and take the gift benefit.
                          Around 1.15 pm the big bazar the entry become closed but by calling him (Mr. Prince) we got entry in big bazar and then we have given 2 my icici cards to the cashier and told debit 2 equally amount from my debits cards as sufficient amount is available in both. But surprisingly he debit rs. 18990 from my 1st card and remaining rs. 40000 from my 2nd card inspite of equally instruction. We have asked immediately then cashier told us dont worry sir since bill number is same then assured you will get the rs. 2000 benefit on both the cards. We become agree on the their honestly.
                          Now when we went on 2oth nov, they blamed on us they have said as so and they debit rs. 18990 from my card on my instruction. Even there was no reason to debit 18990 from my 1st card. It’s a completely cheating case ny nexus between sales person and cashier to sell their product and misguide us.
                          We request you to take immediate action against him and provide us the justice on which they have promised us.

                              Hi, im a regular customer of big bazzar for the past 24+ months located in Gold souk mall-Vytilla.on 15th november i made a purchase for Rs.475 from big bazaar(food bazar).First the person who was billing told me the transaction was declined and then he swiped the card once again sucessfully.And the next day i came to know amount 475 was debited twice from my account.i called big bazaar twice and they insisted me to wait for 48hrs as it will automatically credited to my account.but no money credited yet as of now(22/11/2016).i went to the store today(22/11/2016) and asked the concerned person to locate the issue happened.but there is no customer satisfaction for my problem.They are asking me to go in person to bank for the issue and that is not possible.i used my card in your store and as per transaction records hope you have the data.i insisted them to check for the transcation details but in vein they are not accepting it.Though i lost hope in your service i decided not to purchase any things and me and my family left the store.even i told the staff to check the records and waiver me for todays purchase but all my efforts are in vein.This is the most unacceptable thing i experienced for in the past 24months of purchasing from big bazaar.Think you will solve my problem and i[censored] cant thanks for that. i will not recommend to purchase goods from your store hereafter.you can see my purchase list for the last 24months.Below are the Details.

                                I have purchased grocery from big bazaar ajmer. I swaped my debit card for the purchase. The amount deducted from my account thrice because of the machine was not working properly and the bill was generated on the third time. The store manager told that the amount for the first two transaction will be refunded in my account with in few hours but the amount is still not credited.

                                I have purchased rs.5000/- Worth of goods on which I was offered discount coupons but when I have come to avail the facility to avail the discount coupons I have been told that only 5 coupons can be accepted at a time they have no where mentioned such cluaus and never informed me about such offering.

                                I did shopping for Rs.363.00 & paid by ICICI credit card on 20.11.16. Big Bazar has realised twice RS.363.00 on 20.11.2016 against one Bill. They swiped the card twice saying that first transaction was failed. Please cancel one debit at the earliest.

                                  I am a regular customer of ezone koramangala bangalore and purchased so many things from this store. Last time I purchased food processor and got the credit note in return for the remaining amount.

                                  I went to the store to redeem that issued credit note and came to know that credit note was expired around a weak back. They then informed me that they will take approval from head office and then this credit note can be validated and asked me to come after few days. I visited the store atleast 5 times after that and every time they they used to say that we will inform you but I never got a call from them.

                                  After around one and half month of struggle, multiple calls and several visit to the store they are now saying that your credit note can not be validated since their Head office is not approving it now. I never expected such kind of behavior and attitude towards the customer from a future group company.

                                  Request you to take this issue on priority and act upon it to get it resolved.

                                    I had ordered the kitchen from hometown during diwali and i got the delivery in much advance as per the schedule given to me. But the installation is pending for last four days. The person is not available to do the installation. There seems to be lack of coordination between dispatch and delivery and installation. The product is lying ideal into my premises since last 4 days.

                                    Who is responsible for the same.

                                    The service after full payment seems to be very pathetic

                                      I brought clothes worth Rs. 1098/- on 29th October, 2016, from Fashion Big Bazaar, Kandivali East. I returned the clothes on 30th October, 2016 for which they gave me a credit note for the same amount. I did not encash it on that day since they were on the verge of closing, and now I can't find my CN.

                                      What can I do? Please help. I have the original bill, just not the CN.
