I have ordered the Amazon Sofa on 8th July with SO number [protected], the delivery date was written as 22nd july, they keep changing the date of delivery from 22nd to 3rd August the 5th August then 8th August, i got call on 7th that on next day sofa is going to deliver so i have taken without pay leave for the day & waited from said time from 1 Pm to 4 Pm, & not delivered yet, then i called several times to customer care they wasted my time & then i decided to cancel the order so i went personally to outlet & told to Mr Fibin & Raju to cancel my order.
& came back, i got mentally loss, from last three weeks, i am keep calling those person to refund my money, they are not refunding my money, due to that i got mentally loss & met an accident admited to chinmaya hospital CMH road, i need my money back immediately, no body responding & taking responsible for refund status, this is just robbery, i got huge loss mental as well as physically, kindly refund my money otherwise i have to take legal action on that.
