I have purchased lots of products in there scheme purana do naya lo now they are not coming to pick up old product due to which they saying they cant issme me delivery of new product which i purchased since month this drama is happening poor customer care and people frmo store are not picking up the call as well
Flowers bring

You can simply make others feel your love by choosing blossoms online from the
various shopping portals available on the web that displays tantalizing options

    I visited big bazaar saligramam branch on 1st of May and brought several products. I paid the bill for all the products but forgot to take 2 jeans pant worth 839rs from the counter. The security at the exit never cross checked the products and bill. He just punched the bills during the exit. I realized that I forgot 2 jeans pant in the big bazaar counter itself and went back to the customer care department and informed that I forgot my things. They said since the bills are punched by the security during the exit, they cannot help me. I requested them to check the camera which is available in all the counters so that they can see that I missed on packing the 2 jeans pants. I was requesting to give my things back which I forgot in the billing counter. I have the date, time and the bill by which they can easily check the camera and verify if whatever I am saying is true or not. But people in bib bazaar customer care said they cannot help and they are also not ready to check the camera.

      I have asked for home deliver, but its been wrongly communicated to me. Different versions from different people. Hence suffered a lot. Following is the communication I had with for the same, but there is no proper response and the mistake is continued, Attrocious service at Bigbazar Ameerpet Hyderabad One and half hour comedy at Bigbazar, all this is because I asked for home delivery, BILL NO: INV NO: 0184135 I am made to wait for 65 minutes after billing. This is happening for the second time. do you want to give away your market to bigbasket why dont you deliver home, all the item purchased safely Do you classify things that can be delivered and things that cant be do you have any policy like that please send me a copy of that Initially while purchasing I enquired one of your staff(Not regular counter people, some dignified head collared) whether you deliver home these onions, he thought and confirmed yes we deliver. I also told him about last time problem for which I have sent a mail like this last time and some executive by name srinivas called me and told that “we deliver everything, but as some goods get spoiled overnight, for the comfort of the customer we request the customer to remove few items”. Now the dignified collared head told that “ see sir srinivas is not big bazar, whatever he says is not final, tommorrow I have to answer the audit people we cannot deliver every item you purchase. Good that he told like that. But he spoile my onion purchase. I repeat why dont you deliver. When I complain to you online and if somebody is calling me in response to that, is he not your company representative. Is he not speaking on behalf of the company. After billing no we cant deliver done billing classified deliverable and non deliverable items then I said I dont want onions then return went to 1st floor asked me to come to 1st floor took a xerox copy of my bill enquired with somebody again went to billing person gave the refund. Ha, whats happening is this-- customer delight, customer ecstacy and ---- Big bazar-- kishore Biyani-pantaloon, FUTURE bazaar, online bigbazar whats happenning The corporate Big Bazar took more than one hour to settle a bill you may find some excuses think on these--- 1. i have asked for refund for onion-as you have accepted then rejected to deliver home the goods 2. i have asked for refund of Rs65/- in my last bill as your biller mistakenly typed an item twice, i took only one piece. both are your mistake i came with my family and you made me wait with my family any how 65 minutes is attrocious. hence you have to be penalised. I am a member of your profit club, credit it by Rs20000/- for the inconvenience caused.

        the staff at the above outlet are Very IRRESPONSIBLE AND HIGHLY INEFFICIENT .. thrice i had to go back to the store for faulty billing and the staff did not put the item in the carry bag for which i had paid. I bought a patiala dupatta set Cash memo no. 0798447 dated 2nd May 2014. they put the patiala and forgot to put the dupatta for which i had to rush back to the store. please look into the problem and ensure that customers are not harasses further.

          sir/maam, i have been going to big bazaar chennai in ea mall, royapettah, since i've come to chennai. Twice now i have been disappointed later, and staying somewhat distant from the mall, am unable to go back to complain/rectify the situation. A bottle i bought has a hole in the bottom. A pack of nescafe chocomocha (pack of five), when opened at home, yielded only two sachets. the bill number for these purchases was 0054234 and transaction no. 37205. Vat tin: [protected].             Hi Sir/Madam, This is Kumar. I have gone to Big bazaar located at Old Madras road Bangalore on March 26th 2014 ( Invoice No. 0010270) to purchase unstitched cotton churidar materials. In Kalamandir section I've bought two churidars. I asked about colors guarantee they told that it won't bleed. Then I stitched it within a week and wore it. The next day I rinsed the cloth with plain water. The material bleeded heavily. The churidar material was lavender and white and after rinsing I couldn't find the original colour. Moreover, the churidar was completely faded. On April 11th, I've contacted the Big bazaar Kalamandir section, they told that they would send it to the HO. After 15 days I've contacted they told that they couldn't exchange. They aren't admitting their mistake. I have been purchasing with Bigbazaar for more than 10 years in metro cities like Bangalore, Kolkota, Hyderabad, Chennai. Till now I didn't face such a product quality issue. Really, I am wondering about the worst customer service. Kindly take action on this Kumar ([protected])

                A travel bag was purchased by me from your Big Bazar Store at dehradun on 10/3/2014 and when i tried to use the handly came out for this defect on Friday evening the store was visited and informed the reception they called the section person who misbehaved rather argued that we must have put stones or iron like heavy items and this can't be repaired.Later on one Nikhil Bhatia in charge came and he was informed and after long persuation he told you can contact Saturday evening. Bt to utter surprise he also told i have not given any time it will take 2-3 more days I requested him as i have to go please get it done on priority but he openly came into defence of his errant staff and told he is on leave and on Monday Tuesday We have sale it can't be done.Later on one Mr.Sood on phone at customer care at 6.00pm was contacted he literraly waisted about an hr on mobile and argued with my daughter as i was driving car later on i told him if this is your attitude i will now take it to media and will file consumer case in Didtrict Dehradun being an issue as per warranty given to the costomer but no response till this time has been made.Kindly take strict action against the errant staff engaged in Dehradun Big Bazar for not attending the complaint in time.I can't wait as i have to organise my daughter marriage for the sake of one travel bag purchased from Big Bazar.Please look into this matter and intimate the undersigned Dr.Paramjit Singh #[protected] [protected]@gmal.com

                    i have purchase diapers lola s 429 from your bigbazaar store at empress mall nagpur on 6/4/14 till no 10 cash memo 0010290 tr. 92893 . the product which i purchased your employee say that it can be used upto 8 kg child. i have ask repeatedly to the salemen that what you say is correct or not he reply that as per lola company labelled it say that it can used for child weight 3 to 8 kg. i take the product and after two week i try to use the diaper but it is too small and cant fit for the child 7 to 7.300 kg. now i have two pack of diapers with 60 quantity what should i do. i want to replace the product and want other diapers which i can use for child weight 7.300 kg .please help me and solve my problem. raj selote mob. Set is Rs.99/- as told by concerned person of Big Bazaar as well as it is mentioned on sticker of the item ( 10 pcs set- Special Price Rs.99/- ).                         Please see attached screenshot, which also shows the cashiers name. I purchased groceries for Rs.3936 at Big Bazaar in Phoenix mall, Velachery, Chennai. The cashier tried to swipe my card, but said it didn't work. So I withdrew cash from the nearby ATM and paid. The cashier told me I can collect free sugar and wheat since my bill is above 3K. I saw this last item "Madhur Sugar" in the bill, worth Rs. 300 and asked the cashier about it. He assured me by even showing his PC that item was free and he did not charge for it. He sent his colleague to help me out. Standing away from the counter, I verified the bill total and found it came to only 3636. I enquired about it and strangely the cashier replied "yes, sugar is free, I did not charge for it". Shocked, I asked him if he knew what "free" meant. In between, his colleague asked me if confirm that I didn't buy sugar at all. And then I was told "ok, its 300, but you still get sugar and wheat free". Worse, he defended himself saying he billed correctly and that there's a problem in the billing software. Finally, his colleague told him "why don't you just handover the money", after which the cashier gave me the 300. While collecting the free items at the T24 counter, I enquired why such things happen, to which I was told "its possible 1 out of 10 people get charged by mistake" and he showed me another bill where it showed -300 in the NET AMT column. Using his pen, he tried to show that "minus" was missing, as though it was trivial matter. On my way home, I concluded its possible for the cashier to choose to add or deduct "free" items.

                          We recently shifted to our new apartment in Kandivali and the first thing that my wife and I picked up for the house was a bed from Hometown 1. At the showroom, the sales team assures me that the bed we picked up was in stock and should get delivered within 3 days of our purchase 2. I get my bed delivered 2 days late, without any notification or reason 3. Delivery has 2 boxes which the fitting guy deems incomplete (1 box missing) 4. Customer care ASSURES me that they will check the warehouse inventory and call me the following day with an ETA on the missing piece 5. As expected, noone called the following day 6. At around 6 PM my wife called up customer care only to receive vague responses like the xyz team has received the complaint and the abc team can't get back with a response or committment Learnings for me and my family: 1. Never ever shop at hometown 2. Even if all other brands/ competitors shut shot, never shop at hometown Raj +91-[protected]

It needs some support from down to hold it from two sides. There has been no response to the mails !!!                               Hi, I would like to complaint against the rude behaviour of the staff. I was stopped at the gate after my billing was done as the scanner beeped at the gate. Being a respected govt employee it was very insulting to be stopped at gate even after you have paid for all the things you bought. My bag was checked, things were removed, and it was concluded that the billing staff dint remove the tag. For his mistake i was humiliated. And the person dint even apologise for the same, nor did he put back all my things in the bag. Y would such thing happen here where its the responsibility of the staff to remove the tags and check if it beeps. The thing that cuased the beep was included in my bill too. not that i didnt pay for it. please look into the carelessness and rude behaviour of the staff.                                 I had continued complain last 10 Days, but there is no response from your side, not even one Phone call from your side, Future Group Service is Totally Sucks, now Failure to refund the amount within 2 days may force us to approach consumer forum / news papers/ electronic media for seeking justice.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  As the competition is at every door step, after you establish in the Market it is essential to maintain your reputation and Quality service to your Customer. But surprising your employees are guiding to Complaint Register to Customer to put forward the their Concern. This I would call as arrogance. It is really disgusting, after selecting products to bill the same the Customer has stand in que for 30 minutes. While mentioning the delay matter at billing counter, your billing person guides the customer, the complaint register is available at counter, you can put forward your complaint.

                                  Kindly look into the matter, As I feel this as serious concern

                                    Hello, Complain against Order No: [protected]This mail to bring into you note that Home Town executives have been worse on services and have been miss-guiding me from 1st day. I booked a order with Home Town for Dinning Table which was delivered on 1st and when a executive came to my place and told that product need to be replaced and its been from that day till today 9th April non of your executive responded to fix the issue replace the product and when I made query to store they bluffed and a fraud executive told that product was installed at my place on 2nd april. It is totally disappointing and unsatisfactory response from a store like Home Town and your customer executives have been worse on support. I need immediate response and resolve this issue asap. Also in future, I don't buy any product from Home Town, its my promise with you. Regards, Ajay

                                      This in ref, to our so no 2168oo1184 & [protected], we would like to inform that as per our order modular kitchen itmes not supplied properly, itmes are short, colour are different.Even though part instalation is proper. When we concted the person concern they said yes itmes are short, instalation will be done properly, but when we asked about short supply & colour diff. Their ans was not satisfatiory.                                       Problem: The modular kitchen has plate tray. When loaded with plates, it is not possible to close the tray as the plates obstruct the closure at the bottom side.

                                      The problem has been telephonically conveyed to Home Town departmental stores at Maratha halli, Bangalore, from where it was ordered. Inspite of waiting for more than one month, the matter is not being attended to. The product is well within the warranty period. The after sales service of Home Town departmental stores leaves much to be desired, to say the least.

                                        Date:01/04/14; Time:Midday/Evening; Purchased various items totalling Rs.1200 (appr.). Paid the bill in Cash. A single tube of Facewash was left unnoticed in one of the pockets of my cargo pants. At the security check I discovered my mistake and offered to pay for it. The Security Officer in charge used foul language and threatened me with the Police. Even after I paid for the Facewash, I was made to sign on a piece of paper (and threatened with Police action if I failed to do so), also my entire shopping bag with all its contents, along with the Bill were uncermeniously consficated without a refund of my money. I contemplated Police Action, but I'm trying here first.
