We bought a Koryo Split AC for home in January 2014 from eZone in Marathahalli Bangalore. The AC was working fine. In February/March 2016, Koryo sent us an SMS saying that they would like to send some service engineer for free service. We were happy with the kind of customer support they offered. I bought a tie for rs 229 from BigBazar Wazirpur delhi. I paid through master card. Money deducted from the card but transaction got failed. Lady on the counter told me that it will come within 24hrs but its been more than 60 hours and I did not receive my money yet. I dont really know that who is responsible for that Kotak Mahindra Bank or BigBazar. All I know is I want my money back at any cost....

I brought a koryo make iron from Ezone. Model NO. KDI12PX of 1000w. This is very poor performance. I went back to store as it is not good. Performance is very bad. I asked for replace with some other product of future retail not the same product as it is kot solving the purpose . But they didn't agree. I have never applied for any Big Bazaar Profitable Club Card and neither I have paid for it. However, a card has been issued by Big Bazaar on 15 December 2016 in my name to someone else. I am consistently getting emails and msgs for purchases which I have not made. Today I visited big bazar Jalandhar around 5:30 pm and at the fruits section I requested for chopped pineapple but no one in the section agreed to chop pineapple and guy at the section told me that pineapples are chopped by his third person named vishal who is eating and will take around 45 to finish his meal. Yesterday (5 feb2017) I had buy a dust bin from hometown which is in phoenix mall pune is defected. Problem is with the upper part of the dustbin. The dustbin is not able to open when I use the paddle. Its your responsibility to check the product before selling it to customers or atleast inform the customer to check the products. N I want it to be replace as soon as possible.

There is one fashion at Big bazar store on bannerghatta road Bangalore. The staff is so rude and so confused specially the billing counter person. All computer shows different prices of the product and discount price. One computer was showing jeans price 1299 and other was showing price 999. Also all the information provided by the staff is wrong when confirmed from billing counter. They are incapable to resolve the problem....

I brought a aquasure(eureka forbes) filter on August 5th, the warrenty hadn't even expired but they wouldn't even listen to my complain on phone. In fact they had the audacity to cutoff my phone call. Hi, we along with many who bought merchandise from brand factory were promised a Cashback of 400 on the purchase of 2000 rupees and payment being made by Mobikwik app. That Cashback didn't happened, they gave me 3 dates when I called them thrice . I bought King size bed from home town and all i could say is - Worse furniture ever. The bed started to make noises from the 2nd week. Home town keep on sending someone to fix it but the fix is always temporary (Read 7 days). All i can advice for others who are planning to buy furniture from Home Town - guys DON'T. Spend 5grands extra but buy it from Home Centre or FAB India but not Future Group.
