Last Friday we went to a Big Bazar near Manjushree, Purba Medinipur. The overall experience was very very bad. For few things there were offer, but we are not able to use that.i.e. one offer is that if we buy 3 300ml cold drinks can, we will get 4th one for free. When we choose 2 different type of cold drinks, the Big Bazar people were not able to provide the offer while the other counter people get that same offer. They can choose 4 different type of can and will get offer.
Please provide some solution for this.

Also, there was a offer on 2 Lt. Cold Drinks(2 bottle for 130/-), but there was no condition given that we have to buy two similar type of drinks. But the cash counter people tried to fool me. Very bad experience I had ever faced.

    Today I went buy some products. The one product was Duke's waffers(vanilla flav.). When I went to take bill the cashier told this product is not updated and was kept for sale? I told him y u guys kept for sale when the product is not updated, then I left all the products n went for complain, at that time all cashiers were laughing. A man from CSD came and talked that guy he was using a word "SHANTA"(a vulgur word in kannad to me). This is the way u guys give service to ur customers? And then I called upon the manager, he didn't came but someone came on behalf of manager, I told what happened with me, I also asked his name and the name of that guy who talked vulgurly to me, he told 'No, I can't tell my name' and went away ignoring me.

      I have purchased a Trolley Bag and Skybag frm Durgapur Big Bazaar. Total Bill amount Rs. 4430 and I paid the amount at Terminal # 007, Trans # 16752, Cash Memo No: 0080853 at about 13.03 p.m on 20.10.2015. The Counter issued me a Future Group Shopping Card No: [protected] and told me for registration at customer desk counter. Accordingly I have gone to Ground floor for registration. But I have to wait for a long time (Not less than 35 mins) where as purchase time was " only 15 mins. Then the person behave with me very much rudely and even told me " DO NOT SHOUT". I got astonished. I left the place. Mean time my family also paid for another shopping Bill for Rs. 808/- (Sundry items)- Cash Memo No-0016006 Tr- 92451. Pl look after the matter. Hopeless service from your representative.

            Order No.[protected] (Order no. changed without prior intimation and delivery date changed from 3rd Oct to 20th Oct). After fighting with Customer Service head Sujit got the delivery and fitting on 3rd itself. With the delivery of the dinning table came a faulty chair. Gave instructions for replacement and was promised 7 days replacement. from 3rd till date no update received from your end and after again fighting am promised a replacement by Monday19th Oct. Should we leave our work and just sit for you guys? I need the delivery by tomorrow else compensation for the delay and trouble caused. Need to speak to your Vice-President for this as well.

              The pathetic situation from HomeTown I faced. I ordered work table and chair. They said it will be delivered in 15 days. After 15 days I got call from HomeTown customer care and said another 50 days to make it delivery. When booking itself they charged material cost and delivery cost etc.. But really worst response and customer support. I am really really frustrated with them and their response. Some needs to take action on these people, which are playing with customers money.                 We wrote the following mail to Hometown, we visited showroom several times to raise a compliant about the quality of the dining table we purchased, following is the email we've sent despite of multiple emails and calls requesting to rectify the error, Hometown never bothered to fix the issue. Never purchase products here. We are going to post everything with bill invoice and mails on Facebook and twitter atleast someone else will not waste their hard earned money on Hometown products. Here's the mail i wrote to Hometown with no proper response rom them: Hello, We have concern with one of the products purchased at your store Hometown (Begumpet branch). Invoice date[protected] bearing invoice no. 1012383, Customer ID :[protected] with 1 warranty. Item name: Canadel 1+6 dining set DK/ WLNT/BLK We identified a problem with the set and raised the first complaint in January 2015. In six months no one took are of the issue, we visited the store more than 5 times but the issue was not taken care of.After lot of persuasion and waiting for 6 months finally your staff arrived and took pictures of the product. Our concern is the quality of this item, within 6 months the product is damaged, repair will not be a permanent solution. We request for an exchange of this defective product. We appreciate a speedy response on this issue as we waited for more than 6 months for you to respond and we still did not get this fixed.

                  I am a continous user of Big Bazzar products since 2008, profit club card no[protected] & Pay back card no [protected] & happened to be a kolkata. Serving as senior Inspector L/M, dealing with consumer grivances had been posted at AGARTALA, Tripura & the services of this Big Bazzar, at AGARTALA is the worst to say. On 12th August # jeans of MATRIX made was purchased by self, out of which one started to torn with the 1st wash. This is not the first time, I had a prior experience of self with jeans of DJ & C, perchased from the same store having the same fate. Like the previous time, this time I also went to the Store & made a formal complain copy of which is as enclosed, but even on the 14th day of the complain the same has not been resolved or no intimation provided in my mail adress even. Hope to get redressal at the earliest.

                    Hi, I purchased groceries in big Bazaar, phoneix mall, Chennai on 4th oct 2015, Retail Invoice no.0068615. We purchased Moong Dal 1 kg, but we were billed for 3Kgs of moong Dal. how could the biling be so irresponisible ? they hav scanned the same 1Kg packet thrice.. same way one 100g dove soap is being billed for three in one pack (3*100g) Now im not sure how the amount is gonna be compensated. I feel advising my relatives and friends not use big bazaar at any cost... very poor at attending customers, not only in billing section .. but in all sections.. no decorum .. feels like cheap fool to purchase in Big Bazaar.. Please let me know how im gonna be compenated for the Extra Billing at the earliest.. I have attached the scanned copy of parts of bill (as it is a lengthy bill), where the have billed me eXtra..

                      I visited espalande metropolitan building, kolkata-700013 big bazar on 2nd october at around 1.45p.M .I purchased dress material wotrh rs 3757(Cash memo no 0000722).Later on i decided to purchase a olay cream worth rs 1600(Cash memo no 0007081) and the sales girl made a separate bill of that.I put that cream in my bag as no carry bag has been given.At exit gate due to some technical problem the beep sound raised.I was just about to take the cream out of my bag the female security staff passed a comment that" oi to bager modhhye kichu ache jetar bill hoyni"( hey look, something is there in the bag whose payment is due).But the other security personnel checked that i have paid the full amount and i have not stolen anything from your bloody shop.This is such a and completely unexpected from a reputed chain store.She could have told this in a better way.Try to train your staffs while taking to the customer.We go to your shop not to steal something.I am a regular customer of narendrapur wood square and hiland park big bazar.But never faced like this before.Complete .Think twice before go to bigbazar as dignity is the first priority for everyone.

                        Hi, This complaint is against HOMETOWN-PHOENIX MARKETCITY, VIMAN NAGAR PUNE. We purchased a Zircon High Gloss Study Table on 15th Aug, 2015 & a chair. We were promised a delivery in 15days time & we received the product after 20 days & their team came for assembly after 4-5days that time we checkes that the table was in damaged condition(same piece we saw at showroom but they had promised that they will deliver us a fresh piece). We refused to accept it. Our order number is [protected] & Price of table is Rs.17745.00 & we made full payment for both the products same day.We were told that they will replace the damaged part in weeks’ time. A week passed by but we didn't receive the product not even single call from Hometown. I personally visited showroom, A representative Ms Saroj promised me a delivery of new piece maximum by 15th Sep(also has given in writing)else she said they will either refund us full amount or they will deliver new piece which was displayed at showroom(however it was also little damaged) . Our first complaint number was [protected]. However without resolving our problem we got the message on 11th Sep that Our complaint has been closed with our confirmation and we never gave any confirmation. How can they close the complaint????? We never got a courtesy call from HOMETOWN Again we called hometown n got the promise from their manager Mr.Amin & Mr.Sharafat that they will deliver new table by Saturday but then again on Saturday he said he received the product in damaged condition & asked us one more weeks time . While next Saturday again he said another new piece he received was wet due to heavy rainfall & gave us todays date i.e 26sep . But after calling to their customer support the guy Mr Ashish said one more weeks time is required. Now we realise that Hometown is not serious about our problem as they made several false promises. They are not concerned about customer problems. They work as per their convenience. We don’t trust HOMETOWN anymore & there is no question of buying any product from Hometown hereonwards. Today if we don’t get refund we will file police complaint against fraud & cheating.

                        As per the commitment from Store Manager Mr Sanjiv Gogoi, we were supposed to receive the product today (1st Oct) and also for which we got the call in the afternoon but now again we got the call that there is problem with vehicle & PRODUCT WILL BE DELIVERED BY SATURDAY. (another false commitment)

                        However I need to bring in to your notice that this is been 5th consecutive Saturday we have waited for the product but your team has failed to deliver. Also being public holiday we are not available tomorrow onwards to receive the product. Thus, today either we want the product or Complete refund.

                        I[censored]nable to get any of these we will file a serious complaint of fraud against Hometown & would never like to receive that product.

                        Also without our confirmation how come our complaint has been closed??????????

                        Your store Manager Mr Sanjiv is not responding my calls & message.

                        Pls look into it. & give me a call back today.

                        Don't need further commitments, just need product or refund today.

I have applied for PF withdrawal in the year 2012 but till date I am not getting my fund. After so many follow-up still I am not getting any single confirmation from their side.                           The person reading this mail if have any sense of mind then will reply promptly. I purchased a wardrobe from Hometown Vikhroli 3 months back and they committed delivery displayed on bill was 25 days from the date of booking. As usual, the delivery was not received so I called their customer care and got informed that the delivery was delayed and will get deliver in coming 2 weeks " First Nonsense thing" then the item got received and the fitment was also delayed. The wardrobe door broke within 2 weeks of installation “the second nonsense” and false commitment is that till now no phone call came no person visited so I again called Mr Anil Pandey. If Future Group cannot fulfil commitments then kindly shutdown your sales and kindly educate and train your customer care executives that to pay attention to customer requirement and not to disconnect the calls if they don' t have any answers. Never in my life I will again do any kind of shopping in HOMETOWN. PATHETIC CUSTOMER AND POST SALES SERVICE!!!

                            Bought la opala dinner set worth 3500 k approx. staff informed bout festive offer n i wil be eligible for gifts at less price of its original.had to wait in line after which they declared that i will get a milton casserole n processed my voucher. After making me wait for a long time they said that it wont be possible and refused to answer any questions. When i appealed to the manager(? Mr shayan)he too completly ignored me and started interacting wit another staff. It was a complete waste of my time n energy n i left feeling like a cheap fool.. plz see to it that such malpractice dosnt get repeated coz i personally will never return to big bazaar again n thereby u wil lose esteemed customers.                             I bought Nirlep nonstick cookware which is under 12 months guarantee against any manufacturing defect. After only1 month o[censored]se its handle got detached from the main body. The metal portion which was affixed to the main body got separate. On customer care the standard reply I got "Manager is busy". Reply remains the same after some time also. It seems everyone at the BigBazaar is busy except the customers who are coming here. These fools don't know that they get money out of the payment which customers made to them. Still waiting for a positive reply.

                            Now they replied that it is not covered under warranty..Perhaps they don't understand diff between warranty and guarantee.

                                Had booked a Sony 24inch LED TV also had done payment by netbanking as cod option was not available. After continuous followup they confirmed product not available. After 5 days they themself have initiated refund which will happen in next 8-15 days was told to me. There were other similar tv of same price or nearby amount yet my order wad cancelled. The same TV is yet mentioned as available on their site. This probably is done to fool customer collect money and use the same for 10-15 days. Hence customers need to be made aware of duch fraudulent sites.

                                  Today 10th September 2015, I found a dead fly and live worm in the fried rava packet. Brand name is Golden Harvest. Manufacturing date mentioned[protected] and written best before 3 months. Please have inspections and quality assurance tests in these products and brand. It was so shocking for me as I was a regular customer to Big Bazaar when I settled in India 2010 on wards.                                       6th september 2015 big bazar durgapur sunfeast dark fantasy chocofils 30rs pack and yippe 4 in one pack 40rs is missing they were billed but not present in the plastic given i dont hav the bill presently but the total bill amount was 650 and i paid it through card this is not the first time once a real juice mixed fruit was also missing .its not expected from a big brand like big bazaar. i want my products of 70 rs worth back as soon as possible
