I taken a T24 SIM BIG BAZAR stores in kompally on 25.01.2015 ...In that time they said the sim will activated in 24 hrs.. but till i had not activated... when i asked the store person he said that the sim rejected due to some un Known reasons...Again i give prooof Till they no reply...They cheated me

    Dear Sir, I bought a coffee from big bazaar and it says that two good day biscuits are free but I was given only one. On questioning the officials, they were telling that's what is given by the company. Kindly take actions on this matter. They think they can do anything they want. I am from bokaro Steel city.

      Invoice no.0049293, Tr. no.29500, purchase date-24.1.15 Purchasing place- Big bazar, 117/K/13-Reb Moti, Rawatpur. Kanpur, UP.India. We have purchased All sabji masala, Dhaniya, Haldi, Mirchi, Garm Masala. At the time of purchase offer was bye two get one free. But when i have purchased all above mentioned masal, they deduct only price of 3-pieces of Garam Masal. This shows chiting.In Bigbazar, if that type of activity happened then how we can belive with Super market sales facilities. If this fault was salesman fault then why i am pay this cost. so please return by excess paid amounts as per offer price.

        Dear team Knowing weIl how occupied your are I would like to complain regarding pathetic customer service and fake offer. today on 26th Jan me and my family went to your big bajar riverside mall vipin khand gomtinagar for shopping . As we know big bazar running sabse sasta din .lot of offer are there .like buy 1 get 1 free in cloth section. I had purchase baby frock under buy1 get 1 free sceme. And after billing i came to know that there was false billing .cost was taken for 4 frock inspite of 2 frock. As today was a very rush day i understand it was done mistakenly by bIling employee.so i sent my wife to approch the concern authority for rectification and i was taken care of my kids outside the mall. After 1 hour my wife cameout and told me they want to see the clothsthen again my wife went with cloths .and again she came after 1 hour without any proper resolution.she was very upset and shocked with service rendered by your enployees.afer 2 hours your Employee given a statement that today its not possible come on next day. Now my major concern is ..such a pathetic customer service provided by your people .my detail of billing given below Tnr number 47829. Please look into the matter immediately and resolve asap.othewise i will compell to easclate this matter.           I m very disappointed about the shopping at big bazaar and decided never to go here again for purchasing... On dated 26 Jan, , sabse sasta din big bazaar ka, , , I bought set of knife from panvel big bazaar (K Mall) which MRP was 225 and on discount rate big bazaar sale me this item at MRP 250 . As it is most trusted brand, i didn't check MRP on that product..this is the third time that i got bad experience at big bazaar and i will not recommend anyone to go for shopping at big bazzar.

              Big Bazaar - Sakianak ( Jari mari ) outlet. You will hardly get any case wherein they will not cheat you in prices of products. Please some one stop them from doing this. When we argue and show them that they over charged on our bill tgey ask us to take refund. hardly any one notices this and they end up paying more. For proof - Try buying few products and check your bill. 100% u will find that they are cheating.

                Today I have visited Kompally Big Bazar along with Family and completed the shopping bill reference invoice number 11993 dt: 11.01.2015. While coming out from Big Bazar security stopped the trolley after exit and the bill also duly stamped by them as a Exit by Private EYE Security person (Ms. Swathi) as she was listening the some sound while exit the trolley. Up to the above it is normal they have right to check if something goes wrong. But when i went back for their check again they have not attended and kept me waiting for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile two more security persons came their but not attended me. And they are not least bother to open bag and check the items thoroughly. I was not comfortable waiting at exit door and co - customers are seeing at me as something seriously wrong with me and i called security supervisor after 15 minutes. Then floor manager and Facility manager had come the spot and trying to convenience without any proper explanation. And they were not willing to provide me the information of in charge contact number and the mail id. Then I have contacted Mr. Arvind for the explanation. Impact : I have lost the image as this is local big bazar as we know most of the customers each other. Now i need the proper explanation along with compensation for the time loss and the image. Absolutely i am not happy for the treatment of the staff and the way explanation given for the damage happened to me. Regards KVSN RAJU [protected]

                  We bought a Sofa Set, GREEN FERN FABRIC 3+2+2 set in October 2014 from the HomeTown Store at Big Bazar, The Great India Place, Sector 18, Noida. After delivery, however the 3 seater sofa turned out to be defective and on constant complaints on phone, they registered a complaint for "REPLACEMENT" and I was promised that it will be most certainly replaced and not repaired, because it is fault on the behalf of Hometown. I was visited by Hometown people to check the defective piece of furniture and they confirmed that it will be replaced. Further, I was informed that some people will visit again to pack the three seater which was defective and in two days time, a courier company will come and pick the furniture and conveniently the new replacement will be delivered at the door step. While all this sounded alright, the furniture was packed by two people after repeated calls and complaints at the customer care cell. The gist of the matter is that in spite of being promised the replacement of the defective unit, although it was said that if a piece is faulty, we would replace it. Now after so many days, I'm informed that the unit which is supposed to be replaced is NOT available in the warehouse. They're not replacing it and are offering for the another piece of different design. It is not logically sound to have three unit of different sofas in the house. Like any other consumer, I have spent a bomb in purchasing matching curtains which is in sync with the decor of the house. In spite of so many calls, the customer care people at Hometown haven't been able to address my problem logically. In case the unit is not available at the warehouse, all the three sofa sets need to be replaced for uniformity. This everyday nuisance of talking to different customer care people everyday and repeating the problem needs to be addressed immediately. I've thought of Hometown as a brand and as an organisation that takes pride in customer satisfaction and if such a case cannot be dealt properly, it is indeed a blot on not just Hometown, but Future Group.                       This to inform you that I went to shopping at Bigbazar, Serampore, Dist. Hooghly. But I had purchased for Rs. 4538.00. tranction. no 22743 dt. 27/11/2014 paid by cr. card. But your staff Sri Santanu Roy forcely debited my cr. card for Rs. 10000.00 and push a bonus card for Rs.5000.00. Inspite of my repeated protest he could not refund for Rs.5000.00 and later he said to me it will be refund within a week but still now I have no reply and any message from your site.                         Dear Office Bearers, This is to bring to your notice the disinterested and irresponsible and non professional behaviour of certain employees of your Outlet at Empress Mall, Dombivli East. We have been a regular and high spending customers at your Dombivli outlet since it has opened.(Average spend of around Rs. 5000 per month). We have been observing that the employees (seems to be locally hired) are very low on customer service.There are a few employees who seem least interested in bringing the fantastic service you boast off. We were shopping at your outlet on 5th Jan 2015. There was an advertisement board of a combo offer of Rs.849/- for (Rice+Oil+Sugar). When we tried to buy it, we did not find Sugar kept and when we inquired, about the false board, since one of the product(sugar) was not available, your employee seemed least bothered to offer any assistance and orally said that it was not available. There was another family which came after us and while we were inquiring they put the Oil+Rice on their trolley and your employee took out a pack of sugar from elsewhere and allowed them to take it away. He could have given that to us as we were the first to ask for it. The advertisement board was still kept on, when we tried to ask them as to why where they keeping it when the product was not available. He pulled out it in a disinterested manner without any apologies. It leaves a bitter experience for customers like us. We also found that many packets of many products were torn and leaking. This is not only a loss to your company but also leads to an unimpressive customer service.I hope you look into such service snags immediately and redress them at the earliest. We look forward to a better experience from your employees and the company as whole. We love your brand and have been loyal to your stores across the city since last 7 years.                           Hi, This is in regards to the delay in refund of the PROFIT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD bearing card number: [protected] purchased on 14/12/2014 at BIGBAZAAR Tarnaka, Secunderabad and was applied for cancellation on the same day due to dissatisfaction of the scheme. I was told to submit a cancelled cheque for the refund transfer on 16/12/2014 which i did, but of no use. Initially i was promised of the refund in 2 days but it is 20 days since i did not receive the refund. The store manager (Tarnaka Store)comes up with silly and stupid reasons like we did not receive the courier or the cancellation is under process and will take few days of time etc when contacted on 23 rd of December 2014, 2nd January 2015 and 5th of January 2015. I cannot wait for a single day now and i am forced to lodge a complaint in the Consumer court. I demand an apology from the management and immediate refund to settle the issue.                           Appreciate your response but of no use to me. I am in constant contact with the store manager Mr.Venu Gopal and for your info i called him twice today i.e.05/01/2015 but still no improvement in the situation.
                          I cannot wait for any longer and i am approaching the consumer court and the local news paper with the documents.

                            During 26 October 2014 we have bought 2 no's of Trolley Bag(American Tourister Velocity Expandable Cabin Luggage) from Big Bazar (@ 50% Offer) _ Hosur, Tamil Nadu for each cost _3325INR... We took this trolley bag Abroad visit for a Month period, During the single travel to Abroad, both of our Bag lock got jammed (Broken and struck)...It was very worst experience for both o[censored]s even with branded American Tourister Trolley Bag bought in Big Bazzar. We would like to know, how in a single trip the both of our trolley bags even with single travel the lock can damage. After reaching home a few days later, have realized that one corner of a trolley was also damaged.. When returned back to India, We have approached Big Bazar showroom_ Hosur where we bought? Their response is that, you are getting offered product that's why it is get problem. So that we presume what ever you are selling in offer prize it will give the problem in future or it is a problematic products. If you know already, it is problematic product, Then why you are selling to us and making trouble and wasting our time. This created dissatisfaction for us and really we are very upset ... I really wonder why I spend such huge amount from a reputed dealer not a street seller? I would like to know, what you are going to do for our frustration...

                              Hi This is saurabh belong to ambala cantt but working in one of MNC in haryana, On the occasion of new year i came to my house and visit your big bazar outlet 3-4 times within 2-3 days but everytime i see that one of bill counter is always closed, Always i carry < 5 items and everytime i am standing on que for 30 - 35 min and when i ask from your executives then they said that our counter is closed . tell me one thing if counter is closed then why the banner is mentioned on outlet that this is applicable for m< 5 items I am not happy from your services which you offered to your customers, I raise the issue on higher level as some of my friends who also facing this type of issues .                                 I purchased a Wooden bed from Hometown in November. The bed is faulty. The bed is not what was showcased in the showroom. The fitting has not been done properly. The bed makes sounds. he top lid is just kept and has not been attached. The bottom of the box has gaps and has enoguh space for insects, rats etc. This has been horrible experience with hometown.                                     ON 18th DECEMBER 2014 we purchsed a MOZART QUEEN BED WITH HYDRAULIC STORAGE[protected], at HOMETN GREAT INDIAPLACE, NOIDA. ALONG WITH WE HAD PURCHASED A MATTRESS MARVEL THE MATTRess for Rs 20236.. CUSTOMER ID [protected], SO NO [protected], MATTRESS was to be delivered on 24th of december 2014 and till date we have no information about when we would begetting the product. Whenever we tried to contact them the answer we got was that they are not getting any information from warehouse. HOW as customer we are resnposible for the problem at your end? Our dealing was with hometown and we have made full payment and this we consider as harrasement. How will you compensate for this inconvenience caused to us beacuse of delay and uncertainity about the delivery of the product. bed was delivered on 21st of December which was different from what was shown to us . The Bed which we had seen had a metallic hydraulic lifter, the one delivered has a nylon ribbon lifter. So we have already registered a complaint for this. THis we did not expect from a reputed company like hometown. Can u please tell us when we get our product and when the handle of hydraulic lifetr would be changed??
