Home Town has turned out to be worst experience for me in terms of services. After calling them multiple times, and sending them emails the complaints have not been resolved and its almost a month. We bought a Wilton Cloth Drying Rack.After assembling the rack, on the next day itself, the rods are detaching from the socket, The rack cannot hold the capacity of even 2 kgs where the capacity could be 10 kgs as specified on the box.The rack at times just gets detached on its own and falls to the ground. It was delivered and assembled in May 2015, but the doors were not aligned and the assembler from Hometown and his supervisor on phone promised me that they will replace the doors within 10 days.
