Hi I had purchased a pair of spunk shoe on 5th march 2015 from Saharagunj Lucknow. When I wore it first day, it got damage in soul.     I have Purchased furniture's from Home Town at Amanora Town Center, near Kharadi Bypass, Hadapsar Pune with Order No: [protected] & [protected], out of three complete bed room sets 2 where having scratches and manufacturing defects in them. After following up more than 30 times one of the complaint is rectified rest there is no action and more to that dressing table is still to be delivered. With the second order there was Sofa Set and Dinning table with Centre Table ordered. Sofa still not delivered and Dinning Table, Centre Table was delivered with Cracks and holes on them. In short all the furniture's which I received is of substandard quality and the attitude of the sales team changes after they sold the items. They where of no use in fixing the problems suffered by the customer after paying all the amount in advance. Kindly do the needful in getting me a new piece or make my payment refunded to me ASAP.       We bought the ladies kurta and in first wash color was fade out. When gone to store for exachange this product. they were not ready to accept the product and said that it is altered/steeched but how we can wear the cloth without fitting. We raised the issue with the concerned Customer service desk, however the problem is not resolved. They checked the camera recordings, however they unnecessarily asked us to come next day. A copy of the bill has been handed over at the customer service desk. We almost waited for 90 minutes for a resolution; but nothing fruitful happened. Both the 1800 helpline & futuregroup complaint web page is helpless.

            Home Town has turned out to be worst experience for me in terms of services. After calling them multiple times, and sending them emails the complaints have not been resolved and its almost a month. Our bed issue is yet to be reolved. The mattress complaint is already closed by HT even if they have not given resolution. Giving resolution on phone is not important YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO EXECUTE IT. I would like to suggest readers for this forum NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM HOME TOWN

              I bought a pair of shoes from big bazar, sahara ganj mall, lko, two days back. I wore them yesterday and the footwear is in damaged state ; ripped off completely..                 We bought a Wilton Cloth Drying Rack.After assembling the rack, on the next day itself, the rods are detaching from the socket, The rack cannot hold the capacity of even 2 kgs where the capacity could be 10 kgs as specified on the box.The rack at times just gets detached on its own and falls to the ground. Tape is also being used to hold the rods. Please look into the matter as early as possible cause its rainy season here. Thanking you.

I have noticed some thing on the pasta and after boiling them i have seen worms floating on the water which was really shocking. I have taken them last month and it has got another one year to expire. So, what the FSSAI is doing in giving permissions or approvals in delivering the products to people of INDIA.                       I purchased a cot and mattress worth Rs.10000 on Sunday 21st June from the Big Bazaar Malleswaram Branch Bangalore with the promise that they will deliver and install it by Monday evening. Its Tuesday evening now and they are still telling that they will try to deliver it tomorrow. I am greatly disappointed by the service. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform about the delay. On every call they are just saying that they will deliver it the next day. I will cancel the order with my bank if it is not delivered by tomorrow. yesterday they said that something is wrong with the delivery van. Today something is wrong with the driver. Everyday new excuses. In today's competitive market when online stores are delivering products within 1 day, I wonder why Big Bazaar takes 3+ days to deliver products within 6 Km. Never again purchasing from Big Bazaar. I would rather pay more money and do business with people who respect their word and commitment.

                        The contractors who did the work in our apartment have dumped interior work debris (paint cans, laminates, wood etc) in the electrical room opposite apartment door. Complaints to hometown contact Ravi Pandey has no impact. He does not even bother to revert back with any information. One more issue in the long list of pathetic service from hometown.

                          I brought a Book shelf from Hometown furnitures through FabFurnish.com. Product was supposed to be delivered on Friday, 19th June, but actually delivered on Sunday, 21st June. An assembly personal from hometown called on saturday and sunday to assemble the product and informed me that he will come immediately after delivery. But once the product got delivered, he started to say will come to assemble in next 2 days(Saying after delivery they will attend in next 2 days). Assembly personal number is [protected], said his name as Ramesh, don't believe / care whether is Ramesh / Sumesh, just work thieves. These partner services either from Hometown / FabFurnish plays with customer. Customer service either from FabFurnish / Hometown are not at all cooperative. They do not have good coordination between them. Delivery takes 25 days and assembly again takes 2-4 days. In total around 1 month for one product to deliver. Its good to purchase in retail outlet's.

                            Our interior build and service was extremely delayed - total time taken was more than 6 months. And now two weeks after providing delivery, we still need to keep calling for our refund. We have been overcharged for electrical work and laminates - which was promised to be refunded based on actuals - and now hometown jpnagar folks are unreachable and unreliable as usual. Not a day goes by without regretting our decision to go with hometown. This a company of cheats, and absolutely unprofessional staff.

We had purchased crystal glass top with s.s body LPG STOVE - OX901695, from Big Bazar at city centermall on 25/04/2014 - bill no - 64278. on 16/06/15 after using it at night your LPG STOVE- OX901695 blasted out with a loud noise. We were very lucky that none o[censored]s were standing near it or someone from my family would have lost his life. I need a strong explanation in this matter at the earliest along with compensation. I have also reported the matter to the Manager of Big Bazaar, Nasik. But i have not received any reply till today.                                 Have purchased AT bag from Big Bazaar Surat on 09 August 2012. The zipper of the bag has some defect, the product is under 3 year warranty. Have visited Big Bazaar Thane and showed them the product on 10th June 2015 they are asking me to visit to Big Bazaar Surat for the replacement. Since, I have relocated from Surat to Thane it is not feasible for me to visit to Surat just to exchange the bag. Please Advise

                                      Last sunday, June 7, I made some grocery purchases from Big Bazaar, Vasant Square mall outlet. I got out from the 2nd floor after billing with a trolly at about 5 p.m. I then realized that only 1 capsule lift out of four lifts on the floor was functional and there was big que as it accomodated only single trolly at a time. I checked that one of the escalators was working and tried to move my trolly down through the escalator. Suddenly, a security guard named Rahul, snatched my trolly, while i went to the 1st floor through the escalator and my stuff stayed at the 2nd floor. i ran back using the stairs. however, the security guard left my luggage near the escalator and was leaving. my wife who was standing in the 2nd floor shouted at the guard and asked him to stay with the trolly. I reported to the security supervisor on duty but he was not helpful at all. I want to register the following complaints: 1. Why did the security guard snatched my luggage? It is equivalent to an act of theft. 2. The security personal told me that trolly's were not allowed on escalator. however, there was no notice or signs of such nature at the mall or near the escalator. 3. The scurity personal has no right to manhandle me or my stuff. why did he not stopped me before i approached the escalator or stopped the escalator. 4. why did the security guard and the supervisor spoke in a highly unprofessional and loud voices.

                                        I bought a 2-Door Wardrobe from HomeTown via PayTm website in Apr2015. It was delivered and assembled in May 2015, but the doors were not aligned and the assembler from Hometown and his supervisor on phone promised me that they will replace the doors within 10 days. Now its Jun 2015, and nobody is picking up the Hometown customer care numbers. I didn't believe that a company of this size can have this much pathetic customer care.
