I am Sampa Bhowmick.Yesterday on 3rd August 2014 we went to shop at Big Bazaar Agartala. After all purchase and payment we were going out of the store when security stopped us and told that it was declared 5 bags while we have 6 bags. They took us again to 2nd floor and there after an hour's check and recheck they came to this conclusion that it was the counter boy's fault. After that without any apology the person who checked all items told us to leave the shop as it was closing time. In this whole incident we surprisingly did not see the face of the store manager. He did not come to check what was going on and not even came to apology to us. We on the other hand got humiliated in front of approximately 30-40 people who were looking at us as if we were the thieves. We are very old customers of not only Big Bazaar but also the other wings of future groups.I am sending you the details of the bill and my payback card number. I hope you will take necessary steps which will be visible to us. We need prompt action.     Hi TeamToday my self visited your Vaishali Nagar Jaipur Outlet for my monthly purchasing as I am regular customer of your outlet.When we done our purchasing and billing done I found that billing is very high in compare to my early months purchasing even though I have done less purchasing than earlier months. Then My self start scutnising the Bill after payment and found that prices are over than the amount labelled on items and raised the voice but no one from your staff entertained when myself start shouting than your store manager come down and told only for one item that by mistake some one from customer side put the tings in wrong bucket. While I have taken the snap which shows that entire bucket is full of same kind of items.For another Item he told that this prices are for item placed at down side bucket not for the bucket on which item kept. When I investigated that found that Labeling of correct item placed at approx 6 feet height. Please note that wrong labeling and this kind of labeling is offense under Meserment Control Act of India, As well as against rights of consumers.My self surrendered all the items and taken my money back.It is shocking for me that when I purchase same things, and all the items are almost of same brands from another Outlet chain I have paid approx 500/- Less than Big Bazar.where is moso of Customer Service from Future GroupWhere is moto of Sabse Sasta of Big Bazar??I can not expect this kind of cheating from Big Bazar.You need to investigate. Bill amount was of Rs. 3516/- of 2nd Aug at approx 7 PM.

      My name is Abdul Sabith. I was a partime worker at "Bigbazaar Kormangala, Banglore Branch." I submitted my resignation letter on 4th June 2014 and served 16 days after submitting resign letter. My HR Divya verbally accepted my resignation, but didn't give any written acknowledgement of it and promised that she will give my salary upto 20th june 2014. On 20th june I resigned from bigbazar.Now it is 40 days over but they didn’t give my salary yet.Today I went to Bigbazaar to meet HR.When I asking my slary HR misbehaved with me and said that they will not pay my last month salary.Also i'm doing verbal and written communication with this companies staff providing agent “Trident Staff Solution” but Bigbazaar HR refuse to give any amount. now i want to take legal action on this matter, please suggest best way

        Dear Team, We had ordered a double recliner a few days ago from Hometown which was supposed to be delivered today. Since me and my wife are both working we had specifically asked the sales person not to have it delivered after 6PM. Still my wife got a call today noon that they are starting from the warehouse to deliver the recliner. She asked them to deliver it by 6 and give her a call one hour in advance but the delivery person did nothing of that sort and went ahead with his other schedules. Kindly look into this and have the recliner delivered today itself as was informed at the time of buying. When the sales person was aware of our situation why was this information not passed on to the delivery guys.               Last year in the month august I had bought a sofa set along with center table from BIG BAZAR .After few month the stitching of fabrics is got damage and after multiple complaint some one was visited at my place and do some stitching work which looks very bad then again I had made multiple complaint ..follow up with your customer care, they replace faulty units.                 I visited BigBazzar store at Malleswaram, Bangalore. There was an announcement in the store that, if the total purchase is over Rs.2000 then, the 1.5l Pepsi will be charged for Rs.10/- First of all, I never DRINK Pepsi and I did not buy but it was added to my bill and they deducted from my payment. I realized this only after I reached home and contacted the store immediately and informed this one. This is completely UNACCPETABLE customer service. Why the person at the counter added Rs.10 to the price list without checking with the customer? How come the system allowed to charge Rs.10 when there is NO pepsi added to the shopping list? I post this message to alert the public. So please check your bill before leave the counter.

                  I want lodge a complaint # [protected] customer care on 20th July, 2014 for Cistern Problems, 2014 however till date no one has time to call or attend to this complain. I think it was our mistake to trust your architect of Home Town and buy goods. Home Town has only one criteria to sell goods and provide no after sales service. We really do not know what to with your company’s attitude. I am now writing to you in desperation as no one is attending to my complain for past 7 days and I hope people who read this can be careful before buying any thing from Home Town.

                      Dear Sir/ Ma'm, I am writing to bring notice of something odd happening in one of the departmental store. I went to Big Bazar 20th, July 2014 and did face very irresponsible and rude behavior of the cashier & security staff at JP Nagar 2nd Phase. First thing, they did not remove Plastic tag, which suppose to detached while billing. When I came to exist, the security person was literally fighting with me. She snatched my bag forcefully and checked each and every item. She did not even bother to ask me politely. I did drop a feedback form with Manager. Either, they are not educated enough and do not know to respect. My suggestion is to have them lessoned and made them customer centric. Piyush +91-[protected]

                          Last June At a promotional event organised by Big Bazaar I had received prize a e zipp bike.I paid Rs 7, 400 as gift tax for it.I was told i will get TDS Certificate.But after so many reminder calls now it is already July 2014 and yet I have not got it. If they are not responsible enough why did they charge me gift tax and if charged why are they not able to provide TDS certificate To file my income tax returns.Big Bazaar boasting itself of such a big organisation. Shame! Need my TDS certificate or else return me back my money.Promotional Events a big big cheat Big Bazaar!

From last 4 times i m facing a problem with big bazaar on the monthly basis i shopping with re's 4000 to 5000 and all the time I check my bill details and all times their is wrong, yesterday in v3s mall I purchase park doe their is a offer 399 re's doe only in 329 but when I check my bill charge deduct was 399 tear this I complaint to customer desk I also told that I m facing on this is 4th time after complaint they return my money but 90% your customer not check their bill because they truest your name and service as well just because of this they are not check their bill .                               Dear sir/madam, I am writing to draw your attention towards the working/customer handling style of staff, cashier and security people. On 19th 2014, that is today I went for some purchasing to big bazaar Jayanagar location. Opposite to bangalore central. For choosing product, it took 10 minutes for me but to get that billed it took 20 minutes. This I have noticed as usual over a period of 3 years. Secondly, I once I reached to exit get, found the plastic tag wasn't removed from one of the item. I W's trying to explain this to exit staff but she literally snatched my poly bag and opened it. She did not bother request me to have it checked. It happened around at 6:15 to 6:45 PM. I believe staff needs to learn manners. I did drop a feedback from then only a it manager. Just to let you know, this is not the first time happened. I have past somilar experiences as well. I have seen few below complaints as well. Please take it seriously as this may ruin/destroy Big Bazaar image. And top of that, obviously it may bring down business. Piyush 91-[protected]

                                I purchased from the store twice, last year a refrigerator and this year a bed, and both time i have pathetic experience. My SO number is [protected] for which payment was made a month back and but delivery did not reach on promised date. I am yet to receive my Bed. Meanwhile, two day before promised date someone from store called me and told they have not received good from their warehouse and it will be delivered after 4 days. after one hour another person called and told, delivery has been received and will reach me on promised date. on the promised day of delivery again one person called and informed consignment has not been received but expected tonight and things will be delivered day after. on my objection, few minutes later someone else called and informed product received at their end was broken and defective so now the new product will reach me next day. hence i have not received my bed yet. last year i have even more pathatic experience with my purchase of refrigerator. ( SO :[protected] when product was delivered to my place almost after a month and that too a different model and different colour. reason given to me was, the product which i purhased was the last piece which was sold to some other customer after my payment was already made. they didnt have the same model and if i insist on the same model and colour then it may take few more months. My learning: NEVER EVER BUY from HOMETWON NOIDA.

                                  Dear Big Bazaar, I have been shopping with you for many years now. But, what I found out today is that I have been cheated all these years. Yes, how do you think you can sell a product above its MRP? I checked my bill today after I returned home (which I don't do usually), and found out that you have billed three products higher than their MRPs. Who gave you the permission to do it? If this is what you are doing to each customer, how much money you will be making daily by cheating? I understand that you update your stocks every single day, and also update the prices. But, don't you have the older stocks with lesser MRP? How can you sell those packs too for the higher price, which is above MRP? I am not talking just for myself, but on behalf of everyone who don't check their bills at all, like how I have been all these years. Find the bill and MRP of the products attached.                                       Big Bazaar - City Pride Kothrud Branch . Timing between :5:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Date : 12th July, 2014. Not sure about the name of the customer care executive but have his signature on my bill . Today when I went to the Big Bazaar for my regular monthly shopping, I had with me a complaint from the last weekend (6th July, 2014) on Cash Memo Number : 0042140 amounting to Rs 3575.16. I had an issue that one of the items which I had purchased (Ponds wht Beauty BB cream ) amounting to Rs. 66.67 was not put in my carry bag that day. The man sitting at the customer care counter had such a disgusting tone while dealing with this complaint and gave me the very cream and did some changes to my bill as well. The actual words by him were "Hum kaise maane ki aapko dia nahi gaya tha woh " and "Madam galti aapki hai maan lo " . The way he was talking it inferred as if he was doubting that I am standing there asking for the item when I have already taken it home . Just to make it clearer, I had things in my bill which were more costlier than this item, so in case I had to do any such thing I wouldn't have picked an item worth 66Rs. His very sentences pissed me out to the extent that I returned back the cream at the counter and came back home without my shopping done. I think there is a way to treat your customers which I think is missing in the employees out there. With such a behavior of a so called CUSTOMER CARE staff I would prefer not to go shopping to Big Bazaar and trust me I am regular customer of yours and get my complete shopping done from there itself ( You can go and check the records if required) I am very sure I am not the first customer with whom this has been done and also this might be reducing the number of customers for Big Bazaar.This incident would atleast make you aware how rudely your staff behaves and just for a item of worth Rs 66 you are loosing customers who actually bring you a income of worth Rs 66, 000 per year.

                                        i am a law abiding citizen of india and want to draw your attention toward the incident which happened on 9/7/2014 in big bazaar at p&m mall in patna.after my billing when i asked cashier ritesh to return my change, the drunk cashier almost threw my money and abused .he was using very bad words and all the customer there were feeling awkward .he treated the customers as if we were asking for favour .please take some serious action regarding this issue, so that this type of behaviour is not repeated.
