I purchased a Wildcraft bag from Big Bazaar, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Due to zipper problem, I took it to that same place, where it was told to me that to solve this zipper problem will take 10-15 days. I was agreed somehow as i had no other option. I submitted Bag against gate pass no.2397 on 5th November, 2014 where the date of delivery was 20th November, 2014. I was agreed in that. When I reached to store It was told that due to some problem It will take 2-3 more days. Again when I visited on 24th November, 2014 it was told that the service man was sick, so it will take 2-3 more days. We will inform you about that. Again when I asked the nos. given on gatepass of Mr. Kuldeep ([protected], [protected]) the reply was very rude and it was again told to me wait for another ten days.     Hi, I had purchased sofa from hometown noida branch in Sept 2014. Now it's springs was damaged within 2 months. i had made complaint but every time i call the customer care for follow up. now they are saying they won't replace my sofa. They just repaired it. Now my question is i invested 45 thousand and if after 1 year again springs damaged then what i will do ?       Hi team, I received 2 calls from big bazaar alleging that i have won some complimentary gifts and they keep pestering me to come and visit the office to collect the gift. When I ask them how they got my details, they only reply that either me or some of my family members purchased some items in big bazaar and filled up the form with my details. they cannot give me info about which branch in bangalore was this information provided to them. Honestly, I do not shop regularly in Big Bazaar, and i have not stepped into a big bazaar store in the last 12 months. Not sure how they got my details. I received the call from +91 [protected]. I smell something fishy here and may be your brand is being used for some nonsense promotions. Can you please have this checked.

Kindly arrange for early re-connection of the number or refund the balance in my account without delay. Since I was never intimated that I cannot send sms within permissible limit of 100 sms in a day, which I have not violated, i urge that the connection be restored with immediate effect or balance refunded without delay.           Really upset with my today's experience at Big Bazaar. I reside at Varanasi, U.P. Today we bought few items at big bazaar Varanasi. At time of billing we found bill amount little extra then our expectations of all goods, so we tried to match it on counter itself. We found that there's an extra item mentioned in bill of amount Rs. 199/- (as you see in bill) that we haven't purchased, so we asked about it. They opened the packet and found item is not there. The person at the bill counter, instead of feeling and saying sorry told us to go to top floor for refund of money. How disgusting!! With my 3 years kid all alone, because of your fraud kind of action, I need to move to top floor to correct the bill, WHY??? It's the big bazar's Sabse Acha service...??? One thing more, by the way if we had not matched the items there, will your people Going to consider this fault afterwards, if we would have come from home after 2 days. What if they said, how would we trust that you have not taken the item to home? For me it's a serious forgery and it should be checked, as most of customers are troubled and many a times they don't match items there. They come to these kinds of departmental store only because of trust, and if that's not maintained there, then all your claims are fake. It's a cheating and I find it a offensive criminal act like stealing. Please do something for it. I hope no other customer had lost their money because of these stealing habits of your system. I am really disappointed. Going to put it in social media.

            i took a mobile no[protected] from lake mall, kolkata..after that the sales guy told me to pay rs 51 toget rs 51 talk time.i had paid by credit card.but i got rs 20 as talk time and rs 31 i did not get till date.in this connection i had done email several times(appox 12) to your company mail id and even your company asked for the scanned company of the credit card bill, that also i had sent...but till now i did not get the talk time remaining rs 31...your company people called me does not even know the working of edc machine...that also i had to explain him... please provide the necesaary talk time.docomo company also said us that fault is with big baazar not them. please settle the matter quickly. since 4/11/2014 i 'm telling you for the talk time...

                Dear Sir/ Madam, I had ordered a Marina King bed with storage, along with certain other items, from your store in Amanora Town Centre Mall, Pune, on 05 Oct 14. The item was delivered about two weeks later, as per my recollection, and assembled a day or so later by a team of carpenters sent by you. During the assembly process, the workers were left unattended, so as to allow them to finish the task unhampered. As such, I saw the bed only after it had been assembled and placed with the headboard against the wall. Being a heavy item, it has remained in the same place since installation. Yesterday, I noticed that the horizontal strip on top of the headboard appeared to be loose, as compared to the corresponding strip on the foot board. On further inspection, I noticed that there were two dents in the rear of the headboard, through which the white of the inner material was visible. It appears to me that some damage has been done to the headboard either during transportation or assembly. I therefore request that the same be replaced at the earliest. I might add that the room in which the bed is placed is a guest bedroom, which has been very sparingly used. I cannot add any photographic proof, since the bed is extremely heavy and there is no access for me to photograph the damaged area. It will have to be seen physically.                     Hello, I have a complaint about future group shopping card.I have a balance of 13000 in my card.At the time when card is given to me they said that I will get Rs.135/- every month free shopping from 1 nov 2014 for next 12 months.I have purchased two -three times from big baazar after 1st Nov.Every time the counter guy made excuse that card is not activated yet.And now today he said that it cannot be activated.                     Hi just did a shopping at Big Bazar Bhangagarh. Cash memo no. was 0094323/ Tr. 2365. The person at counter was informed about updating the mobile no. since self had forgotten to carry the membership card. However, on checking the bill the no. updated was incorrect.

                    Was told by your counter per to contact help desk. and helpdesk person informed about getting all the shopping items to get it re scanned. Horrible experience. Your persons mistake why the customer to be inconvenienced..

                      Regarding invoice No. 0030165, Tr 21328. Did a shopping of worth 1698 Rs tonight and asked Syed to redeem the amount through the FG Shopping card 8229xxxxxxx2870. Instead of redeeming it through the card, he swiped the total amount from the debit card in spite of repetitive request. Then they asked us to wait near the counter for 30 min so that he can redeem the amount of our card in another transaction and give us the cash. The cashier was giving the 100 rs every time when the other person was doing a cash transaction. This is not the 1st time I am experiencing such bad service. And the worst thing is a person named Chandan is good for nothing, he doesn't know how to behave with the customer. I request you to take some strong action against him. Please call me at my cell phone for the bad experience over the counter. Had to wait for 1 hour. You can have a look at the CC tv coverage for the additional information. These people are not ready to listen to our concern. I don't see any meaning in having people like Chandan in customer care center. Awaiting for positive action from your end. I have all the proof with me. Even had 2 of my friends as evidence. I don't know writing a long mail will give the justice. I am trying my best to get the positive action from your end. Please call me to get the complete horrible one hour picture in the big bazaar, JP nagar, 2nd Phase, Bangalore 560011. I don't mind losing that credit amount of 14, 400 INR which is there in my FG shopping card. Forget me, I would not suggest people to go to Big bazaar. I want justice, mistake do happen. But the way Chandan the customer care person responded was horrible. I want you to take some action against him. He is not fit to be in care center. He thinks as if his father owns the Big Bazaar.                         I have a gift card issued during the diwali promotion of future group. So I have some cash credited for free shopping for the year to redeemed mOnthly when I visited big bazaar at amanora town center- pune, the customer care informed that the link to the redemption is not working and hence the redemption cannot be done. The lady also assured that the card cannot be redeemed at nay of the group.stores since the link for the whole group is down. To my surprise the card worked perfectly in Ezone in the same mall.the bill helpdesk executive mentioned that this excuse from big bazaar at the time of any free shopping or redemtion isvery regular. I wanted to know is there a genuine error in the link provided to them exclusively or do they not want to entertain the redemption as per the group's promotion scheme?? I also visited central just to check out the problem, the card would be accepted there too!!

                          Order No 2274817..Ordered Remington hair dryer on 25th Oct 2014. No response on shipment for 30.10.2.014. When I called on 30th, I was told product not available. Asked to cancel the order. Order not recorded in their system till 5th Nov 2014 and refund pending Rs.2, 195. Worst customer service and updation.. Pls dont buy from Future bazaar.

                            Yesterday (04.11.2014) I purchased Dove essential nourishment body lotion from Big Bazaar Raipur and its MRP was Rs.200/- with a free Dove 42gm soap. But in bill they took Rs.225/- which I realised after returning. The experience I had from big bazaar yesterday was really poor. With the Ponds cold cream I bought, it was supposed to have a Pond's white 7.7g beauty cream free but I did not get, instead they did not remove the magnet and at the door I had to take out the Pond's and then the security tore it off. I lost my time simply dealing with the miss managed staff at big bazaar Raipur. I want to emphasise again that the cash counter is messy and we have to wait for so long. After billing there is only one staff to remove magnet for four counters and the rest of the counters are closed. We have to tell twice them that if any stuff we bought is having an offer.

                              I visited Big Bazar Belgaum yesterday and had a shopping worth 11000 rupees and I am a frequent visitor and monthly I spend almost 25 k at Big Bazar. First of all there was no helper to put the goods on the bill desk, to pack the billed good in a carry bag, the cashier wanted to rush back for lunch so she was in hurry and she kept saying counter is closed come after some time [ Waiting is obvious in India...I could feel at Big Bazar even]... she was rough and rude at customers. [ Can be checked at CCTV camera] now after putting all at the time of payment I was asked for ID card as I wanted to pay through ATM [ I hope there is no such rule from RBI ...may be Big BAZAR is higher authority than RBI... I agreed even but I was asked to wait at least 30 minutes until they Xeroxed my id proof [ As I said waiting is obvious]. I asked how could they assure that taken ID will not be misused ... how can we promise sir ...was the answer. I told please display it at least so the customer will mind it... the answer was : The management doesn't listen sir... After an hour of wastage I went to Customer Care Desk [ Please check Ur CCTV footage] for a complain but like bull Indian Culture there was no Complain Register ... must be disappeared with HUDHUD cyclone. I waited a long fin all I went to store manager at Basement...complained him the answer was as simple as drop of water " Sir we have also protosted for ID issue but Retailer Association has made it mandatory" [ Now I confirmed that these so called retailer are higher, bigger and stronger than RBI and consumer forums] now I aske ok am agree but why have you not des played this rule... the answer was resemblance of a political " Yes sir we will it very soon" ...I asked where is your complain register then Cashier spoke in between [ Mr Rakish] sir it is in warehouse... [ I think the customers are given a free trip to warehouse for Diwali gift] There may be cost cutting having same complain register for customers and rats at warehouse. Now after wasting three hours like a abla aam adami came back to home tired. Yet feeling proud HUM US SAHAR KE VAASI HAI JIS SAHAR MAIN BIG BAZAR RAHTA HAI... Finally planning to Put an RTI to RBI and State government that who has given authority to BIGGGGGGG BAZARRRRRR to collect the ID proof from the customer ...if given under which act... even writing a letter to all newspapers about the same... [ COMMON MAN ALSO REACT SOME TIMES...]

                                Misbehav & harasment When i purchase a contaner & sonpapdi @ 299& 89 (offer price) disply at ur counter after verify frm countr whn i biling d items thn at cash countr said no ofer price tak machin confirm customer dsk but after 20 mnt d rudly said ther is no offer but whn i said why u disply it tn d quekly want to remove d disply bord (pix with me) ., .                                   I had booked a Modular Kitchen (CARCASE - MARINE PLY SILVER SHUTTERS -MDF PVC FOIL) ON 07.07.14. The order was booked in the name of Mr D.K.Dutta Chowdhury .After a long wait, I called up the outlet of Home Town from where I had booked the order but did not get any favourable response.Thereby I visited personally but I was only given dates after dates which never materialised.No accurate information flowed in from your office (Noida). I was then forced to call and ask the authorities to cancel my order.Thereby after 2 days, I received my parcel on 30.10.14. When the installation started, it was found out that 2 whole cabinets were missing.The Site supervisor was not available on the date of the installation due to some personal reasons, hence I had to take off from duty and see through the entire installation as the boys who came for installation knew nothing about the design.They were not even carrying a copy of the design. I again called up and informed your office at Noida about the missing products.After that, till 1:30 pm today there was no information whatsoever from your office as to what has been the action initiated by them . I thereby called up only to hear that there dont even know the actual status at the site. I am surprised that is this the way that a big chain like Home Town functions.There is no after sale support .Once money is received, the client has to chase the order.I dont know how many STD calls I had to make to your OFFICE to get the correct delivery status. I am writing to you with a lots of hope and I request you to look into my problem and provide an immediate solution from your end . Regards Dipanwita [protected]

                                    Summary: Order no 2242795 dated 13-10-14 cancelled on 20-10-14 vide cancellation no. 8005879, Rs.30000/- refund pending. Details: I had placed an order for 30 gift vouchers of Big Bazaar of Rs.1000 each on 13th October vide order reference 2242795. On 20th October, I made 4 calls to helpline. Each time I got different replies. Finally person named Sachin at the help center informed me that the order "did not flow into the system due to technical snag". I didn't know what it meant but requested for cancellation. He cancelled the order and gave me a cancellation no. 8005879. Then I called up again on 28th October and was informed that "the cancellation did not flow into the system due to technical reason" and will be done within 24 hours and that I shall receive a confirmation mail. I did not receive any mail so I called up again on 29th October. This time executive with the name of Salman took the call and gave me the same resolution. I insisted to talk to supervisor and was made to speak with Amit. He assured that I shall get confirmation within 24 hours and refund will be processed in 7-8 days. Till 31st October I did not receive any mail so I called up again and spoke with Amit only to get fresh assurance and fresh target date. In the mean time I have been writing mails to customer care but not a single mail is responded.

                                      Dear Team, Today I purchased knor soup with other articles. Soups are having offer of buy 2 get 1. So I bought 2 chicken & 1 veg. Soup. Now in the bill, price is added for three packets, though they confirmed that the offer is redeemed when I asked in the billing counter. Hereafter, when I checked the bill details, price for 3packets were added. Then I went back and checked in another counter. Then it was told that as the flavors were different so I will not be eligible for the offer though I bought 2chicken flavors. Attached is the bill. This was my first tremendous experience in asansol big bazar. Thanks & Regards Samik
