I request to de-assemble the queen size engineered wood storage bed as i m shifting my house and also to assemble it in the new house. The ordinary movers and packers are not able to do that. kindly do the needful as soon as possible

    I writing regarding the bad experience I had to face at BigBazar Yamunanagar on 27 Dec.’15 (Sunday). I had received a coupon after shopping of Rs. 6792 on 23 Dec.’15 meant to redeem Rs. 400 on a minimum of Rs 4000 shopping. The issuer had not told me that the coupon is to be presented before the start of the billing process on the next shopping. Also, there was no information displayed anywhere in the store or at the counter or on the coupon to inform me about when to present the coupon so that it could be redeemed. I visited BigBazar Yamunanagar on 27 Dec.’15 (Sunday) with my family. After I saw the total bill on the board at the counter Rs. 4071, I gave the coupon before cash but the coupon was not redeemed. As there were no instructions, logically how could I present the coupon until I know the billing amount, as the minimum amount to redeem it was Rs 4000. When I enquired about the reason for it, Head Cashier Mr Sandeep Kumar behaved very rudely and didn’t act to solve my problem. Instead of taking care of my complaint, he was only blaming me for the non-redeeming of the coupon. He did not even cared that the senior citizens (my parents) with me were standing for the whole half-an-hour blaming session on me. My parents had visited your store for the first time and this experience has made them decide not to visit you again. I am very disappointed with BigBazar. Do you think your core values (mentioned on the website of Future Group): Respect and humble in conduct, Valuing and Nurturing Relationships: to build long term relationships, Adaptability: to be flexible and adaptable, Openness: to be open and receptive to new ideas, knowledge and information, Flow: to respect and understand the universal laws of nature, fulfilled in this case of your conduct? Where is the respect for the elders? Is this the way to maintain a relationship with a regular and loyal customer? Do you think being rigid and not being able to find solution to the customer’s problem has made you adaptable? You have not understood my rationality and boast of being open and understand the universal laws of nature? I could have opted not to pay by cancelling the shopped items but as a loyal customer to BigBazar I haven’t done that. But still BigBazar is giving the same explanation that the coupon is to be presented before the billing process starts. As my logic is valid and clear that without prior instructions, how could I give the coupon before I know the billing amount. If still your answer is the same, it shows that the policies of BigBazar are not customer centric and are only for profit making. Under Consumer Protection Act 1958, if trade or service provider resort to restrictive practices of trade, it is infringement of rights of consumer. Being the same matter, the coupon was issued and not redeemed to me, I’ll take this matter to the consumer court and also put it on the social media to make others aware about this fraud.       We had bought the sofa in August 2015, the foam on which we sit has squeezed a lot. Official complaint was done on 14/12 and was acknowledged by their official named Shankar on 16/12. Unhappy with the response we visited the showroom at Nagpur on 20/12. Upon their very assured promises for resolution within 24 hours by Mr. Rehman and Mr. Ajay (managers) we came back. Today is 27/12 and there is no response. We now want return of the cost of sofa i.e. Rs. 42945 and Rs. 10000 against the harrasment and penalty to hometown, so that they remember that after sales service is as important as sales.

        Hii I have a grievance against Big Bazaar Avani Riverside Howrah. Today on 26th Dec Saturday I went to Big bazaar Avani Riverside Howrah. I did my shopping of grocery on ground floor of bigbazaar and had an exit. The grocery was quite heavy for me.Suddenly I thought of buying some cosmetics and clothes from first floor of big bazaar so I went to the first floor and asked the baggage counter person to keep what I had bought from ground floor of big bazaar.. he denied..he said he cannot keep what had already been sold and told me to go to the ground floor take pass and take trolley.. I called the other staff over there for help so that I can keep my baggage somewhere and shop freely.they just made me to go upstairs and downstairs and did not show any gesture of helping.they told ki agar aapka saman baggage counter me rakhenge to dusre customer ka kaha rakhenge.Its means if I buy something from ground floor and want to buy other things from first floor I have become second grade customer. I am shocked with this behavior of big bazaar people.I loved to buy things from big bazaar and I am a regular customer. Unfortunately I will have to break this bond with big bazaar.I had never experienced this type of behavior from any other brand.kindly look into the matter.           This is about an incident happened to me on 27th november 2015.BIG BAZZAR was new to varanasi, i went there for shopping with my mom and dad.upon reaching there we were told by the employees that there was future group diwali cashback offer was going on by which if we would buy goods of excceding amount rs10, 000. We would be given rs 125 cashback every month for next 11 months. We instantly agreed upon it and purchase an HTC DESIRE 526g+ phone from ezone section of rs 9, 500 and a fry pan of rs1, 200 from the adjacent section.Upon billing i gave them my cash back and other cards given to me and as told by the representatives to me for availing neccesary cashback offer.We left happily and satisfied from the store, again when i went to store on december 5 to avail my due cashback, i was told my card had none. .i was completely shocked to hear this, then i went to big bazar varanasi customer seva desk as they called it for redressal of my issue there was a lady representative who on hearing on my problem shouted on me and said ive not joined both bills in my cards, its my fault nothing can be done and servers were closed, i felt heavily insulted as my friends were too there and she also called me lazy and suppresive.Upon insisting to meet head cashier the other turned to hear my problem and on scanning my card and bills it was found that my EZONE BILL WAS ADDED TO MY CARD BUT MY OTHER BILL OF RS1200 WAS NOT ADDED TO MY CARD DESPITE MY CARD NUMBER BEING MENTIONED ON MY BILL, DUE TO WHICH I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET MY DUE CASHBACK AMOUNT.then the lady was removed and a guy named MR ANSUKH was at counter he said he has registered my complaint and sent the same via email to head office in mumbai and it will solve in 7 days and told me to enquire by phone.now when im calling there is no response to my complaint, guy at desk is saying there is no such ansukh and no such complaint.upon persistence and calling from other no. which is not saved MR ANSUKH came asking me to come again, ive gone 2 more times but it was of no use.i asked them to forward a copy of complain mail to my id:[protected]@gmail.com . he didnt did that also.im regularly mentally harrased by calling them again and going to them again without any fruitfull result.infact on correspondence by phone has itself cost me more than rs 300 as they sometime cut call in between, said the guy was in meeting.IM COMPLETELY BROKEN AND DISAPPOINTED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR OF SUCH A REPUTED BRAND TO ME .JUST WANT JUSTICE TO BE SERVED AT THE EARLIEST.my details are as follow name :SAMYAK PANDEY FUTURE GROUP SHOPPING CARD NO:-[protected], BIG BAZAAAR PAYBACK CARD NO:-[protected], CONTACT NUMBER:- [protected], [protected]

            On 25-11-15 i purchased some items from Big Bazar, Z Square Mall, Kanpur. the bill amounted to Rs. 1585/-. i presented debit card for payment. The cashier swiped the card, entered amount and i entered PIN but he said "Sir, transaction has failed, and we shall try at another terminal". he took my card to another terminal where another cashier swiped my card, entered amount and entered PIN and the payment was through.               Hi, I bought a t24 sim card from your high street mall, thane outlet on 18th Dec, 15 I was charged Rs 80 and sad said Rs 80 talk time will be credited when the number is activated. Also your call rate will be 42p/min for lifetime. Now today when my t24 number [protected] is activated, I have received only 40/- talktime also when contacted with t24customer care, they say aapka itne kaa hi recharge hua hai plus 42p/min callrate is not for lifetime, its only for 3 months. After hearing this I feel cheated. Really disappointing. Didn't expected this from Big Bazaar .Skeptical, to trust big bazaar again. Plz resolve my query and credit all those said at your outlet onto my t24 number at the earliest.

                There was an offer of Rs.20 talk time on some face creams in Big Bazaar Rajajinagar Branch Bangalore. I bought two creams of Garnier on 12th Dec, 2015. Before billing as well as after the billing, I asked them how may I avail this offer, do I need to contact somewhere. Both the times, I got the same answer that- it will be credited automatically within 72 hours. On 15th well I called [protected] (Big Bazaar CC), they told me to call 52121(T-24 CC), as the talk time offers are looked after by them. I called, 52121, they told me to call Big Bazaar CC. Again I called [protected], and raised a complaint. Then I received a call from BB Rajajinagar Bangalore. Instead of listening what I am telling them, they were discussing among themselves. then the call as disconnected. After that, again they called me, but I could not attend it. Then, yesterday, on 18th Dec. 2015, again I called the Big Bazaar CC to ask them about the status of the complaint. I was told that I will be getting a call today (18th Dec) itself. They didnt call me. When I called them today(19th Dec), the Customer care executive informed me that they have called me, and I gave them wrong Bill Number, and as the bill has expired, they can not do anything now. I told the CC Executive to re-raise the issue. Finally I received a call from BB rajajinagar, and again was told to call 52121. I denied as I already had confirmed from them that 52121 does not deal with special offers provided by the store. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the manager today, but till now no call, and the issue has remained same as it was 3 days ago. I dont understand how long is their 24 hours.

                    I had ordered a 2+1+1 Sofa set and a Luna Center table at home town vikhroli. I got a 20% coupon with which I ordered a study table and a pick up stool. Agreed Delivery dates were 12th Dec for the Sofa Set and Center Table and 13th Dec for installation. For the rest it was 26th Dec delivery and 27th Dec installation. I am alone with my daughter and hence I asked for a delivery time after 5 which was agreed upon since I work on Saturdays. Inspite of multiple people calling me about the same subject the delivery happened on 12th Dec at 2.30 pm.Luckily my daughter was home and the boxes were unloaded. The Tax Invoice was for a lower amount than my advance receipt. I called them and found out that they had delivered one 1 seater less. I was told this had a different order no and hence would be delivered Tuesday, i.e today. After heated arguments one Nandkishore called me and we agreed that the delivery would be at 6 pm on Tuesday, ie today. Now I get a call from someone telling me that my 1 seater is on the way. I cant understand as to how a company can be so disorganized that there is no inter departmental communication that too after repeating the same woes to multiple people at their call center. Yet to see the product quality. Now the Center table will be delivered with the study table and pick up stool on 26th, at least that's what I have been told. MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE FROM HOME TOWN!

                      As a T24 number owner on 11th Dec, 15 I get a message about getting 500 rs coupon for free shopping which was validate for 11 to 13 dec, 15. on dec 13 i brought some food product from big bazaar lake mall store. but at the time of payment i used my 500 rs coupon code, i was very sure that the the things i brought never cross 500 rs margin .so i brought a rice packet of 5 kg which was at a price of 255 initially, but at the time of billing they used my code and then wanted 595 rs more. cause the rice packet was 875 rs. but they didn't warn me before . after complete the billing when the asked me to pay 595 rs more i refused to pay the sum . because the offer price was still 255 on the board. so i came to the store manager who is a lady and young man .after receiving my complaint they simply deny that there was a tag of 255 rs written on it .when they took me that place the tag was already removed by the staff of the store. refused me to return my coupon and asked me to by the stock and have a credit note which i refuse to take . then they forced me to buy the stock which was 1095 rs. i didn't buy that and leave the store immediately. so is there any point of giving this kind of offer when you cant able to give such an offer .second of all after this happen remain denying that they are wrong, plus the store manager was a creepy lair . so there is all waste of time . big bazaar is completely became a fraud company.beware from big fraud baaar.

                        I had purchased 2 multi purpose cabinets and 1 shoe rack on 26th October, 2015 which got delivered on 10th December, 2015 after multiple follow-ups.                         Purchase dinning table with two chairs Inv no. 92158742 on 22nd November and which got delivered on 2nd December. A carpenter came to fix the table and chairs and since some part of missing could not fix the chairs and hence is still unpacked. Only dinning table is fixed. Have called Hometown twice but there is no resolution. We are only getting a response saying that the same is escalated to our workshop. Absolutely pathetic service.

                          Big bazaar advertises about it's mega sale but the advertised goods are not in stock at the stores. I complained at the customer care number but they refused to take the onus stating they are not responsible for the store stock. The nivea cream advertised at 50% wasn't available at 3 stores for 6 consecutive days but they promised they will deliver on 9th- i.e. when the sale gets over

                            I have purchased for more than 25k during future group shopping festival but the offer for my future group card is only rs200 but actually it should be rs.350 I called to future group customer care but I got negative response from their customer support. So kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

                              I dont understand how you function but dont you think that you should called up and enquired abt it? Its been 2 weeks from the day we received the product but no technician called-up till date. I had sent two call complaints, still then no help from your side. Is this the way you function your system? I am not happy at all. Even the customer care executives are not helpful at all. How long do you want me to wait? You took a month to deliver the product and now have to wait another month? Are you guys kidding? Very Bad, seriously

                                I purchased domestic goods from Big Bazaar Jabalpur of Rs. 1384/- on[protected]. the invoice no. 0168682 was prepared by Mr. Rahul Tetu (CH: 160483) at 18:22. According to invoice I was eligible for Rs. Rs. 15.00 free talk time on my t-24 mobile no. [protected]. But it was credited only of Rs. 10.00 at 18:34 . I have already requested to the counter man to feed my mobile no. in my invoice but he wrote down it on a plane paper and replied me that it will be credited within one hour. Although it is a small amount. but it is cheating. When I contacted on phone to the manager of big bazaar on phone no.[protected] he told me that he was busy at that time and he will contact me after 15 minute but no response has been given. Kindly take suitable action on such type of cheating. Thanks. Gyan

                                Same thing has happened with me and when I called 52121 to asked them the reason for crediting less amount, they told me that the deductions were for the taxes. According to invoice I was eligible for Rs. 101 free talk time on my t-24 mobile no. [protected]. But only Rs. 88 has been credited. Details of the bill are-Invoice #080443, TILL #17, Tr-2643 VAT TIN-[protected].

                                From that time, constantly, I have been receiving less amount of recharges. As the 52121 executive told me that the less credited was due to various taxes, I did not raise a query. But after seeing the above conversation, I feel cheated.

                                  I visited Big Bazaar yesterday dt. 29.11.2015. When we visit for shopping, we wish to visit all section of the store to see all the things we need. But when you enter in Big Bazaar, there are 10-15 personel selling credit cards, lucky draw coupons, etc. and the are annoying for all the shoppers. This is a request to big bazaar to stop this and provide some serious solution to this. As we were irritated to go to certain sections of the store as there were these people standing with forms and coupons.
