Today on 11/04/2017 at 2:00 pm, i did the purchasing of kitchen items from big bazar, surat. On checkinf the bill, i came to know that they have billed the item more then the printed mrp. When i talked to store manager instead f accepting the mistake they tried to hide the matter and presurrising me to return the bill. Store staff have misbehaved with me on highlighting there mistake. The bill number is 0059863 tr: 69263.

    I am very sorry to say that I didn't got any response regarding my request and complaint about my coupon of RS.3000, in exchange of weight measurement coupon, neither via email nor through customer care.validaty period is suppose to end this week, but no arrangements have been done from ur side so that I can continue purchasing.By the way I am regular customer of Big Bazaar, but I am very much dissatisfied with there negligence towards their customers.hope to get ur response before 16th April.

      I need big bazaar to stop messaging me. Their DEALZ No messaging service to stop the same is not working. Moreover big bazaar send messages too frequent. I don't shop at big bazaar and wonder how you have my number. Please put an end to this... As I don't want to receive any messages from a place which I don't use.

        In big bazaar, Muzaffarpur, bihar. The vegetables and the bakery items kept for selling are always stale. The breads have fungi growing on it. And vegetables are all rotten especially the imported veggies like the bell peppers, broccoli etc. I really don't understand if you dont want to sell these products then why do you even keep it. All the local veggies are usually fresh since they might be purchased fron the local market but what about the other veggies. I especially go to big bazaar to buy these fresh vegetables sine we don't get it in thr local market but it's mostly rotten. Kindly pay attention to request. Thankyou

          I have been misguided by big bazaar staffs.on 18 th March, in exchange of old clothes I got one weight measurement coupon .I asked them how to use that coupon they told me that I can purchase uptil April in exchange.But they didn't clarified that within 26 th March I have to collect another coupon from big bazaar by showing weight measurement coupon, and as I have exchanged old clothes for the first time, the whole process is new to me.now when I went to big bazaar to buy, they told me that they can't help me.I have a 3000Rs. wt. measurement coupon which is of no use due to big bazaar staffs carelessness.

                I have credit note of Rs. 999 of big Bazaar, chinchwad branch, Pune, which has time limit of 30 days. Due to some medical immergencies in family we could not go to redeem it.

                We approached 8 days post expiry date, however they are refusing to give food items against credit note.

                Hello,
                I bought some clothes from Big Bazaar Nashik. Some clothes were small so returned to store for exchange but the big size was not available and they gave me a credit note. I returned to a store in Pune for shopping and found that the credit note is expired 6 days ago which I was not informed of at the time of purchase and I was in hurry to ready the credit note carefully.
                If the credit was a voucher provided by big Bazaar I would've accepted but how can you put a expiration date on my money.

                      I had baught a pair of spunk loafers from big bazaar in elante mall Chandigarh nearly 1 month ago.But the shoe is getting torned from sole.All joint to sole are now gettinng teared .The shoe is worth 1100 but the quality is like road side vendor shoe.Never expected this piece from spunk.I want my complaint to be lodged and return my money back or another pair of shoes.Otherwise i will have to file official complaint on consumer forum.

                        I have visited big bazar on 19.03.2017 to buy vegetables & other grocery items. On vegetables section, I have found live cockroach strolling on spinach & bottle gourd. This is way how big bazar dealing with food safety. This is path for cockroach to come in our refrigerator & spoil the Food & make us sick from food poisoning. I am attaching photos for reference.

                          Very very very slow billing at big bazaar Hinjewadi Pune.

                          Most of the time it takes 5 to mins to serve the customer who is having less than 10 items.

                            Hi Team,
                            I have bought American tourister trolley for Rs 6060 and my family is not happy with it and I would like to return the product in same condition with all tags intact. I have called Customer care and they don't have option to refund instead they provide vouchers of same worth with 30 days validity which is useless for customers. This nothing but killing the customer rights and forcing them to buy other products which will not be a likely option. Not all will have the need to buy something in a month, you should have option to refund the amount of the product is returned with in 5 days.

                              They have set no criteria for submitting old/juck items in xchange offer advertisement and now i have come to deliver my old junk they state that some old items will not be taken. They have not mentioned it in the advertisement and making a fool of general public. If they have mentioned it before i would have sorted the stuff before. Out of 20kgs they have taken only 5kg and now i have to take 15kgs back. These people are making lame excuses after bringing the stuff from 10km from my home. People are not fool to get into these thieves's trap.

                                My request now is to renew the above card as the same has already old i e more then 18 month old, and it requires your authitication to renewal, the reason is that i could not renew/purchase the material due to old age and poor health and the food bazar which was near to my house at ghatkopr -east odean cinema was closed

                                i once again request you to renew above with balance amount plus benefit of rs 2000/- as i am your old .Client .

                                  I was planning to purchase a luggage from big bazaar on coming Sunday or Saturday. But yesterday my wife called at office time that there will be a extra benefits if you purchase the same today. That time I saw that I also got the same massage. Massage was just like that ""Dear customer, Celebrate this Women's Day! Get Rs.1000 Voucher + Rs.250 Off* on spends of Rs.2000 @ Big Bazaar via HDFC Bank Cards on 8Mar'17. *T&C". I open the T&C and saw that Rs.1000 voucher consist 4 coupons having Rs.250 each and each will redeemed in next each month on spending Rs.750. Actually I want to say that there is no where mentioned that this offer only for women otherwise I can come with my wife also.
                                  But after purchasing the luggage from Matunga Road outlet (Mumbai), sales boy inform that this offer only for ladies which was supported by customer care person also.
                                  That time I request customer care person to call outlet manager so that I can arise that matter to manager. After half an hour waiting manager (named Mr. Ranson) came and ignoring me such a way that I am not a human being.

                                  This is very much insulted me and decide not to go in that outlet.

                                    As per our previous conversation you said to change the dustbin within 6 month as it seems to be not possible for me to go n change the dustbin in pune as I leave in aurangabad maharashtra so I want u to provide me some another solution for this. and also want u to take action on this as soon as possible. The product is from phoenix market city mall pune maharashtra.

                                      I have purchased two RIVOLI FABRIC sofa sets (2 seater + 1 seater), Order No. [protected], on 26th January, 2017 from
                                      Home Town, Great India Place, Sec-38, Noida. While purchasing I have been told that the sofa will be delivered in a
                                      maximum period of 30 days (i.e. by 26th Feb'17). During the period of 30 days (26th Jan'17 to 26th Feb'17) I have called
                                      up customer care 2-3 times and everytime I have been told that the sofa will be delivered ontime. However on 26th Feb'17
                                      I received a call from Hometown, Noida that due to unavailability of stock the sofa can not be delivered and it will take
                                      another 3-4 days to arrange the same. I also received an SMS saying that my order will be delivered by 3rd Mar'17. But
                                      I got nothing on 3rd Mar'17, neither my sofa nor any call from Hometown. When I visited the showroom on 4th Mar'17, I have
                                      been told that there is a delay from the source (Nagpur) and they do not know when it will be ready. It was so disappointing!!
                                      Hearing this I asked them to cancel my order and arrange for refund but the sales manager told me that it normally takes
                                      2-3 months for processing refund and the refund will be in the form of credit note which means I have buy something from
                                      Hometown again!! So I decided to wait. Now I do not know when I will receive my sofa!! I have committed a big mistake by
                                      buying sofa from Hometown. Hometown tought me big lesson, I will never buy any item from Hometown again in my lifetime nor
                                      I will recommend anyone to buy any furniture from Hometown.

                                        Hi,
                                        This is to tell you that i have bought an AC[protected] KORYO 1 T 4 STAR WINDOW AC KWR12AF4S) from EZONE, Riverside Mall, Lucknow and wanted tell you that it was my worst shopping experience. First i got late delivery (booked at 25 feb) and when i got the delivery of AC that was 2 days (1st Feb Morning) back, now they are not doing the installation of the AC. I Called customer care multiple times but they have same answer all the time. If you all cannot schedule installation then please take back your product because if you don't want to do installation then what would i expect if anything goes wrong during the warranty.
                                        So, Please Take back your product as I really don't want this A.C. just because of your service.
