Please be informed that your PUK code is 81544220. After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number. It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked. I hope that you are satisfied with the assistance.

    Hello Consumer Complaints Team,

    First of all Thanks for your response !!

    I had purchased the BigBazaar Profit Club Card on 6-Feb-2016, for which I did received the Login ID & Password to track the transactions. When I logged on via Internet I found that under profile Card Owner was "NIRA MANGHRANI" who is currently Staying in Gujrat and found that all the details includes date of birth, address etc.. was available with his details.

    I immediately raised the Complaint via email and after calling BigBazaar Helpdesk on 8-Feb-2016, where for the email I received the response on 18-Feb-2016, where as BigBazaar Helpdesk told me that they are not authorized to update the record so I need to Visit BigBazaar Amanora Center from where I purchase the Card.

    Just to ensure that the money which I have paid (Rs. 10000.00) should not be used by anyone, I immediately visit the BigBazaar Amanora Center and was surprised, even they were not having access to modify the record, where as they started trying to contact BigBazaar Helpdesk and showing that they are busy, so finally I called the BigBazaar Helpdesk via my mobile and give it to them. After around 1 hr discussion in between BigBazaar Amanora & Helpdesk they agreed to get the details updated after looking at the ID proof I am having.

    I was assured that all the details are updated, when I came home, I again found that now the Date of Birth is still showing for "NIRA MANGHRANI" as well as their is some other PayBack Card No. mentioned, now for the Date of Birth Struggle was started. When Contacted BigBazaar Helpdesk they told that they are only allowed to update email id, where as details can be updated by BigBazaar Amanora Center. This time when again visited BigBazaar Amanora Center after around 2 weeks, they told me that information already updated don't I seen that information, where as I am still not able to see the Date of Birth is properly updated :(. Which is not the professional answer I was looking for.

    Even for the PayBack Card Details I was told that they cannot do anything, I need to Contact PayBack Customer care, I am not sure how PayBack customer care now help here to modify the record for BigBazaar Profit Club Card.

    My Simple queries are
    1. While applying for the Card if I have given all the proofs & my details (DOB, Address, etc..), they why can't BigBazaar get the proper details updated ?
    2. On Site www.bigbazaarprofitclub.com BigBazaar says they will get back in 48hrs, but they respond to query after 10 days :)
    3. Everytime for any updation why customer should pay the mall parking charges and go to BigBazaar and wait for 1 hr till BigBazaar get the issue resolved with Helpdesk ?

    Missed to add couple of more points
    Pl Note :
    1. My Date of Birth is still not updated properly, where as BigBazaar Claim that it is updated, I already shared the same details via email to [protected]@futuregroup.in whose email id I found on this site.
    2. I did received the response from Priya with Reference ID # 2773 assuring that she will act on it.
    3. While discussing with BigBazaar Helpdesk I came to know that they are only authorized to update email id.
    4. When asked for the escalation matric or contact for Profit Club Card, Helpdesk told me that they do not have escalation matrix or contacts, customer needs to raise a query (not complaint) which will be addressed by the Big Bazaar Centers.
    5. Big Bazaar Centers are only trying to sell the profit club cards, but they are not allowed to get all the information updated properly.
    6. If PayBack Card Number is not having any significance then why can't this field removed from all the records ?
    7. BigBazaar Helpdesk is not having any formal mechanism to give money back, customer needs to share the cancelled cheque and after 15 to 20days money will be credited to his account, unfortunately the BigBazaar Center execute was even not having this information :(
    8. How we can provide only cancel cheque to get the money back ? if BigBazaar is not having any refund form or not providing any acknowledgement for the refund ?

      This was the third time I was harass by your staff and check out security also floor staff when I was getting out from your floor gate. They asking for that I have taken some products without paying bill. although your security guard checked me at room by open my all dresses, did not find anything, It is very shameful for me at public place . How they did that kind of jobs on kharagpur Big bazar. I have already lodge the complain at your local office. If you will not take any action on this account with in one / two days, I will be bound to submit the whole details to consumer forum.

        Rudrapur ( Uttranchal) Big Bazaar : Fake Promise done by sales man Mr. Rajesh Kumar just to sell PROFIT CLUB card. He told that we shall get 25% discount on the same day bill + Rs. 300 discount additional as per scheme on 3rd Jan. 2016 . After Billing of Rs. 2984 ( Bill No: L52399MH1987PLC044954) WE GOT ONLY 145 AS DISCOUNT. because of his fake Promise I even couldn't get the Rs. 300 Discount which was there on 3000 shopping. For 25% discount I had confirmed thrice with him before purchasing the card but he assured me that I would get that 25% + 300 extra as soon as I purchase the card he denied everything then I went to manager he again assured that whenever I shall purchase some thing I would get that 300 discount. on 10th Jan I went again & purchased few items ( L52399MH19877PLC044954 ) AND AGAIN GOT DISCOUNT OF HARDLY Rs. 80 . I felt cheated on both days I question is that why your salesmen are liars ? I am mentally & economically harassed by your team . Now I want my 10000 back or should I go to consumer court ? Pls guide

            Hello,

            I went to Big Bazaar Bhubaneswar (Patia branch) on 14th Feb. I gave my payback card to the cashier, paid bill amount, but forgot to take the card back. I realized that only when I got two SMS today informing that all my 12, 142 payback points have been redeemed. Notes:

            1. Today there is an offer running in Big Bazaar, that will double the redeemed points.

            2. The redemption happened at 6:17 AM as per SMS. I think only Big Bazaar staff can transact that early, it won't be open for general public.

            A prompt enquiry and redressal will be very much appreciated.

                I am connecting my mobile through tp link 300mbps wifi router. I cant acess some websites when i am using google chrome, it was saying dns lookup failed. Address not reachable or cant be resolve like this. How can i solve this.

                was to be delivered on 2nd April, even after every day follow-up there is no progress and not delivered till date.

                  This is to bring your kind notice that i had a very bad experience from Big Bazzar in Trissur District, Kerala State yesterday.

                  I bought a Harvest orange drink from Big bazaar on 17/02/2016 at 12:58 pm. Retail Inv No: 0362643. After paying the bill i just came out from the shop and i had the juice and i found the taste of the drink was not good. I shake that well and had it again and it gives a foul taste to me. I checked the manufactured date and i was shocked that it was an out dated product. The manufacturing date on the product is 5/08/15 and its written that Best before 6 months.

                  I went back to shop and enquired about this to the section incharge. They talk to me in a silly way that "sir its outdated sorry, you will get refund or you can take new one" and they told me that mistakes may happen and that's it. And they taken back the product and refunded the amount. I checked the whole section of that drink and found there is a lot of outdated drinks in the shelf.

                  I vomited several times yesterday and went to see doctor and had tablets for food infection.


                  This is a clear case of cheating from a Huge brand like Big Bazaar and they handle it in a silly way, that a normal person can't touch them. I think many people bought this product already as it is in discount sale and if any child or any people loose their life due to this, will this people able to give it back.

                  As an Citizenship of India i hope i will get a solution to this issue and i believe judiciary.

                  For Proofs i had all the photographs and phone calls from the Customer care Dept from Big bazaar.

                      This recurring issue is related to the overcharging MRP/offer price in the bill. This has happened 4-5 times in the past as well. Had escalated this issue earlier either. Floated offers not reflecting in the bill and customers are charged high.

                      I mostly now visit Reliance Mart and DMart as they have better offers and correct billing every time. Whenever I visit Big Bazaar, need to end up checking the bill amounts.

                      Escalated to the Store as well but looks like it is falling on the deaf years. Lodged a complaint in this regard yesterday with Bigbazaar helpline. Complaint no. 7076131.

                        some household purchase of Rs.3326.85/- was done by me on Dt.20/8/2015 from Big Bazzar Mathura Road Faridabad (Haryana) and payment was made through SBI ATM Card. double payment was received by by the Big Bazzar instead of single payment while transaction no. pos[protected] & pos.[protected].various correspondence through emails as wel as by post and personally done by me for credit the amt of Rs.3326.85/- in to my account. But they didn't responded satisfactorily to me. I request kindly to get resolve the issue to enable the payment in to my account.

                          I have purchased a king size bed 3weeks back from HT, Hyderabad. I was promised to get the product delivered in 10 days, now its more than 20 days and still the product isn't delivered. I tried to reach officials and all they promise me is a delivery next day. And still i m waiting for the next day to come.

                          No one responds to the mails or callers give any assurance of the product delivery.

                            I had planned for a small surprise to my parents for a small side table as gift to them for their anniversary from my salary. I had heard about the name of Home town and opted to go to this store in Bangalore Mantri mall Home town. I loved a table in the store, they told me it will reach me maximum by 10 days, after long it finally got delivered to our house, it's such a small side table but from days no one has come to assemble the table. I called the store and they tell me it will take 3-4 days still for someone to come and assemble it and when I called them back again they cut my call while I was just enquiring them.                               With reference to the SO No, [protected]

                              I had visited Hometown store on 28th jan 2016 and had placed order for 4 products.

                              I have received the delivery yesterday.
                              The single seater received yesterday a second hand or used product. The product was sent wrapped in a white gunny bag and has a different product/ invoice number attached to it (please see the attached pics) You have cheated the customer by delivering a used old product and its not received from the hometown wearhouse directly.

                              Till now i have not received any call hometown store and no one has come to assemble the delivered products.

                              Please register a complaint on this matter.
                              If you fail to respond to this email with a effective resolution, I will pursue the matter with consumer court.

                              Please find the enclosed pictures of the invoice attached to the product and the already assembled /used display product wrapped in gunny bag delivered from the store.

                                This issue has reference to Invoice No: 6341144, dated 09/02/2016 19:27 hrs at BIG BAZAR, Tarnaka, Secunderabad.

                                I along with my family spent almost 2 hrs shopping at Big Bazar. I added Huggies dry diapers to my cart after seeing discount board near the mentioned product (MRP Rs 730 - Offer Price Rs 555).

                                Generally I trust Big Bazar in billing related matters but somehow after billing, to my surprise I found that Rs 730 was charged for that particular product instead of Rs 550 (their committed price).

                                On enquiring with the billing guy about the mismatch, he rudely replied that all the billing is correct and told me sideline. . . .disregard to the customer.

                                I approached Customer service desk and discussed with him to which I was told that discount is not valid for that product and the discount board was wrongly placed. I was appalled by the kind of reply he gave !!

                                If Big Bazar doesn’t want to give discount, that’s Fine ! . . but why at all should they attract customers by such FRAUD discount boards and CHEAT customers by charging original price. I do not know for how many products Big Bazar is following such FRAUD strategies of luring customers in the name of discounted prices.

                                I was so much disturbed by the ways of customer service that I requested them to cancel all the products because I didn’t want to purchase a single item from a store that cheats its customers and doesn’t honour its commitments. More painful was the dealing when customer service employees were least bothered about the complaint and wasted almost 45 mins to cancel the whole billing of mine.

                                Customer Service desk in such stores is a MOCKERY just to show that they care for their customers and when real Customer issues come, instead of resolving the issue they readily accept the return of products and purposely delay for refund ! . . . A better name for Customer service desk for BIG BAZAR would be “CUSTOMER DISREGARD DESK”

                                That’s the plight of customers who shop in BIG BAZAR and who fight for their legitimate rights.

                                  Dear team in last march15 I purchase a bed from home town Raipur, offer 2 month side paddle of bed have a crack and the same replaced, in December support leg damaged and repair by hometown but not properly, again I found a crack in side paddle and support leg are damaged again which are adjusted with help of small piece of tile by carpenter of hometown.

                                  Within one year side paddle broke twice and all support legs are damaged.

                                  I want to replace the product.

                                    24th & 26th Jan 2016 purchase the product. when i confuse ask to customer desk he/she cannot explain proparly, 27th i visit twice but no one can explain and put a complaints on same day through email and 4th Feb 16 cal me to solve it but i go on 6th Feb 16, that day also not solve it. but one think i tel in that shop no one(inculding managers) don't know what offer in shop, how can explain to customer. he explain different type offer day by day when i meet, than customer how can know the offers

                                      Hi this is Synthia i have worked in the company Big Bazaar- Future Group India Pvt Ltd - Old Madras Road in Bangalore, Form 28-Sep- 2006 to 18 - Jul-2008, after i resigned my job i want to claim my PF. But almost i applied for more than 7 time of my PF but i am not able to get the Amount When i contact my HR each & every time he give me different reasons it is almost 7yrs still i have not received my PF amount. i want know what is the issues to claim my PF . When ever i ask my HR about the status he will inform me that your Pf form got rejected due to same reason i don't know how to claim my PF. 22-Oct-2015 was i again applied for my PF it's almost 5 month still i not received my PF No MH/KND/38491/25104. So i kindly requesting who ever read this mail kindly do the needful ASAP. I will be give big thank to the person who the respond my problem . Because i try a got a to get my PF Amount i have contact my HR more than 15 time but no proper respond form there side . Pls do the needf

                                        Yesterday I visited Sohana Road Big Bazaar store around 1.30 pm. I bought around 5000 Rs from that store against bill no.0073705. When I came back home & I randomly checked the bill n found that one article " Himalaya Herbals Moisturising Aloe Vera Face wash" is charged more than its MRP.
                                        Kindly do the needful hope u will understand it is an offence charging more than MRP...
