Dear Sir, on this weekend i visited Big Bazaar pune. after investing my 1.5 hours my self and my wife completed our shopping and returned to the Billing counter. i have purchased some food items and some other mix verities. to pay the bill I have provided my ticket Restaurants meal coupons for food items and credit card for other items as we have already confirmed while entering in mall with counter boy if they are accepting the coupons and they have taken coupons in hand and confirmed that they will accept the coupons. whereas while paying the bill when I presented coupons the staff denied to accept the coupons saying that they are not accepting Ticket Restaurant coupons. when me and my wife argued with them they called supervision and this fellow is not ready to accept that our staff will ever say that we are accepting this coupons. when I catched the person who said that we are accepting this coupons is also later on said that he is new and he may not confident while answering. I am totally confused now that this people are accepting Ticket Restaurant coupons or not?. after further more argument we have decided not to purchase any thing and we left. but this is the worst experience we have faced. it is not accepted from such a big giant.

    On 30th Aug 2015 around 5 PM, Me and my friend had shopped at Big Bazaar, at the ground floor of the Abad nucleus shopping mall. After settling the bill of around 2000 INR and the security check, as we stepped out of the shop, the alarm went off and we were asked to to stop for further checks. The concerned security cross checked our bill and there was no item that was unpaid. Few minutes later their lady staff arrived and asked both o[censored]s girls, to follow her to the trial room. She started cross questioning us as if we were some criminals. She started checking our personnel belongings and started questioning if they were sneaked from the store. This lady staff was very rude and publicly harassed and humiliated us in front of all the other shoppers. After that we were taken to their technical room and checked each of the purchased item and found that everything was paid for. Due to this incident both o[censored]s girls had to undergo public humiliation in front of hundreds of people. We urge you take necessary action against the shop and the staff for such ill behavior shown to us.       I booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to Chicago and there was a promo code that u will get 25% ecash back.. But as I was booking I did Not see anywhere that at one time you can only use 5% from the ecash for the next booking and the guy from the customer care also after asking 3-4 times that there is no terms and conditions for using .. He said no except for that u have to use it within 90 days... I got like around 20 k in ecash ... So how will I use.. Am I gonna book tickets n tickets for the whole year to use those ecash... Really ridiculous... I was always reluctant to book from yatra.. But seeing that deal I booked but now I feel like I have been cheated... If I would have booked with my international credit card I would have got 300$ in return for booking a 1000$ ticket... This my worst experience with Yatra.. Never ever am gonna use their site... Now I don't know how to use their ecash when n where..

        This Big Bazaar in Wood Square Mall, Narendrapur is adjacent to my Flat / Building (Block A, Sherwood Estate, 169, NSC Bose Road, Narendrapur, Kol-103) recently installed a very powerful lamp (light) at their Ramp, almost facing towards my flat. We are feeling very disturbed by this light. We have requested the Manager of the store repeatedly, he is responding us with repeated false promise and a no. of deadlines. Please see the matter and do the needful. Otherwise we have to think other options. Being a regular customer of this store I am looking forward for your positive response. Thanks.

          Hello, Yesterday[protected] I went big bazar palakkad branch. I have been there for more than one hour in the first floor dress section. As we all know its onam so there were a lot of people inside .It was around 1000 people there inside(I dn't know exactly you can check).The problem is air conditioner was not working and as there was no ventilation I felt like fainting, vomiting.I informed a guy in first floor that why its not working he told me to inform the customer service. At the billing section it was more hot and they were no oxygen at all and we were sweating. When I inform the customer service they told me its under maintainance. This is was not my first experience. within last 6 months its the 4th time I was complaining for the same reason. Always under maintanence. Yesterday from customer service section they told me we are also informing that it is not working they are not repairing.If you want you can sent complaint to futuregroup directly. Anyway its very bad to have such an experience from such a big outlet like bigbazar and for past 6months(from my experience.May be more than that) they are not even repairing it..Hope you will take actions if you give importance to customers Thank you Jeetha

            On[protected] purchased goods of value Rs. 3269.51 from Big Bazaar Bhubaneswar(Forum Mart Near RamMandir Bhubaneswar) and swiped my Axis Bank Debit Card twice. The transaction failed twice so I had to pay cash. But I found out later that the sum of Rs.3269.51 was deducted from my personal account. I filed a written complaint at the customer care of Axis Bankwith proper details of transaction. Customer care promised that money would be refunded within 5-7 Banking days .             I didn't get my refund, its 3rd of deduction of my money through upi. It was decline by big bazaar but my money was cut, then i have to pay my bill through card ..by this i pay twice. Plz refund my one time money.. Plzzz

But now it is moving in reverse for last two months so I can't note appropriate and proper reading.                 The person reading this mail if have any sense of mind then will reply promptly. I purchase a Fiesta 6 seater dinning set from Hometown Vikhroli on 08th of August 2015 with SO No. [protected] and the committed delivery displayed on bill was 16 th of August 2015 but on 16th August 2015 the delivery was not received so I called on 17th August 2015 I called and customer care and got informed that the delivery was delayed and will get deliver on 20 th August 2015 " First Nonsense thing" then the item got received on 20th August 2015 and the fitment was going to happen within 48 hrs but on 21st August 2015 still I called to get info about fitment as I was dam sure that they will do a nonsense things here too but they replied that it will be done within 48 hours and you will receive call before the persons visit your end. The second nonsense and false commitment is that till now no phone call came no person visited 22nd August 2015 so I again called customer care for the update and the assure me that they will arrange call back from fitment manager but to no avail so I called back for the same but this time it was shocking they replied that the fitment persons will visit 24th August 2015 So this I asked for Complaints Readdresal and Grievance department she informed to hold for moment and directly disconnected the call. If Future Group cannot fulfill commitments then kindly shutdown your sales and kindly educate and train your customer care executives that to pay attention to customer requirement and not to disconnect the calls if they don' t have any answers. Never in my life I will again do any kind of shopping from your end. Rules of company that we should keep money invested for 8 days which gets delayed to 15 days great business idea to utilize the amount of money for this period your end no need to invest any money for doing money you can do business on your customers money.

                    I have ordered the Amazon Sofa on 8th July with SO number [protected], the delivery date was written as 22nd july, they keep changing the date of delivery from 22nd to 3rd August the 5th August then 8th August, i got call on 7th that on next day sofa is going to deliver so i have taken without pay leave for the day & waited from said time from 1 Pm to 4 Pm, & not delivered yet, then i called several times to customer care they wasted my time & then i decided to cancel the order so i went personally to outlet & told to Mr Fibin & Raju to cancel my order. & came back, i got mentally loss, from last three weeks, i am keep calling those person to refund my money, they are not refunding my money, due to that i got mentally loss & met an accident admited to chinmaya hospital CMH road, i need my money back immediately, no body responding & taking responsible for refund status, this is just robbery, i got huge loss mental as well as physically, kindly refund my money otherwise i have to take legal action on that.                       This Big Bazar store in jessore road Diamond Plaza Mall. Bill No : TR : 78016. Home delivery challan no : 99842. We took grocery on 12th August and put it to home delivery. They committed to deliver it within 15th August. When we didn't get the products within said time, followed them up and got answers like "it can happen", "You wait till night 10PM and if the goods were not delivered in that time, it will be delivered in next days", "Why didn't you take your goods with you", "we are not sitting here for a single customers". Guys are quite rude and don't have curtsy to talk to customer. they are quite rude and enjoyed bluffing customers. Even when we wanted to talk to manager, they laughed and disconnected the call immediately. Again called them back, this time they told that it would take time. I agreed to hold on, and I believe they simply put the receiver on the desk as I could hear them laughing. Almost waited for 20 minutes and I had to disconnect as I could realize they were just simply making a fun out of the situation. Now I am afraid if they lost my goods. Finding no other option i register complaint here to get rid of the situation. please help.

                        Reference my order no [protected] dt. 4th August2015 for 8 pieces of furniture. The order was placed at Home Centre, Great India Place, Noida I was assured after checking from the stocks that the delivery in full will be made by 13th Aug'15 . On checking on telephone on 11th, I was informed that all the items are not available and will be delivered after 2-3 days. I requested that all these items must be delivered together on one day. On 13th morning I was then informed that the delivery has been rescheduled and all these items will be now delivered in full on 18th Aug'15 positively. On 16th evening Mr Elvis from the customer care confirmed after rechecking from his delivery team that all the items will positively be delivered on 18th Aug'15( I was put on hold for 20 min when I called tel no [protected]). Today on 17th Aug'15, just after one day I have been informed that there are three items in my order still not available and will be delivered as and when available. I have paid the full amount on 3rd Aug'15 at the time of placing and confirming the order on the premise that all the items are available in stock and will be delivered in full on 13th Aug'15. In this i have purchase two sets of Nivea Soaps (Sets of 4+2 free) MRP on which was Rs 145 each set only but when i have checked the bill at my home i saw it was charged for Rs 168 each set.                             We bought a koryo rice cooker Last week in big bazaar, gulbarga. The product stopped working the first time we used it. When we approached them to return the product they did not take any responsibility for it and were not concerned about the complaint. We were asked to go to the manufacturer directly who does not respond to calls. It was a pathetic experience with one of the most reputed companies

The MRP of the product is Rs. 80. But bigbazar have billed me Rs. 99. While billing when i have asked to counter person he told me that you can contact to customer care regarding that. My question is that how a shopper like bigbazar can take the product value more than MRP. Is it a illegal? If bigbazar is taking 19 rupees from a customer and daily 1000 peoples are visiting the place means bigbazar is cheating daily 19000 rupees from the customer. Is there is any one who can is stop and high light this issue.

                                I ordered an item(Modular Kitchen) at HomeTown, Phoenix Market City Mall, 4-A/B, Ground Floor, Whitefield Main Road, Bangalore- 560048, Karnataka. on 28/5/2013, priced 1, 04, 000 of which i payed 52, 000(26, 000 as cash and 26, 000 as exchange voucher). As per the bill, they should have delivered the product on 26/7/2013. But, till today the product has not be delivered.                                   I went agartala bigbazar last 10th August, i surch a dinner set and after half an hour i found and the price is 1900, when i tell a boy to packed this he told me due to some product missing they didnt sell this then after 1an half hours i decided to take this dinner set which 1stuff is missing.when i went billing section they scan and told me 4000 rupees...i told them in the crockery section it show only 1900, again they cheked it and told the offer is gone few days ago...so why they a bord in this section that only 1900 is rhe rate...i m totally disappointed by ur service..eeeeeee

                                    I went to big bazaar today At 1 Pm..i was there in ladies department Checking out some clothes..i saw a heap of clothes and was started searching..suddenly i hear a Loud voice shouting at me lyk hey dont do this.i said u should hav said politely.she said dont teach me..and i started discussing about this to my mom.again se started shouting at us.even she pointed fingure at my mom saying m not talking to u blatanly..she was so loud and rude.even after tht she started making fun o[censored]s by discussing the whole incidence with staff and other present there..u can eveb check the cctv videos to know ehr se did..tht was very disappointing...this tym of customer service was never expected from a brand like big bazaaz..I wanted to talk to manager too.bt they not let me do this..this type of salesperson are degrading your company goodwill..i wont be able to visit big bazaar as m afraid i have fo face this situation again..i hope this would never happen to anyone else.it ’s my humble request that kindly look into the matter and take some serious steps in this regard to improve her conduct and behavior.salesperson name-prashishta srivastava location-lucknow..bhootnath branch

                                      I ordered Modular Kitchen and Wardrobes for my Flat . Firstly work completed after Seven months after chasing them to do the work . Designing of wardrobe Faulty as Lofts provided are so small that nothing can fit . Rate given to me is wrongly Calculated variation is amounting to Rs 127142/- . No proper Bill given to me . The store from where purchase has been shut down.

                                        Sir i have purchased hometown furniture through paytm. i got it deliverd at mumbai. when i purchased furniture i confirmed from home town furniture group customer care about my desire to get it assembled in veraval, gujarat-362265 for which they readily agreed. furniture got delivered with a crack, i lodged complain with photograph to paytm with copy to hometown. for which hometown replied they will rectify it during assembly. and it was confirmed in their service rep that for one year unlimited assembly/disassembly is free. now when i asked to get it assembled in veraval, gujarat they are making nonsense excuses like of non assembly area and asking nearly 2000 for one visit of rep for assembly and nearly 10000 for repair when the item which is broken itself cost nearly 7000/- there is no response to my my numerous call to home town regards yougender singh [protected] [protected]@gmail.com purchase from home town (future retail ltd) invoice number 91537377 dtd 28 apr 15 91541472 dtd 29 apr 15 91572626 dtd 12 may 15
