I bought a Hydraulic Storage Bed and Spring Mattress on 25th September 2014. They committed to deliver items on 3rd October 2014 and mentioned the same in the Bill they gave me. When I called their customer care they told me it will be delivered on 11th October. I talked to their service and operations head Mr. Raghav, who fooled me by giving false delivery date of 4th October. Guests arrived at my place on 3rd October and they still sleep on floor due to non-delivery. I am ashamed. Please guide me to do something legally that will make them suffer in the same way I am suffering now.     I Rajesh Passi a renowned builder of Ambala district went for shopping in your retails outlet of Ambala Cantt. where I was mal treated by employees at the sale end. He called me for a vendor many a times which evoked me to such an extent that the insult became unbearable. And that was not the end of episode. The humiliation of the incidence is still going on continuously to haunt my head. Please investigate into the matter and follow up the unettiquetted and barbarous behaviour of the employees.       This is with reference to order number [protected] made on 14th Sept in your Home Town center at Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon. This order consisted of 1 Lounger-Sofa and 2 Ottomans. The delivery date mentioned at time of order was mentioned as 25/27th September '14. I was very particular in saying that there should not be delays as I have to travel out in next days. Despite the clear instruction and later calls made to your customer care, the lounger was delivered only on 28th Sept 2014. The due date for Ottomans were rescheduled to 30th Sept and on that date, only one Ottoman was brought to my home. I refused to take any more partial delivery and asked customer care once again to deliver items as promised. Today on 1st Oct, when I called the customer care again, I was told that the items would be delivered only by 5th or 6th of October. This is absolutely unacceptable. Also Since I am travelling out today and am not back till 9th October, I cannot take the delivery after today. Please let me know why I should not take any action against HomeTown for such shabby service.

        I visited Big Bazar near Narayanguda (near Vir Savarkar statue), Hyderabad along with my family on Sunday. We purchased some clothes for my kids, which were found defective after we arriave back at home. On the other day when my daughter went to your Big Bazar and consulted for exchange of the defective items, the lady at the specific counter denied to exchange the items and spelled the following rules 1. If you want to exchange an item, you can exchange the item with an item that exactly costs the same amount. 2. You cant take two or three items even if they costs less than the exchanged item. 3. Even if you are ready to pay the excess amount for an item, in exchange of already purchased item, we are not going to accept. Only one item in exchange of the item and that costs the same price will be allowed 4. No refund will be allowed." These are conditions she spelled. I dont understand what kind of rules are these. These are certainly not customer friendly rules. One more disgusting issue with you at the store- customers are being charged to park their vehicles in your premises. This is ridiculous, they are you are customers, cant you provide space for parking their vehicles at free of cost, should they be charged for this. I am afraid, these hard headed rules will be going to dip the organisation.         is it a necessary to exchange the product by showing the bill...are there not any other way of exchanging the same product at the same price

          This is to inform you that I got call from [protected]on 6thsep 2014 that I have won 4 gifts and I am supposed to go and collect these gifts.from S and S corner kamat hotel in commercial street Bangaluru and that couples should go to collect the gifts, We did the same the next day. The gift was a privilege card from country club and a holiday gift voucher from country club dated 9-8-2014.we were told that this gift vouchers are valid for 45 days from the date of issue.and the voucher code will be given by the person who send the message (I think it is a customer care number if I am not mistaken).I did not get any call for 2 days on the third day I gave a call on the same number from which I got the message and some female named Shilpa said that she will get back to me in a few mints time.today is 26th of September and I did not get any call regarding the voucher code and it has expired. I gave a call today i, e 26th of september2014 in the morning and told the cc abt the issue it was Shilpa again who spoke to me but she has not been able to resolve my problem. Because of your staff's lack of sincerity I have not been able to avail what I have won.I need an immediate solution for this and for the gifts that I have won.Thereis another female named Swetha who is also in customer care.even she has not been able to help me. Don't make fool of the customers who come to BIG BAZAR by making them fill some stupid form and wasting their time and this is the response and help you give when a person has won . IT is really pathetic, Tell me are you not supposed to follow up for the messages that you send and tell people??????, Please do the needful and do train the staff properly. What is the use of this voucher and the privilege card that I have won now Please give me an answer..

              This is to inform to whosoever about the security checking problem. Today I visited to the orbit mall in kolkata. I went there to the parlour of future group. When I was entering to big bazaar one male security person asked me to show my bag to him when I denied he said it is under rule. Then I said ok check it and that time he was pulling my bag to him to search. Then I went to the parlour. When I was coming out from there I bought serum from parlour . I was showing to the security person the purchase bill again that time he was pulling my bag to him. I want to ask you that is there any rules in your company that the male person can check the ladies bag without her permission? This thing is really very bad here. And day by day the behaviour of the security person is becoming very rude and very desperate.

                This is to whomsoever is responsible for managing the customer services. On Sept 15, 2014 I visited big bazaar located at express avenue mall, chennai. There is a security check process at the entry point of the store just like any other store. The issue started when the lady started pulling out all the contents of my bag. As a female I do carry all my cosmetics and stuff with me. She was sticking some kind of sticker on each and every thing. I told her stopping doing this and keep this bag here itself I will collect it after finishing my purchase but she wouldn't listen. If your store does not allow carrying cosmetics inside the store then keep the bag with you and give a token or put the bag into a sealed cover and hand it to me. You people do not have any rights over my stuff. I do mind about people meddling with my things. It is so annoying now that I couldn't take off that cheap sticker of my most prized perfume bottle. Please find a different method for your security checks.

                Dear Friend,
                I usually shop at Big Bazar at Express Avenue. I really empathize with you and I find it equally appalling going through their security check, with yesterday (November 8) being the latest of the many times I have had to go through this, which in fact doesn't apply to each and every customer. While they check one o[censored]s (unfortunate ones), the others carrying handbags just pass by into the store. Please note that this unnecessary stringent security is only applicable in this particular Big Bazar. It makes the customer feel like a criminal (like we have come with the sole intention to flick their stuff).
                Just yesterday, after going through this hell-hole experience, I decided to take this up with the store manager. I was introduced by the sales staff to Mr. Sajith who in turn said that Mr Anand Gopal (the store head, I think) had brought in these rules. He said personally he can't do anything about it and that many things are stolen from the store. (Shows how the entire show is mismanaged at such a good mall). He also mentioned that if I register a complaint, it will be just ignored and written complaints are binned.The security check is time-consuming, irritating, and unwarranted.
                I travel with two young children (1 and 5), so my time is very very important. To make matters worse, I don't understand why they have to put stickers on an AVENT feeding bottle (it's not even available at their store, and it is very costly to get one. It is now very scratched removing these stickers), opened pack of wet wipes, tissue paper pack, a filled water bottle, a snacker container baby snacks, etc, and then asking what was in the smaller pack in the bag, which actually consisted of a baby diaper and a sanitary napkin. Mind you, this check happens to me every time. I really don’t understand how putting a sticker solves anything. They actually stick their hands into our personal space (creating unhygenic conditions, among other things, and invading privacy). I shop at Big Bazar for no less than 3000 rupees mostly every visit. I expect to be treated like a CUSTOMER and not a CRIMINAL.

                        On prompted by the repeated SMSs and scroll message on My Account option on the profit club site I renewed my membership by paying Rs 10, 000 thru credit card on 6th Sep 2014, but till date after repeated requests to them my payment has not been acknowledged or the amount is not reflecting on my card transaction list. It is a gross negligence and unprofessional behaviour on the part of a big corporate.

                          I have purchased Panasonic 24 inch LED TV from Big Bazaar (Siyaldah, Kolkata) on last Friday on 5 th September. They did not yet provide me bracket for wall hanging the TV. I have visited Saturday big bazaar to collect the bracket, they did not provide the bracket.Still now they are not provide the bracket, already 5 days is over. Now In Kolkata Any electronic shop like Khosla, Great Eastern provide day to day service for purchasing TV. I am now thing about returning the TV itself. I am really disappointed the service of big Bazaar.

                                I purchased a chair from Hometown and the back rest came out in one month. it took me 100 calls and 45 days to get the backrest replaced, and it broke after 2 days itself. everytime i call the customer care they say someone will call and noone does. I have to be on hold for 30 minutes and the customer care is very inefficient, rude and useless. Pathetic experience.

Every one is money minded people only.. till the get money they r your slaves.. after once it goes to their end customer are slaves to them... Its not only in Big Bazaar but n all BIG Bazaar it happen: " Star Bazzar, More, D-Mart, Reliance Fresh " etc... So Customer you have to be alert before buying a product, , , 1. Compare MRP price and their Label Price. 2. Check the Mfg Package Date. 3. Offers on product may have less quality / poor quantity in volume... last one is the most important part... Check for Bill and Product.. Whether it mismatch or not after the You Pay for the Product... If cashier denies so Stop all his process don't allow him to go for next customer... ask his manager to speak with U and get your rights... As once your pay for it.. You will never get return back of your money or any offer discount... Customer are Deadlock in situation when they pay and come out of outlet...

                                    i recently got treated very badly by a biillling person.i purchased a sum of 1050 of grossery and the baggage person told me that i will be charged for a carry bag that of rs 7 per b after that when he was packing the bag has big bazar written on it my question is why is big bazar stated on it when we are purchasing it [i am also a business man and if any customer comes to my shop if he or she purchase any thing it should be of 100 or 1000 we give them a carry bag of our shop wroth rs 10 and 20 accordingly though my shop is not so big and big bazar having such a big amounts of consumer u cant afford a polythene ]{shame on big bazar} and salesmen are shouting as if they are the owners.

                                      I was recently treated very badly by a salesgirl at bigbazaar agartala .i was on for selecting a deodorant so i started opening just the outer caps to check the fragrance of every deo bottle but suddenly then a salesgirl roared upon me saying not to open the outer mouth and just to select a deo by just looking at it externally.I got irritated by her rude behaviour and opposed her and for that she started false blaming me to have sprayed every deo to check them which i didnt do atall.she simply had no other job other than agitating me.atlast i had to omit buying a deo from bigbaazar store .i swear never i wud go back to such a misbehaving store...shame on u to keep such senseless uneducated salespersons having no manners how to deal with customers.
