There was an offer of Rs.20 talk time on some face creams in Big Bazaar Rajajinagar Branch Bangalore. I bought two creams of Garnier on 12th Dec, 2015. Before billing as well as after the billing, I asked them how may I avail this offer, do I need to contact somewhere. Both the times, I got the same answer that- it will be credited automatically within 72 hours. On 15th well I called [protected] (Big Bazaar CC), they told me to call 52121(T-24 CC), as the talk time offers are looked after by them. I called, 52121, they told me to call Big Bazaar CC. Again I called [protected], and raised a complaint. Then I received a call from BB Rajajinagar Bangalore. Instead of listening what I am telling them, they were discussing among themselves. then the call as disconnected. After that, again they called me, but I could not attend it. Then, yesterday, on 18th Dec. 2015, again I called the Big Bazaar CC to ask them about the status of the complaint. I was told that I will be getting a call today (18th Dec) itself. They didnt call me. When I called them today(19th Dec), the Customer care executive informed me that they have called me, and I gave them wrong Bill Number, and as the bill has expired, they can not do anything now. I told the CC Executive to re-raise the issue. Finally I received a call from BB rajajinagar, and again was told to call 52121. I denied as I already had confirmed from them that 52121 does not deal with special offers provided by the store. I was told that I would be receiving a call from the manager today, but till now no call, and the issue has remained same as it was 3 days ago. I dont understand how long is their 24 hours.

Complaint marked as Resolved The person, who called me, was behaving as if he is giving the money balance from his pocket and I was at fault. I am sure, there will be no change in the way Big Bazaar resolves issues.
