I went to Big Bazaar Bhubaneswar (Patia branch) on 14th Feb. I gave my payback card to the cashier, paid bill amount, but forgot to take the card back. I realized that only when I got two SMS today informing that all my 12, 142 payback points have been redeemed. Notes:

1. Today there is an offer running in Big Bazaar, that will double the redeemed points.

Sir in the month of Aug-2013 i had been enrolled for profit club ( CARD NO 9221'[protected]) for that i paid Rs 10000 and that was converted to instalment of Rs 897.86, now i have withdrawn from the programme on 15/03/2015 and as per receipt Rs 8000/- only was about to be returned to me but even balance amount has been withdraw in HO store without any information. ......

This recurring issue is related to the overcharging MRP/offer price in the bill. This has happened 4-5 times in the past as well. Had escalated this issue earlier either. Floated offers not reflecting in the bill and customers are charged high.

I mostly now visit Reliance Mart and DMart as they have better offers and correct billing every time. Whenever I visit Big Bazaar, need to end up checking the bill amounts.

I have purchased a king size bed 3weeks back from HT, Hyderabad. I was promised to get the product delivered in 10 days, now its more than 20 days and still the product isn't delivered. I tried to reach officials and all they promise me is a delivery next day. And still i m waiting for the next day to come.

No one responds to the mails or callers give any assurance of the product delivery....
