We are a regular at big bazar but the quality had detoriated.Too many companies bugging u to do lucky draws.From biscuits, maggie to mc Cain products everything is broken and no response from salesperson when we give such feedback.Upkeep & maintainance is zero.A local kirana store might be able to train you better on storage and stock keeping and may be customer handling too

    3 Items purchased from HomeTown(Punjagutta Branch, Hyderabad), on 13th Aug 2015.
    We were not in urgent need of the delivery so wanted the items to be delivered at a later date.

    Only one item was delivered few months back(6 months approximately). The Manager(Mr. Naresh) has been promising the delivery for the other 2 items since then, which has not materialized so far.

      Dear concern,

      This is to highlight that i have bought a mattress from hometown marathahalli b'lore showroom worth 30k+, when i got a delivery it was a torn mattress. I immediately register a complaint with both hometown as well as kurlon, but it was not of much help. This was the worst customer service experience i had from such a good brand. It was mistake that i bought mattress from hometown.

      Finally i got a replacement mattress after 13 days of raising my concern, when i asked for compensation for such a bad service/product, someone priya responded in mail stating that we have delivered your replacement mattress & i hope you are happy with this...!!!

      Kindly help in getting proper compensation for the bad experience as well as the suffering due to same...!!!

        An extremely frustrated customer. Who says customer is god! Give me a break
        1) queen size bed plus side table ordered received after twenty days that again after repeated calls.
        2) installer informed about faulty part. Reordered - delivered after seven days.
        3) faulty part delivered again - reordered
        4) no update on part so called customer care - assured to callback in 24 hours - no call received.
        5) called again and assured to call back in half an hour - no call
        6) called again and xyz is looking into it and no confirmation yet.

        In all above episodes i called customer care all the time and made nearly 50 calls till date instead of hometown calling me. (Customer service what they call) 2 months passed and counting...

        Table not assembled yet - i am sure it will one day :)

          I visited big bazar store situated at inderlok metro station on 7th aig 2016 and purchase two trousers. Size was 32 but both were from different brands. I tried them at shop and i thought both are good for me. But when i tried at home i found that one piece was good but another was loss for me. I found that evan both size were 32 but one was one inch loss. May be because bith were from different brands. So i went to store today i.e. 11th aug 2016 and told them my problem. But Coustomer care service told me to buy some other thing with same price. I tried some other options but didn't find comfortable for me. Even tried same brand with 30 size which was also not comfortable for me. So i requested them to issue credit note so i can buy some other thing some other day. But they denied and insisted me to buy something today itself. Why? When i asked them then they told me if you are returning anything then u should take us how it is not fit for you. Why should i do that. There was no term and conditions written for returning goods to store like that. I showd them conditions written back side of bill provided to me. But again they start arguing me. So i frustrated and left my cloths at Coustomer care counter at left the store. Even this incident they didn't realized anything and not reacting. Its not about price of goods its about policy of store. When policy says that against returned goods you can buy something with same price ir we issue credit note for same so u can buy something else some other day. For this unnecessary harrasment stores like that should get penelised.

            I had been to the big bazaar in phoenix market city, Bangalore on 14th Aug 16 and due to heavy rush at the counter they billed for a product worth 1466 which i didn't even buy. I called the office and they kept me on hold forever on calling them back they jus disconnected my call... Very poor customer service and absolute Frauds!!!

              Today i was purchased some products from big bazaar at edm mall and from these, one was 5-star 4 pieces pack which dated mar-16 on outer pack but on the chocolate rapper it was oct-15 which was expired in june-16. As it still now selling the same expired product in the store. Now i am worried about how a such a big co. Can play with the health of consumers and also the store help these co. By not properly evaluating the products when lying in the mall.

                Greeting for the day!!

                I am writing this mail to put your utmost attention towards the defraud practices and poor procurement your dugri ph-1 store is following

                Just to inform that i am an regular customer of easy day and made most of my household purchasing their stores only...


                I visited the store on 02/08/2016 and the incidents that happened with me this time, put me in a situation that i would never visit there store again.

                I made few purchase that day and at the time of billing i noticed that everything charged to me at mrp, i made the billing person aware of two items after which he deducted amount of the same in bill... But this made me suspicious that if he can ignore in these two he can ignore in other items also...

                I again went to shelf to check the prices and i was amazed that the discounted prices written on shelves are just fictitious and everything is been charged to me at mrp.

                I quickly called one person of store to make him notice about it...
                He cleared told me that he hasn't made the bill, so its not his mistake...

                After that i called the shift manager pankaj to get him notice about this thing...
                He just refused the defraud practices and told me that its system fault and it happens many times in a day...

                Wow!!! Is this the reason people come in numbers to buy things from them...

                Now about procurement —
                I generally uses amul non perishable milk in my daily life, when i was purchasing that i saw the packs are stored in refrigerator against the rule that those need not be be stored in refrigerator, i asked the nearest store person is this milk ok to drink, he told me, yes this is fine as validity written on the packed is from 28th june to 27th sep, 16. So i bought few packs,

                Next day morning when i open the pack to use i was wondering to see that milk is smelling a bit and when i drink it, it taste little like curd... By mistake i drink half the glass till that time and immediately the same day in afternoon due to it i got a little vomiting also...

                After coming from office in evening i checked other packs also and they were also smelling...

                Surprised... How can these people play with people health like this...

                I urge you to take a strong action against the store or i will report the same to the local authorities...

                To evidence the billing fault happening in store i am attaching few pictures have discounted price shown in shelves and amount charged in actual bill

                And to evidence the procurement you can send your person to store to check the amul 90 days validity milk packs in refrigerators with manufacturing of 28th june...

                  Mrp is printed rs. 165 and charged rs. 174. This is not the first time for such inconvenience. Several items are being given at high cost.
                  Also, the rate of their own range of sugar "golden harvest" 2kg has been given printed rate as rs. 87. We purchased total 3 such packs. The total actual rate should be rs. 261. However, the rate on the bill has been printed rs. 273. This is infact on their own range of products. Several such incorrect additions have been made. Please resolve these problems as soon as possible.

                      I had purchased 3 items: 3 seated sofa, 2 seater sofa and a center table on 17 july from phoenix mall home town shop pine. Bearing receipt number [protected]/84/88.
                      All three products are sub standard and please see the uploaded video two seater makes irritating noice when you place just your hand on rest.

                      Three seated bottom support assembled with 1 inch gap.

                      Center table granite had scratches and many holes in it. Reply was it's common thing in granite tables.

                      Surprisingly visited so called technician reply was not satisfactory just eyewash.

                      I thought to buy from branded shop is totally wrong. I now understand that once sold these guys will just play with you by sending few foolish technician and finally no concrete solution to the problem.

                      I am now seriously frustrated and would be thinking to take legal action.

                        I had ordered russell hobbs rgs160m garment steamer through their online store ezoneonline.In at a discounted price during some sales promotion.

                        They have refused to deliver the product saying its out of stock. They are saying they have a different product which is much more expensive than the one i ordered and want me to pay up for that product.

                          We bought 2 modular kitchen for our two villa from hometown marathalli outer ring road. We booked as per our strong requirement that kitchen should be in marine ply. Before selecting the kitchen we cross checked multiple times and staff told that both kitchen in ply. We booked it but during assembly we came to know that one kitchen is in partical board. Ww immidiatly spoke to incharge mr. Ajith. We couldn't cancel it as we had to shift house just 1 month later. Hometown in charge mr ajith promised us the refund from hometown which still not received.. Door were damaged and they told it will be replaced.. Still pending... Another kitchen still not completed.. Very unprofessional attitude. No respond of mails.,. No response afte calls... Bad cr... They spoiled our happiness and excitement to enjoy the best of our life.. Our home..

                            I ordered sofa set along with Pouffe through pefferfry and the order ID is[protected] and it got delivered last Saturday. It was hometown whom this order was placed and it was 70% delivered last week. We ordered for 3 seater, 2 seater and a Pouffe in the order and only 3 seater and Pouffe was delivered. The pouffe was damaged when delivered itself. The assembler taken photo of the damaged pouffe. Please get it replaced with a new one.

                              previously I got cheated with those frauds.I lost 58000 INR from job scam.
                              Those frauds gave me a call again to return my money with card to card tranfer...I got hesitated with those calls...
                              they again asked to confirm my card number: I confirmed my card number..
                              I got a message like that to pay rs 2000.00 to www.futurebazaaar.com from my card..., again with 1000 rs...message.
                              use OTP. time god thats SBI card I got OTP otherwise I may loss my money again...
                              that frauds are working in that company.they are behalf of the futurebazaar employees.

                                I visited the tonk road, jaipur outlet of big bazaar on 21st july 2016 at 8:00 pm. i had made a purchase from the women apparels section. during purchase, the store had displayed a 30% discount on selected merchandise. it was also confirmed by the in-store attendants that the product was under discount. however the billed amount did not show the discounted price. when i enquired the billing official replied rudely and said that the discount stickers are stuck anywhere and do not indicate the product being on discount. i asked to speak to the store manager of the women apparels section. he was extremely rude and unethical. he took me to the location of the product and spoke some rather disrespectful words out loud. moreover when i showed him the sticker of the discount he took the product and after a while said that the product was not showing a 30% discount on the system. on the basis of his extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour i cancelled the bill. i have filled in this complaint to inform future group of the behaviour of the staff and i wish to see what steps shall be taken. i await a satisfactory response or i shall be compelled to raise this issue further.

                                  I have asked bigbazaar to issue me duplicate bill of 2013 but they said they cannot help to get my ac warrant from voltas i don't understand why they can create bill to help us as service bill ink was erased totally

                                    I went to a big bazaar outlet near my house with my father to purchase an item. after having bought the item, we were asked to go to the customer service desk as we wanted to get out purchase gift wrapped. the csd was disorganized and we had to move from one desk to another to get our query answered.in the commotion the bill somehow dropped from my hand and could not be found. i immediately went to the csd and as my purchase was punched in my payback card i got a duplicate bill from the csd. while getting out of the shop, the same employee who billed us at the sales desk disrespectfully snatched the duplicate bill from my father's hand and went towards the customer service desk. there he accused us of stealing the particular item in spite of the fact that he was the one who sold us the product a few minutes earlier. he spoke disrespectfully with my father and none of the senior management staff came forward to stop him let alone support us. luckily i spotted my bill lying near a counter and picked it up. but still the management was indifferent to the entire issue. i want strict action to be taken against the employee and i want a feedback for my complaint asap. i am providing the details of the store and purchase:

                                      I had lodged a complaint to fix up my broken central table which was out of warranty. I was told that I will not have to pay any charges until any extra part of replacement required for this work and also, at the same time the polishing will be free for lifetime.

                                      The guy who came to fix this up charged me Rs 500 and when I called up the customer care they said that I had to pay this amount but they were not able to tell me that did they come to this amount. Also, now they are saying that I'll have to pay for polishing job as well.

                                      There is alot of miscommunication internally in Hometown people and they are asking for random charges.

                                      Please get this fixed and my money returned asap.

                                        Excess amount charged R's 14.37 against cash memo no 0277648 dated 07/07/2016
                                        I have purchased 18 items of worth 1760/- on 07/07/2016 vide cash memo no 0277648 at till no-7 check 312313 Mr Nand Kishore Kumar at 21.20.
                                        Excess charged amount from
                                        Sugar Ls 2.060 kg @41/ but charged R's.86.52 instead of Ts.84.46
                                        China red 1.210 kg @82/ but charged R's 112.53 instead of R's 99.22/
                                        Hence BC a sum of R's.14.37 has been excess charged by from me.
