I purchased a sofa from hometown Marathahalli Bangalore in August 2015. Within 6 months of which the sofa started ripping off from stitches though sparingly used. I want an alternative sofa or a cash back for the item. The quality of the item is so bad that, I am pretty sure that it will again rip off within 6 months once repaired. Regarding the ongoing exchange offer in Big Bazaar. I went to exchange old goods and in return they handed me the coupons.
On the top of coupon it says 25% discount. I think Big Bazaar is fooling customers as where does "discount" come into picture.
I think this is not any discount because I am paying the actual price of any product(with 75% of cash+25% as this coupon) and the value of coupon is the value...

I've called up Big Bazar- Maxus, numerous times but first no one picks up the phone and even if anyone picks up and takes the number, they don't take any action.
