Hi this is Partha from Bangalore... As i was going through your Add in Malleswaram branch outlet hanging in a broad and big banner near customer care mentioning home delivery is free if you buy 25 kgs.of rice bag. I did shop the same on 08/06/2015 around 8.00 pm and also to add i have shopped extra few items which after billing i have asked your customer service staff to do the home delivery which is very near by approx. 1.5 KM distance. After filling the delivery form i was informed by your staff that the delivery will take place the very next day i.e. on 09/06/2015. I happily moved on and waited till next day 8.40 pm and found nothing has delivered as per the promised timings by your staff. Now the patience has started fading and i called up to your store and very funnily i was told that the driver is on off so the same info was passed to all concerned store staff for not to take any sort of home delivery for 09/06/2015. I was totally annoyed to hear such issues which was never informed to me by your staff at any point of time. And the answer which i have got from your delivery staff seems to be very casual approach which is not acceptable at the service industry especially in such competition market. i have decided not to go further more to shop your outlet as the service is very pathetic and the way customer is treated seems to be they are doing favor to us, for your kind info if there is no customer there is no business. I hope this types of issues should and ought to be shorted out ASAP for the sake of customer satisfaction. I would like to mention about the so-called home delivery system that Big Bazaar has. If there was no home delivery provided in any store there is no issue but as far as Big Bazaar is concerned these people are promising something and we are getting something else.

I want to complain about the incident that happened on 13th June. I purchase every month from Big Bazaar, Spectrum Mall, Chennai but I recently got to know that the home delivery option is available so today I made a purchase for 2876 and opted for the home delivery. But the staff seemed to be clueless about the process. First they asked to write down the address on the bill. The issue started when I asked them for acknowledgement. The guy told me that they will neither give me an acknowledgement nor a duplicate bill copy. Then when I insisted, the staff at another counter said that there is a challan that they will provide. He went in search of the book and came back after more than 15-20min. Then he filled in the details once again but didn't give a copy. There were 3 copies and he didn't know which one to give me. He kept on enquiring to other on which copy to give. then he called someone over the phone and was discussing the same thing for a very long time and then started having personal talks. It's so annoying that a staff doesn't even know which copy to provide to a customer. He didn't even provide a duplicate bill copy. The entire process took more than an hour. I got so irritated that I cancelled the home delivery option and carried everything myself. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a supermarket and from a retailer like Big Bazaar it's just not acceptable! I also forgot to mention about the staff. The staff behaviour and knowledge on product prices etc is zero. I am sure that Future group can employ better staff and give better training than this. You guys should learn from Nilgiris about staff behaviour!

I really don't think that I would be going to Big Bazaar once again. And I would definitely share my experience with friends and collagues. This attitude from Big Bazaar employees is just not acceptable!

    I booked a kitchen long time back and paid 80k advance with a condition that I will from nalize deal if a future group gift voucher (received for bigbazaar) is accepted. At the time of signing sales person Mr Kunal promised to revert asap but later after numerous followups learnt that voucher will not be accepted. I requested to cancel the deal as agreed. Its been over 3 months and I am yet to get my refund back. I ll be taking legal action to get the refund including interest on 80k if my money is not returned in a weeks time. Its really frustrating.       every time I buy vegetables or grocery items, I am given in plastic bags and hence I started taking my own bag for shopping in BIG BAZAR. When everybody is saying no to plastics I get frightened the way rolls of plastic bags kept in BIG BAZAR for customers to carry their materials.Can there be any alternative to this.Being a top corporate sector it is worth to give a look to this.

            I have taken a kitchen from home town which came with the wrong set of fittings. The kitchen has been installed but the replacement parts have not yet been delivered though the request was raised on 2nd May 2015 itself.It is more than a month today. The kitchen was installed by 2nd May 2015 and today is June 3rd 2015. Please help resolve at the earliest.

              My mobile was stolen from BIG BAZAAR GHATKOPAR EAST (INSIDE ODEON MALL). MY phone no which was stoled is [protected]. This is ridiculous since there were hardly 4-5 customers at around 5.30 pm... I bilieve this is one of your staff member himself...Mr Sachin (store manager) even heard him talking on phone after the theft. I am very very disappointed. Your manager also heard the ring when called after the theft……This happened at the cash counter only… when only your staff was around. Though I am not sure of the person who stole it. This is not expected from the brand name BIG BAZAAR. Later on contacting your store people..and other consumer complaint online numbers.. I get no response...

                In the FAQ on fgsf website following question is included which is answered s mentioned below: Can I shop online also? Yes, through the following web sites: www.ezoneonline.in http://shop.bigbazaardirect.com/ taking the above clue I tried to redeem amount of Rs. 1750 each on these website. On first website there is no link while the second website does not exist. By mistake I left the cards in mumbai and tried shopping in Foodhall at Phoenix City Pune but they did not allow me without the cards. The last resort of online shopping could not be exercised as the sites are not working / not have links. I feel cheated to that extent. What is the solution which can be offered by Future Group in this regard.                   Sir/Madam I purchased LOTTE CRM CH PIE336G from BIG BAZAR(FUTURE RETAIL LTD) on 26.05.2015, but the product was infected by fungus and due to that my daughter became ill.                       I bought 15 items in actual but Bill is showing 17 items. One item is counted two times more.. Amount of these two items is Rs. 54+54=108. I incurred total loss of Rs. 108. My motto of writing this complaint is not to get the amount you charged in excess but my intention is that Please do something to avoid defame of your reputation of a trusted and caring Big Bazar Brand. People trust in you, They never count the amount and the things at your counters because they trust.                         I bought a wipro safe wash. There was this offer buy one get one. Both bottles were taped together. When I came home and removed the tape, one of the bottles was not sealed and 3/4 of the bottle was empty. Please don't bluff this way to the customers. And kindly look forward in this concern.

                          I would like to complain and inform everyone about the malpractices being indulged into by Big Bazaar people, in the name of scheme called Profit Club. They try every trick to sell you a Profit Club card where you make initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 and you are promised shopping of Rs 12, 000 (Rs 1, 000 per month). The salesman selling the card does not inform you the trick they use to deny you the additional 2, 000 Rs, which is simply the interest the consumer gets for making initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 for getting the shopping value gradually over next one year. They allow you to use only Rs 1, 000 per month. For any shopping beyond Rs 1, 000, you have to pay separately, although you have already blocked your Rs 10, 000 into the Profit Club card. The biggest catch here is, that any value remaining unutilized after one year, you are allowed to use it only during next 6 months, Which the salesmen never inform the customer while making the card. I faced this situation, and was denied the additional Rs 2, 000 at BIG BAZAAR, EDM MALL. Even the amount remaining, out of my initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 was not being allowed to be used for shopping, as the customer service desk person told it will be returned via cheque. Upon complaining a lot, the Operations Manager, Mr. Sandeep was called, and he agreed that I can use the balance value for shopping, but simply denied allowing the Rs 2, 000. I told him, I will apply for a new card, and Mr. SANDEEP, THE OPERATIONS MANAGER OF BIG BAZAAR, EDM can see for himself, whether the executives informs the 6 months validity period condition or not, which he denied to go. Obviously, he was sure that the sales person will not tell the condition to a new customer, as it is a strategy of all these people, to ENJOY INTEREST FREE MONEY OF CUSTOMERS, MAKE THEM VISIT BIG BAZAARS FREQUENTLY, KEEP SHOPPING FROM THEIR STORES, WHETHER THE GOODS ARE OF GOOD VALUE OR NOT, AND THEN, FINALLY DENY THE INTEREST OF RS 2, 000 AFTER ONE AND HALF YEAR. I DONT KNOW IF THEY DEPLOY ANY MORE TRICKS OR NOT, BUT WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO AVOID BIG BAZAAR AND THEIR SCHEMES.

                          Further to the complaint, a lady from Big Bazaar, EDM called up from number [protected], understood the complaint fully, and later on told that she has discussed with the team, and nothing can be done.

                          The fact remains, Big Bazaar people are not willing to take any corrective action on the complaint. They are happy looting the customer of Rs 2000/- and letting him go for ever, rather than doing business ethically.

                          Request all of customers to consider their attitude while shopping at Big Bazaar, I personally resolve to never shop at Big Bazaar, or any of future group outlets, and am communicating the experience to other family members also, so that they avoid these unethical people at Big Bazaar
                          Ms Priya from future group keeps forwarding the complaint to Big Bazaar, and the Big Bazaar people keep repeating the same nonsense, without any resolution.

                          All the readers may kindly be warned about their ways of cheating customers and not even apologizing and rectifying the mistakes when complained about.
                          The useless people at Future Group just keep forwarding the complaint
                          between one another, with no-one bothered to own the complaint and
                          resolve it.Advise everyone to avoid this group of crooks called "FUTURE" group.
                          I have cancelled two profit club cards on November 28th 2018 and I have provided the cancellation cheque also. Customer service executive in Big Bazaar Kathriguppa branch informed me refund will take 25 days, today it is 9th of January 2019 still refund cheque not issued and big Bazaar customer service help associate said he has sent mail on November 27th and asked me to wait for 3 days still no refund. I have spoke to profit club customer care associate and floor managers several times, each time I contact them I get different wrong information and they do not have any customer interaction history. It is worst customer service I experienced with big Bazaar and profit club card customer service.
                          please never take this card, I stopped shopping with big Bazaar. I got best customer service and offer in Metro Kanakpura. They are offering 2400 worth shopping card i[censored] pay 1000rs

                          I am Chandrashekar Patil, My Big Bazar Profit Club card No is [protected]. Due to lock Down and Corona Pandemic, I went to native place, it is a village and I am unable to access Big Bazar for 7 to 8 months. My Big Bazar profit club card had a balance of Rs 3000 including benefits. But when I visited Big Bazar outlet in which I have taken the card (Mandya) and Bangalore they are saying your card is expired and your can’t access now as it’s one year valid. No one has informed while taking this card. Really this is very disappointing you people have taken Rs 5000 in advance for 1 yr you have blocked our money. Please think about in customer point of view. It should be customer friendly, but it’s looking apposite. No customer service staffs are not ready to help us. Kindly do the needful at earliest.

To earn extra profit every trick to sell you a Profit Club card where you make initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 and you are promised shopping of Rs 12, 000 (Rs 1, 000 per month). The salesman did not explained the terms and condition ete & never inform that the hidden trick they use .
                          Now when I checked the CARD NO [protected], the balance found “0”, as on 01.11.2020 initially Rs.10000.00 was taken and further there was balance Rs. 8500.00 not refunded and the card was closed /NAME SUBRATA PAHARI/ MOB-[protected]
                          I tried to contact the no [protected]/39825607/08/[[protected]] found gone out of order / nobody attended and there was no update after taking this card / no notice/ no alert etc not initiated to undersigned for getting back my hard earned money as cheated by them not refunded yet and not notice/ massage/mail was updated till the day
                          Even the amount remaining, out of my initial deposit of Rs 10, 000 was not being allowed to be used for shopping, against balance Rs. 8500 .00 as the customer service desk person misbehaved and returned .
                          I & my family was affected by the Covid 19 Positive status and due to Lock down the Shopping Mall was suspended since end of March 2020 and Due to I covid 19 positive / a huge amount of money were consumed to win form Covid 19, I could not be able to attend to Bigbazar Shopping Mall last 7 -8 monts, the Help desk refused to listen anything and there was situation of Assaulting inside the Big Bazar people /staff for refunding balance amount Rs. 8500.00 . please help me to resolve the said issues


                          I want to appeal with the concern authorities that such silent killing of innocent customers must be avoided, since intension of Profit club is to utilize the interest free enjoyment of poor and innocent customers and also wait for the so called last date silently so that they can even forfeit the balance amount in card.

                            Hi, This is a pain for me to express grief about big bazar in Kolkata, my home town, where as in South Indian big cities, big bazar is a model of corporate culture and i appreciated a lot. I visited big bazar yesterday along with my family and little kid. Made some purchase and while returning, at the exit gate the gate keeper intercepted and asked for paying parking charge for my bike. As i know first two hours is free. I spent less than one hour and the coupon given to me while entry gives the entry time. I told the gate keeper about the charge and said if he illegally demands i would talk to their head. With out bothering he kept on demanding parking charge and i had to go to talk inside with the manager while i had to leave my wife and kid at the gate. My kid being an infant (just 6 months old) baby started crying due to hot summer evening. I requested the gate keeper not to make any harassment and this may be brought to the notice of higher authority. Surprisingly the man refused with out even bothering. This is very disgusting experience for me ever i had in any shopping mall. I suggest you to provide necessary training to the employees and guards about how to conduct with customers and conduct a back ground criminal verification for security and guards.                                 I (Ayan Banerjee, Durgapur) purchase a Intex Mobile for Rs.4740.00 on dated 03.05.15 cash memo no - 0011696 at 20.48 hrs from Durgapur Big Bazar, City Center, Durgapur. But that time stock not available at store. So they assured me that with in 15 days they will hand over the said mobile.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, I had visited Big Bazar at Tarnaka today on May 20th to buy grocery as any other bi-weekly shopping we do. The shopping trolley that I had taken was painted on the metal part of the trolley and the paint was wet(there was no wet paint sign) and there were paint stains on the handle that you hold to drive the trolley. My hands got dirty with paint ANC hence I asked one of the staff Mr. B.Swamy to help by getting me an old cloth do that the handle can be cleaned. He was so reluctant at first and then with a great sarcastic expression on face he brought couple of tissues he was handing over the tissues to me, when I asked if he expected me to clean the handle of trolley he created a ruckus by raising voice and the irony is when I turned around there were 10 of the staff laughing around me enjoying the scene. I was never embarrassed so much in life, what a shameful customer service experience. When I moved on to the next alley and asked another staff Mr. P. Prabhakar for the customer service manager, I was again reluctantly told that he would be available at 1st floor, please tell me would I had to leave my shopping trolley(which was half full up) and meet the CS manager. I wouldn't be able to do that even after doing my shopping. My bill numbed for today is 0021256. I request you to please provide proper feedback to your staff and avoid these kind of bitter and shameful shopping experience. Thanks in advance for your proper response on this matter.                                         My order ID is [protected], dated 05/05/2015. i had booked foursitter dining table & a Rosetted sofa-cum bed set from home twon, Diamond Plaza, Jessore Rode, Dumdum, Kolkata. I financed my purchasing from bajaj finance with an EMI of Rs.3999.00 every month. There is no problem in my dining table But the sofa-cum bed set delivered to me was defective which I could understand only when the fitter from local Hometown centre came to fit the same. I have stopped the fitting job which is half done & lying at my home in a scattered way. My complaint is that why do you deliver sub standard item which can not be fitted properly or can not be use after delivery. In this regard i had a conversation with diamond Plaza Hometwon dealer but I could find no solution. Please do the need ful at your earliest & try to satisfy customers like me.
