Dear Concern, On Saturday i went to Home Town noida GIP branch for some purchasing. As we selected some of the furniture worth of Rs 95000. My order no is [protected]. i financed my purchasing from Bajaj Finance. I made 1/3rd payment of my whole amount to the Home Town and rest of the amount was supposed to be done by Bajaj Finance. My documents to the bajaj Finance was not completed as i did not give the cancelled cheque. So the details of my bank account which was supposed to be linked for the EMI is not mapped with Bajaj Finance. They said my loan is approved but not passed as the documents are pending from your side (customer side). I gave my address proof pan card and signed the form. But after returning to my home i came to know that we may shift from Delhi by next month. On Sunday that is the very next day i visited to the store physically again and met Mr. Rohit (store manager) we requested him that we want to cancel our financing from Bajaj Finance and requested him to adjust the amount (Rs 33450 ) which we paid as 1/3rd payment in some of our purchasing. But the guy from Bajaj finance Mr. Rinkesh misguided us saying that Bajaj has already given the money to the Home town for our purchasing and that can not be cancel. I gave a call to the Bajaj Financce and i told my problem to them they said me unless the whole document is by client's side is not completed the loan can not be passed it can only be approved as the major document the cheque was pending which was suppose to be linked as EMI account for direct debiting the funds every month. Mr. Rinkesh tried to misguided us and Mr Rohit the Store manger told us to write a mail for the cancellation to home town customer care. Mr Rohit was also supporting Mr. Rinkesh that the Home Town has received the payment. But I want an answer if my payment is done without mapping my EMI cheque that means i will get the delivery of the product because home town has got the payment and the duty of Home Town is over and then since the mistake is from Bajaj FInance side so they are liable to pay my loan as they dont have my EMI bank account details with them. I have requested for my loan cancellation and for adjusting my payment in some of my purchasing. Now i state that since i have suffered from mental stress due to the misguidance of your executive and now i am not interested in any kind of transaction with home town and Bajaj Finance. So now i want all my money back or tell me the process to approach to your senior authority or should i go to consumer court. Kindly Reply me as earliest. My No is [protected]. [protected]@live.com

    Hi, This is Dhanesh Dhanapalan. You can track my order with my cell no [protected]. I purchased furniture for 2.5 lacks on Jan 26, 2015. The delivery of the products is delayed and finally it happened on 3rd of May 2015. The problems I am facing are 1) They didn't install the king sized coat as there is no hardware till now. 2)They didn't install the study stable as the material they delivered is damaged. 3)The shoe stand they provided is damaged. 4)They didn't install the dining table chairs since the material they delivered is damaged. 5)the delivery of one office chair is pending. I celled up customer care every day but no use, I talked to one delivery manage Santhi, but no use. The experience I am having with home town is pathetic. For the last three weeks the installation is pending. We cannot use the room as they dumbed the materials in our flat and cannot use the furniture since it is not installed. Please help me in this Dhanesh Dhanapalan
    I want to return the items given below since it is damaged, and some are not delivered for last four weeks...
    1)King sized coat
    2)study table
    3)office chair

    Today the technicians came and went back with out fixing the coat and other furniture as they are not having the hardware. I am not understanding how you are managing the things. If you are not having the hardware why you are sending them.

      Dear sir I had purchased a Morphy Richards Induction stove in Big Bazaar, Sector-III, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700106 during month of November, 14. At the time of purchasing the induction stove, Big Bazaar staff suggested me purchase Morphy Richards brand as Morphy Richards provides home service. Accordingly, I had purchased Morphy Richards Induction Stove. After two months of purchasing there appears cracks on the induction stove and the plastic body starts cracking gradually round the body. I had made complaint at Morphy Richards customer care. Accordingly, Morphy Richards technician visited my house and told me that there is no guaranty on plastic body. Since only 2 to 3 months were lapsed from the date of purchasing and in view of no negligency on my part I have made another complaint but all my efforts were went in vein and Morphy Richards did not respond on my complaints. since I had purchase the Induction from Big Bazaar, I had requested Big Bazaar authorities, from where i had purchased, and requested them to intervene in the matter and again lodged complaint in Big Bazaar. Further on the request of Big Bazaar authorities I had showed the induction to the Manager of Big Bazaar physically and again lodged complaint. But it is needless to mention here that even after lapse of more than 10 months neither any action nor any reply received either from Big bazaar authorities or from Morphy Richards. Therefore it is requested to kindly intervene in the matter and issue suitable directions to your Big Bazaar branch to take necessary action on my complaint. Look forward your reply.         Dear Sir, I had done shopping for an amount Rs 4622.04 at Big Bazar, Phoenix Market City, Opposite to BBMP Office, Mahadevapura, Bangalore 560048 on 10.05.2015 (yesterday). I have a T24 mobile phone no. [protected] in which I received a message on 10.05.2015 stating that "Weekends are now crazier @ Big Bazaar ! Just shop for Rs 2000 or above & Get 4 Times Talktime FREE on your T24 No. Offer valid only on 9th & 10th May." Yesterday (10.05.2015), I have done a shopping at the above mentioned Big Bazaar outlet for an amount of Rs 4622.04 vide INV NO. 0026895 Tr;13293 TILL NO.23 CH;333135. My complaint is that instead of getting 4 times FREE Talktime as promised in the SMS message, my mobile a/c has been credited with only Rs 45.38.           PURCHASED NEW SAMSUNG LED TV 23 INCH, THE SALES PERSON HAD STATED THAT THERE IS NO NEW STOCK AT PRESENT SO HE PACKED THE TV WHICH WAS ON DISPLAY, BUT WHEN I RETURNED TO HOME AND STARTED THE TV IT WAS SHOWING BLACK & WHITE PICTURE.             I paid 2999=00 instead of 2000=00 and lost 2 shirts also I sow a TOI add on 18/4 with an offer for safary daffodle bag for 799.00 - but i missed to read the details where it was mentioned i should buy 2 shirts for rs. 500+ (which I came to know only when i went to your ahmedabd -himlayamall- unit, from where I bought the bag -about the need of shirt purchase) When i took the item i verified the cost with the sales man who told me that i can choose any color out 3 he has in stock - but even he missed to mention that i need to buy the shirt. as i was in a hurry i paid the amount told by the cashier by credit card. When i got the credit card statement I realized the mistake that the bag was billed to me at 2999=00. Just to make sure I verified the fact yesterday as i could get the paper with the add where the shirt buying is mentioned. Please even if i buy 2 shirts worth 600 the total cost will be 2000=00 but even without the shirt i paid 2999=00 for just the bag. Considering the genuine mistake done by me kindly look in to the matter and do the needful to refund the balance amount or give us credit for the same for future purchase.               I have shopped for around 2000 INR on 22.04.2015 from BIG BAZAR. And was forcefully sold two T24 SIM cards against additional payment of 160 INR. The story does not end here, we were being told that the SIM would be activated in 2 working days, which never happened till date. We tried to contact the big bazar VIP road outlet on several occasions through telephone and were assured by T 24 sales men that it would be activated in couple of days as the have not yet sent the documents to the concerned dept which is totally unacceptable reply and warrants immediate action. Then on last Friday night i.e on 08.05.2015 the T24 representative crossed all bars when I called them to enquire about the activation. The sales boys argued in a very unwanting tone and asked us to come and collect the money as if he is doing us a favour by this. On asking his name he straightaway denied to tell. Now is this tone and manner by which big bazar functions and interacts with their customers??. And do they give such ethical and moral value to its employees???                 I had bought an electronic safe from Hometown at Great India Place Mall, Noida (UP) (details below) a couple of months back. This item was apparently has a delivery and/or manufacturing defect. I took this in good faith, in a packed condition from the store however on opening the container the door of the safe was found to be locked. We tried to locate the safety key but it was not present in the cardboard container, and seemingly had been locked inside the safe. We also tried to open the safe using passcodes but there was no battery installed while delivering the product to us hence that too is not working. I tried to approach your GIP mall outlet (it actually was a lot of trouble to carry the heavy item in hand to the store), however neither the cash counter staff nor Shivam (who sold the safe to me) could be of any help. Shivam however provided me with a toll free number of some third party agency that apparently provides for 'services' to the Iqip products bought from Hometown. Again, taking all the trouble I had been trying to talk to this 'service' provider who told me that irrespective of my item being under warranty or out of warranty I need to pay Rs. 400 as service charges - this I found completely absurd and shocking since I hold HomeTown and Future Group in high regards as an individual and institutional customer. It was not a matter of Rs. 400 but of my rights to good customer service from a brand such as Hometown. Eventually they sent someone from Jeeves Services, their service provider (seems this is what happens when companies import cheap and low quality chinese items for which they can not provide good services themselves), who inspected the safe and told that it can not be repaired and requires replacement; the only other option he gave was to break open the door of the safe which would cause damage the body of my brand new equipment. I have been trying to seek help from Futuregroup/Hometown, even dropped mails, but only getting dissatisfactory response from them and till date no solution has been provided by them. Item: IQIP S 20 D (Electronic Safe) Amount: Rs. 3699 TILL No. 5 Receipt No. 1236933 Ch. 309404 TR. 16470 St. 6502 Date. 02.03.15 The 'Customer Care' manager from Hometown GIP Noida sends SMS and emails without quoting their names, designations which is utterly unprofessional and makes it impossible to contact them. Kindly help.

                      Hi, We have purchased a Dining Table Set from Home Town on 15.05.2014. Description[protected] Bliss Marble Top 6 Seater Dining Table). This is to let you know that we were handed over a defective piece from the time it was installed and within 6 months we had to compliant and one of your carpenters came and fixed the chairs. We requested to replace it understanding it was a defective piece but they denied the same and did a stop gap solution. Last week we had a major accident in my family due to the reason as my father fall down from the chair as it came out from the joints causing a major damage in his spine. Now this happened because of the carelessness of your employees and not giving any attention to your customers. We have again called up your customer care yesterdays to replace the chairs but they agin said they will send a carpenters to fix it, again which would be a stop gap solution so we get over with the warranty period. This is really frustrating hence this is an official intimation before we proceed legal on this and and further ask for an compensation for the accident which was caused because of the lack of thoughtfulness from your employees .                         I bough linen for suit in Suit Studio Hyderabad at Hyderabad Central and got it stitched there itself. I had been there for 4 trials and one initial visit for buying but even after this they didn't stitch it as per requested measurements. Since I had to fly same day to abroad I took as it is without trial on last visit by believing the Future Group. But alas there was not alterations done and suit it lying with me here since 3 months. I'm not able to wear it also. I sent mail to Priya <[protected]@futuregroup.in> and "customerservice.[protected]@futurelifestyle.in" then after 3-4 days I got response of they are verifying it. Again after multiple follow ups after 4 days I got reply somebody will call. And that guy name is Arpit Puri <Arpit.[protected]@futurelifestyle.in>. This guy rather than solving the problem started to give me the fake promises and dragged the issue without any solution for one month. And later in the calls started to teach about professionalism and his positions in FutureGroup. Also threatened me to withdraw the complaint and refused to cooperate in any manner to solve the issue. I'm shocked by this kind of behaviour and unethical approach of Future Group employees for consumer complaint resolution. I need just my money back for the merchandise I spent and the rest expenses to courier it. That's it. Still looking forward for honest and ethical response from FutureGroup.

                          Dear Sir As on 01/05/2015 we had purchased grocery items from BigBazaar Bagha Jatin Kolkata centre . I was told that the delivery of the same would be made by 04/05/2015. But today is the 5th of the month and still I am waiting for the delivery of the goods. Kindly look into the issue urgently

                                  I would like to report a fraud committed on my big bazaar profit club card. I received an from Big Bazaar informing me that my Profit Club Card has been swiped for Rs. 1000 on 1st May 2015 and that my monthly balance is reduced to 0. At that time was in my office attending meetings and the card was with me all the time. Sensing trouble I called up the customer care number and registered my compliant. I got a call back from the customer service with explanation that someone came to big bazaar carrying some sort of barcode sticker with him and was able to use 1000 from my account. The cashier told that the customer claimed to be my brother and hence they let him use my funds on the basis of the bar code he was carrying without any further verification. Although the customer service offered that he would cancel the card and give me discount of similar amount next time I come to shop at Sahara mall big bazaar, I am raising a bigger question here. My money was taken out without my permission due to negligence of Big Bazaar and I am expected to visit a designated store to make purchases in order to avail this. Even bigger problem is that you are in possession of your customers’ funds and seems not to have any process in place to prevent its misuse! Either this is done with full compliance of your store employees or there is a major security flaw in your process. Either way this cannot and should not be simply brushed aside.                                       As the per the terms and conditions mentioned on the board - The free delivery is available for purchases of ₹1000 & above But when we asked for the service they told that your min bill amount should contain only food products, which was no where mention on board of T&C. It is very disappointing that when the consumer really need your service you seems to stand no where for us Please correct the terms or look into the matter asap Yours worthy consumer
