The feedback is about wrong billing in big bazaar (Jp nagar 2nd phase). One item was charged above mrp and other item was double charged failing to apply discount on it. On reaching the counter, they tried to convince us saying the discount was on another product. But finally, after the confirmation they had to payback the extra amount charged. This is just a complaint about the billing process that a company like big bazaar is following and on showing we had to wait for several minutes and had to face lots of question. This is not a service which is expected from a brand like big bazaar. I also have the bill with the extra charged items on products mrp. Please let me know if i need to attach that also in case.

    My two complaints on the subject are already registered with Home Town. After more than a month of my initial complaint to Home Town Pune, finally the vendor who installed Egger Wooden Flooring visited my place.He has seen the badly damaged skirting material and is now demanding Rs1000/- for repair. The fact is that I have not yet shifted to my new flat. If the skirting can get damaged by just movement of a fer persons with in a month of installation, then how would it survive the guaranteed period of the floor.
    Second fact is that I got the same Egger Flooring installed in my existing flat about three years back and have found no problems with that. Because, this time, the vendor is incompetent and probably cheat who has used third rate duplicate material.
    Home Town rather than siding with cheats, should address the customers' grievances. Some expert must visit my flat and see for himself the problem.

      We purchased Golden Harvest Atta (2 Packs of 5 KG) on 1st May 2016. One day when my wife took out some atta to prepare the dough she found some movement over there, We put the atta in a strainer to find it out what is there. We were surprised to see white worms were present in the Atta. Its really disgusting to see these kind of negligence for big brands.

      I checked the expiry date of the atta and found that its just 2 months old. I have big bazaar bill, atta with packet if you guys need it to track it out.

        I've booked a solid wood sideboard and made payment of 40, 204.50 (Around forty thousand) against invoice 92687389 on 1-may-2016 @ panjagutta hometown. A damaged product was delivered and is not replaced yet. Response to customers is very poor. I still don't have a tentative date for replacement from hometown even after raising a complaint.
        Employees are very rude. A female executive called me from number [protected] @ 8:13pm on 21st may and said she will close the unresolved complaint which i raised, for which i did not agree. She is threatening me that product replacement would be much delayed if i do not agree for closure of ticket. I don't understand why are they doing goonda giri? I'm just asking for the product which i paid for.
        Why is hometown harassing the potential buyers?

            I have purchased wardrobe from hometown via flipkart whose order id is od[protected].

            The person who came for fitting is not well trained and he did very bad fitting, when i asked him for fitting mistakes then he did few more holes and did fitting again, but not able to do proper fitting at all.
            Door locks are also not working properly and when i asked him then he put one more plate behind locks and try hard to do proper locking, but he is unable to make proper fitting. Doors can not be closed properly as magnet is not given for doors.

            Also this wardrobe has very bad quality of wooden and even it will surely broken if someone will push it or open it with little effort.

            I don't like this bogus product, so i applied for return on 14th january.

            I got many calls from flipkart and hometown, but they are not giving any proper answers.
            Each and every time flipkart is giving me new and new deadlines on every calls and emails.

            I am waiting since last 125 days for any positive response, but each time they left me with a same copy-pasted pre-defined email that they will resolve my problem within certain date and on that date they are giving me new deadline date.

            I didn't expect such bogus service from well-known company like flipkart.
            Please give me suggestion that what should i do to get proper answer from flipkart.

            One fraud person got my details from this post and contacted me saying that he is from flipkart.
            His mobile number is [protected]. He is asking id & password of my flipkart account, gmail account and bank account. He also generated flipkart verification code somehow and asked me to send that code which i got in message. I had given him wrong information just to check that how is doing frauds.

            Flipkart should also be aware about such hackers.

            Anyways let me come to my original point that deadline of 3rd march was passed and flipkart gave me new deadline of 5th march and then got another email saying new deadline of 6th march.

            I got too much harassed and frustrated by getting only new and new deadlines from flipkart.
            I don't know why they want to call me again and again & asking same and same repeated information on call.
            Already 50 days gone and i don’t believe that flipkart is still struggling for such simple request.

            Should i do any official complaint to get proper answer from flipkart?

            I would like to inform you that your technician was unable to resolve anything.

            Today HomeTown fitter had solved some of the alignment related issues, however they are unable to solve all alignment related issues and still I am not satisfied with bad fitting and bogus quality of this wardrobe.

            If you want to close my ticket, then you can.
            I will not close my complaints until my return request will be resolved.

              I had purchased food item from food court from the Bigbazar, Salt Lake, Kolkata Branch dated on 06/05/16. the price of Dahibara - Rs. 46/- and Papri Chat of Rs. 40/- was mentioned in the display board of the food court area.When I got the bill the price of dahibara was same as mentioned in chart but Papri chat was priced rs. 52/- instead of 40/- rupees.I asked their billing person for the reason of mismatching the price they told me this item is excluded vat where as there is nowhere mentioned in invoice and display board regarding which food item is non taxable and taxable. Then I asked customer care desk is there food item is taxable or not???He answered me they do not charged vat in food.When I asked him to give the proper justification of the invoice where they charged vat in same category food item there is no mention tax part in the invoice. They practically cheated customers and make their invalid profit . Bigbazar the renowned brand is doing such fraud with their valuable customer, is really shameful.I am attaching the invoice for reference. We do not have any idea which product is included tax and which is not. We always do not check bill thoroughly every time and unseen this fraud things which is happening every time with so many people. Request you to take necessary action against my complaints.

                I recently bought a bagrry's white oats 800 GM pkt which said " green tea worth RS. 75 free" from big bazar, pink square, raja park Jaipur. The thing is previously when I bought this pack I got free bagrry's green tea which was available with the pack.
                This time when I bought the exact same pack the staff said green tea will be available at the billing counter, where they said that "Lipton tea is free with it" which was worth RS. 20.

                I do not understand what's the need for such deliberate switching...for meagre profits...

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have been going to different groceries stores and this time I visited big bazaar at Mayur Vihar Extension, Metro Station Phase-1 ( under metro station), New Delhi 110091 today and I have bought different items today At the store I started my purchase through buying grains and pulses moving ahead to different counters selling different products. However walking in your big bazaar store is itself a pain since the big bazaar employees are totally insane and absolutely non-knowledgable of the information but I never thought that whatever was about to happen will shook me from inside. I went to pulses counter and enquired about the offers that were running since the stickers and offer labels were hanging upside down with no proper information being displayed. I noticed a very strange thing none of the big bazaar official was aware of the scheme and actually ignored my questions. Also I kept shouting to please make available someone to guide me about the offers but no one turned up. I thought this might be the practice been followed at big bazaar store of humiliating the customer but then i moved on. And then i bought some stuff according to my wisdom without knowing the offers and filled the basket. I reached the jiuce and cold drink counter located at the end of the store ear billing and started looking out for the big bazaar official who could teach me the ongoing and current offers at big bazaar. i stopped a boy going towards the billing counter and asked him who can let me know the offers on juices and cold drinks. he said "apne app dekh lijiye yahan koi nahi hota hain". I was surprised to hear this. Seeing this I took out my cell and dialled your landline number even though I was in the same store and I was feeling pathetic. However there was a gentleman at the CSD who picked up the call. I requested him to help me with the needful to which he said that "sahab waise hi yahan ka mic kharab hain toh main kuch announce toh karunga nahi aur aap offers pooch rahe ho, biyani sahab salary toh time par dete nahi hain aur aap offer ki baat kar rahe ho" and then he laughed at me. I was stunned to hear this however I said I am not interested what mr. Kishor Biyani is doing to you but I need your manager number to inform all this and to know the offers. To which he said "counter par aa jao aap koi VIP ho jo main aapko unka number dun". Listening to this I went to the counter and asked him to connect me to the manager where he connected me to Mr Anand Mehra on Mobile number [protected]. When I called him and explained him the matter he over angered on me and shouted on me and cursed me that for this small thing why did I call him. He also said that what do you think you are for 1 customer like you will I make one official stand on the juice corner to aware the customers for offers. I said that he should do this since most of the customers there when I interacted with them were unaware about the offers and were leaving the place without buying anything. To which he said "VIP ho kya jo main wahan par koi aadmi khada karunga jo offer bataiega. Waise bhi main bahar hun aur jahan complaint karni hai kardo dekhta hun kaun kiska kya bigarta hain" moreover he kept on shouting on me and abused me over phone and then he disconnected the call.

                  I was shocked to listen to these words of Mr Anand Mehra who was the manager for that place. i asked the admin person there whose name was Mr. Pappunya Yogi to provide me the details of the senior of Mr Anand Mehra to which he replied "Mr. Amit Nandwana" when I asked him to provide me with the mobile number he refrained from providing the same and abused me to leave from the place. I felt very bad and harassed witnessing all this. He said "mujhe apni job khatre mein daalni hain kya jo main Amit Nandwana ka number dun tumko aur waise bhi woh bahar gaye hue hain" . he did not even speak to me politely and insulted me.

                  This all matter was informed to Mr. Amit Nandwana who was totally helpless and couldnt do anything.

                  Seeing all this I finally realised that Big Bazaar is a place where the customer not only gets looted but also humiliated and insulted by the big bazaar officials. I hate Big Bazaar.

                  When I came home after such a struggling journey and sat after drinking some water and was checking the products I found 2 products which were - Glucon D Nimbu Paani 1 KG and Scotch brite Scrubber a sum total of Rs 370 missing in the products. I can just tell how fraud Big Bazaar is doing by making Rs 370 on every customer. And everyday so many customers come and make a purchase. This will attract consumer court action. Moreover I also highlighted this to the manager but they had no answer to this and were standing with there face down. When I highlighted how rudely I was talked he denied me to take it and also spoke to me rudely. Is this what you teach your staff?? SHAME ON YOU - BIG BAZAAR - I WILL FINE YOU AND WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT People visit such big stores keeping in mind that the saving part that some money might be saved if they do shopping at such big stores. They have overcharged me and also doing this with all the other customers. All in all I say my total purchase got wasted. .

                  Now, I wish to get the entire total bill money back and also want to file them with harassment charges. How many customers might do this? go home and calculate what is being charged. Imagine the amount of fraud which they are doing with customers every day.

                  I want to drag these people at court and want my money back. Also I wish to file harassment charges and fine them.

                  I WANT COMPENSATION AND ALSO THE COMPLETE MONEY which is Rs 2950.29/- ALSO PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO DRAG YOU PEOPLE TO CONSUMER COURT.


                  PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST. YOU ARE NOT BIG Bazaar - You Are Big Cheaters

                  I am very disappointed by this act of Big Bazaar. Moreover it has broken all my trust which I have build over a period of years.

                  I think there are better ways to do a fraud rather than looting the customers.

                  The striking issue was to speak me so rudely and badly and also non keeping of the products That means the customer comes to you to buy product so that he can save something but you have ashamed him and also non delivered the product. This clearly shows that your store is meant to fool the customer and loot him. There is no knowledge to the staff about the schemes and behaviour to talk to the customer.

                  This is no way to talk to customer. I am damn sad with this behaviour and will make sure will never ever shop from your outlet. He said me to get lost and insulted me. Is this way you handle customers???

                  Shame on you Big Bazaar... I was insulted by your executive over phone.

                  God will never forgive you and you will soon loose all your business... that is a curse I am giving you... This person Mr. Anand Mehra is not fit for your company... he does not have even manners to talk to customer. He abused me and put the phone down.

                  I want to drag these people at court and want my money back. Also I wish to file harassment charges and fine them.

                    I had purchased a philips bt5200 trimmer (Receipt no. 0019206) on 23rd april 2016 from the ezone (Future group) noida store in tgip mall, sec 38, noida. I was not happy with the product quality and hence went to return to the store on april 29, 2016. But i was told by the stores manager that they do not have a return policy for this product. I want to know how is this possible that a customer is not allowed to return a product he is not satisfied with.
                    I logged a complaint with future group vide reference id 3472. Someone from their noida store called me and told me that they will not be able to take the product back and i can do whatever i want. Thereafter future group they closed the complaint without taking my concurrence or giving me in writing that they cannot take back the product.

                    The future group employee was highly insensitive and extremely rude on the phone. I tried to log another complaint with future group again but now they are not even logging complaints nor responding to emails.

                      On 30/04/2016, i've purchased one lee cooper men's shirt showing 50% discount from serampore big bazaar (Hooghly, west bengal), but it charged rs. 1399 i.E. Full mrp instead of rs. 700 (After 50% discount). Bill no. Is 0002266, tr: 75474, ch: 185562. On that day, i've joined as a profit club member as i am a regular customer of big bazaar. Card no. Is [protected].

                      On 01.03.16 i have purchased one 1 litre pouch of f & p ghee from chennai big bazaar near pondy bazaar outlet. It was displayed that the price was rs. 358 though mrp was rs. 425. That is rs. 67 discount. But in bill it was charged rs. 425. I had told in counter about that and they told me to go to customer care sectio n. There they told that offer was gone. This is simply not expected from you as you have so much reputation. I was a regular customer of you but after this incident i have to think whether to go or not.

                      As it is happening in regular interval, so, i've to think whether to continue my profit club membership or not. If both amount i.E. Rs. 700 and rs. 67 are refunded then i'll think to continue my membership otherwise i've to surrender my profit club membership by compulsion.

                          It happened with your porvorim, goa outlet. Mrp on item packets and amount on system generated bill differ. Latter is higher in some items. For example, arial detergent packet 1 kg mrp is rs. 185.00 where as it bills you for rs. 192.00.
                          Moreover, as per offer rate sticker on racks, fortune sunflower oil 1 kg is offered at rs.92.00, where as billing amount is rs.93.00.
                          It may be the same for many other items. This is cheating.

                              My family members went to the mall z square, kanpur on 10.03.16. I told them to buy dove shampoo for me, they buy it for me with bill no. Tr 91054 they told me that there were some offer on the shampoo so they buy 2 dove shampoo for me. But they showed me the bill and i found that big bazaar has not deducted the offer and they charged on mrp. I contact him and mostly they said that they have already forward the my message to their ho, and they are waiting for the reply.

                              Now again my family went to the same big bazaar on dt. 21.04.16 and bought some clothes and found that they have charged more then the mrp then the actual mrp. Mrp mention on the product is rs.279/- and they have charged rs.299/-.

                              I thought that, there were so many peoples who don't check their bill because of the trust on big organization. Big bazaar is cheating on large scale with their customers. I am in depression after this and they are doing my mentally harrishment. Please help me. After 25 days i came to know that they close my complaint without any solution.

                              Now again i opened my old complaint and made new complaint also on their customer care.

                              Now i am planning to go to the consumer court if i dont get any compansation with them with in a week.

                                  I lodged my complaint on 17th march 2016 on this forum against the future group against which i received a post from the future group asking me to to forward them with the issue on 19th march 2016. i started hoping that finally my complaint will be resolved so i forwarded my complaint to the said e mail id on which i was asked to do so on 20th march 2016. i was waiting for the response and continuously writing back to the future group at "[protected]@futuregroup.in" reminding them to resolve my complaints.but it seems that the entire future group is filled with people who are there just to make fool of their customers and humiliate them. i am finally lodging another complaint against them as it is a way too much disgusting to wait for one and a half months just for reply.
                                  I purchased 6 pajamas of the brand ALL from central store in Jaipur ranging between 1300 to 1800 per piece on 17th January 2016, and provided the pajamas for alteration which i collected back on 28th February 2016. even after paying such high prices for the product the pajamas got faded and the material started to degrade after two or three routine uses. i visited the store on 12th February itself and informed the management. that day i was informed that the concerned brand manager is out of the town for training purposes and he will be back within 3 days, so i deposited those faulty products at the store itself and asked the management to shoe it to that person as soon as he arrives. after 3 days i made a call at the central Jaipur store inquiring about the availability of that concerned personnel and requested him to talk on phone since i live 12 kms away fro he store but it was disgusting o his part that he dint even bother to talk neither any response was given by the management. when i visited the store and argued that such products are available in the market at half of the prices i paid, but i purchased from central because of the guarantee of quality of product and services at central, but then i was made realized that i was a fool trusting them and they are just there to sell the products and increase their profits and turnovers and they don't care about the product quality or customer satisfaction. the concerned personnel named VINEET BHANDARI was still unavailable to meet and he even refused to talk which a serious disrespect to any customer. i have not stolen the product, i paid the full prices and such behavior was unexpected and insulting. the management guy naming RAVI straight forwardly rejected the request for replacement and showed me the bill in which it is microscopically written that they don, t have any refund or replacement policy even after charging double the market price and even after delivering roadside product qualities and customer services at some street market would be better then the services rendered at the central store Jaipur.
                                  i still left the product there and i asked them to to call MR. VINEET BHANDARI, to which they again refused and told us that if we want we can leave the product with them for another 2 to 3 days and they will inform us regarding any proceedings. today is 19th march 2016 and its been more then a month still i have not received any response from them neither Mr .VINEET BHANDARI have ever bothered to call me nor the store has called to collect my product back.
                                  i am in a great shock with such type of attitude and when i called at the store today they insultingly told me that i may take any actions against them and they don't care.

                                  At last i am left with no other hope to approach you guys for redressal of my grievance. please take strict actions against them and help me get justice.

                                    I have purchased f&p honey natural 1k (1 kg pack) from big bazaar (Future retail ltd.) at city centre, haldia on 28.04.2016.
                                    The packaging date of the product is 11.10.2014 and expiry date is 18 months from the date of packaging. So the product is expired on 11.04.2016.
                                    So they sell the product at low price to me which was expired. It is a fraud case. If i consume the product, me and my family may face medical emergency.

                                      We have bought queen size bed at hometown punjagutta location 3 years back. As we moved to other location, we requested for dismantling the same. It is done and we have placed a request on 23rd april again for assembling this. No one got back to us after following up for more than 5 times every day. The staff will never lift the phone if we call for the status. This is frustrating now and i need immediate resolution on this.

                                        I have purchased clothes of Amount 1898/- on 24/04/2016, I want to exchange a trouser of Rs 899 and buy a trouser of Rs 999. But there is no availability of Rs 999 Pants of my waist size.

                                        Question :

                                        1) The problem is Big bazaar want to give credit note to purchase any other item, but I want to buy another trouser of Rs 999, which is not available in the present big bazaar.

                                        NOTE: But the same pant is available in another branch Big bazaar(Same City), can I use credit note (given in X branch) in another branch (in Y branch), where my choice of pant is available ?


                                        2) Is there any other option to get the refund of Rs 899 ? Most of the countries I lived refund back to customer satisfaction.
