I have parked my car at kharagpur big bazaar car
Parking zone on 25.03.2016 and also paid parking fees around 7 PM but when I leave the mall I have seen my car's front bumper have scratched by other car. I asked the security and shown him the mess but he ignored it and tell me leave the matter.if this is the standerd of security level so pls don't asking any parking fees.
And I claim a compensation from bigbazar.

    I asked for fag cigarette .. the person who was standing there at counter said yes and than there was a long line I stand there for and hour for cigarette. .. before that I thought why to buy only cigarette let me buy t shirt as well. Than I picked up t shirt and ask that person for cigarette than he said yes sir we can give you I stand on a line for half and hour just for cigarette and finally my turn came I said give me 6 packet of cigarettes and that same guy told me we don't have key and he asked his manager he said no tell him we don't have. So is this the way u treat your costumer. I just want to warn you guys don't loose your costumer like this before me a lady was standing she was was absolutely annoyed .. This happened at bangalore lido mall big bazaar on 25th March I stand there on line from 7:15 pm to 7:49 pm. We our family are your frequently costumer because of this I will never step on big bazaar nether my family .I will never recommend people's will give bad feedback. Can u imagine after working for 10 hours just went to buy cigarette because I was carrying credit card and than I have to stand on line for 30 minutes and says no we don't have.

      I am purchasing from bib Bazaar, Growel mall for my office requirement including Bluck purchas atthe time of Dewali & Holi for gifting to may staff & Customer
      Now Exchange offer is going on today I visited big bazaar to purchase colour & sweet, but they denied to sell more then 5 number of any item. why?

      at the time of exchange coupan, big bazaar if offering very good rate but now allowing to purchase, some customer are geting exchange coupan of Rs 4-5 thousand when they will use.

      I want to know why they have denied to sell?

        I went for a routine shopping to big bazaar situated in V3S mall east delhi, i faced some issue during billing which made me check my bill in detail at my home, during cross checking my bill i found they charged me over and above MRP of a product. i thing its a big issue legally, moreover no one checks bills when we shop from such a huge brand on the basis of trust . i have no idea how many times it would have happened with me or someone else .
        how many other people would have been charged over and above MRP that day also . i had complained via online channel also but no one seems interested on such a huge issue . i know i have to go further now. pic is attached for reference .

          I want to bring your attention with regards to a bad experience we had faced today (19/03) at Big bazaar, Phoenix Market City, Bangalore.

          I had gone today for shopping along with my family and Sister. To make things faster, I had stood on one counter and our sister was billing in a different counter. The issue was faced by my sister. Due to billing complexity due to exchange offer, the counter staff had asked to bill food items on one bill and generic items on different bill. Initial bill was for 229/- and she had paid the amount of 500/-, the balance was not paid back and told to adjust on next bill and after making the second bill for around 700+, During this time another person came in and started talking to her as well as to the sale staff (Pavithara) and my sister had paid 500/- again. After a minute of collecting the amount, the sales staff (Pavithara) had told the amount is not paid. After a bit of argument and lot of, they told will verify the balance on the counter and told us that we didn’t pay the amount. Finally we escalated to the customer care staff there and after lot of request, very reluctantly they agreed to check the CC TV Footage. The CC TV footage was clearly showing that my sister was handing over the money two times to the sales counter staff. But the counter staff started arguing that, money was paid only once for the 500/- and second time my sister had handed over the bill and not the amount. But the fact is that, even on first time the bill was not handed over to my sister. Customer car executive there was also not at all willing to listen to us and started convincing us the theory told by the counter staff that second time bill was handed over not money. Finally we had cancelled the billing done today on that counter as we lost the trust.

          I am a Big bazaar customer in Bangalore for more than 10 years and I feel cheated by your staff. It is not matter of 500/- Rs but the trust that is breached. Request higher management to take appropriate action by checking the CCTV Footage of same.

            I purchased 6 pajamas of the brand ALL from central store in Jaipur ranging between 1300 to 1800 per piece on 17th January 2016, and provided the pajamas for alteration which i collected back on 28th February 2016. even after paying such high prices for the product the pajamas got faded and the material started to degrade after two or three routine uses. i visited the store on 12th February itself and informed the management. that day i was informed that the concerned brand manager is out of the town for training purposes and he will be back within 3 days, so i deposited those faulty products at the store itself and asked the management to shoe it to that person as soon as he arrives. after 3 days i made a call at the central Jaipur store inquiring about the availability of that concerned personnel and requested him to talk on phone since i live 12 kms away fro he store but it was disgusting o his part that he dint even bother to talk neither any response was given by the management. when i visited the store and argued that such products are available in the market at half of the prices i paid, but i purchased from central because of the guarantee of quality of product and services at central, but then i was made realized that i was a fool trusting them and they are just there to sell the products and increase their profits and turnovers and they don't care about the product quality or customer satisfaction. the concerned personnel named VINEET BHANDARI was still unavailable to meet and he even refused to talk which a serious disrespect to any customer. i have not stolen the product, i paid the full prices and such behavior was unexpected and insulting. the management guy naming RAVI straight forwardly rejected the request for replacement and showed me the bill in which it is microscopically written that they don, t have any refund or replacement policy even after charging double the market price and even after delivering roadside product qualities and customer services at some street market would be better then the services rendered at the central store Jaipur.
            i still left the product there and i asked them to to call MR. VINEET BHANDARI, to which they again refused and told us that if we want we can leave the product with them for another 2 to 3 days and they will inform us regarding any proceedings. today is 19th march 2016 and its been more then a month still i have not received any response from them neither Mr .VINEET BHANDARI have ever bothered to call me nor the store has called to collect my product back.
            i am in a great shock with such type of attitude and when i called at the store today they insultingly told me that i may take any actions against them and they don't care.

            At last i am left with no other hope to approach you guys for redressal of my grievance. please take strict actions against them and help me get justice.

            its been more then a month that i ave already written to future group regarding my problem as they asked me to do so. i haven't received a single response from their side till now. its disturbing since i am in need of those pyjamas. you definitely have no intention to resolve my query but at least have the decency to accept it. my pyjamas are still deposited with central store jaipur. do some shame and atleast inform me that will you be resolving the issue or i shall collect the pyjamas from the store which i deposited 3 months back.

                Festive card offer stating 7000INR above shopping can book a laopala dinner set of 32 pieces at only 600INR.WE shopped for more than 20, 000INR and booked for 3 dinner sets for which we have to PAY 1800INR.But whenever we enquired nothing was mentioned clearly and till January we have enquired then they at once stated that we have given to those who booked. We registered our nb. and address as well before hand but no communication was made from their end. The official names are Rahul- customer care executive, Amit and Abhijeet, Managers. This is kind of fraud and taking away our trust from the offers from big bazaar, galaxy mall, asansol. Proof of festive cards attached here. Kindly take necessary action or refund us the time and cost we spend during continuous monitoring.

                  I've been shopping at Bigbazaar outlet in Bhadrappa Layout, (near Hebbal), Bangalore and Rajajinagar and even in Malleshwaram, Bangalore and I did not find any issues until, from past few months, after purchasing everything (which we needed) and after the billing/payment is complete, the billing staff will remove the necessary security attachment from the items or products which we are taking home. So, once the packing is complete with tags attached to the package and once we receive the bill. We try to go out from Bigbazaar, Hebbal from the exit. But the detector their always beeps and find something unsual. When actually there is no unusual in it. It's completely a mistake of the bill staff. So, we are held up like as we have convicted for something by the pathetic security guards. They cut open the tags from the package even after showing them the bills. As this has happened twice to me once and next time it happened when I was with my family. This is really great insult to caused to me. When ask the security, they really argue with us and they even do not give respect to a customer and what ever items security guard have removed from the package. They would not care to put back and don't handle things quite well. After they cut open the package. They could not find anything which is suspicious which we have purchased and finally let us go after wasting our time and insulting us. This is really causing great trouble to us and because of this we even do not like/want to shop again in Bigbazaar.

                    I purchased a sofa from hometown Marathahalli Bangalore in August 2015. Within 6 months of which the sofa started ripping off from stitches though sparingly used. I want an alternative sofa or a cash back for the item. The quality of the item is so bad that, I am pretty sure that it will again rip off within 6 months once repaired. Hence I request alternative for this sofa. Please do the needful and oblige.

                      Hi,

                      Regarding the ongoing exchange offer in Big Bazaar. I went to exchange old goods and in return they handed me the coupons.
                      On the top of coupon it says 25% discount. I think Big Bazaar is fooling customers as where does "discount" come into picture.
                      I think this is not any discount because I am paying the actual price of any product(with 75% of cash+25% as this coupon) and the value of coupon is the value of my exchanged good. So in short I am paying the exact price of the product.

                      I don't know what is meant by discount here and where did the value of my old goods go.

                        I am Sanjay Patidar [protected] went to Big Bazaar Indore to purchase a refrigerator and caught in trap and cheated by the sales person and the two managers (team lead and his manager) involved in that too.

                        Sales man provide me wrong info about the product and gave fake price which includes various other offers and cross selling products.

                        I am cheated and lost my Rs. 600 even after that I didn't get my refrigerator and returned back naked handed with the loss of Rs. 600 and 4hr of time wasted over there.

                        After 4 hrs of wasting time at 11.00 PM in late might the manager(Store Manager) misbehaved and threatened me by calling the security guards.

                        I am expecting a positive response and a sever action against it.

                        And customers! I request please do not ever go BigBazzar and save your time and money.

                          Today i am going to your Indira nagar branch for purchasing a mixer. I selected a mixer. I requested your representative for testing. He told me that firstly bill jenrate then test the product. I paid the bill aprox 30 min. Wait in billing counter then I go to the counter for testing & warranty card filling he told me that I will go for 2nd floor for warranty card filling & testing the product.And very bad behavior your representative. If we spend 2hrs for one electronic product so sorry I can not purchase any electronic product. Why not one power point every billing counter when billing facility provide all counter. And take the athority all cashiers filling warranty card.

                                I am regular customer of BIg Bazar Sewa Grand Mall Mathura Road Faridabad from last five years.

                                Yesterday, I was visited for shopping and purchased for the needful things.

                                Card reading machines was not working for the no. of customers, and the concern service counter boy is repeating the bill hold activity for all the valuable customers including me.

                                He has also hold my bill and not supporting in any manners,

                                i have requested for the manager contact no., he has not provided and local boys and staffs are in abusing conditions in front of my family members.

                                I was getting shocked to listen these words and feeling shame on such responses.

                                it is kindly requested to please check and do servilience audit for such condition because it will harmful for BIz Bazar Brand.

                                Please improve service in terms of installed machines, computers.

                                Please improve and add no. of staffs specially in weekend days.

                                I have earlier also put the feedback form hard copy in Dec'15 with such incident again this was repeated on Mar'16.

                                  I went to Big Bazaar in Lido Mall, MG Road Bangalore. I Purchased goods over there. Total Bill Paid was 1871.00 When I reached home and checked the bill, a product with quantity as 10 and total bill as 880.00 was included but that product was not even there. When I went again to the Big Bazaar and reported this mishandling then they said they have to see camera footage. 1 person said that once you are out of big Bazaar, they wont listen these complaint. I am very sad with this behaviour. However they have said to come again tomorrow at 11AM. They will check and if they found that that product is not given then they will refund. I dont know whether my hard earned money will be refunded or not.invoice Number:0357808. my phone number:[protected]

                                    On 01.03.16 I have purchased one 1 litre pouch of f & p ghee from chennai big bazaar near pondy bazaar outlet. It was displayed that the price was Rs. 358 though MRP was Rs. 425. That is Rs. 67 discount. But in bill it was charged Rs. 425. I had told in counter about that and they told me to go to customer care sectio n. There they told that offer was gone. This is simply not expected from you as you have so much reputation.                                       I Shopped with Big Bazaar, Saharaganj, Lucknow on 26.02.16 and I was charged Rs. 60 against an MRP of Rs. 35 for a 600 ml bottle of Thumps up. Things similar to this have happened three times with my parents and every time Big Bazaar says that there was a server error and we can take a refund. My argument here is that numerous people don't check their bills and we have also on numerous occasions not checked our lengthy bills and hence Big Bazaar is playing with the trust of its customers. This matter needs to be investigated so that millions of people are not cheated on a daily basis. Please find enclosed the invoice for your reference. Please let me know if you need any thing further from my side.

                                        I bought a bath towel..when I first used it left some of its fabric so i thought its because I used without Washing it..Even after first wash its leaving out threads and color..
