Hello, Today i made purchase of some Grocery Product along with Britannia Cakes from Big Bazaar Store in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon with Bill No: 15281 and Invoice No: 5475. This is to inform you that the expiry date mentioned behind Britannia Cake was 16/09/11 which is now more than 3.5 years old. Above cake has been consumed by my Twins daughter who are 5 years old. I tried to give above information to Store Supervisor but instead of excepting, he was continuously arguing with us and tried to tear the bill so that we wont have any proof with us. There was a argument between us for almost 10-15 mins after which the argument become heated and we came out of your store safely. I have been using Big Bazaar Profit Club Card from the last 12 month and was having faith on you people. But above overall experience made me down and I am feeling very tortured. I will take this case to Consumer Forum if strict action has not been taken against Store Supervisor. Regards Rahul

    Hello, my name is Amrita Das. I am from kolkata. My complaint goes in the following way. 1. I bought 2 different coloured size xl marked tshirt on 8th February 2015. 2. I tried one shirt and as the size was ok I picked up another one by seeing the fittings size. 3. As per normal human being i used one tshirt and kept another to use it in future. 4. After 1 and a half month when i try to wear the another tshirt weirdly it didnt fit. I was surprised as i took it as per my size printing on it. I realized that its written size xl but it was barely size m. 5. I went back to return it on 20th march 2015. And bigbazar didnt exchange as it was more than 1 month. 6. My question is where is my fault? They misprinted the size . People do not wear new cloths everyday. So i kept it for future. 7. They strongly refuse to exchange my damaged product. 8.               Hello All, I got cheated by hometown Noida. Last year I brought INR 200, 000 home furnishing stuff from hometown, among them I had Vega leatherette sofa set of 75, 000. Now one of these sofa having problem with it’s leatherette, it’s got harden with in few months, and then it’s started cracking. Then I raise a complain on this issue, as usual, nothing happens, they are just not interested to help you out, as they got the money already. I have to follow up my complain several times, every times they promised to rectify it, but never contact me back. All of a sudden I got an sms that my complain(complain no. [protected]) is closed, then they call me up and said that they mistakenly close my complain and come up with new complain number([protected]) and then same process start, nothing happen. All of a sudden they call me up today and told bluntly that I must have use some chemical that cause damage to the sofa and they are not going do anything and close my complain. All of these stuff have 1 year warranty and they are just violating them. Now I’m preparing to take them to the court.                 Hi, I have purchased some clothes from Big Bazaar near Forum Mall, Bangalore. Out of that one shirt has some kind of spot on the pocket of the shirt. I feel, it obvious to wash the clothe before you use it. I washed it and i show a big spot on the pocket of the shirt. I walked into the big bazaar today and i told the same to customer Care person there, first he told you have come after 20 days, you should come within 15days. I told, i dont have that much time that i will come every another day and i asked have you told me when i was purchasing, he told it is written on the back of the bill, you should read it. Then he right away asked, how many times you have used it. Even thou i told him, i washed it before wearing and then i show it. I asked him, do you use new shirt without cleaning it, he in a very odd way told yes i use it, and everyone do it same. It was very annoying. I just gave them the shirt and came. It is a testimony of our commitment to fulfil the corporate Social Responsibility As part of one of our activities we distribute nutritive to build up physical strength and improve patient’s immunity by giving the monthly ration which includes Dal, Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Oil plus protein powder and vitamin supplements to patients. All the patients coming from lower strata of the society. We ordered ration from your Big Bazar mall, Mulund West, on 11th March 2015 and requested it to delivered on 13th March (Friday) at Mulund Maternity Hospital before 1pm, as our HIV nutritive programme was on 14th March 2015.We order the same items every month. On the 13th, till 2pm we did not receive the ration so we asked your representative Mr. Sanjay for this. Firstly he said that there is no stock of wheat at The Big Bazar and then he said he can deliver ration at 7pm. As Mulund maternity hospital close at 4 o’clock, so he said that he will deliver ration next day by 9.30 am. On 14th March (on Programme day) our team member called Mr. Sanjay about delivery of ration. He said it will reach by 9.30 am. All team members along with all our patients reached at 9.30 am. We keep on calling your representative Mr. Sanjay but he was not answering our call. Again 10.30am when we called he said ration will come within 5 minutes. But till 11.30am we have not received the ration so we called land line number [protected] customer care Mr. Ram. He gave another number of Mr. Mukund Wadekar [protected] he said it will come by next 5 to 10 minutes. So again we called Mr.Mukund and he gave us the number of Mr. Rahul [protected].We called up bout Mr. Rahul was not receiving the call. At 12 o’clock we received our ration. We are very unhappy with your service. 1. Your representatives never receive the calls and always give vague answers whenever we speak to them. 2. We are surprised to know that your esteemed organisation lacks stock of wheat. 3. Packed bags were open up(Images are being attached in this mail). We request you to look in to this matter and revert.                     Hi, had purchased a pigion cooker from Phonix marketcity Big bazar outlet and it is used only twice but its not yet all functioning properly. it is whistling several times, i ve reported the same to one of the staff, and he had asked me get the same and exchange with new one but when i took the to the store for exchange, the department manager refuse to do so and asked me to go to service centre. iam very disappointed bcz... i cannot leave all my work and go to service centre within two months of purchase and used only twice. why do you keep such products??? why dont you accommodate customers for genuine reasons, decided not to do any more purchases from Big Bazar. your made me bring the cooker all the way from my house and they refuse to exchange, how disgusting. i will be glad if you can exchange the same. looking forward to your positive reply...                       Yesterday(10/03/2015) i purchased 3 pants from bigbazar Mayur Vihar Extension and given for alteration, now when my mom going to collect pants today(11/03/2015) they say this jeans cost more than appear and not return the product or money.

                      Before that they putted used trousers for selling with other cloths of same type and if any customer purchase it by default then they deny to return it.

                      Take Necessary strict action against Mr. Nanda Pallav(HR) as he didn't responded towards any complaints.

                        On checking the bombay times advertisement for the Great exchange offer at big bazar on 21 feb 2015 we had given a miss call on the number [protected] and also received a confirmation message. Later we got a call from food bazar K Star mall, chembur saying a person named Hamid who is the tempo driver will collect the junk the same day but even after several chasers n daily follow ups with food bazar and the driver no one turned up yet. Also tried checking with the customer helpline but again no help as they didn't have any information. This clearly is disappointing that the customers are cheated by such false advertisement.

                            I purchased a Ergo chair from hometown Bangalore, ORR. Order number is [protected]. Till now no one has come to assemble it. if we call they say, they have 48 hr policy which is already exceeded. And most of the time they don't take call and when we say it is reg. this order, they are cutting the call. it is a lady who is talking in very very low voice and do not convey the message properly. very bad English. She says she will call in 5 min, which never comes. Absolutely disappointed. It is just lying around and accumulating dust. It is always the worst experience at this hometown. The worst in products, service and management.

                              I used my debit card to shop from BIG BAZAAR, Raghuleela Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 6th Feb 2015 for a bill of Rs.2260.61. The cashier swiped my card and asked me to enter my PIN but said it did not work so she swiped again for the same amount of Rs.2260.61 and I re-entered PIN which was accepted. I got 2 messages for debits from my bank ( total amount - Rs. 4521.22) but thought it would get reimbursed since she told me the first transaction failed and a bill was not printed. Now it has been a month and I did not receive any refund and I have been charged for Rs.2260.61 extra. I would like this to be resolved ASAP and would like to know why the money was not refunded. I am attaching my bank statement showing I was charged twice for the same transaction and did not receive any refund from BIG BAZAR.                                 hello, i had made full payment for the kitchen on 02 aug 14 at the store in kothrud. my customer id is [protected]. while the basic assembly work has since been done, the completion is taking inordinately long time. issues like skirting, shelves, glass for crockery unit etc remain incomplete. despite numerous phone calls, personal visits nothing is moving. we also do not get access to anyone in authority to resolve our problem. only the designer and a staff is interacting and it is beyond their scope. the time taken is now causing us problems since we cannot occupy the premises leading to financial loss due to rent liability at the permise we are presently occupying. the issue need IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION.                                       my name is prasad and iam a customer of big bazar, [store located in i.s sadan -hyderabad] as on 4/03/2015, these month i have purchased knor nuddles pack of two 70g-m.r.p is per pack 12 rupees [for two packs total rs.24] but there done billing as per pack 15, total rs.30, i thought its first mistake of big bazar, but it is again repeating today also, as iam purchased priya sambar powder 100g m.r.p is 35 rupees, but there done billing as 38 without any discount, so please take action on big bazar stores, as these small differences there are cheating many customers, i can show proof of big bazar billing of todays which is with me right now

                                        Dear customer support officer, I am very disappointed with the disposal. I have purchased 2 sofa set from HT Noida. The 2 seater sofa set was delivered in good condition on 4th January and 3 seater delivered later with defective/damaged condition (photo attached). I made the complaint on the date of delivery and waiting for long. I have received call from CC executive two times and were insisting me for repairing. But, I denied as this is new, so, I want replacement. But nothing had happened so far and they did not even offer additional discount as well since they have failed to replace the faulty one. And on the top of that they have closed my replacement request by putting ridiculous reason. Therefore I would like to draw your kind attention and request your immediate action to replace or at least offer 35% additional discount on the price of damaged 3 seater sofa.
