Hi, Yesterday on 15th june, 2014 i purchased goods worth Rs. 1804 from big bazaar, sahara mall gurgaon and made the payment through debit card. Came back home as it was closing time for them. It was of great surprise to me when i saw my account balance today and noticed that money has been debited twice from my account. I enquired from the bank and they confirmed the same. First time the card was swiped and guy said transaction was not successful as it was not connecting through according to him and told to re enter pin hence took money twice..kindly guide me through what shall i do in this regard as soon as possible to get the extra Rs 1804/- back. Kindly get back to me with the resolution instead of saying we have taken a note of it..

    On saturday (June 14, 2014) I had used my debit card to make payment on items purchased at Big Bazaar (Bhayander West) outlet. When I checked my account balance today, my account has been debited twice for the purchase. It says Rs. 1, 865.65 has been debited from my account to make payment to FUTURE VALUE RETAIL LT? Do you know why this happened? While making payment at the counter at the first time the connectivity was not there due to which the card was swiped again. I would have expected there to be only one activity however there is an extra debit.       Sir, I have purchased products for around 2175 rs. Include high weight products like soap powder 4kg oils etc. they given a single carry bag for those products that was not able to carry since more products inside the carry bag which is yet to tear. So I asked the employee to give one more he not at all responding to me he is doing his job only with out saying anything to respond to my words who is standing in cash counter near Arun ice cream box in Madurai big bazaar. So I again asked him I purchased 2000 for products so kindly give one more carry bag which is not enough u given. He said even i[censored] purchased 10000 also we will give only one carry bag . This was the response u usually given tour customer for this matter I am very upset. He is insulting me in front of so many people he not at all giving response then how peoples are coming to ur bazaar .need explanation. That bag also teared on the way to my home I have a photo to attach that. I don't know where to attach i[censored] r sending mail I'd I will attach that also.         Dear Sir/Madam: Greetings. I am a regular visitor and a customer of Big Bazaar at different stores in Delhi - NCR and other parts of country for more than 10 years. I have found Big Bazaar a very comfortable place to shop with. This belief is now on shake. I visited Big Bazaar store at Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabd, UP on Wednesday June 11, 2014 evening. Together with many other items I also purchased 08 bottles of Mishrambu Nut Syrups (thandai etc.). The product was being sold with indeed an exciting offer: BUT 1 GET 1 FREE. I purchased four bottles of variant having MRP 235/- each. Two bottles of variant having MRP 245/- each and the remaining two bottles having MRP Rs. 255/- each. The total MRP of all the 8 bottles therefore becomes Rs. 1940/- (235 x 4 + 245 x 2 + 255 x 2). And the price after applying the offer of Buy 1 Get 1 Free the sale price obviously becomes half of it, that is Rs. 970.00; as all the variants were purchased in pairs. But to my surprise the price charged was Rs. 1000/- instead of Rs. 970/-. I discussed the discrepancy with the salesman on the Bill Desk; he directed me to the Customer Care Desk. I then visited the Desk suggested. After having discussed the matter with the Officer at the Customer Care Desk, I was assured to get the refund of Rs. 30/-. I then submitted my suggestion to kindly improve the Billing Procedure so as this discrepancy may not arise further to any customer. (Please note that this kind of discrepancy in Big Bazaar billing procedures is not uncommon; I myself had to visit the Customer Care Desk for the similar reasons almost every time I visit the store.) It was the time when the Officer at the Customer Care Desk started misbehaving - saying that "YOU DO NOT UNDERSATNS BILING OF STORES - OUR PROCEDURE is 100% CORRECT and YOU are ABSOLUTELY WRONG" However, it is important to mention that the voice of the Officer were rather polite while the message was not. I argued - If the procedure is correct then why are you refunding the money!!! He was not having any answer to it and then he suddenly became very arrogant and started saying that PEOPLE HERE DO NOT KNOW SHOPPING etc. Probably I need not to explain the seen further. But I had to say once that if you do not behave - I will have to call the Police. But I did not took this option and preferred to leave the store and to make a complaint through this channel. I sincerely hope that STORE will take this feedback seriously and take necessary action accordingly. I stay very close to Aditya Mall and assure you for my full co-operation.             I have purchased some goods on 3rd of June from college road big bazzar from Nashik at 18:37 where to do the payment I have given my HDFC debit card and the sales person swiped my card two times giving reason it is not connecting to server, I didn't checked my account but later I come to know money is been deducted from my account two times. Amount is Rs.1447.50 I have contacted to Big bazzar for this and given all details also I have launched complaint for this complaint number:- 7032818 Till no:- 3 Tr :- 87197 CH:- 261775 Chaya Waje Your head cashier attend me and said he will take follow up of this and revert my money. Today it is 11th June, 8days is been passed, I am still waiting to resolve my issue. I am feeling helpless and will never recommend any one to use card payment in big bazzar Looking forward to solve my issue on immediate basis Thank You Sameer

              dear sir, your big bazaar aditya mall, plot no. 3 vaibhav khand, indirapuram ghaziabad, u.p. yesterday i purchased a 262gram paneer .my bill was 62 rupees 62 paisa.round amount was 70 rupees.the person who was on cash counter salesman name is sanjeev kumar gave 7 toffees instead of 7 rupees, in big bazaar transaction is going on which is wrong kindly please look into this matter.and if we want to purcahse an item of 8 or 10 rupees should we give u the toffees? now big bazaar will consume toffees instead of rupees? please immediately sort out this problem your response person jatin told me in this big bazaar we will follow the system of toffee only. your faithfully customer.

                    Dear Support, This is to bring to your notice, that my wife had made a purchase groceries, fresh veggies and fruits from big bazaar, pheonix mills, mumbai with transaction number 59452 dated 26.05.2014 with total billing amount to Rs.2634.33. On the very same day we wanted to cook button mushroom and wanted to consume cut-packed sugarcane pieces. But both off them were rotten. I wonder how many customers must have recd the same kind of product. It could either be a genuine error that happened and you compensate us for the miseries or we forget about it and stop purchasing perishable from Big bazaar. PFA the picture taken.                         I am a regular customer of BIG BAZAAR, Sahara Mall for the last ten yrs. But of lately there have been so many blunders there, they don't give you the free gifts made available by the company or even sometimes the benefit of the big bazaar scheme is not given to the customers. If you object they tend to give you stupid explanations as well rather than accept their fault.
                        Yesterday they crossed their limits, I purchased groceries and other things from there and since I was in a hurry to rush to my job, I didn't cross check my purchase there at the store. But when in the evening I checked the purchase, to my horror many of the things I had bought did not exist in the list or in my bags though I remember giving them for billing at the counter. The billing girl was asked for the free gift too, she said she'd give but then didn't do so. Also I was charged for stuff I did not even buy!!!
                        Can I get all this straightened out? and my extra payment be reimbursed to me?

                            Purchase Grocery from food bazar of BIG BAZAR at Agartala, Tripura.on 1st June 2014. The amount Rs. 1821 deducted from account for same billing. But till now I did not get refund of Rs. 1821 in my account though I was said it will be refunded with in 72 hours.

                                I m a privilege card holder and my profit club card no is [protected]. I have been experiencing this problem of product quality compromised In order to sell the product in bulk as well as reduced prices to attract customers. Recently a month back they were selling milk tetra packs at approx 5-6/ less than d market price.i have been using amul tetra packs since two years so I could easily make out d difference. It was two months prior to its expiry and was stale frothy and curdling. Then on 2/5/14 I bought real litchi juice with some offer it was manuf on 1/3/14. And has 6 months best before dated. But as I opened the juice and pour it in the glass, to my surprise there was two layers watery and some king of heavy particles settled down. Making the juice very stale and we had to throw away all the contents.. I went to big bazaar to file d complaint agains the amul milk tetra packs but they said mam u cold have brought the empty carton and we would replace it.but the thing is not about replace ment the thing is about the inconvenience caused and the trust broken. We need more convenience stores in Kanpur like Walmart or food marts but if they will keep breaking our faith and give us compromised materials then how will India grow actually they should b very clear with the product manufacturer like if they are picking up bulks in discounted price then the quality of the product should never b compromised .we are ready to pay 5 rs more rather than picking up wrong stuff and feeding it to our most priced children.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, We went for shopping to Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore. During this, i had a very bad experience with the BIg Bazaar staff, "Mr. Muthukumar A. S". He started unnecessary discussion, Also, he was very badly behaving with my spouse.Later he was telling to come outside the shop, will see you. Not only this, after my shopping he was waiting for us to come outside and finally he started following us. I complained this to other security and staffs available there, and surprisingly they were supporting him. Finally, he was raising finger on us and started abusing and telling that you will not be alive if i will see you around. When i told him that i am going to complain, very proudly he is saying 'go ahead', i have seen many customers like you and doesn't matter whether they come or not. Is this the behaviour expected from Future group staffs? I am surprised that on what basis these staffs are being appointed. I just want to know what is the resolution and need apology for this. Anyway i am not going to visit and even will not recommend anyone to go Big Bazaar now onwards. At least. you should keep staffs having some kind of manner and should know how to behave with customer and should have respect for girls. . Regards, Dhiraj

                                    This is with reference to my Order # [protected].

                                    Quick History :
                                    17th / 18th May Order Placed at Home Town Vikroli.
                                    I was given delivery date of 28th May.
                                    Half of the delivery came on 28th other half was missing and was given No info about when second part will arrive.
                                    After I called the contact center, they coolly registered my complaint and gave me Complaint Number # [protected]. ( They sound like government office - we don’t care )
                                    After that I got another message that it will be delivered on 31st May.
                                    Someone called me on 29th and told me that its reaching the warehouse on 30th and it will 100% come to your place on 31st as promised.
                                    Guess what, nothing came on 31st May and worst part, there is no communication on what happened and where it is ?
                                    Right now I have no clue what is the status.

                                    I really repent that I gave this order to HomeTown. I have purchased several items for my new home from online shops like Pepperfry and Fabfurnish and their quality and experience was fantastic !!

                                    I will never ever buy anything from Hometown going forward. I will also stop my friends from buying from Home Town. I will also do this complaint in the customer forum and take it to social media to make sure consumers are not cheated in daylight at Home Town. ( That too after taking 100% advance )

When i purchase some grocessary from you outlet at treasure iland, i check the amount, i found that your offer rate was low and they charge high from me. When i discuss the matter at CSD and write a complaint no 000093, they feel their mistake and reimburse the difference amount. i also suggest them why this happens and how you improve your system. their was a difference of only 8 to 10 rupee, but it was not a matter of 10 rupee, it was a cheating with customer. Yesterday when again go to the same store and same section, after billing i observe the same mistake, again you charge high from offer rate which was displayed. I lodge the complaint no 84 on yesterday i.e. 30/05/2014. Mr gaurav jain employee code 241962 try to convince me, but i was not satisfy because it is a repeat type of problem. IT IS HIGH DEGREE OF CHEATING, YOU WRITE LOW RATE TO ATTARACT THE CUSTOMER AND AT THE TIME OF BILLING YOU CHARGE HIGH, SHOULD I GO TO LEGAL PROCESS OR YOU ARE ABLE TO RESOLVE IT.                                       this is my third issue with big bazar, Every time they write low rates to attract the customer and at the time of billing charge high. IF YOU ARE INTRESTED I WILL SEND YOU MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINTS.I already send 2 complaints to them that time they also send me a appology letter and offer me a gift coupan of Rs 500, which i refused.They are not ready to check their system and improve it.On 14/12/14 when i purchase a parle cake of mrp 20, they charge 66.50 for it, when i come to CSD, they check and told " GALTI SE GALAT BAR CODE CHIPAK GAYA HUM AMOUNT RETURN KAR DETE HAI".After informing by me the reversing the amount is not the solution. So many people daily visit to big bazar and shop, are you thinking that a man who enter in big bazar
                                      have a mind of super computer, he remember rates of all items and
                                      having lot of time to check the bill. Generally people believe that you
                                      are honest and preparing correct bill.but
                                      you are fail in this process, Please check the system, make analysis

                                      I have purchased mattress from home town 2 weeks back, the delivery date is changed thrice. But till now it is not delivered and no update from store too. Very bad service.

                                        Hi, I visited Food Bazar, Shipra Mall Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 04th May 2013. I purchased some grocery items and the Retail inv no for the purchase was 0005859.On returning home when I was taking out items from the pack, I found that one of the item (i.e. HEATHFLD Besan) was having packing date as 21/06/13. It was mentioned on the pack that the item is best before 9 months of packaging. So items has expired best before date almost 4 months ago. I immediately called Food Bazar Shipra mall customer care and explained them the issue. They gave me their Manager's number (Mr Kapil: [protected]) and asked to call him for the resolution/replacement. I contacted Mr Kapil several times and reminded him to get the item replaced for me but nothing has happened so far. I am surprised that a brand name like Food Bazar is keeping item which has expired best before date and on top of that they are not co-operative enough to correct their mistake. I have no other choice but to go to Consumer court. Another incident happened to me on[protected]Retail Inv No 0031780). I again bought a few grocery items and on reaching home found that an item(PH BLK Pepper WH100gm) for which MRP is marked as RS138, I was charged Rs 171.Again I informed Mr Manager for the same but no action so far. I have been buying stuff from Food Bazar for almost 6 years now but looks like it has to end on bad notes. Yadvinder [protected]
