I am vikram and my contact no is [protected], I am very thankful to everyone who involved in changing process of my Oven. I am not able to update my complaint ID 1030389 dated 25 Mar. Is the terms and condition were OK which were given to me for changing the oven. i have also mailed to the concerned authorities of
big bazaar and
ezone but didn't received any reply. These were (1) only today 27 mar i can change if i will come on 28 they will not. (2) We will not be giving any gift voucher but a credit note because it cannot be divided for multiple purchases. (3) Oven is compulsory to purchase and its value has to be more then the credit note, i cannot purchase anything else in
big bazaar with that credit note except in
ezone (but not multiple items in
ezone and value has to be more). i was trying for OTG, vacuum cleaner, sandwich toaster and juicer and bill on grand total can be paid from that credit note. (4) i cannot use any coupon (i don’t know why if bill no is new then why coupon cannot be used) though the cashier agreed otherwise i have to pay more Rs 1500 as per their condition. (5) i cannot return the item in any case. What is the RETURN policy? i was feeling that i have done a big mistake to come to
Big bazaar, the same oven which i got at today is just 11690 at
flipkart (without any discount) and i got it with discount at Rs 11321. When I asked
ezone that
flipkart is giving at 1200 rs (as per MRP IN
FLIPKART) less then yours, their answer was we cannot compare with online store. But when you see
ezone online store there is a difference of 1700 rs. what is the use of giving my old oven.(6) when
ezone can use coupons of
big bazaar then why can't he give gift vouchers of
big bazaar. (7) why i cannot purchased multiple items from that credit note (8) why they cannot take the item back, when it is in same condition as given by
Big bazaar, not opened, its warranty card not even stamped. Is it that item once sold cannot be returned. (9) Earlier on 25 store manager said that he confirmed from higher authorities and it cannot be changed and on 26 Mar Store manager said that he has been ordered to change it today only tomorrow it is not possible and we will not change. At this time store manager was behaving as i have done a major crime of purchasing items from
big bazaar/
ezone (10) Why a customer is misguided by store in-charge that he cannot use discount coupons, though they are in validity and scheme is going on. (11) There exchange programme in which it is clearly mention that any electrical scrap is 1000/KG, but when I went there they said it is misprinted actually it is Rs 300/Kg, and when i told them that I want to speak to your supervisor they said you take it at 500/KG.
